利用分子动力学方法研究了非晶Ti3Al合金拉伸过程中的晶化行为,模拟结果表明局部塑性变形导致非晶合金晶化.从微观结构演化的角度分析了拉伸过程中的晶化机理,局部剪切导致拉伸过程中晶粒发生成核与合并,最终生成的晶粒具有面心立方结构.晶核的生长过程伴随着应力强化现象,非晶相中的纳米晶粒能提高非晶合金材料的强度. 关键词: 非晶合金 变形晶化 分子动力学  相似文献

Aluminium based rapidly quenched alloys of nominal composition Al90Fe7Nb3 and Al94Fe2V4 were studied by Mössbauer spectroscopy. Samples annealed up to 573 K showed amorphous structure represented by quadrupole doublet. From corrected spectra areas the values of f-factor were calculated. In the case of AlFeNb samples f-factor was estimated as f = 0.26 and for AlFeV f = 0.31. The corresponding Debye temperatures were also calculated. Higher temperature annealing at 773 and 873 K induced deformation of nano- and microcrystalline state. Mössbauer spectra of samples of both compositions (with vanadium as well as with niobium) annealed at 773 K showed superposition of crystalline phases with dominant role of Al3Fe alloy. During annealing at 873 K, phases with large grains and small amount of FeAl metastable phase were developed (Das et al. Mat. Sci. Eng., A304–A306, 159, 2001; Illeková et al. Mat. Sci. 应用x射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和差示扫描量热实验技术,研究了FeCuNbBSi,FeBSi,FeMoBSi几种铁基非晶合金的激波诱导晶化.研究结果表明:非晶态合金激波诱导晶化中存在若干应用传统长程扩散相变理论难以解释的奇异物理效应.用非晶态合金激波流化晶化可以很好地解释激波诱导非晶晶化中的各种奇异物理效应. 关键词: 激波晶化 非晶态合金 激波流化 流体扩散  相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) are employed to investigate the effects of nickel on the crystallization of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy. We have found that the crystallization process of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy is strongly influenced by the addition of nickel. Addition of 10 at% Ni to the Zr70Cu30 amorphous alloy makes the crystallization process proceed from a single-stage mode to a double-stage mode. The activation energy for crystallization of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy is calculated to be about 388kJ·mol-1 on the basis of the Kissinger equation. The effects of nickel on the crystallization of the amorphous Zr70Cu20Ni10 alloy are discussed in terms of the genetics of metals.  相似文献

应用小角X射线散射技术研究了Cu60Zr30Ti10非晶合金从300到813 K之间微结构的演化情况.发现在淬火状态下Cu60Zr30Ti10非晶合金中存在直径30 nm左右的富Cu区.非晶的结构弛豫包括573 K之前的低温结构弛豫和573 K到玻璃转变温度的高温结构弛豫,弛豫的结果是产生含有有序原子团簇的富Cu区,这些有序原子团簇的富Cu区是随后晶化过程中晶核产生的基础.Porod曲线分析表明,晶化生成的纳米体心立方CuZr相和基体之间有明锐的界面. 关键词: 小角X射线散射 非晶合金 结构弛豫 晶化  相似文献

The crystallization behaviour and evolution of nanoparticles in amorphous Al-Ni-Mischmetal (Mm) and Al-Ni-La alloys during heat treatment have been studied. Rapidly solidified ribbons were obtained by induction melting and ejecting the melt onto a rotating Cu wheel in an Ar atmosphere. The crystallization behaviour of the melt-spun ribbons was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). XRD studies confirmed that all the ribbons were fully amorphous. Al-Ni-Mm systems showed a three-stage crystallization process whereas Al-Ni-La system, in general, showed a two-stage crystallization process on annealing. Crystallization kinetics was analysed by Kissinger and Johnson-Mehl-Avrami approaches. In Al-Ni-La alloys, the crystallization pathways depend on the La concentration. Microhardness of all the ribbons was examined at different temperatures and correlated with the corresponding evolution of phases.  相似文献

通过对Buschow提出的预测二元非晶态合金晶化温度的“最小空位”模型进行扩展,并进一步结合Miedema理论得到了一种预测三元非晶态合金晶化温度和晶化驱动力的理论方法.利用该方法计算了(Mg70.6Ni29.4)1-xNdx(x=5,10,15)非晶态合金的晶化温度、晶化驱动力以及晶化焓.其中晶化温度和晶化焓的理论预测值与实验值的相对误差分别小于8%和7%.同时发现较高的晶化驱动力会降低 关键词: 非晶态合金 晶化温度 晶化驱动力  相似文献

铀基非晶合金是非晶家族中的特殊成员,受限于铀元素的高活性与放射性特点,目前这类非晶材料的研究极不充分.本文结合非晶合金的最新发展动态简要介绍了铀基非晶发展历史,较系统地总结了本团队的最新铀基非晶研究工作:首先较详细地介绍了新型铀基非晶的制备技术、成分体系、形成规律与晶化行为,澄清了其形成机制与热稳定性;结合高分辨电镜分析展示了其微观结构特点;采用纳米压痕技术揭示了这类非晶的微纳力学性能;利用电化学测试方法评估了其耐腐蚀性能.这些结果丰富了非晶材料的内涵,有助于深化对非晶物理基础科学问题的理解,并推动新型铀合金材料的发展,为这种材料的潜在工程应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

