对c轴择优取向的熔融织构样品(Nd0.33Eu0.33Gd0.33) Ba2Cu3O7-δ(含Gd(211)相)的磁通跳跃现象进行 了系统研究.结果表明,在外加磁 场平行于样品c轴条件下,在2到3K的温度范围内明显观测到了部分磁通跳跃现象,而 在5K及以上温区并未出现.在磁场垂直于样品的c轴情况,在2K到Tc的整个温 区都没有观察到磁通跳跃现象.这种各向异性磁通跳跃现象可归因于各向异性钉扎力和几何 退磁因子的结果.随着温度的增加,磁通跳跃数目减少,且M(H)曲线的第三象限是磁通 跳跃的最不稳定过程.最后,研究了磁通跳跃对磁场扫描速率的依赖关系,并讨论了磁通蠕 动对磁通跳跃的影响. 关键词: 0.33Eu0.33Gd0.33)Ba2Cu3O7-δ超导体')" href="#">(Nd0.33Eu0.33Gd0.33)Ba2Cu3O7-δ超导体 OCMG方法 磁通跳跃  相似文献

A flux fusion method was used to obtain the various sizes of Eu3+-activated Y2O3 red phosphors. The flux material was selected as an independent variable to control the physical properties of phosphor particles and their effects on the morphology and size distribution of phosphors were examined by scanning electron microscopy. The concentration of the flux materials and synthetic temperature were optimized for maximal photoluminescence intensity. Fluoride-based flux materials were found to work for the crystal formation of Eu3+-activated Y2O3. In particular, when a BaF2 flux was used during the reaction at 1450 °C for 3 h, the photoluminescence (PL) intensity of Eu3+-activated Y2O3 was 25% higher than that without a flux and spherical phosphors had a mean particle size of 4-5 μm. The morphology and size distribution of the synthesized Eu3+-activated Y2O3 phosphor were predominantly dependent upon the type and concentration of flux material and synthetic temperature.  相似文献

(Y1-xGdx)2O3:Eu phosphor particles with dense morphology were prepared by flame spray pyrolysis and the effect of LiCl flux on the crystallinity, morphology, and photoluminescence characteristics of the particles was investigated. All as-prepared particles had monoclinic phase regardless of flux and had different luminescence characteristics from those of commercial Y2O3:Eu particles of cubic phase. The addition of LiCl flux reduced the post-treatment temperature by 300 °C for phase transformation from the monoclinic phase to the cubic phase. The post-treatment temperature of (Y0.75Gd0.25)2O3:Eu particles for phase transformation decreased from 1100 °C to 700 °C when LiCl flux was used. The morphology of the particles was also influenced by the Y/Gd ratio and the LiCl flux. The as-prepared particles had spherical shape and non-aggregation characteristics regardless of Y/Gd ratio and flux. The sphericity of the as-prepared particles prepared without flux was maintained after post-treatment for phase transformation in all Y/Gd ratios. However, LiCl addition promoted the aggregation between product particles. The prepared particles had high photoluminescence intensities comparable to that of the commercial product. The influence of non-uniform Jc distributions on flux jumps in high-temperature superconductors is investigated with the simplified models in the form of a composite superconducting slab consisting of different pinning regions. The magnetization loops and flux jumps for the simplified models are calculated with the modified recursion formulas which could predict the flux-jump fields. The valid ranges of the temperature and sweep rate for Bfj1 are specified and the fields of the subsequent jumps after the first flux jump of the inhomogeneous models are obviously lower than that of the homogeneous models. The results indicate that flux jump instability could be stimulated by non-uniform Jc distributions and with the increase of the discrepancy of Jc between different pinning regions the instability also increase.  相似文献

Angle dependant torque magnetization measurements have been carried out on the organic superconductor, κ-(ET)2Cu(NCS)2 at extremely low temperatures (25-300 mK). Magneto-thermal instabilities are observed in the form of abrupt magnetization (flux) jumps for magnetic field sweeps of 0-20 T. A fractal analysis of the flux jumps indicate that the instabilities do show a self similar structure with a fractal dimension of varying between 1.15 and 1.6. The fractal structure of the flux jumps in our sample shows a striking similarity to that of MgB2 thin film samples, in which magneto-optical experiments have recently shown that the small flux jumps are due to the formation of dendritic flux structures. These smaller instabilities act to suppress the critical current density of the thin films. The similarity of the flux jump structure of our samples suggests that we may also observing the dendritic instability, but in a bulk sample rather than a thin film. If true, this is the first observation of the dendritic instability in a bulk superconducting sample, and is likely due to the layered nature of κ-(ET)2Cu(NCS)2, which results in a quasi-two dimensional flux structure over the majority it's mixed state phase diagram.  相似文献

