Zusammenfassung Für das oktaedrisch koordinierte Co2+-Ion werden ein Termschema und Energiegleichungen für zwei charakteristischeDq/B-Werte angegeben und mit deren Hilfe aus den Spektren der Co2+-haltigen Ilmenite MgTiO3 und CdTiO3 1 die Zuordnung des intensitätsstärksten Quartett-Dublett-Überganges ( a 4 T1g b 2 T1g) auf eindeutige Weise ermöglicht.Weiter wird das spektrale Verhalten der Mg1–x CO x O-Mischkristalle (0,05x1,0) in Abhängigkeit von der Co2+-Konzentration untersucht. Die Änderungen der Bandenintensitäten und desRacah-ParametersB werden wie in der analogen MgO-NiO-Mischkristallreihe2 auf Spin-Spin-Wechselwirkungen der über Sauerstoff benachbarten Co2+-Ionen zurückgeführt.
The energy levels of the octahedrally coordinated Co2+-ion and energy equations for two characteristicB-values are given, which allow to identify the quartet-doublet-transition ( a 4 T1g b 2 T1g) of the highest intensity from the spectrum of the Co2+ containing ilmenites MgTiO3 and CdTiO3 1.In addition, the variation of the spectra of the Mg1–x Co x O-mixed crystals (0.05x1.0) with the Co2+ concentration is investigated. The changes in the intensities of the absorption bands and of theRacah-parameterB are (as for the corresponding MgO-NiO-mixed crystals2 interpreted as being caused by spin-spin-interactions between Co2+ ions bonded to the same oxygen.

A series of novel chiral complexes with ,1and ,2 coordination of organic ligands were prepared by reactions of Os3(CO)11(MeCN) and (-H)Os3(CO)10(-OH) withL--serine ethyl ester and ethanolamine. The diastereomeric cluster complexes with serine ligands were separated by crystallization or chromatography. The identification of transient species in r.f. discharges and measurement of rate coefficients for their reactions contributes to the understanding of the complex mechanisms in r.f. plasma chemistry. Using kinetic spectroscopy in conjunction with a short-duration r.f. pulse to investigate the decomposition of CS2, OCS, and SCl2 at low pressure, it has been shown that the predominant primary dissociation steps are CS2CS+S, OCSCO+S(1D), and SCl2S+Cl+Cl. With OCS the most important subsequent steps involved the formation and removal of S2: S(1D)+OCSCO+S2(a1), S2(a1)+MS2(X3)+M, (13), and 2S2+MS4+M(15). Taking the previously published value of k12, computer simulation gave the rate coefficient values k13=6.4±2.4×108 mol–1 dm3 s–1 and k15=1.8±0.5×1013 mol–2 dm6 s–1 at 295±3 K.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Spektren der Spinellmischkristalle Ni2-x MgxGeO4 (0,0 x 1,25) und Co2-x MgxGeO4 (0,0 x 1,0) im Kristallfeldgebiet zeigen starke Unregelmäßigkeiten, die durch die kristallographisch begründete Annahme gedeutet werden können, daß Ni2+ und Co2+ sich in entlang der trigonalen Achse gestauchten Koordinationsoktaedem befinden. Es wird ein Kristallfeldformalismus entwickelt, der eine quantitative Behandlung dieser Spektren gestattet. Weiter zeigt sich, daß nicht immer, wenn eine trigonale Kristallfeldkomponente zugegen ist, Aufspaltungen der Oktaederbanden zu beobachten sind.
The spectra of the spinel type phases Ni2-x MgxGeO4 (0,0 x 1,25) and Co2-x MgxGeO4 (0,0 x 1,0) in the crystal field region show remarkable band splitting effects. They can be explained by the crystallographically plausible assumption, that the coordination octahedra of Ni2+ and Co2+ are compressed along their trigonal axes. A crystal field formalism is developed which allows a quantitative treatment of the spectra. Finally examples are given showing that band splittings are not always observed in the presence of a trigonal component.

