文中提出一种新型的浸润式动态制冰方式,并利用数值模拟的方法对新型制冰方式和传统滑落式制冰方式进行了对比研究。结果表明,在制冰时间相等的条件下,新型制冰方式的制冰量提高了约19%。在制冰量相等的条件下,制冰周期平均缩短了10分钟,蓄冰周期平均缩短了约2.3小时。此外,新型制冰机组采用的脱冰方式可以减小冷凝器的换热面积。  相似文献

In this paper, we derive a new integral equation method for direct electromagnetic scattering in homogeneous media and present a numerical confirmation of the new method via a computer simulation. The new integral equation method is based on a paper written by DeSanto [1], originally for scattering from an infinite rough surface separating homogeneous dielectric half-spaces. Here, it is applied to a bounded scatterer, which can be an ohmic conductor or a dielectric, with some simplification of the continuity conditions for the fields. The new integral equation method is developed by choosing the electric field and its normal derivative as boundary unknowns, which are not the usual boundary unknowns. The new integral equation method may provide significant computational advantages over the standard Stratton-Chu method [2] because it leads to a 50% sparse, rather than 100% dense, impedance (collocation) matrix. Our theoretical development of the new integral equation method is exact.  相似文献

在目标转换因子分析的基础上建立了一种新的模型传递方法,并将该方法与传统的分段直接标准化(PDS)方法进行比较。采用了两个样品集:虚拟样品集和配制样品(含苯,甲苯,二甲苯和异辛烷)的近红外光谱集。结果表明:新方法的传递效果至少与PDS方法的传递效果相同,对于谱图出现非线性变化的情况,新方法的传递效果更好。  相似文献

Adhesion performance of MEMS materials is increasingly important with the widely use of miniaturized devices. This paper proposed a novel method for improving adhesion performance between electrodeposited Ni multi-layers. The new method is to treat the Ni substrate in nickel chloride plating solution by pulse reverse current technique before electrodeposition. The dense oxide film of Ni substrate can be removed effectively by this electrochemical method, meanwhile, the proper roughness of Ni substrate is in favor of epitaxial growth during electrodeposition. Moreover, the Ni film is electrodeposited by the new method with low stress and coarse crystal grain. Consequently, the adhesion performance of Ni films is improved dramatically. The experimental results show that the adhesion performance of Ni film electrodeposited by the new method is about 3 times that of by traditional method.  相似文献

By using a new projection-operator method, developed recently by one of the present authors (J.S.), the counter-rotating terms are self-consistently included into the interaction of a two-level hydrogenic atom with a vacuum radiation field. A non-Markovian solution for the atomic population inversion showing new features is derived by a rigorous mathematical method.  辐射温度是间接驱动惯性约束聚变实验中可以定量测量的重要物理量。引进了一种通过直接计算辐射通量来得到辐射温度的方法,该方法的主要优点是计算简单,避免了某些时刻不能计算辐射温度的情况。由该方法得到的辐射温度与传统方法计算结果符合较好,不确定度均为7%。通过与冲击波测量温度峰值的结果对比确认了数据处理方法的正确性。在此基础上建立了国内某大型激光装置上的新型15道软X光能谱仪的数据处理系统。  相似文献

本文阐述了用于高温超导磁体电磁结构优化设计的一种新方法,与一般优化方法不同之处在于其不用定义磁体的初始结构形状,采用该方法可以得到满足规格和性能要求的较佳磁体结构.通过此方法优化设计了一个中心磁场为3T的Bi系高温超导磁体,其设计结果与满足同样要求且经过优化的单螺管高温超导磁体的设计结果作了对比,由结果表明该方法具有很好的优化效果.  相似文献

The direct method of Clarkson and Kruskal is used to study the symmetry reductions of the Burgers equation with linear damping. The classical similarity reductions reported previously is recovered. The new, nonclassical similarity reduction is obtained. The new similarity solution is given, and it is also obtained by means of the singular manifold method. The nonclassical method is used to demonstrate that the new exact solution is indeed a nonclassical similarity solution. The transport properties of microcrystalline silicon, namely, mobility and conductivity, are investigated by a new method, for which the simple theory as well as numerical modeling is presented. The basic idea of the new method is verified on amorphous hydrogenated silicon by comparison with the widely used time-of-flight method. Contrary to time of flight, the new method can be used even for relatively conductive materials. Preliminary results on microcrystalline silicon clearly indicate the critical role of amorphouslike tissue in transport in microcrystalline silicon.  相似文献