This paper reports that the green phosphor BaAl11.9O19:0.1Mn2+ is prepared by a flux assisted solid state reaction method.The effect of flux systems on the crystal structure,morphology and luminescent properties of the phosphor are studied in detail.The samples are characterized by the application of x-ray diffraction patterns,scanning electron microscopy patterns,luminescent spectra and decay curves.The results show that a pure phase BaAl12O19 can be achieved at the firing temperature above 1300℃ by adding the proper flux system,the firing temperature is reduced at least 200℃ in comparison with the conventional solid state reaction method.Maximum photoluminescence emission intensity is observed at 517 nm for(AlF3+Li2CO3) flux system under vacuum ultraviolet region(147 nm) excitation.The photoluminescence emission intensity and the decay time of these phosphor is found to be more superior to that of the corresponding sample prepared by the conventional solid state reaction method implying the suitability of this route for the preparation of display device worthy phosphor materials.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the magnetic structure of the half-ring flux line ended on the surface of a superconductor. The elemental modes for these half-ring flux lines are the half-ellipse flux lines ended on and perpendicular to the surface. The statistics of these half-ring flux lines is, in a certain degree, similar to the vortex-antivortex pairs in thin superconducting films. An abrupt change of the thermodynamic properties for this system takes place at a temperature lower than Tc. It is analogous to the KT transition in thin superconducting films in certain sense.  相似文献

The neutron flux distribution on the wall of a toroidal CTR device with strongly elongated cross section is calculated. On the inner and outer cylindrical walls (belt-pinch device) the flux distribution has a plateau region with a half-width equal to about the height of the plasma. The maximum flux is found on the outer cylinder and in the symmetry plane (z 0=0). The neutron flux asymmetry and reductionη of the mean wall loading are determined. For standard data anη of 57% is computed. This is mainly due to the flux profiles on the cylindrical walls and does not depend sensitively on the toroidal curvature. For standard parameters the inner cylinder absorbs 22.6%, the outer cylinder 68.6% and the end plates together 8.8% of the total neutron emission. The corresponding values for a straight device with the same coil and plasma cross section are 44%, 44% and 12%. A reduction of toroidal curvature diminishes flux asymmetry between the inner and outer cylinders. The maximum flux and minimumη-value are obtained at a large torus radius equal to two times the coil width. For small aspect ratios (R t W0.5) the neutron flux through the inner cylinder becomes so small that its interior may be filled with a material other than a blanket material, e.g. with an iron core.  相似文献

The flux dynamics in a polycrystalline sample of Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox with a macroscopic cylindrical hole (CH) drilled was investigated by slow transport relaxation (V-t curves) and magnetovoltage measurements (V-H curves). It was monitored that there are several discontinuities in the time evolution of quenched state in V-t curves, which was attributed to the leaving of quantized flux lines trapped through CH together with surface superconducting effects. We observed that asymmetric V-H curves demonstrate unusual remarkable counter clockwise hysteresis effects upon cycling of field. This interesting result was correlated mainly to the flux trapping inside the CH that acts as a macroscopic attractive pinning center for flux lines. Further, the hysteresis effects in V-H curves for a fixed transport current provide a direct evidence that the number of flux lines, measured dissipation and relative decrease/increase in irreversibilities could be determined by sweeping rate of external magnetic field (dH/dt) which leads also to peculiar time effects.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method of improving the ultrasonic signal amplitude from a meander line EMAT by using soft magnetic alloy ribbon (Fe60Ni10V10B20) as a magnetic flux concentrator (MFC). The flux concentrator is a thin soft amorphous magnetic material (Fe60Ni10V10B20) which is very sensitive to a small flux change. The MFC is used with the EMAT to improve the signal amplitude and it was observed that the peak signal amplitude increases by a factor of two compared to the signal without MFC. Two dimensional numerical models have been developed for the EMAT with MFC to quantify the improvement of the received signal amplitudes. Model calculations and experiments have been carried out for a wide range of ultrasonic frequencies (500 kHz-1 MHz) in different materials.  相似文献

The flux noise in Josephson junction arrays is studied in the critical regime above the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless transition. In proximity-coupled arrays a local Ohmic damping for the phases is relevant, giving rise to anomalous vortex diffusion and a dynamic scaling of the flux noise in the critical region. The flux noise exhibits a crossover from white to 1/f noise at a frequency ωξ∝ξ?z with a dynamic exponent z=2.  相似文献

