Bisthiourea derivatives 1,1′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(3-phenylthiourea), 1,1′-(propane-1,3-diyl)bis(3-phenylthiourea), and 1,1′-(butane-1,4-diyl)bis(3-phenylthiourea) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR. Suitable crystals of 1,1′-(propane-1,3-diyl)bis(3-phenylthiourea) were grown for single-crystal X-ray analysis and from the data it was observed that they organize into the P-1 space group. The thermal decomposition of these compounds has been studied by TG–DSC.  相似文献

The novel functionalized N,N′-[2-(arylsulfonamido)propane-1,3-diyl]bis(N-allylarylsulfonamide) and N,N′-[2-(methylsulfonamido)propane-1,3-diyl]bis(N-benzylarylsulfonamide) derivatives have been prepared from 2-(bromomethyl)-1-sulfonylaziridines for the first time using substituted arylsulfonamides in the presence of sodium methoxide under catalyst-free condition in good yields.  相似文献

Two chiral β-diketones, 1,3-bis[(S)-(4-[2.2]paracyclophanyl)]propane-1,3-dione (BPPD) and [1-(S)-(4-[2.2]paracyclophanyl)-3-phenyl]propane-1,3-dione (PPPD), were synthesized by acylation of (S)-4-acetyl[2.2]paracyclophane with methyl esters from the corresponding carboxylic acids. 4-Acetyl[2.2]paracyclophane was synthesized in a quantitative yield by the reaction of [2.2]paracyclophane-4-carboxylic acid with methyllithium.  相似文献

The direction of the reaction of propane-1,3-dichalcogenolates with 2,3-dichloroprop-1-ene in the system hydrazine hydrate-KOH depends not only on the conditions but to a greater extent on the chalcogen nature. Dipotassium propane-1,3-dithiolate and propane-1,3-diselenolate give rise to products of substitution of the chlorine atom on the sp 3-carbon atom, which are capable of undergoing further transformations (domino reaction). Dipotassium propane-1,3-ditellurolate promotes elimination of both chlorine atoms with formation of allene.  相似文献

N,N′-Bis(hydroxymethyl)thiourea reacted with propane-1,3-diamine at a molar ratio of 2 : 1 to give 5,5′-propane-1,3-diylbis(1,3,5-triazinane-2-thione), whereas 1,3,5,7,11,13,15,17-octaazatricyclo[15.3.1.17,11]-docosane-4,14-dithione was obtained in the reaction with equimolar amounts of the reactants. Tricyclic product was also formed in the three-component condensation of thiourea with formaldehyde and propane-1,3-diamine at a ratio of 1 : 3 : 1. The reactions of N,N′-bis(hydroxymethyl)thiourea with ethane-1,2-diamine (2 : 1) and of thiourea with formaldehyde and butane-1,4-diamine (1 : 2 : 1) afforded 5,5′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(1,3,5-triazinane-2-thione) and 5,5′-(butane-1,4-diyl)bis(1,3,5-triazinane-2-thione), respectively.  相似文献

The previously unknown arsenic-containing triacylglycerides (AsTAGs) 3-((15-(dimethylarsinoyl)pentadecanoyl)oxy)propane-1,2-diyl dipalmitate 1 and 2-((15-(dimethylarsinoyl)pentadecanoyl)oxy)propane-1,3-diyl dipalmitate 2 have been synthesized. They will serve as model compounds in the search for naturally occurring AsTAGs, recently proposed natural constituents of fish oils.  相似文献

The fragmentation patterns in the spectra of 2-aryl-1,3-dithianes and -1,3-dithiolanes have been elucidated by deuterium labelling studies. Ortho effects are observed in the spectra of 2(o-alkoxyphenyl)-1,3-dithianes. The molecular ions of the 1,3-dithianes eliminate S2H· and metastable kpeaks substantiate these eliminations. The hydrogen involved in this elimination randomises (C-4, 5 and 6) Prior to elimination in the spectrum of 2-phenyl-1,3-dithiane, but originates mainly from C-5 in that of the bis propane-1,3-dithioacetal of terephthaldehyde.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of 1,3-diphenyl-2-methylpropane-1,3-dione and 1,3-diphenyl-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)propane-1,3-dione show them both to adopt cis-diketo (Z,Z) conformations with carbonyl—carbonyl dihedral angles of 89.0(3)° (2-methyl derivative), and 85.5(4)° and 77.7(4)° for the two molecules in the asymmetric unit of the 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) derivative. These are the first acyclic β-diketones with an α-hydrogen to be reported which do not have an enol configuration in the solid state.  相似文献

A reaction of Eu(NO3)3·6H2O with the novel heterocyclic ligand 1,3-bis(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)propane-1,3-dione and 1,10-phenanthroline in the presence of NaOH gave the complex Eu(phen)L3·5CH2Cl2. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The coordination polyhedron {EuO6N2} is a tetragonal antiprism. The complex shows bright orange-red luminescence in both the solid state and solution.  相似文献

This Letter details the particular use of salicylaldehyde (2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) for the regiospecific protection of primary amines in a representative polyamine, norspermidine (N-(3-aminopropyl)propane-1,3-diamine) under mild reaction conditions in high yield. N-(3-Pyridinyl)-substituted secondary and tertiary sulfonamides have been synthesized in good to excellent yields by the reaction of 3-bromopyridine with primary and secondary alkyl and aryl sulfonamides (MeSO2NH2, MeSO2NHMe, TolSO2NH2, TolSO2NHMe, 1,3-propanesultam, and 1,4-butanesultam), catalyzed by CuI (20 mol %) and 1,3-di(pyridin-2-yl)propane-1,3-dione (20 mol %) with K2CO3 (200 mol %) in DMF (0.17 M for ArBr) at 110-120 °C over 36-40 h. 2-Bromopyridine, 4-bromopyridine, and a wide variety of substituted phenyl bromides can also be successfully coupled with sulfonamides under these reaction conditions.  相似文献