近红外光谱分析技术可用于对样本的快速无损检测,在人们的生产和生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。支持向量机是建立定性分析模型的常用方法,可通过寻找最优分类超平面将两类样本分开。在小样本情况下,支持向量机方法有其独特的优势。主成分分析是常用的数据降维方法,可将数据降维之后作为支持向量机方法的输入变量,简化模型并提高模型识别的准确性。因此,基于主成分分析的支持向量机(简称PCA-SVM)适合用于建立近红外光谱定性分析模型。多模型方法是人们使用较少的建模方法,用该方法建立的模型一般具有较好的稳定性。将多模型方法与PCA-SVM方法成功结合形成了新方法。以棉锦混合、棉涤混合纺织品为例,用新方法建立了这两类纺织品样本的近红外光谱定性分析模型。建模时将光谱数据按照波长分为4组,用每组光谱数据建立一个子模型,将子模型的输出值进行加权平均便得到最终的预测结果。这样可以更充分地使用光谱数据中所包含的信息。为了便于对比不同的方法,仍使用上述校正集和验证集,又用PCA-SVM方法建立了这两类纺织品样本的近红外光谱定性分析模型。对预测结果做交叉验证,用新方法所建模型判别的正确率的平均值为85.49%,正确率的标准差为0.066 7, 用PCA-SVM方法所建模型判别的正确率的平均值为83.34%,正确率的标准差为0.109 6。研究结果表明用新方法所建模型的分类效果好于用PCA-SVM方法所建模型的分类效果;用新方法建立的模型的稳定性明显高于用PCA-SVM方法建立的模型的稳定性。用PCA-SVM方法所建模型的预测效果受校正集构成情况的影响较大,而用新方法所建模型的预测效果则相对稳定。对废旧纺织品进行分类回收可大量节约纺织原材料,但采用人工分拣方式效率低且成本高。采用近红外光谱分析方法对纺织品进行分类,为废旧纺织品的大规模精细分拣和分级奠定了一定的基础。该新方法有望用于某些其他类型样本的分类。  相似文献

以亥姆赫兹方程为基础,对传统的有限差分光束传播法进行修正,提出一种修正后的新算法,将修正后的算法与传统算法进行了比较,并给出了用其计算阵列波导光栅中的传输光场的应用结果.通过比较计算结果和应用结果得出结论:修正后的算法可以准确计算光波场,并提高了计算精确度,有一定实用价值.  相似文献

The ground-state energy of the hydrogen molecule is calculated using both the standard variational method and a new transcorrelated method. The value obtained with the new method compares favourably with that obtained by the standard method. If the method used in this paper can be extended to more complicated systems, it is expected that it will enable more accurate energies to be calculated for these systems than is possible using the standard variational method.  相似文献

 在药型罩上粘附铝隔板是一种新的形成尾翼型爆炸成型弹丸(Explosively Formed Projectile,EFP)的实验方法。通过实验和数值模拟对该方法进行了分析,探讨了形成尾翼的机理。利用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,对大锥角型、球缺型和弧锥结合型3种不同药型罩在采用新方法时形成的尾翼型EFP进行了三维数值模拟分析,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比。研究结果表明:3种药型罩均能形成比较明显的尾翼,数值计算结果与实验结果较吻合。该研究为设计尾翼型EFP提供了一种新的参考方法。  相似文献

