A novel double-image encryption algorithm is proposed by using chaos-based local pixel scrambling technique and gyrator transform. Two original images are first regarded as the amplitude and phase of a complex function. Arnold transform is used to scramble pixels at a local area of the complex function, where the position of the scrambled area and the Arnold transform frequency are generated by the standard map and logistic map respectively. Then the changed complex function is converted by gyrator transform. The two operations mentioned will be implemented iteratively. The system parameters in local pixel scrambling and gyrator transform serve as the keys of this encryption algorithm. Numerical simulation has been performed to test the validity and the security of the proposed encryption algorithm.  相似文献

We present an optical method for double image encryption by using linear exchanging operation and double random phase encoding (DRPE) in the gyrator transform (GT) domain. In the linear exchanging operation, two primitive images are linearly recombined via a random orthogonal transform matrix. The resultant blended images are employed to constitute a complex-valued image, which is then encoded into a noise-like encrypted image by a DRPE structure in the GT domain. One can recover the primitive images exactly with all decryption keys correctly applied, including the transform orders, the random phase masks and random angle function used for linear exchanging operation. Computer simulations have been given to demonstrate that the proposed scheme eliminates the difference in key spaces between the phase-based image and the amplitude-based image encountered in the previous schemes. Moreover, our scheme has considerably high security level and certain robustness against data loss and noise disturbance.  相似文献

We propose an optical image encryption scheme based on the Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) theory and the double random phase encoding (DRPE) technique. The piecewise linear chaotic map (PWLCM) is used to generate key images and random phase masks, and to determine DNA encoding rules. In order to achieve ultra-fast DNA encryption, we propose using an optical exclusive-OR (XOR) gate to achieve XOR operation in DNA encryption. Different plaintexts use different initial values of PWLCM, which are generated by Message Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5). The plaintext is encrypted by two rounds of DNA and then by DRPE to form a ciphertext. Numerical simulation and the analysis of attacks on encrypted image are implemented to demonstrate the security and validity of the proposed approach.  相似文献

A novel optical image encryption scheme is proposed based on quick response code and high dimension chaotic system, where only the intensity distribution of encoded information is recorded as ciphertext. Initially, the quick response code is engendered from the plain image and placed in the input plane of the double random phase encoding architecture. Then, the code is encrypted to the ciphertext with noise-like distribution by using two cascaded gyrator transforms. In the process of encryption, the parameters such as rotation angles and random phase masks are generated as interim variables and functions based on Chen system. A new phase retrieval algorithm is designed to reconstruct the initial quick response code in the process of decryption, in which a priori information such as three position detection patterns is used as the support constraint. The original image can be obtained without any energy loss by scanning the decrypted code with mobile devices. The ciphertext image is the real-valued function which is more convenient for storing and transmitting. Meanwhile, the security of the proposed scheme is enhanced greatly due to high sensitivity of initial values of Chen system. Extensive cryptanalysis and simulation have performed to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

A new method for double image encryption is proposed that is based on amplitude-phase hybrid encoding and iterative random phase encoding in fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) domains. In the iterative random phase encoding operation, a binary random matrix is defined to encode two original images to a single complex-valued image, which is then converted into a stationary white noise image by the iterative phase encoding with FrFTs. Compared with the previous schemes that uses fully phase encoding, the proposed method reduces the difference between two original images in key space and sensitivity to the FrFT orders. The primitive images can be retrieved exactly by applying correct keys with initial conditions of chaotic system, the pixel scrambling operation and the FrFT orders. Computer simulations demonstrate that the encryption method has impressively high security level and certain robustness against data loss and noise interference.  相似文献

We propose an image encryption scheme based on double random amplitude coding technique by using random Hartley transform, which is defined according to the random Fourier transform. The significant feature of this algorithm is that the encrypted image is real and convenient for storage as well as transfer of the encrypted information. Moreover, the algorithm has enhanced security and the correct information of original image can be well protected under bare decryption, blind decryption and brute force attacks. Numerical simulation results are also presented in support of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