In this work, we aimed to synthesize and characterize a novel tetra-directional ligand, (2E,2′E)-2,2′-((((2-(1,3-bis(4-((E)-(2-carbamothioylhydrazono)methyl)phenoxy)propan-2-ylidene)propane-1,3-diyl)bis(oxy))bis(4,1-phenylene))bis(methanylylidene))bis(hydrazinecarbothioamide) (5), including thiosemicarbazone group and its novel tetra-directional-tetra-nuclear Schiff base complexes. For this purpose, we used 1,4-dibromo-2,3-bis(bromomethyl)but-2-ene (2) as starting material. 4,4′-((2-(1,3-Bis(4-formylphenoxy)propan-2-ylidene)propane-1,3-diyl) bis(oxy))dibenzaldehyde (3) was synthesized by the reaction of an equivalent 1,4-dibromo-2,3-bis(bromomethyl)but-2-ene (2) and 4 equivalents of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde. Then, compound 5 was synthesized in high yield (86%) by a condensation reaction of compound 3 with thiosemicarbazide (4). Finally, four novel tetra-nuclear Cr(III) or Fe(III) complexes of compound 5 were synthesized. The synthesized compounds were characterized using elemental analyses, 1H NMR, Fourier transform–infrared spectrometry, liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (ESI+), and thermal analyses. The metal ratios of the prepared complexes were determined using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. We also investigated their effects on the magnetic behaviors of [salen, salophen, Cr(III)/Fe(III)] capped complexes. The complexes were found to be low-spin distorted octahedral Fe(III) and distorted octahedral Cr(III), all bridged by thiosemicarbazone.  相似文献

In a novel two- or three-step synthetic route, S-(1,4-phenylenebis(propane-2,2-diyl)) bis(N-methyldithiocarbamate) is reacted at low temperature with various alkyl chloroformates to form various S-tert-alkyl-N,N-alkoxycarbonylmethyl-dithiocarbamate RAFT agents. Three polyamine ligands of N1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-N1-(2-aminoethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine (L1), N1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-N1-(2-aminoethyl)propane-1,3-diamine (L2) and N1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-N1-(3-aminopropyl)propane-1,3-diamine (L3) were synthesized and their cyclocondensation with 2-[2-(2-formyl phenoxy)ethoxy]benzaldehyde (L4) in the presence of various metal(II) ions was examined. These reactions only in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of cadmium(II) nitrate gave the related cadmium(II) macrocyclic Schiff-base complexes. In all the other cases no cyclic complexes have been obtained and metal(II) polyamines were the only products. The complexes have been studied with IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, COSY, HMQC and microanalysis. The crystal structures of [Cd(NO3)(L5)(μ-NO3)Cd(NO3)(L5)]0.5Cd(NO3)4 (1) and [CdL5(NO3)(CH3OH)]ClO4 (2) have been also determined.  相似文献

A new series of pyrazole, isoxazole, benzoxazepine, benzothiazepine and benzodiazepine derivatives were prepared by the multi-component cyclo-condensation reaction of 1-phenyl-3-(2-(tosyloxy)phenyl)propane-1,3-dione, N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal and hydrazine or hydroxylamine hydrochloride or 2-aminothiophenol or 2-aminophenol or benzene-1,2-diamine using μwave technique in aqueous media. A series of novel derivatives of the 1,3-tropolone (β-tropolone) system—2-(2-quinolyl)-5,6,7-trichloro-1,3-tropolones and 2-(2-quinolyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrachloro-1,3-tropolones have been prepared by the acid-catalyzed reaction of 2-methylquinolines with 3,4,5,6-tetrachloro-1,2-benzoquinone. The molecular structures of two compounds, 2-(4-chloro-6,8-dimethyl-5-nitro-2-quinolyl)-5,6,7-trichloro-1,3-tropolone 8 and 2-(4-chloro-7,8-dimethyl-5-nitro-2-quinolyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrachloro-1,3-tropolone 9, have been determined using X-ray crystallography. According to the performed DFT B3LYP/6-311++G∗∗ calculations the tautomeric (OH) and (NH) forms of β-tropolones 8 and 9 are nearly energy equivalent, the latter being more stabilized in polar media. Photolysis of 2-(2-quinolyl)-1,3-tropolones in heptane solution leads to the disrotatory electrocyclic rearrangement resulting in the formation of a mixture of E- and Z-isomers of 3-[2(1H)-quinolinylyden]-bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-6-en-2,4-dione derivatives.  相似文献

Synthesis of Selectively N-Functionalized Polyamine Derivatives A threefold differently protected derivative 8 of the triamine spermidine ( 2 ) has been prepared in three steps starting from propane-1,3-diamine ( 1 ). The protected spermidine derivative 8 was converted to its spermine analogue 12 , a useful polyamine intermediate. In a convergent way, the fourfold differently protected derivative 18 of the tetraamine spermine ( 3 ) has been obtained by coupling the two different and separately prepared propane-1,3-diamine units 15 and 17 . Spermidine derivative 19 and spermine derivative 20 , both selectively protected at both primary amino groups, have been Prepared from the free polyamines 2 and 3 , respectively, in a direct approach.  相似文献
