It was discovered by means of dynamic NMR that the 1-(cis-1-methylprop-1-en-1-yl)-1,2-dimethylacenaphthylenonium ion generated under conditions of “long life” for carbocations underwent fast (ΔG#35.8 kJ mol?1 at ?103°C) degenerate 1,2-shift of the cis-dimethylvinyl group. Quantum-chemical calculations by DFT method predict lower rate of 1,2-shift for the trans-dimethylvinyl group compared to cis-dimethylvinyl group and dependence on the cations conformation of the rates of these processes and of the rearrangement mechanism into the ions of phenalenyl type.  相似文献

Photoelectron angular distributions have been measured for the three-photon resonant one-photon ionization, (3+1), of Xe via the 7s[1 1/2]0 1 and 8s[1 1/2]0 1 states. The results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions of Tang and Lambropoulos [13] for the 8s[1 1/2]0 1, but not for the 7s[1 1/2]0 1 state. Furthermore, the results are compared to those which have been obtained by Blazewicz et al. [1] for the three-photon resonant two-photon ionization, (3+2), of Xe via the 6s[1 1/2]0 1 state.  相似文献

3,4-Dimethyl-1-thio-1-phenylphosphole reacts, under elevated temperatures, with tropone to give two [4+2] isomeric adducts: Endo-syn-5,6-dimethyl-3-thio-3-phenyl-3-phosphatricyclo [5.3.2.02,6]dodec-4,8,11-trien-10-one (1) and Endo-anti-5,6-dimethyl-3-thio-3-phenyl-3-phosphatricyclo[5.3.2.02,6]dodec-4,9,11-trien-8-one (2). In addition to the endo-exo,syn-anti relationship the phosphorus configuration in 1, 2 and some derivatives was also elucidated by means of NMR-shift reagents and 2JPH coupling constants.  相似文献

7-Nitropyridobenzimidazolium salts are cleaved with secondary amines to form 2-[(E,E)-4-aminobuta-1,3-dienyl]-1H-benzimidazoles. The latter react with dimethyl acetylene-dicarboxylate to yield 4a-[(E,Z,E)-6-amino-4,5-dimethoxycarbonylhexa-1,3,5-trien-1-yl]-1,2,3,4-tetra(methoxycarbonyl)-4a,5-dihydropyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazoles.  相似文献

Normal coordinate calculations were made for the trans and gauche conformations of n-propyl and n-butyl iodides and for the tt, tg and gg conformations of 1,3-diiodopropane. Nineteen force constants of a 48-parameter modified valence force field were adjusted to provide the best fit for 114 frequencies (excluding C-H) of all these conformations except for gg, 1,3-di-iodopropane. The average difference between observed and calculated wavenumbers was 6.6 cm?. Previous vibrational assignments were revised.  相似文献

The convergent syntheses of (+)-piericidin A1 1 and (?)-piericidin B1 2 have been achieved based on classical Julia-Lythgoe olefination between 4-hydroxy-5,6-dimethoxy-3-methyl-2-[5-oxo-3-methyl-pent-(2E)-enyl]-pyridine 3 corresponding to the left half of the final molecule, and chiral phenyl sulfones, (4R,5R)-2,4,6-trimethyl-5-methoxy-1-phenylsulfonyl-octa-(2E,6E)-diene 20 and (4R,5R)-5-tert-butyldimethylsiloxy-2,4,6-trimethyl-1-phenylsulfonyl-octa-(2E,6E)-diene 33, corresponding to the right halves. The construction of the two stereogenic centers in the right half of piericidins was achieved based on lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis of methyl (2,3)-anti-3-acetoxy-2,4-dimethyl-hex-(4E)-enoate (±)-22.  相似文献

Chromatographic retention data were measured for a wide range of organic solutes on 1-butyl-1-methylpyrolidinium tris(pentafluoroethyl)trifluorophosphate ([BMPyrr]+[FAP]?), 1-butyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium triflate, ([BMPyrr]+[Trif]?), and 1-methoxyethyl-1-methylmorpholinium tris(pentafluoroethyl)trifluorophosphate, ([MeoeMMorp]+[FAP]?), stationary phases at (323, 353 and 383) K. The measured retention factors were combined with published infinite dilution activity coefficient and gas-to-water partition coefficient data to yield gas-to-anhydrous ionic liquid (IL) and water-to-anhydrous IL partition coefficients. The three sets of partition coefficients were analyzed using the Abraham model. The derived Abraham model correlations describe the observed gas-to-IL (log10 K) and water-to-IL (log10 P) partition coefficient data to within average standard deviations of about 0.11 and 0.15 log10 units, respectively.  相似文献

