The present paper is devoted to the study of n-tuple semigroups. A free n-tuple semigroup of arbitrary rank is constructed and, as a consequence, singly generated free n-tuple semigroups are characterized. Moreover, examples of n-tuple semigroups are presented, the independence of the n-tuple semigroup axioms is proved, and it is shown that the natural semigroups of the constructed free n-tuple semigroup are isomorphic and the automorphism group of this n-tuple semigroup is isomorphic to a symmetric group.  相似文献

Given a finitely generated restricted Lie algebra L over the finite field \(\mathbb{F}_q \), and n ≥ 0, denote by a n (L) the number of restricted subalgebras H ? L with \(\dim _{\mathbb{F} _q} \) L/H = n. Denote by ã n (L) the number of the subalgebras satisfying the maximality condition as well. Considering the free restricted Lie algebra L = F d of rank d ≥ 2, we find the asymptotics of ã n (F d ) and show that it coincides with the asymptotics of a n (F d ) which was found previously by the first author. Our approach is based on studying the actions of restricted algebras by derivations on the truncated polynomial rings. We establish that the maximal subalgebras correspond to the so-called primitive actions. This means that “almost all” restricted subalgebras H ? F d of finite codimension are maximal, which is analogous to the corresponding results for free groups and free associative algebras.  相似文献

For a Poisson algebra, the category of Poisson modules is equivalent to the module category of its Poisson enveloping algebra, where the Poisson enveloping algebra is an associative one. In this article, for a Poisson structure on a polynomial algebra S, we first construct a Poisson algebra R, then prove that the Poisson enveloping algebra of S is isomorphic to the specialization of the quantized universal enveloping algebra of R, and therefore, is a deformation quantization of R.  相似文献

We give an explicit formula for the exterior powers ∧ k π 1 of the defining representation π 1 of the simple Lie algebra ?ο(2n + 1, ?). We use the technique of family algebras. All representations in question are children of the spinor representation σ of g2ο(2n + 1, ?). We also give a survey of main results on family algebras.  相似文献

We introduce n-abelian and n-exact categories, these are analogs of abelian and exact categories from the point of view of higher homological algebra. We show that n-cluster-tilting subcategories of abelian (resp. exact) categories are n-abelian (resp. n-exact). These results allow to construct several examples of n-abelian and n-exact categories. Conversely, we prove that n-abelian categories satisfying certain mild assumptions can be realized as n-cluster-tilting subcategories of abelian categories. In analogy with a classical result of Happel, we show that the stable category of a Frobenius n-exact category has a natural \((n+2)\)-angulated structure in the sense of Geiß–Keller–Oppermann. We give several examples of n-abelian and n-exact categories which have appeared in representation theory, commutative algebra, commutative and non-commutative algebraic geometry.  相似文献

The paper studies the additive structure of the algebra F(7), i.e., a relatively free associative countably generated algebra with the identity [x1,..., x7] = 0 over an infinite field of characteristic ≠ 2, 3. First, the space of proper multilinear polynomials in this algebra is investigated. As an application, estimates for the codimensions cn = dimFn(7) are obtained, where Fn(7) stands for the subspace of multilinear polynomials of degree n in the algebra F(7).  相似文献

The graded exponent is an important invariant of group graded PI-algebras. In this paper we study a specific elementary grading on the algebra of upper triangular matrices UT n , compute its codimensions, and use this grading to find the asymptotic behaviour of the codimensions of any elementary grading on UT n , for any group. Moreover, we extend this to the Lie case, and obtain, for any elementary grading on the Lie algebra UTn(?), an upper bound and a lower bound for the asymptotic behaviour of its codimensions. Also, we obtain the graded exponent of any grading on UTn(?) and for any grading on the Jordan algebra UJ n .It turns out that the graded exponent for UT n , considered as an associative, Jordan or Lie algebra, for any grading, coincides with the exponent of the ordinary case. In the associative case, the asymptotic behaviour of the codimensions of any grading on UT n coincides with the asymptotic behaviour of the ordinary codimensions. But this is not the case for the graded asymptotics of the codimensions of the Lie algebra UTn(?).  相似文献

For any simple Lie algebra, a positive integer, and n-tuple of compatible weights, the conformal blocks bundle is a globally generated vector bundle on the moduli space of pointed rational curves. We classify all vector bundles of conformal blocks for \({\mathfrak{sl}_n}\), with S n -invariant weights, which have rank one. We show that the cone generated by their base point free first Chern classes is polyhedral, generated by level one divisors.  相似文献

We find a new representation of the simple Lie algebra of type E 6 on the polynomial algebra in 16 variables, which gives a fractional representation of the corresponding Lie group on 16-dimensional space. Using this representation and Shen’s idea of mixed product, we construct a new functor from D 5-Mod to E 6-Mod. A condition for the functor to map a finite-dimensional irreducible D 5-module to an infinite-dimensional irreducible E 6-module is obtained. Our results yield explicit constructions of certain infinite-dimensional irreducible weight E6-modules with finite-dimensional weight subspaces. In our approach, the idea of Kostant’s characteristic identities plays a key role.  相似文献