Résumé Le spectre des phases de type spinelle Ni2-x MgxGeO4 (0,0 x 1,25) et Co2-x MgxGeO4 (0,0 x 1,0) dans la région du champ cristallin montre des effets remarquables de séparation de bandes. Ils peuvent être expliqués par l'hypothèse cristallographiquement plausible selon laquelle l'octaèdre de coordination de N2+ et de Co2+ est comprimé selon l'axe trigonal. Un formalisme de champ cristallin développé ici permet un traitement quantitatif des spectres. Enfin on donne des exemples qui montrent que les séparations de bandes ne sont pas toujours observées en présence d'une composante trigonale.

The crystal structures of vanadates Li1-2xCo1+xVO4 with x = 0 and 0.25 have been studied by a full pattern analysis. It has been shown that in cubic spinel LiCoVO4 (space group Fd3m), the 8a tetrahedral sites contain a majority of vanadium and a small amount of lithium; all cobalt, lithium, and a small amount of vanadium occupy the 16d octahedral sites. Li0.5Co1.25VO4 crystals belong to the rhombic system (Imma space group) with unit cell parameters a = 5.939(1), b = 5.810(1), and c = 8.303(1). On substitution of lithium by cobalt according to the scheme 2Li+ Co2+ + , half of the lithium and 70% of the vacancies formed are in the 4a octahedral sites, and onethird of lithium and most of cobalt occupy the 4d octahedral sites. The 4e tetrahedral sites are completely occupied by vanadium and lithium in a ratio of 0.92/0.08. The interatomic distances in LiCoVO4 and Li0.5Co1.25VO4 are calculated, and the sizes of lithium ion transport channels are evaluated.  相似文献

Four novel classes of hydrocarbon-soluble isopropoxometallates of chromium(III): [Cr{2-Zr(OPr i )5}3], [Cr- {2-M2(OPr i )9}3] [M = ZrIV, SnIV], [Cr{2-M(OPr i ) x Cl}3] (M = Al, x = 3; M = Nb, x = 5), and [Cr{4-Zr2-(OPr i )8Cl}Cl2]/[Cr{3-Zr2(OPr i )8Cl}{2-Zr2(OPr i )8Cl}Cl] [ n represents the number of connectivity sites (n = 2, 3, 4) involved in binding CrIII] have been prepared for the first time and characterized by the elemental analyses, spectroscopic (i.r., electronic) and magnetic susceptibility studies as well as molecular weight measurements. The [Cr{2-Ga(OPr i )4}3] derivative has also been prepared and its magnetic and electronic properties compared with the above four novel types of CrIII complexes.  相似文献

Summary Ternary 1:1:1 complexes of YIII, CoII, NiII, CuII, LaIII, CeIII and UO 2 2+ with N-(2-acetamido)iminodiacetic acid (H2ADA) as primary ligand and salicylic, anthranilic or phthalic acid as secondary ligand are described. The complexes of CoII and CuII were isolated and characterized by microanalysis, molar conductance measurements, thermal analysis, i.r. and u.v.-vis. spectra. The formation constants of the 111 ternary complexes were determined potentiometrically in 20% (w/w) EtOH-H2O at 24 °C. The stabilities of the 111 M n+ :ADA2–:aromatic acid ternary complexes are higher than those of the corresponding 11 M n+ :aromatic acid binary complexes.  相似文献

The structural parameters of chlorocyclobutane,c-C4H7Cl, have been obtained fromab initio Hartree-Fock calculations employing the 6–31G* basis set for both the more stable equatorial and the high energy axial conformers. The determined carbonhydrogen distances were adjusted by 0.010 Å and held fixed while a weighted least-squares adjust was used to obtain all of the heavy atom parameters for the equatorial conformer by fitting the rotational constants of nine isotopic species. The determinedr 0 parameters are:r(C - C) = 1.535(8) År(C - C) = 1.548(3) År(C - Cl) = 1.788(9) Å CCC, - CL = 132.0(2)°; CCC, = 89.7(6)°; CCC, = 87.1(2)°, and CCC, = 88.7(2)°. 4,4-Bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylmethane has been prepared from ClCH2COCl and Ph2CH2. 4,4-Methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride has also been obtained. Four new substituted 4,4-bis(alkylaminoisonitrosoacetyl)diphenylmethanes (ligands) have been prepared from 4,4-methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride) and the corresponding amines. The NiII, CuII and CoII complexes of these ligands were prepared and their structures were identified using AAS, i.r., 1H-n.m.r. spectral data, elemental analyses and magnetic susceptibility measurements.  相似文献

