Simons electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine, methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine was studied. For comparison, ECF of three piperazines with a N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl) group(s) was also studied. ECF of 1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine gave a low yield of corresponding perfluoro(1,4-dimethyl-1,4-homopiperazine) together with perfluoro(2,6-diaza-2,6-dimethylheptane) as the major product. Corresponding perfluoro(homopiperazines) with mono- and/or di-(fluorocarbonyldifluoromethyl) groups [CF2C(O)F] at the 1- and/or 4-position were formed in low yields from methyl 4-ethylhomopiperazin-1-ylacetate and 1,4-bis(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-1,4-homopiperazine, respectively. These new seven-membered perfluoro(1,4-dialkyl-1,4-homopiperazines) were accompanied by the formation of mono- and/or di-basic linear perfluoroacid fluorides resulting from the CC bond scission at the 2- and 3-positions of the ring. From mono- and/or di-N-(methoxycarbonylmethyl)-substituted piperazines, corresponding perfluoropeperazines having the acid fluoride group(s) were formed in low yields.  相似文献

The stereochemistry of the cyclobutanones 1-7, resulted from the reaction of t-butylcyanoketene with bicyclo[2.2.1]heptene, bicyclo[2.2.1]heptadiene, 1,4 - dihydro - 1,4 - methanonaphthalene, 1,4 - dihydro - 9 - (1 - methylethylidene) - 1,4 - methanonaphthalene, 1,4 - dihydro - 1,4 - epoxynaphthalene, l,4,4a,8b - tetrahydro - 1,4 - methanobiphenylene (l,4,4a,8b) and 1,4,4a,8b - tetrahydro - 1,4 - methanobiphenylene(1,4,4aβ,8bβ) was established as having the cyclobutanone ring exo and the t-Bu group in the configuration. These findings represent a stereochemical argument in favour of a π2s + π2a reaction mode of t-butylcyanoketene to the above mentioned bicyclo[2.2.1]heptene derivatives. Observations regarding preservation of the original configurations of alkenes as well as the geometrical distorsion of the cyclobutanones are shortly discussed.  相似文献

The binding behavior of pillar[5]arenes (P5As) towards a series of olefin guests ((E)-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene (1E), (Z)-1,4-dichlorobut-2-ene (1Z), (E)-but-2-ene-1,4-diol (2E), and (Z)-but-2-ene-1,4-diol (2Z), as well as an alkyne derivative 1,4-dichlorobut-2-yne (3)) have been studied in organic solution. P5As exhibit considerable selectivities for the trans-olefin isomers (1E and 2E) over their cis-isomers (1Z and 2Z). The cis/trans-selective interactions hold the potential of utilizing P5As to separate olefin isomers.  相似文献

Norbornadiene undergoes [2 + 2] reaction in THF in the presence of NiX2 and zinc metal powder to give an exo-trans-exo dimer and an exo-trans-exo-trans-exo trimer. In these products, the norbornadiene molecules are linked to each other by forming cyclobutane rings with all cyclobutane carbons occupying exo positions relative to the bridging carbons on the two norbornadiene fragments. Polymerization of norbornadiene occurs if the catalyst NiX2 is replaced by Ni(PPh3)2Cl2. 1,4-Dihydro-1,4-epoxynaphthalene, 5,8-dimethoxy-1,4-dihydro-1,4-epoxynaphthalene, 5-methoxy-1,4-dihydro-1,4-epoxynaphathalene and methyl 1,4-dihydro-1,4-iminonaphthalene-9-carboxylate also dimerize to give exo-trans-exo products in excellent yields in toluene in the presence of Ni(PPh3)2Cl2 and Zn powder. For the dimerization products of 5-methoxy-1,4-dihydro-1–4-epoxynaphthalene, cis and trans isomers with respect to the orientation of methoxy groups in about 1 : 1 ratio were oberved. Under similar reaction conditions for the dimerization of norbornadiene, norbornene undergoes reductive dimerization to afford a product which consists of two norbornyl groups. The structure of this product is also exo-trans-exo.  相似文献

