Measurements were carried out on a building to evaluate the uses of statistical energy analysis for determining sound transmission performance. Coupling loss factors were measured and compared with predicted values. It was found that, in general, good agreement was obtained. The coupling loss factors were also used to calculate the sound pressure level, or surface velocity, of each subsystem in the building for a number of different sources. Comparison with the measured results gave an average error of 4 dB. Some large errors were obtained but these were due mainly to the omission of airborne flanking paths from the SEA model or due to the breakdown of the theory for specific coupling loss factors. 相似文献

This paper presents an experimental investigation of passively control of sound transmission through a double glazed window by using arrangement of Helmholtz resonators (HRs), which are commonly used for narrow band control application. The laboratory experiments were performed placing the window between reverberation chamber and anechoic chamber. The window was subject to diffuse field, approximate normal wave and oblique wave acoustic excitations. Three sets of HRs were designed and installed in cavity of window. The sound control performances at far-field were measured. The control performances from varying the number of HRs, incident acoustic field, excitation sources (band-limited white noise and traffic noise examples) are presented and discussed in detail. It is shown that a considerable reduction of the transmitted sound pressure levels has been achieved around the mass–air–mass resonance frequency (50–120 Hz). The obtained reductions in the transmitted sound pressure illustrate the potentials of HRs for improving the sound insulation characteristics of double glazed window. The experimental results also indicate that only tuning the HRs to the mass–air–mass resonance frequency does not guarantee the best possible insulation of the sound transmission. 相似文献

Part 1 of this paper demonstrated the validity of predictions of vibration transmission across junctions of masonry walls using Finite Element Methods (FEM). Part 2 uses numerical experiments with FEM to calculate the vibration transmission between masonry walls with window apertures at different positions in the flanking wall(s). Results from the numerical experiments are used to assess a simple “rule-of-thumb” estimate for calculating the change in the coupling parameters due to the introduction of an aperture into a flanking wall. Conclusions are drawn concerning use of the “rule-of-thumb” estimate for the coupling loss factor in Statistical Energy Analysis and the vibration reduction index in European standard EN 12354. 相似文献

An experimentally validated analytical model has been developed in order to investigate the effect on impact sound transmission at low frequencies of location of the impact, type of floor, edge conditions, floor and room dimensions, position of the receiver and room absorption. The model was developed in order to allow rapid repeated calculations necessary for a parametric survey, described in a companion paper. The analytical model uses natural mode analysis to predict the sound field generated in rectangular rooms by point sound sources and the point excitation of homogeneous rectangular plates with different edge conditions. A floor-room model of the sound field generated in a room by a vibrating floor also has been derived. Laboratory and in situ measurements confirm that the models can be used to estimate impact sound transmission at low frequencies. The approach applies to homogeneous simply supported base plates of uniform thickness with homogenous floating floors, which again were experimentally validated in the laboratory and in situ. 相似文献

The finite layer method (FLM) is presented as a discretisation technique for the computation of noise transmission through double walls. It combines a finite element method (FEM) discretisation in the direction perpendicular to the wall with trigonometric functions in the two in-plane directions. It is used for solving the Helmholtz equation at the cavity inside the double wall, while the wall leaves are modelled with the thin plate equation and solved with modal analysis. Other approaches to this problem are described here (and adapted where needed) in order to compare them with the FLM. They range from impedance models of the double wall behaviour to different numerical methods for solving the Helmholtz equation in the cavity. For the examples simulated in this work (impact noise and airborne sound transmission), the former are less accurate than the latter at low frequencies. The main advantage of FLM over the other discretisation techniques is the possibility of extending it to multilayered structures without changing the interpolation functions and with an affordable computational cost. This potential is illustrated with a calculation of the noise transmission through a multilayered structure: a double wall partially filled with absorbing material. 相似文献