The title compounds7 are formed in a general reaction by heating β-isothiocyanoketones3 with primary amines in inert solvents, or by thermal elimination of water from tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones5, also in inert solvents. The 1-alkyl compounds can also be prepared under similar conditions from α,β-unsaturated ketones by reaction with alkylammonium rhodanides. The NMR-spectra show that the 1-substituted dihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones are in tautomeric equilibrium with the tetrahydro-6-methylene-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones13. The reactivity of 1-alkyl and 1-aryldihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones is similar to that of dihydro-4,4,6-trimethyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethione7 j, although their ring stability is certainly less.  相似文献

An efficient biocatalytic process has been developed for the resolution of methyl (1RS)-N-tBoc-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinoline-1-carboxylate rac-1 by means of Seaprose S-mediated enantioselective hydrolysis to afford (1S)-2 and (1R)-1 in 87% and 93% isolated yield, 101% and 96% potency, and ee >99.8% and >99.5%, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of (Z)-1-arylmethylidene-5,5-dimethyl-3-oxopyrazolidin-1-ium-2-ides with para-substituted N-arylmaleimides at 110°C is cis-stereoselective [cis/trans-adduct ratio ??(9?C10): 1]. Under analogous conditions, the conversion of (Z)-1-(2,6-dichlorophenylmethylidene)-5,5-dimethyl-3-oxopyrazolidin-1-ium-2-ide in the reaction with N-(4-methoxyphenyl)maleimide in 6-7 h did not exceed 1?C2%. The cycloaddition of (Z)-1-ethylidene- and (Z)-1-(2-methylpropylidene)-5,5-dimethyl-3-oxopyrazolidin-1-ium-2-ides to N-arylmaleimides, regardless of the substituent in the phenyl group of the latter, gave preferentially the corresponding trans-adducts, which cannot be rationalized only by steric effect of substituents in terms of the concerted mechanism.  相似文献

CrCl2- and NiCl2-mediated coupling reactions of E/Z mixture of 1-bromo-1-fluoroalkenes with aldehydes proceeded in a high stereoselectivity to give the corresponding (Z)-2-fluoroallylic alcohol derivatives. On the other hand, in the reaction of 1,1-dibromo-1-fluoroalkane with CrCl2, (Z)-fluoroalkene derivative was formed via α-elimination reaction of the chromium carbenoid intermediate accompanying the concomitant 1,2-shift of β-hydrogen.  相似文献

The sulfonation of various 1-phenylsulfonyl-1H-pyrroles and 1-phenylsulfonyl-1H-indoles using chlorosulfonic acid in acetonitrile has been studied, leading to the development of a clean and operationally simple protocol allowing direct synthesis of the corresponding 1-phenylsulfonyl-1H-pyrrole-3-sulfonyl chlorides and 1-phenylsulfonyl-1H-indole-3-sulfonyl chlorides, respectively, both of which may be easily converted to various sulfonamide derivatives by treatment with nitrogen nucleophiles. Efficient and selective removal of the phenylsulfonyl- or tosyl groups in the sulfonamide series may be achieved under mild conditions.  相似文献

The trans-configured fosfomycin analogue, diethyl (1S,2S)-1,2-epoxy-3-hydroxypropylphosphonate, was synthesised by the intramolecular Williamson reaction of diethyl (1S,2R)-1,3-dihydroxy-2-mesyloxypropylphosphonate. The cis-analogue was obtained as O-ethyl or O,O-diethyl (1R,2S)-1,2-epoxy-3-hydroxypropylphosphonates, when (1R,2R)-1,3-dihydroxy-2-mesyloxypropylphosphonate or its 3-O-trityl derivative were used as starting materials, respectively. The intramolecular Williamson cyclisations of diethyl (1S,2R)- and (1R,2S)-1-benzyloxy-3-hydroxy-2-mesyloxypropylphosphonates led to diethyl (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-2,3-epoxy-1-benzyloxypropylphosphonates, respectively, with the concomitant formation of diethyl (E)-1-benzyloxy-3-hydroxyprop-1-en-1-phosphonate. From diethyl (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-2,3-epoxy-1-benzyloxypropylphosphonates, enantiomerically pure diethyl (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-1,2-dihydroxypropylphosphonates were obtained by catalytic hydrogenation, while diethyl (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-3-acetamido-1,2-dihydroxypropylphosphonates were produced after epoxide ring opening with dibenzylamine, acetylation and hydrogenolysis.  相似文献