A series of novel oligo(halobenzoquinoid) compounds have been obtained from the photoinduced self-substitution of 2,5-dibromo-1,4-benzoquinone (1a), 2,6-dibromo-1,4-benzoquinone (1b), 2-chloro-1,4-benzoquinone (1c), 2-bromo-5-chloro-1,4-benzoquinone (1d), 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone (1e) and 1,4-benzoquinone (1f) in the presence of N,N-dimethyl-t-butylamine (2) in acetonitrile. Dimers, trimers and/or pentamers of these haloquinones were found to be the major products.  相似文献

The syntheses of 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-imino-D-lyxitol (3), 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-imino-d-arabinitol (4) and 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-imino-l-arabinitol (5) are reported; (3) is a potent competitive inhibitor of α-galactosidase (green coffee beans) and (4) a competitive inhibitor of α-glucosidase (Brewer's yeast) suggesting that iminopentitols have considerable potential as glycosidase inhibitors. Ab initio molecular orbital theory with the 6-31G(d), 6-31G(d,p), 6-31+G(d), 6-31+G(d,p), 6-31+G(2d,p), 6-311G(d), 6-311G(d,p), and 6-311+G(2d,p) basis sets and density functional theory (BLYP, B3LYP, B3P86, B3PW91) have been used to locate transition states involved in the conformational interconversions of 1,4-dithiacyclohexane (1,4-dithiane) and to calculate the geometry optimized structures, relative energies, enthalpies, entropies, and free energies of the chair and twist conformers. In the chair and 1,4-twist conformers the C-Hax and C-Heq bond lengths are equal at each carbon, which suggest an absence of stereoelectronic hyperconjugative interactions involving carbon-hydrogen bonds. The 1,4-boat transition state structure was 9.53 to 10.5 kcal/mol higher in energy than the chair conformer and 4.75 to 5.82 kcal/mol higher in energy than the 1,4-twist conformer. Intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) calculations showed that the 1,4-boat transition state structure was the energy maximum in the interconversion of the enantiomers of the 1,4-twist conformer. The energy difference between the chair conformer and the 1,4-twist conformer was 4.85 kcal/mol and the chair-1,4-twist free energy difference (deltaG degrees (c-t)) was 4.93 kcal/mol at 298.15 K. Intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) calculations connected the transition state between the chair conformer and the 1,4-twist conformer. This transition state is 11.7 kcal/mol higher in energy than the chair conformer. The effects of basis sets on the 1,4-dithiane calculations and the relative energies of saturated and unsaturated six-membered dithianes and dioxanes are also discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

Herein, we introduce one of the first examples of asymmetric organocatalyzed synthesis of 1,2-dihydropyridines, affording enantioselective access to and partially solving regioselectivity challenges in the synthesis of dihydropyridines. We demonstrate that through modification of organocatalysts both 1,2- and 1,4-dihydropyridines (1,2- and 1,4-DHPs) can be obtained with high regioselectivity (ratio of 1,2-DHP/1,4-DHP from 95/5 to 0/100) and enantioselectivity (33% ee for 1,2-DHPs and up to 98% ee for 1,4-DHPs) in good yields (up to 87%).  相似文献

The electron ionization (EI) mass spectra of [1,3]-dioxolo-, 6, 7-dihydro-[1,4]-dioxino-, 7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,4]dioxepino-, 6,7,8, 9-tetrahydro[1,4]dioxocino-, 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6H-[1,4]dioxonino- and 6,7,8,9,10,11-hexahydro[1,4]dioxecino[2,3-f]-2,1, 3-benzoxadiazoles (benzofurazans) and the corresponding 1-oxides (benzofuroxans), all linear isomers, are reported. Also reported are the EI mass spectra of the corresponding angular isomers, [1, 3]dioxolo-, 7,8-dihydro[1,4]dioxino-, 8,9-dihydro-7H-[1,4]dioxepino-, 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro[1,4]dioxocino-, 8,9,10,11-tetrahydro-7H-[1, 4]dioxonino-, 7,8,9,10,11,12-hexahydro[1,4]dioxecino[2,3-e]-2,1, 3-benzoxadiazoles and the corresponding 1-oxides. The relative abundance of the fragment ion of m/z 80 is characteristically enhanced in the spectra of the angular derivatives compared to the spectra of the linear counterparts. Collisionally activated decomposition studies show that it is structurally identical whether derived from the benzofurazans or the benzofuroxans. The relative abundance of the m/z 80 ion serves to distinguish between linear and angular isomeric pairs. In addition, the fragment ion at m/z 80 also serves to differentiate between the pairs of isomers, analogous to linear and angular, of six acyclic methoxy- and methoxymethyl-substituted benzofurazans and their corresponding benzofuroxans.  相似文献

