Efficient, weakly and properly Pareto optimal solutions of multiobjective optimization problems can be characterized with the help of different cones. Here, contingent, tangent and normal cones as well as cones of feasible directions are used in the characterizations. Evaluating the performance of activities or organization by common data envelopment analysis models requires crisp input/output data. However, the precise inputs and outputs of production processes cannot be always measured. Thus, the data envelopment analysis measurement containing fuzzy data, called “fuzzy data envelopment analysis”, has played an important role in the evaluation of efficiencies of real applications. This paper focuses on the fuzzy CCR model and proposes a new method for determining the lower bounds of fuzzy inputs and outputs. This improves the weak efficiency frontiers of the corresponding production possibility set. Also a numerical example illustrates the capability of the proposed method.  相似文献

To achieve burdening process optimization of copper strips effectively, a nonlinear constrained multi-objective model is established on the principle of the actual burdening. The problem is formulated with two objectives of minimizing the total cost of raw materials and maximizing the amount of waste material thrown into melting furnace. In this paper, a novel approach called “hybrid multi-objective artificial bee colony” (HMOABC) to solve this model is proposed. The HMOABC algorithm is new swarm intelligence based multi-objective optimization technique inspired by the intelligent foraging behavior of honey bees, summation of normalized objective values and diversified selection (SNOV-DS) and nondominated sorting approach. Two test examples were studied and the performance of HMOABC is evaluated in comparison with other nature inspired techniques which includes nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGAII) and multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO). The numerical results demonstrate HMOABC approach is a powerful search and optimization technique for burdening optimization of copper strips.  相似文献

Forcing strong convergence of proximal point iterations in a Hilbert space   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
This paper concerns with convergence properties of the classical proximal point algorithm for finding zeroes of maximal monotone operators in an infinite-dimensional Hilbert space. It is well known that the proximal point algorithm converges weakly to a solution under very mild assumptions. However, it was shown by Güler [11] that the iterates may fail to converge strongly in the infinite-dimensional case. We propose a new proximal-type algorithm which does converge strongly, provided the problem has a solution. Moreover, our algorithm solves proximal point subproblems inexactly, with a constructive stopping criterion introduced in [31]. Strong convergence is forced by combining proximal point iterations with simple projection steps onto intersection of two halfspaces containing the solution set. Additional cost of this extra projection step is essentially negligible since it amounts, at most, to solving a linear system of two equations in two unknowns.