An efficient asymmetric synthesis of highly enantioenriched 3-hetero-substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindolinones is reported. The key step is a diastereoselective nucleophilic addition on N-acylhydrazonium intermediates generated by acidic treatment of hemiaminal precursors bearing an (S)-2-alkoxymethyl-pyrrolidin-1-yl type auxiliary. Microbial deracemisation of racemic N-(1-hydroxy-1-phenylethyl)benzamide to give the (R)-enantiomer is described using whole cells of Cunninghamella echinulata NRRL 1384. The deracemisation involves fast highly (S)-selective oxidation followed by slower partially (S)-selective reduction of the intermediate ketone. The yield and ee of (R)-N-(1-hydroxy-1-phenylethyl)benzamide were optimised (82%, 98% ee) by removal of a competing extracellular amidase/protease activity by using static cells at pH 5. Use of the protease inhibitor PMSF with growing cells leads to a slower deracemisation (82% ee) but a very high (98%) overall recovery of alcohol and ketone.  相似文献

The experimental access to M1 transition probabilities within thens 2 np k (1 ≦k ≦ 5) ground state configurations of highly ionized atoms is outlined. A test experiment on Xe(45–50)+ yielded first spectra and decay curves of the 2s 2 1 S 0 ? 2s2p 3 P 1 0 intercombination transition in Xe50+ and of M1 transitions within the 2s 2 2p k (1 ≦k ≦ 5) ground configurations. The data compare well only with theoretical predictions which take the Lamb shift into account. Problems and prospects for better measurements are discussed.  相似文献

The fine structure of the 1s5f and 1s5g levels of He I was measured using microwave spectroscopy. The helium atoms were excited by ion impact, and the eleven allowed 1s5f 2S+1 F J –1s5g 2S′+1 G J , transitions near ν≈15 GHz were induced and detected by measuring the 1s4d–1s2p or 1s3d–1s2p spectral-line intensities of the impact radiation as a function of the microwave frequency. The measured transition frequencies are in accord with theoretical values and, except for one transition frequency, with earlier experimental data. The existing discrepancy between these earlier data and theory could be solved.  相似文献

The structure has been refined to R 5.2% for 1262 observed reflections.C8H8Te(CH2COPh)Br (II) is orthorhombic, space group Pccn with a 23.593(6), b 14.337(3), c 9.180(2) Å, Z = 8. R = 5.5% for 1374 reflections.C8H8Te(CD3)I (III) is orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a 11.200(3), b 15.976(2), c 23.328(3) Å, Z = 16. R = 5.6% for 2142 reflections.In I and II, tellurium is coordinated in an approximately octahedral geometry by the organic residues and three halogen contacts, with TeC and TeBr distances in the ranges 2.14(1)–2.19(1) Å and 3.328(2)–3.368(2) Å in (I) and 2.12(1)–2.18(1) Å and 3.292(2)–3.391(2) Å in II.In III, each of the two crystallographically independent complexes has tellurium coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry. The TeC bond lengths are 2.10(2)–2.16(2) Å. In each case two TeI distances are in the range 3.596(2)–3.688(2) Å and a third, longer interaction (3.870(2) and 4.112(2) Å) completes the coordination.In each of the structures I–III the three covalent TeC bonds are oriented cis within the octahedra and exert a trans bond-lengthening effect on the Tehalogen interactions, precluding covalent-type bonding; the structures are essentially ionic, (C8H8TeR)+ cations and halide anions forming extended arrays.  相似文献

The first transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of 2,3-dibromo-1H-inden-1-one are reported. The Suzuki-Miyaura reaction of 2,3-dibromo-1H-inden-1-one with 2 equiv of arylboronic acid gave 2,3-diaryl-1H-inden-1-ones. The reaction with 1 equiv of arylboronic acid gave 2-bromo-3-aryl-1H-inden-1-ones with very good site-selectivity. The one-pot reaction of 2,3-dibromo-1H-inden-1-one with two different arylboronic acids afforded 2,3-diaryl-1H-inden-1-ones containing two different terminal aryl groups.  相似文献