We have observed unique superconducting properties in Mn doped NbSe2. It was found that for certain Mn concentrations there is an anomalous decrease in the flux pinning along with an increase in the transition temperature. Oscillatory flux pinning behavior is observed which is shown to be consistent with pinning due to matching of flux lines to pinning sites.  相似文献

The effect of a dielectric coating on the near-field radiative heat transfer between two plane surfaces is numerically studied in the framework of the fluctuational electrodynamics. The dielectric coating is assumed to be a SiC or SiO2 film, which is on top of the emitter. The results show that the near-field radiative flux between the plane surfaces can be either diminished or enhanced by the dielectric coating, depending on the thermal radiative properties of the emitter and the receiver. Furthermore, the dielectric coating effect on the near-field radiative flux can be very different from that on the far-field radiative flux. Detailed analysis on the variations of the TE- and TM-wave components of the radiative flux by adding the dielectric coating is provided, along with the physical mechanisms that account for these changes. Dielectric coatings such as SiC and SiO2 films are widely seen in microelectronic structures and nanofabrication devices. The results obtained in this work should be valuable for further study and nanotechnological applications of near-field radiative heat transfer.  相似文献

The magnetic flux rotating in step with a type II superconducting disc is measured with orthogonal pick up coils for various previous magnetic histories vs H0 applied ⊥ to the axis of rotation. For some initial magnetic states, flux expulsion, independent of the rate of rotation, occurs during the initial rotation. A simple model where flux lines leave the specimen against the magnetic pressure in the active region accounts for the observations.  相似文献

The combinatorial approach to materials synthesis was employed for the quick screening of a flux material for liquid phase-mediated epitaxy of Bi4Ti3O12 single crystal film. A series of ternary flux libraries composed of two self-fluxes (Bi2O3 and Bi4Ti3O12) and an impurity flux (VOx, WOx, CuOx, BiPOx, BaO, MoOx) were fabricated on the SrTiO3 (0 0 1) substrates. Then, stoichiometric Bi4Ti3O12 was grown on each one of these flux libraries at a temperature presumed to melt the flux. High-throughput characterization with the concurrent X-ray diffraction (XRD) method resulted in the discovery of a novel flux material, CuO, containing Bi2O3, for Bi4Ti3O12 single crystal film.  相似文献

By comparing the contributions of pinning and viscous forces to the restoring force on flux ines in type II and highT c superconductors, it is shown that the flux flow in highT c superconducto rs should play an important role in determining the magnetic flux distribution and hence the hyste resis losses in a.c. fields. Both quantities are calculated in the extreme case of very large viscous forces with respect to the pinning force. The magnetic field and frequency dependence of the losses are changed with respect to the results obtained from the critical state model. The theoretical results are qualitatively confirmed by a.c. susceptibility measurements at different magnetic field amplitudes and frequencies. The quantitative differences indicate that the flux flow effects in highT c superconductors are by far not so strong as expected and supposed by some theories. The reasons for these discrepancies are discussed.  相似文献

The ZIP flux form for differencing the term (wv)x, where w is a convected quantity and v is a convective velocity, is observed to be equivalent to differencing the alternative expression wvx + wxv using centered second order finite differences. The advantage of this form is that one class of nonlinear computational instabilities is eliminated. Based on this observation, the extension of the ZIP flux concept to arbitrarily high order accuracy is given. Computational examples show the advantage both of the ZIP flux concept itself and of its higher order forms within the context of flux-corrected transport (FCT) algorithms.  相似文献

The flux tube model of hybrid mesons is studied in the context of the relativistic equation in the adiabatic approximation. The moment of inertia of the rigid-rod flux tube is considered in the kinetic part of the interaction. The nonrelativistic and relativistic one scalar bead flux tube is integrated numerically and compared with the adiabatic flux tube small oscillation approximation. The relativistic scalar bead picture suggests that the lowest gluonic excitation of a massive gluon is color octet q q? pair while the conventional mesons are color singlet as usual. We estimate the lowest hybrid charmonium states as 11 P = 4.17 ± 0.03 and 11D = 4.39±0.05 GeV with color octet qq pair and as 11P = 3.78± 0.05 and 11D = 4.04±0.09 GeV with color singlet q q? pair. These results are also confirmed by the adiabatic flux tube small oscillation approximation when the hybrid energy gap is adjusted phenomenologically to M Hc = M ground + 1GeV.  相似文献