A novel double-image encryption algorithm is proposed, based on discrete fractional random transform and chaotic maps. The random matrices used in the discrete fractional random transform are generated by using a chaotic map. One of the two original images is scrambled by using another chaotic map, and then encoded into the phase of a complex matrix with the other original image as its amplitude. Then this complex matrix is encrypted by the discrete fractional random transform. By applying the correct keys which consist of initial values, control parameters, and truncated positions of the chaotic maps, and fractional orders, the two original images can be recovered without cross-talk. Numerical simulation has been performed to test the validity and the security of the proposed encryption algorithm. Encrypting two images together by this algorithm creates only one encrypted image, whereas other single-image encryption methods create two encrypted images. Furthermore, this algorithm requires neither the use of phase keys nor the use of matrix keys. In this sense, this algorithm can raise the efficiency when encrypting, storing or transmitting.  相似文献

We propose an image watermarking scheme based on the phase retrieval algorithm in gyrator domain. The watermark is converted into a noise-like image by Arnold transform. The scrambled image is regarded as the amplitude of gyrator spectrum. The Gerchberg-Saxton algorithm is employed to obtain the unknown phase function in gyrator pair, in which the host image is the amplitude of input function. The phase information and the parameters of the two transforms serve as the key of watermarking algorithm. The numerical simulation has demonstrated the performance of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

A novel asymmetric single-channel color image encryption using Hartley transform and gyrator transform is proposed. A color image is segregated into R, G, and B channels and then each channel is independently Hartley transformed. The three transformed channels are multiplied and then phase- and amplitude truncated to obtain first encrypted image and first decryption key. The encoded image is modulated with a conjugate of random phase mask. The modulated image is gyrator transformed and then phase- and amplitude truncated to get second encrypted image and second decryption key. The asymmetric (decryption) keys, random phase mask, and transformation angle of gyrator transform serve as main keys. The optoelectronic encryption and decryption systems are suggested. Numerical simulation results have been demonstrated to verify the performance and security of the proposed security system.  相似文献

A random local phase encoding method is presented for encrypting a secret image. Some random polygons are introduced to control the local regions of random phase encoding. The data located in the random polygon is encoded by random phase encoding. The random phase data is the main key in this encryption method. The different random phases calculated by using a monotonous function are employed. The random data defining random polygon serves as an additional key for enhancing the security of the image encryption scheme. Numerical simulations are given for demonstrating the performance of the proposed encryption approach.  相似文献

The optical image encryption based on multichannel fractional Fourier transform (FRT) and double random phase encoding technique is proposed. Optical principles of encoding and decoding are analyzed in detail. With this method, one can encrypt different parts of input image, respectively. The system security can be improved to some extent, not only because fractional orders and random phase masks in every channel can be set with freedom, but also because the system parameters among all channels are independent. Numerical simulation results of optical image encryption based on four channel FRT and double random phase encoding are given to verify the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

Based on fractional Fourier transform, an image encryption algorithm is proposed and researched. A local random phase encoding is introduced into this algorithm. The data at the local area of complex function is converted by fractional Fourier transform. The local random phase encoding is performed many times. Moreover only one set of random phase data is used in image encryption process. Compare to double random phase encoding, the parameter defining local area can be regarded as the additional key to increase the security of the encryption scheme. Some numerical simulations are achieved to demonstrate the performance of the image encryption scheme.  相似文献

In recent years, the chaos-based cryptographic algorithms have suggested some new and efficient ways to develop secure image encryption techniques. In this paper, we propose a new approach for image encryption based on the multiple-parameter discrete fractional Fourier transform and chaotic logistic maps in order to meet the requirements of the secure image transmission. In the proposed image encryption scheme, the image is encrypted by juxtaposition of sections of the image in the multiple-parameter discrete fractional Fourier domains and the alignment of sections is determined by chaotic logistic maps. This method does not require the use of phase keys. The new method has been compared with several existing methods and shows comparable or superior robustness to blind decryption.  相似文献