The relative reactivities of various naphthoquinone isomers (1,4-, 1,2- and 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone) to two test proteins, apomyoglobin and human hemoglobin, were evaluated via liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC/ESI-MS). The structural characterization of the resulting adducts was also obtained by LC/ESI-MS analysis of the intact proteins. The reactive sites of apomyoglobin and human hemoglobin with 1,4-naphthoquinone and 1,2-naphthoquinone were also identified through characterization of adducted tryptic peptides by use of high-pressure liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS/MS), TurboSEQUEST, and the scoring algorithm for spectral analysis (SALSA). Four adducted peptides, which were formed by nucleophilic addition of a lysine amino acid residue to 1,4-naphthoquinone, were also identified, as was an adducted peptide from incubation of 1,2-naphthoquinone with apomyoglobin. In the case of incubation of human hemoglobin with the two naphthoquinones, two adducted peptides were identified from the N-terminal valine modification of the alpha and beta chains of human hemoglobin. The adducted protein formation may imply that naphthalene produces its in vivo toxicity through 1,2- and 1,4-naphthoquinone metabolites reacting with biomolecular proteins.  相似文献

The organic chemistry of the 1,4-cyclohexanedione (CHD)-bromate-sulfuric acid oscillatory system has been revealed by following the reaction of 1,4-CHD with bromate using a GC/MS technique. We could identify 1,4-dihydroxybenzene as an intermediate, 1,4-benzoquinone as the main oxidation, and mono- and dibromocyclohexanedione as the main bromination products. A highly efficient and selective synthesis of (1E)- or (1Z)-1,2-dihalo-1,4-dienes via Pd-catalyzed coupling of haloalkynes and allylic halides is described. The (1E)-1,2-dihalo-1,4-dienes were generated in good yields with excellent stereoselectivities (1E/1Z up to >98/2), while (1Z)-1,2-dihalo-1,4-dienes were produced in excellent yields and stereoselectivities (1Z/1E up to >98/2) by simply adding stoichiometric lithium halides.  相似文献

The geometries of hydroxy derivatives of 1,4-naphthoquinone (NQ), viz., 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (2HNQ), 5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (5HNQ), and 5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (DHNQ), have been optimized using the semiempirical and ab initio theoretical methods. Semiempirical methods used for the optimization are Austin Model 1 (AM1) and Zerner's Intermediate Neglect of Differential Overlap/1(ZINDO/1). For ab initio calculations the 6-31G* basis set is used. The electronic spectra of 1,4-naphthoquinone and its hydroxy derivatives are calculated using the semiempirical Zerner's Intermediate Neglect of Differential Overlap/Spectroscopy (ZINDO/S) method employing the geometries optimized at AM1, ZINDO/1 and ab initio levels and compared with their electronic absorption spectra measured by us. For hydroxy substituted systems, such calculations for spectral assignments are made for the first time. It is found that though the predictions of the three theoretical methods for the geometries are similar, the predictions of the ZINDO/S method using the ZINDO/1 optimized geometries, are better for the transition wavelengths in the visible region of the hydroxy substituted naphthoquinones, especially for 5HNQ and DHNQ.  相似文献

Novel alkyl-1,4-butanediamine Pt(II) complexes having a seven-membered ring structure were synthesized and characterized by fast atom bombardment mass and infrared spectra and elemental analysis. Their antitumor activities in vivo toward lymphoid leukemia L1210 and Lewis lung carcinoma LL were studied in the case where the leaving group was either dichloride or cyclobutane-1,1-dicarboxylate. 1,4-Butanediamine Pt(II) complexes (seven-membered ring) showed higher antitumor activities than those of ethylenediamine Pt(II) (five-membered ring) and 1,3-propanediamine Pt(II) (six-membered ring) complexes toward L1210 for both leaving groups. Alkyl-1,4-butanediamine Pt(II) complexes showed high antitumor activities toward L1210, except for 1,1-dimethyl-1,4-butanediamine Pt(II) complexes. In particular, 2,2-dimethyl-1,4-butanediamine and 2,3-dimethyl-1,4-butanediamine Pt(II) complexes exhibited excellent antitumor activities with T/C% values higher than 300. None of the dichloro Pt(II) complexes showed antitumor activities toward LL, but the cyclobutane-1,1-dicarboxylato Pt(II) complexes, which were moderately active toward L1210 with T/C% values around 200, also showed high antitumor activities toward LL with T/C% values of more than 200. Alkyl-1,4-butanediamine Pt(II) complexes with a seven-membered ring structure were found to be stable and to have antitumor activities in vivo.  相似文献