The low-rank perturbation (LRP) method solves the perturbed eigenvalue equation (B +V) k = k (C +P) k , where the eigenvalues and the eigenstates of the related unperturbed eigenvalue equationB i = i C i are known. The method is designed for arbitraryn-by-n matricesB, V, C, andP, with the only restriction that the eigenstates i of the unperturbed equation should form a complete set. We consider here a real LRP problem where all matrices are Hermitian, and where in addition matricesC and (C +P) are positive definite. These conditions guarantee reality of the eigenvalues k and i . In the original formulation of the LRP method, each eigenvalue k is obtained iteratively, starting from some approximate eigenvalue k . If this approximate eigenvalue is not well chosen, the iteration may sometimes diverge. It is shown that in the case of a real LRP problem, this danger can be completely eliminated. If the rank of the generalized perturbation {V, P} is small with respect ton, then one can easily bracket and hence locate to any desirable accuracy the eigenvalues k (k = 1, ...,n) of the perturbed equation. The calculation of alln eigenvalues requiresO(2 n 2) operations. In addition, if the perturbation (V, P) is local with the localizabilityl p, then onlyO(2 n) operations are required for a derivation of a single eigenvalue.  相似文献

Kinematic viscosities were measured for 2-butanone + 2-butanol binary liquid mixtures with a capillary Ubbelohde routine viscometer in the temperature range from 273.15 to 353.15 K at atmospheric pressure, and covering the whole miscibility field (0xi1). Experimental data have been correlated by means of different empirical or semiempirical relationships, such as =(T), =(xi), and =(T, xi). Viscosity deviations, , from ideal behavior are negative at all experimental conditions, confirming that structure breaking effects prevail in the liquids. Furthermore, the thermodynamics of viscous flow and excess Gibbs energy of activation of viscous flow, G*E, have been calculated. As an alternative and complementary approach to such investigations, the fluidity () of this binary system has been analyzed by the modified—Batschinski theory. The results are discussed in terms of the specific molecular interactions between the mixture components.  相似文献

The probability of the Mössbauer effect f has been evaluated and the Debye temperatures of intermolecular vibrations M at 295 and 78 K have been determined for ten Fe(III) -diketonates, which are complexes of molecular type. Variation of M with temperature and molecular mass M has been found; in the latter case, M decreases as M increases. As a result of this antibatic change in M and M, the effect of a decreased energy of intermolecular interaction dominates the effect of increased molecular mass, and f decreases in conformity with the prediction provided by the molecular crystal model.  相似文献