Novel optical image encryption scheme based on fractional Mellin transform   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A novel nonlinear image encryption scheme is proposed by introducing the fractional Mellin transform (FrMT) into the field of image security. As a nonlinear transform, FrMT is employed to get rid of the potential insecurity of the optical image encryption system caused by the intrinsic object-image relationship between the plaintext and the ciphertext. Different annular domains of the original image are transformed by FrMTs of different orders, and then the outputs are further encrypted by comprehensively using fractional Fourier transform (FrFT), amplitude encoding and phase encoding. The keys of the encryption algorithm include the orders of the FrMTs, the radii of the FrMT domains, the order of the FrFT and the phases generated in the further encryption process, thus the key space is extremely large. An optoelectronic hybrid structure for the proposed scheme is also introduced. Numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is robust with noise immunity, sensitive to the keys, and outperforms the conventional linear encryption methods to counteract some attacks.  相似文献

A novel nonlinear image encryption scheme based on a fully phase nonzero-order joint transform correlator architecture (JTC) in the Gyrator domain (GD) is proposed. In this encryption scheme, the two non-overlapping data distributions of the input plane of the JTC are fully encoded in phase and this input plane is transformed using the Gyrator transform (GT); the intensity distribution captured in the GD represents a new definition of the joint Gyrator power distribution (JGPD). The JGPD is modified by two nonlinear operations with the purpose of retrieving the encrypted image, with enhancement of the decrypted signal quality and improvement of the overall security. There are three keys used in the encryption scheme, two random phase masks and the rotation angle of the GT, which are all necessary for a proper decryption. Decryption is highly sensitivity to changes of the rotation angle of the GT as well as to little changes in other parameters or keys. The proposed encryption scheme in the GD still preserves the shift-invariance properties originated in the JTC-based encryption in the Fourier domain. The proposed encryption scheme is more resistant to brute force attacks, chosen-plaintext attacks, known-plaintext attacks, and ciphertext-only attacks, as they have been introduced in the cryptanalysis of the JTC-based encryption system. Numerical results are presented and discussed in order to verify and analyze the feasibility and validity of the novel encryption–decryption scheme.  相似文献

In the past decade, the interest on digital images security has been increased among scientists. A synchronous permutation and diffusion technique is designed in order to protect gray-level image content while sending it through internet. To implement the proposed method, two-dimensional plain-image is converted to one dimension. Afterward, in order to reduce the sending process time, permutation and diffusion steps for any pixel are performed in the same time. The permutation step uses chaotic map and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) to permute a pixel, while diffusion employs DNA sequence and DNA operator to encrypt the pixel. Experimental results and extensive security analyses have been conducted to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of this proposed image encryption method.  相似文献

We present a novel image sharing algorithm based on the discrete fractional random transform (DFRNT). The secret image is shared into several shadow images in the DFRNT domain together with some noise images as the encryption keys to increase the security. The decryption only requires a part of shadow images and therefore is independent of those noise images. The (t,n) threshold sharing scheme can be implemented completely by the proposed algorithm. The numerical simulations have demonstrated the effectiveness of this image sharing scheme.  相似文献

A novel multiple information encryption by user-image-based gyrator transform hologram is proposed. In encryption process, each channel of the user image is phase encoded, modulated by random phase function and then gyrator transformed to get the gyrator spectrum of user image. Subsequently, each channel of the secret image is normalized, phase encoded, multiplied by modulated user image, and then gyrator transformed to obtain the gyrator spectrum of secret image. The encrypted digital hologram is recorded by the interference between the gyrator spectrum of user image and the spherical wave function. Similarly, the digital hologram for decryption is recorded by the interference between the gyrator spectrum of secret image and the spherical wave function. The multiple encrypted digital holograms are multiplexed into a final encoded hologram and the corresponding digital holograms for decryption are multiplexed into a final hologram for decryption. The wavelength and radius of the spherical wave function, and angle of gyrator transform are all essential keys for decryption. The proposed system has two main features. First, the encrypted hologram has no information about secret image. Second, the hologram for decryption used as identification key. Consequently the two marked security layers of information protection are achieved. The proposal can be realized by optoelectronic system. Numerical simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and security of the proposed technique.  相似文献