In this paper, a new 27-point finite difference method is presented for solving the 3D Helmholtz equation with perfectly matched layer (PML), which is a second order scheme and pointwise consistent with the equation. An error analysis is made between the numerical wavenumber and the exact wavenumber, and a refined choice strategy based on minimizing the numerical dispersion is proposed for choosing weight parameters. A full-coarsening multigrid-based preconditioned Bi-CGSTAB method is developed for solving the linear system stemming from the Helmholtz equation with PML by the finite difference scheme. The shifted-Laplacian is extended to precondition the 3D Helmholtz equation, and a spectral analysis is given. The discrete preconditioned system is solved by the Bi-CGSTAB method, with a multigrid method used to invert the preconditioner approximately. Full-coarsening multigrid is employed, and a new matrix-based prolongation operator is constructed accordingly. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of both the new 27-point finite difference scheme with refined parameters, and the preconditioned Bi-CGSTAB method with the 3D full-coarsening multigrid.  相似文献

Using a modified method developed from Vonk's method, detailed values of crystallinity and crystal disorder were obtained by wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). In Vonk's method, the crystallinity (w) is determined by extrapolation of the WAXD experimental curve back to zero scattering angle, while the distortion factor (k) is determined by the inclination of the experimental curve at zero scattering angle. In our new method, both w and k are determined at the same time by using the least squares method. In order to show the efficiency of our method, the new fitting procedure was applied to the experimental values of polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate as measured by Vonk, and the values of w and k determined by our new method were compared with those found by Vonk's method. The new fitting method has the advantage that it uses the whole experimental curve. Moreover, our modified Vonk's method enables us to discuss crystal distortions as arising from first-kind (thermal) disorder and second-kind (paracrystalline) disorder.  相似文献

提出了代数多重网格法(AMG)的一种新算法。新算法改进了插值公式和粗网格方程,并把它应用到求解一维的分裂格式Euler方程。数值结果表明,对于具有高CFL条件数的Euler方程,代数多重网格法可以求解;对于Gaus-Seidel方法求解不能收敛的代数方程组,代数多重网格法求解可以收敛。新算法改进了代数多重网格法的收敛性和扩展了它的应用范围,数值结果表明了它的有效性和强壮性。  相似文献

This paper proposes a new pair of sequences whose cross-correlation values are zero except for the peak value and presents a new modulation method for an ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter with high sensitivity utilizing these sequences. In this method, transmitted and received waves are modulated and demodulated, respectively, by the specified new sequences. Since unfavourable reflected waves can be almost completely eliminated by this proposed modulation method, a high signal-to-noise ratio is easily achieved. Three-fringe photoelasticity (TFP) can give the total fringe order from a single-colour isochromatic fringe field. In TFP, the total fringe order is obtained by comparing the colour of the unknown photoelastic fringe pattern with a calibration specimen. Comparison is conventionally done by minimising the colour difference error. This leads to misidentification of fringe order in some regions. A new colour difference formula is proposed with an additional term, which ensures continuity of fringe order data over the domain. Fringe order data obtained by conventional TFP is used as base data and the new method is termed as refined TFP. To enable applicability of the technique to arbitrary geometries, a new boundary identification technique is developed. The new method is demonstrated with some example problems.  相似文献

光子沉积能广泛地应用于放射医疗和辐射防护领域。 MCNP程序中*F8功能统计的是进出网格的光子与电子能量差。 *F8只能采用真实网格, 计算效率较低。 由于光子的能量沉积都是通过次级电子来完成的, 对光子能量沉积的计算可转换为次级电子能量沉积的计算。 文中据此给出了一种新的光子能量沉积统计方法, 该方法只统计次级电子能量沉积, 且可以采用虚拟网格计数。 新方法若采用真实网格, 计算精度与效率与*F8完全一样; 若采用虚拟网格, 新方法计算精度略低, 但几何建模简单, 计算效率较高。 Energy deposition distribution is very important to study radiotherapy or radioprotection. The *F8 method of MCNP program counts the energy loss of photon and electron together. Only real grid is allowed to *F8, so its computation efficiency is low. This paper gives a new calculation method for energy deposition of photon. Because the energy deposition of photon is accomplished by secondary electron, only electron is counted in the new method. The real collision of the electron is counted by the new method, whereas *F8 only counts the information of particle across the interface. Moreover, virtual grid is allowed in the new method. With real grid, the new method has the same precision and efficiency as *F8. If virtual grid is adopted by the new method, although the precision is slightly down, the efficiency is greatly increased.  相似文献