The apparent equivalent volume V, expansibility E, and compressibility K of an artificial seawater solution containing10 ionic components (Na+, Mg2+, Ca2+, K+, Sr2+, Cl, SO 4 2– , HCO 3 , Br, and F) and one nonionic component (H3BO3) has been determined from0 to40°C (in5° intervals) and from0.1 to0.8 m ionic strength at1 atm. The concentration dependence (Iv=volume ionic strength) of the V's, E's, and K's have been examined by using a Masson-type equation, = ° +S'I V 1/2, and a Redlich-type equation, = ° +SI V 1/2 +BI V, where ° is the infinite-dilution value, S is the empirical Masson slope, S is the theoretical Debye-Hückel slope, and B is an empirical deviation constant. By using Young's rule, = Ei(i), the apparent equivalent volumes, expansibilities, and compressibilities for sea salt have been estimated from the ionic and nonionic components making up the mixture. The estimated apparent molal quantities agree very well with the directly measured values providing the concentration terms, S i and Bi, are weighted according to the methods of Wood and Reilly.Contribution Number 1599 from the University of Miami.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung N,N'-Bis-(o-ammobenzyliden)-äthylendiamin (ABAD) bildet mit Ni2+ und Co3+ stabile Chelate, wobei schon durch Luftsauerstoff eine Oxydation von CoIIzu CoIII-ABAD erfolgt. Ni-ABAD kann quantitativ mit Benzol extrahiert und spektrophotometrisch bei 486 nm bestimmt werden. CoIII-ABAD wird in der wäßrigen Schicht bei 430 nm bestimmt. Die Grenzkonzentrationen betragen 0,5 g Ni/ml und 0,6 g Co/ml in Konzentrationsverhältnissen von 1001 bis 1100. Die Methode ist ebenfalls zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Co neben Cu geeignet.
Summary N,N'-Bis-(o-aminobenzylidene)-ethylenediamine (ABAD) quantitatively reacts with Ni2+ and Co3+ to form stable chelates. CoII-ABAD is easily oxidised by air to CoIII-ABAD. Ni-ABAD can be extracted with benzene and determined spectrophotometrically at 486 nm, CoIII-ABAD is determined in the water-layer at 430 nm. The limit of detection is 0.5 g Ni/ml and 0.6 g Co/ml by the ratio from 1001 to 1100. The method is also suitable for separation and determination of Co in the presence of Cu.

The first vertical ionization potentials (I) of halides HalX (Hal = Cl, Br, I; X is an inorganic or organic substituent) are linearly related to the inductive (I), resonance (R +), and polarizability () constants of the substituents X (I = a + bI + cR + + d). As the atomic number of the Hal element in the Hal·+X radical cations increases, the inductive interaction is strengthened while the polarizability interaction is weakened. Conjugation remains virtually independent of the Hal atom. The resonance R +-constants of the MX3 (M = Si, Ge, Sn, Pb) substituents bound to the Hal·+ radical cation centers were first calculated.  相似文献

The crystals of [Co6H2O][Co4H2O2Gly]2SO4 were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (triclinic, P , a = 5.975(5), b = 15.469(5), c = 6.765(5) , =120.71(5), =83.23(5), =98.77(5)°). The structure contains complex cations of two types: [Co6H2O]2+ and [Co4H2O2Gly]2+ and SO 4 2– anions linked by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic forces. Three chemically nonequivalent charged layers can be distinguished in the structure: one layer is formed by cobalt hexaaqua complexes, another by [Co4H2O2Gly]2– complexes, and the third layer consists of sulfate anions interlaying the former two. The layers alternate along the b axis and are connected by a 3D system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Summary Computer based methods for the processing of chronoamperometric datavia convolutions are discussed. On the example of the quasi-reversible Fe3+/Fe2+ couple, their application for data acquisition and determination of the heterogeneous electrochemical parameters is demonstrated. The plot of Q/i vs. t/i is superior to that employingi/I 1, being less sensitive to distortions by charging currents once these have died away and by the effects of damping on the initially rapidly varying currents. Cyclic voltammetry is often combined with convolution or deconvolution, and digital simulation studies are also frequently performed to confirm the results.
Bestimmung kinetischer Parameter des Systems FeCl3/FeCl2 mittels einer neuen Verarbeitung chronoamperometrischer Daten
Zusammenfassung Computerunterstützte Verfahren zur Verarbeitung chronoamperometrischer Daten mittels Faltungsintegralen werden diskutiert. Am Beispiel des quasireversiblen Systems Fe3+/Fe2+ wird die Anwendung der neuen Methoden zur Datenerfassung und zur Bestimmung der heterogenen elektrochemischen Parameter gezeigt. Der Plot von Q/i gegen t/i ist dem voni/I 1 überlegen, da er durch Ladeströme und Dämpfung der ursprünglich stark variierenden Ströme weniger stark beeinflußt wird. Cyclische Voltammetrie wird häufig im Zusammenhang mit Konvolutions- und Dekonvolutionsmethoden angewandt; digitale Simulation zur Überprüfung der Ergebnisse wird ebenfalls oft eingesetzt.
