The dissociation constants of 3-phenylhydrazo-pentane-2, 4-dione and its o-, m-, p-carboxy derivatives, and the stability constants of complexes of divalent metal ions with the o-carboxy derivative are determined by pH-metric method. The ir-spectra of the ligands and some divalent metal complexes with the o-derivative are discussed.  相似文献

A rapid and efficient one-pot method for the synthesis of 2-ethylamino benzimidazole, benzoxazole, and benzothiazole derivatives has been described. The reaction of o-phenylenediamines or o-aminophenols or 2-mercaptoanilines with EDC.HCl under microwave irradiation afforded the corresponding 2-ethylamino benzimidazole, benzoxazole and benzothiazole derivatives in excellent yields.  相似文献

1,3-Cycloaddition reactions of new 2-oxo-2H-[1]benzopyran-4-carbonitrile N-oxide 2 with dipolarophiles, o-aminophenols and o-phenylenediamine resulted in 4-heterocyclic substituted coumarin derivatives. These derivatives are screened for antiinflammatory activity in vitro through their antiproteolytic activity, the interaction with 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and the ability to affect superoxide anion and to inhibit β-glucuronidase and soybean lipoxygenase.  相似文献

Reaction of conventional novolacs with polyfunctional materials is known to yield crosslinked infusible products. Surprisingly, high proportions of polyfunctional phosphorus derivatives can be esterfied with o,o′-linked novolacs without encountering gelation. Soluble, fusible resins of high phosphate content, which possess improved flame retardance, are conveniently obtained. We attribute this result to the formation of cyclic esters in preference to crosslinking, as evidenced by the formation, in good yield, of the eight-membered heterocyclic compound C27H31O4P from o,o′-methylenebis(p-tert-butylphenol) and phenyl phosphorodichloridate. Relatively large amounts of polyfunctional derivatives of boron and silicon can also be reacted with o,o′-linked novolacs, presumably in a similar manner. Novolacs partially reacted with phosphorus, boron, or silicon derivatives and retaining some phenolic hydroxyl cure readily with hexamethylenetetramine, yielding products exceptionally low in volatile loss at 400°C.  相似文献

2‐Quinolone 2 , quinoline 3 , coumarin (2H‐1‐benzopyran‐ 2 ‐one) 5 , and 2H‐1‐benzopyran hemiacetal 6 were synthesized by photocyclization reaction of traans‐o‐aminocinnamoyl derivatives trans‐ 1 and trans‐o‐hydroxycinnamoyl derivatives trans‐ 4 . A simple, fast and efficient method for the preparation of several 2‐substituted benzimidazole derivatives is reported. Compounds were synthesized through a rapid one‐pot synthesis via microwave irradiation, starting from aldehydes and o‐phenylenediamine, in the presence of H2O2/HCl system in acetonitrile. The significant features of this method are short reaction times, high yields, easy and quick isolation of the products.  相似文献

2-(β-Dimethylaminoethyl)benzimidazoles have been prepared by the reduction of the corresponding 2-benzimidazole-N,N-dimethylacetamides. Condensation of ethyl cyanoacetate with N-benzyl or phenyl-o-phenylenediamines led to N-cyanoacetyl-N'-substituted-o-phenylenediamines, the structure of which were assigned from u.v. and n.m.r. data. An improved synthesis of benzimidazole - 2 - acetic acid derivatives, from substituted ethyl acetimidates and o-phenylenediamines, is described. Dimerisation of 1-phenyl-benzimidazole occurs in the presence of phenyllithium.  相似文献

1-Alkyl-3-carboxyindole-2-acetic acid anhydrides (I) react with ethylenediamine and with o-phenylenediamine to give directly 10-alkylimidazo[3,2:1′,2′]pyrido[4,5-b]indol-5(1H)-ones (II) and 5,6-dihydro-5-alkyl-13H-indolo[2′,3′:4,5]pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-13-one (V), respectively. However, anhydrides I react with o-aminophenol and with o-aminothiophenol to give carboxyindole-acetanilide derivatives IX, which can be cyclised to indolo[2′,3′:4,5]pyrido[2,1-b]benzoxazolone and indolo[2′,3′:4,5]pyrido[2,1-b]benzthiazolone (XI). Reaction of o-nitrobenzylideneacetylacetone ( 1a ) with hydrazine dihydrochloride in methanol gave 4-(α-methoxy-o-nitrobenzyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazole hydrochloride ( 4a ), whose structure was unambigously confirmed by an X-ray crystallographic analysis, via 4-(o-nitrobenzylidene)-3,5-dimethylisopyrazole ( 2a ). Compound 2a was synthesized by condensation of 1a with hydrazine dihydrochloride in acetonitrile. Analogously the corresponding o-chloro derivatives ( 2b, 4b ) were obtained. These were converted to N-methyl ( 6b ) and N-acetyl ( 7a,b ) derivatives and the behaviors on bromination and pyrolysis were investigated.  相似文献