A series of penta-coordinated CoII complexes of 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH) functionalized by additional imidazole or pyridine donor pendants, [CoL1Cl](ClO4)·H2O (1), [CoL2Cl](ClO4) (2) and [CoL3Cl](ClO4)·CH3OH (3), where L1=1,4-bis(imidazole-4-ylmethyl)-DACH, L2=1,4-bis(N-1-methylimidazol-2-ylmethyl)-DACH and L3=1,4-bis(pyridyl-2-ylmethyl)-DACH have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV–Vis spectra. In all the mononuclear complexes, each CoII center is penta-coordinated to four nitrogen donors of the ligand and one axial chloride anion. The crystal structure of complex 2 has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, which forms a one-dimensional linear structure through inter-molecular C–HCl and C–HO hydrogen-bonding.  相似文献

通过溶剂热反应成功合成出一种新型2D配位聚合物[Tb(1,4-bdc)1.5(phen)(H2O)]n(1)(1,4-H2bdc=对苯二甲酸;phen=菲咯啉)。对其进行了单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、红外光谱、元素分析、荧光光谱表征。X射线衍射晶体学分析表明,配合物1结晶于三斜晶系P1空间群,2个相邻的Tb(Ⅲ)离子与4个1,4-bdc2-通过—O—C—O—桥联成双核单元,并进一步通过1,4-bdc2-桥联成二维层状结构。荧光实验证明配合物1可以通过荧光猝灭机制检测Fe3+,Ksv=8.39×103 L·mol-1,检测限为0.017μmol·L-1。  相似文献

Summary The molecular geometry of 4-oxo derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridine, 1,4-dihydropyrimidine, 1,4-dihydropyridazine, and 1,4-dihydro-1,3,5-triazine has been calculated by the semi-empirical quantum-chemical AM1 method. It could be shown that the dihydrocycle in these compounds is not conformationally rigid. Changing the angle between the endocyclic double bond planes ±15° causes less than 1 kcal/mol increase of energy.

Zusammenfassung Die molekulare Geometrie von 4-Oxo-Derivaten von 1,4-Dihydropyridin, 1,4-Dihydropyrimidin, 1,4-Dihydropyridazin und 1,4-Dihydro-1,3,5-triazin wurde mittels der semiempirischen quantenchemischen AM1-Methode berechnet. Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß der zweifach hydrierte Ring in diesen Verbindungen nicht starr ist. Eine Änderung des Winkels zwischen den Ebenen der endocyclischen Doppelbindungen um ±15° bewirkt eine Energieerhöhung von weniger als 1 kcal/mol.

The reactions of palladium(II) chloride with 1,4 - diphenyl - 2,3 - dimethyl - 1,4 - diazabutadiene and 1,4 - di(p - methoxyphenyl) - 2,3 - dimethyl - 1,4 - diazabutadiene are described. With 1,4 - diphenyl - 2,3 - dimethyl - 1,4 - diazabutadiene diimine fission is produced, giving rise to a product identified by elemental analysis, IR and Raman spectra, and X-ray diffraction, as trans-dichlorobis(aniline) palladium(II). The complex is soluble in dimethylformamide and crystallizes with two molecules of solvent. The substance crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The X-ray data were refined to R = 0.047 and Rw = 0.046. Final distances are PdN = 2.060(5)Åand PdC1 = 2.299(2)Å. There are two bifurcated intermolecular NH ... C1 and CH... C1 hydrogen bonds which, together with one more intermolecular hydrogen bond NH... O, are responsible for the packing of the molecules. However, when 1,4 - di(p - methoxyphenyl) - 2,3 - dimethyl - 1,4 - diazabutadiene was treated with palladium chloride under the same conditions cis - dichloro - 1,4 - di(p - methoxyphenyl) - 2,3 - dimethyl - 1,4 - diazabutadiene was formed, as deduced from elemental analysis, and IR and Raman spectra.  相似文献