For any prime number p let Ωp be the p-adic counterpart of the complex numbers C. In this paper we investigate the class of p-adic UHF Banach algebras. A p-adic UHF Banach algebra is any unital p-adic Banach algebra A of the form \(A = \overline {U{M_n}} \), where (Mn) is an increasing sequence of p-adic Banach subalgebras of M such that each Mn is generated over Ωp by an algebraic system of matrix units {e ij ( n) | 1 ≤ i, jpn }. The main result is that the supernatural number associated to a p-adic TUHF Banach algebra is an invariant of the algebra.  相似文献

We show that a semi-commutative Galois extension of a unital associative algebra can be endowed with the structure of a graded q-differential algebra. We study the first and higher order noncommutative differential calculus of semi-commutative Galois extension induced by the graded q-differential algebra. As an example we consider the quaternions which can be viewed as the semi-commutative Galois extension of complex numbers.  相似文献

We consider multidimensional integral Volterra type operators with kernels homogeneous of degree (?n); the operators act in L p -spaces with a submultiplicative weight. For these operators we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions of their invertibility. Besides, we describe the Banach algebra generated by the operators. For this algebra we construct the symbolic calculus, in terms of which we obtain an invertibility criterion of the operators.  相似文献

Let n be a natural number, and let A be an indecomposable cellular algebra such that the spectrum of its Cartan matrix C is of the form {n, 1, …., 1}. In general, not every natural number could be the number of non-isomorphic simple modules over such a cellular algebra. Thus, two natural questions arise: (1) which numbers could be the number of non-isomorphic simple modules over such a cellular algebra A ? (2) Given such a number, is there a cellular algebra such that its Cartan matrix has the desired property ? In this paper, we shall completely answer the first question, and give a partial answer to the second question by constructing cellular algebras with the pre-described Cartan matrix.  相似文献

Let g be a 2n-dimensional unimodular Lie algebra equipped with a Hermitian structure (J; F) such that the complex structure J is abelian and the fundamental form F is balanced. We prove that the holonomy group of the associated Bismut connection reduces to a subgroup of SU(nk), being 2k the dimension of the center of g. We determine conditions that allow a unimodular Lie algebra to admit this particular type of structures. Moreover, we give methods to construct them in arbitrary dimensions and classify them if the Lie algebra is 8-dimensional and nilpotent.  相似文献

We study the properties of real realizations of holomorphic linear connections over associative commutative algebras \(\mathbb{A}\) m with unity. The following statements are proved. If a holomorphic linear connection ? on M n over \(\mathbb{A}\) m (m ≥ 2) is torsion-free and R ≠ 0, then the dimension over ? of the Lie algebra of all affine vector fields of the space (M mn ? , ??) is no greater than (mn)2 ? 2mn + 5, where m = dim? \(\mathbb{A}\), \(n = dim_\mathbb{A} \) M n , and ?? is the real realization of the connection ?.Let ?? =1 ? ×2 ? be the real realization of a holomorphic linear connection ? over the algebra of double numbers. If the Weyl tensor W = 0 and the components of the curvature tensor 1 R ≠ 0, 2 R ≠ 0, then the Lie algebra of infinitesimal affine transformations of the space (M 2n ? , ??) is isomorphic to the direct sum of the Lie algebras of infinitesimal affine transformations of the spaces ( a M n , a ?) (a = 1, 2).  相似文献

We prove that each 2-local derivation from the algebra Mn(A ) (n > 2) into its bimodule Mn(M) is a derivation, where A is a unital Banach algebra and M is a unital A -bimodule such that each Jordan derivation from A into M is an inner derivation, and that each 2-local derivation on a C*-algebra with a faithful traceable representation is a derivation. We also characterize local and 2-local Lie derivations on some algebras such as von Neumann algebras, nest algebras, the Jiang–Su algebra, and UHF algebras.  相似文献

An n ×nω-circulant matrix which has a specific structure is a type of important matrix. Several norm equalities and inequalities are proved for ω-circulant operator matrices with ω = eiθ (0 ≤ θ < 2π) in this paper. We give the special cases for norm equalities and inequalities, such as the usual operator norm and the Schatten p-norms. Pinching type inequality is also proposed for weakly unitarily invariant norms. Meanwhile, we present that the set of ω-circulant matrices with complex entries has an idempotent basis. Based on this basis, we introduce an automorphism on the ω-circulant algebra and then show different operators on linear vector space that are isomorphic to the ω-circulant algebra. The function properties, other idempotent bases and a linear involution are discussed for ω-circulant algebra. These results are closely related to the special structure of ω-circulant matrices.  相似文献

Let A be a complex Banach algebra. It is well known that the second dual A** of A can be equipped with a multiplication that extends the original multiplication on A and makes A** a Banach algebra. We show that Rad(A) = (A * · A) and Rad(A **) = (A * · A) for some classes of Banach algebras A with scattered structure space. Some applications of these results are given.  相似文献