o-Tosylaminobenzaldehyde aminals react with propargyl alcohol and its phenyl ether on heating in acetonitrile in the presence of CuI to yield 3H-2-vinylidene-3-aminoindoline derivatives. Analogous reactions with phenylacetylene and dimethylethynylcarbinol result in 1,3-disubstituted propargylamines. The possibility of using the latter compounds in synthesis of quinoline derivatives was shown: cyclization of 1-(o-tosylaminophenyl)-1-morpholino-3-phenylprop-2-yne in the presence of H2SO4 and KOH gave 2-phenylquinoline and 2-phenyl-4-morpholinoquinoline, respectively. 3H-2-Phenoxymethylvinylidene-3-morpholinoindoline was studied by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. An aramid resin, poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA), was electrodeposited on an indium-tin oxide electrode as a mechanically stable film from a dimethyl sulfoxide solution. Two aniline derivatives, o-phenylenediamine and o-aminophenol, were electrooxidized from H2SO4 aqueous solutions using the PPTA film-coated electrode. The PPTA film was permeable to the aniline derivatives, and the derivatives were electrooxidized on the electrode surface. When the derivatives were electrooxidized, the film immobilized the corresponding oligomer species as well as the polymers plain (o-phenylenediamine) (PoPD) and poly(o-aminophenol) (PoAP), and the deposited amount of the polymers was increased by the PPTA film. The immobilized amount of PoAP was greater than that of PoPD because of the 1,4-substituted structure of PoAP. In the PPTA film, both PoPD and PoAP were electronically stabilized, and they became durable against oxidative degradation.  相似文献

Seventeen derivatives of 2(1H)quinoxalinone and 2H-l,4-benzoxazin-2-one have been synthesized for structural study. All of the compounds having a substituted phenacyl, isonicotinoylmethyl, or 2-furoylmethyl side chain are shown to exist in the enamine form with an internal chelation both in the crystalline and solution states as evidenced by the ir and pmr spectra, respectively. In the gas phase, however, o-hydroxyphenacyl derivatives can exist in another type of intramolecularly hydrogen-bonded form which is supported by their mass spectra.  相似文献

A general method for preparation of benzothiazole derivatives including oxidative cyclization of the corresponding Schiff bases was reported. Herein, we have been synthesized a series of new acyclic‐substituted bis(2‐arylbenzothiazoles). Synthesis of analogs substituted in the benzothiazole ring was achieved via the direct condensation reaction of o‐aminothiophenol with some of dialdehyde compounds under catalyst free in high yields. The structure of these products has been fully characterized by physical and spectroscopic data such as IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, UV‐Vis, MS, and CHN analysis.  相似文献

Some new pyrimidine derivatives have been synthesised by electrochemical oxidation of catechol (1a) in the existence of 2-mercapto-6-(trifluoromethyl) pyrimidine-4-ol (3) as a nucleophile in aqueous solution using Cyclic Voltammetric and Controlled Potential Coulometry. The catechol has been oxidised to o-quinone through electrochemical method and participative in Michael addition reaction, leading to the development of some new pyrimidine derivatives. The products were achieved in good yield with high pureness. The mechanism of the reaction has been conformed from the Cyclic Voltammetric data and Controlled Potential Coulometry. After purification, the compounds were characterised using modern techniques. The synthesised materials were screened for antimicrobial actions using Gram positive and Gram negative strain of bacteria. These new synthesised pyrimidine derivatives showed very good antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

A series of substituted 2-amino-1,3-thiazines were synthesized as amides (9a–9i), carbamates (9j–9m), sulfonamides (9n–9o) and urea derivatives (9p–9q) by treating the compound 7 with acid chlorides (8a–8i), chloroformates (8j–8m), sulfonyl chlorides (8n–8o) and isocyanates (8p–8q) respectively. The synthesized compounds (9a–9q) were screened for antituberculosis activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv ATCC 27294 and the results show that some of these derivatives possess good activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv ATCC 27294. A few also display promising cytotoxic activity against human breast cancer MCF-7 and human esophageal cancer EC-9706 cell lines. Regarding both biological profiles 9b, 9m and 9h are the most active for anti-cancer, anti-TB activity.  相似文献