Pr-based bulk metallic amorphous (BMA) rods (Pr60Ni30Al10) and Al-based amorphous ribbons (Al87Ni10Pr3) have been prepared by using copper mould casting and single roller melt-spun techniques, respectively. Thermal parameters deduced from differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) indicate that the glass-forming ability (GFA) of Pr60Ni30Al10 BMA rod is far higher than that of Al87Ni10Pr3 ribbon. A comparative study about the differences in structure between the two kinds of glass-forming alloys, superheated viscosity and crystallization are also made. Compared with the amorphous alloy Al87Ni10Pr3, the BMA alloy Pr60Ni30Al10 shows high thermal stability and large viscosity, small diffusivity at the same superheated temperatures. The results of x-Ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) show the pronounced difference in structure between the two amorphous alloys. Together with crystallization results, the main structure compositions of the amorphous samples are confirmed. It seems that the higher the GFA, the more topological type clusters in the Pr-Ni-Al amorphous alloys, the GFAs of the present glass-forming alloys are closely related to their structures.  相似文献

The local atomic environment of a melt-spun Ni25Ti50Cu25 amorphous alloy and bond evolution during crystallization were studied by extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. In the amorphous alloy, the interatomic distances of Ni–Ti and Cu–Ti are distinct from Ti–Ti and can be indicative of the formation of two types of dominant polyhedra or distorted polyhedral clusters centered with Ni and Cu, with the majority of shell atoms being Ti. The overall increase in the coordination numbers of Ni, Ti, and Cu by crystallization and evidence for structural relaxation suggest that the melt-spun ribbon contains a combination of ordered structures and free volume prior to the heat treatment. Copper and nickel are co-located as their absorption spectra are similar. Although crystallization occurs rapidly (within 4?min at 500 °C), the local atomic environment change persists at longer annealing durations (up to 10?min). An increase in the Ti–Ti and Cu–Cu homo-bond fractions at short and intermediate annealing times suggests that these species segregate between Cu-rich and Cu-poor phases. Crystallization continues through a short-range Ti and Cu diffusion-dominated process, as the near-neighbor structures of Ti and Cu change considerably more than for Ni during annealing. This homogenizes the microstructure followed by possible precipitation of a TiCu compound.  相似文献

应用同步辐射x射线小角散射法在原位对块体非晶合金Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5在等温退火过程中的微结构变化进行研究.实验表明:在等温退火过程中电子密度涨落反映了晶化之前的结构弛豫过程;在一定的退火温度下、随退火时间的增加,拓扑短程序弛豫与化学短程序弛豫之间存在一个电子密度均匀化的过程;导致这两种弛豫过程转变的退火时间与退火温度有关,温度越高,所需的退火时间越短.  相似文献

从非晶合金的微观结构出发,基于处理强无序和具有随机几何结构系统常用的理论方法——逾渗理论来描述非晶合金剪切屈服时的塑性流变.为了更好地理解非晶合金剪切带萌生时的临界问题,结合已有的"自由体积(free volume)模型"和"剪切转变区(shear transformation zone)模型",建立了非晶合金剪切转变的逾渗模型.以Cu_(25)Zr_(75)二元非晶合金为例,计算了在剪切转变区内易发生塑性流动的原子团簇剪切失稳的逾渗阈值,并粗略估算了这些原子团簇的大小.研究发现,剪切失稳的逾渗阈值与临界约化自由体积浓度(x_c~2.4%)有着相似的特性,不同之处在于其值与自由体积的分散度有着密切联系.研究结果作为非晶合金的韧脆转变问题提供了新思路.  相似文献

选择Al90Fe5Ce5和Al83Zn7Ce10非晶合金来研究铝基非晶合金的微观结构的特点和微观结构的演变.在Al90Fe5Ce5非晶合金中,发现亚稳Al6Fe相与被铝相包裹的二十面体准晶相共存.在Al83Zn7Ce10非晶合金中,金属间化合物Al2ZnCe2为凝固过程中的初生相.金属间化合物Al2ZnCe2可以伴随纳米晶粒铝的晶化而析出.抑制在冷却过程中所形成的各种晶核的成长是铝基合金具有很强的非晶形成能力的主要原因.多种相的竞争形核和有限生长导致了铝基合金具有复杂的结构特点 关键词: 铝基非晶合金 二十面体准晶 预峰 化学短程序  相似文献

表征纳米尺度结构非均匀对于理解非晶合金的变形、弛豫等动力学行为至关重要.受时空尺度限制,非晶合金纳米尺度结构非均匀的实验表征具有很大的挑战性.本文针对一种典型的锆基非晶合金,开展了同步辐射小角X射线散射原位拉伸实验.通过对散射曲线的定量分析,揭示了非晶合金在纳米尺度的非均匀结构图像.首先,Porod散射曲线呈现正偏离行为,表明非晶合金属于非理想两相散射体系,两相界面弥散且任一相内都存在电子密度涨落.基于散射曲线的Guinier定律分析,进一步揭示非晶合金中散射体形状远偏离球形,其特征尺度主要分布在0.8—1.6 nm之间,且在弹性变形阶段几乎不变.最后,通过Debye相关函数分析,发现这些纳米尺度散射体仅在1 nm之内存在强关联,符合非晶合金短程有序、长程无序的结构特征.研究结果表明非晶合金中存在具有复杂空间分布的纳米尺度非均匀结构.  相似文献

The crystallization and thermal fatigue behavior of Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloys heated by laser pulses was investigated. The results showed that crystallization occurred even below the crystallization temperature Tx in a low cycle time. Cracks appearred before or after crystallization of the heated area in the sample.