针对海中声源在海-气界面低频异常声透射问题, 根据两层媒质声传输模型, 分析了大气声速和密度与气压、气温、湿度及海水中声速和密度与海温、盐度间的关系, 研究了低频声透射和传输受温度、气压、盐度、湿度等因素的影响, 分析了各因素对声透射和传输的影响程度. 结果表明: 1) 声透射到大气中的声功率与气温、湿度负相关, 与海温、盐度、气压正相关; 2) 单极子与水平偶极子声源辐射到海中的声功率与海温、盐度负相关, 而垂直偶极子声源辐射到海中的声功率与海温、盐度正相关; 3) 声透射指向性与海温正相关, 与气温负相关; 4) 低频声透射受温度影响最大, 其次是盐度, 受气压和湿度影响较小, 垂直偶极子声源的声透射受温度影响大于水平偶极子和单极子声源. 相似文献

This paper examines the modelling of vibration transmission through plate/beam structures typical of lightweight buildings. Key experiments have been carried out on simple structures to identify the applicability and limitations of fundamental theories. The systems tested included a single plate connected along its centre to a beam, two parallel plates attached along their centre to a beam (plates opposite or offset), and four plates connected along their edges to a beam. The analysis focused in particular on the applicability of modelling a beam as a one-dimensional element in point connected systems (widely spaced screws in terms of bending wavelength). Statistical energy analysis (SEA) was the framework of analysis used for all predictions, but the theories examined were independent from SEA. The results obtained indicate that simple point models are only applicable to the single plate and beam system, and to the parallel opposite plates connected along their centre to a beam; even then, the applicability of such models is limited to low and mid frequencies (below 2 kHz for the structures tested). Transmission between two parallel plates connected to a beam with screws closely spaced was also examined, and it was found that rigid and pinned line predictions can provide limits for transmission between panels on the same side of a wall (where junctions with shallow beams tend to behave rigidly, whilst junctions with deep beams are better modelled as pinned). 相似文献

A study of the airborne sound transmission in a multi-tenanted building has shown that elements of the building which are nominally identical do not have the same acoustic performance. It was seen that some of this variation in performance could be attributed to visually-observable differences in the constructions. Some of the variation could not be explained however, and it was concluded that this variation was due to workmanship. The level of this variation was seen to be approximately 1 dB for a light steel framed construction. This variation is considerably less than that measured previously for a monolithic construction. 相似文献

侧向传声作为建筑中声传递的组成部分,对住宅的整体隔声效果具有重要的影响,通过将建筑中相邻房间的各建筑构件划分为若干子系统,应用统计能量分析(Statistical Energy Analysis,SEA)理论,从系统的声功率平衡的角度建立侧向传声的预测模型,在描述各路径的传声规律的同时确定主要传声路径。研究结果表明:当外围护结构为重质结构,且为匀质单一材料构造时,(1)在低频处,全程通过两相邻房间的侧墙或楼板的非通过隔墙的侧向路径成为主要侧向传声路径;(2)在中高频,各侧向路径的声压级差趋于一致,此时的建筑隔声性能取决于通过隔墙的直接路径上的声传递;(3)采用重质隔墙可以缩小侧向传声影响的频率范围。本研究为改善住宅的声环境质量及建筑隔声设计提供了理论依据。 相似文献

Airborne sound transmission between adjacent rooms can be predicted using the Standard EN 12354-1 (ISO 15712-1), which is equivalent to a first-order approximation of statistical energy analysis (SEA). This paper analyses airborne sound transmission between adjacent rooms in a masonry building, by comparing results obtained from EN 12354-1 to SEA predictions and measurements. It is shown that the restriction of the Standard to first-order flanking paths can lead to large errors in predictions when compared to measurements and SEA results taking into account all transmission paths. This is observed both for individual flanking paths and overall transmission between rooms, for which the Standard provides results similar to those obtained by the first-order approximation of SEA. The paper also looks at possible reasons why previous studies using the approach in EN 12354 have generally shown good agreement with measurements. 相似文献

为了获得空气中远距离声源激发水下声场的精细结构,2013年3月,声场声信息国家重点实验室在南海海域进行了一次空气中声源激发水下声场的实验。采用汽笛作为空气声源,海底放置水听器作为接收,在实验过程中,发射船由距离水听器2.4 km处行驶至9.8 km。本文对该次实验数据进行分析,获得了收发距离远达9.8 km、频率分别为128 Hz和256 Hz的声传播损失曲线,该曲线随传播距离变化存在清晰的震荡结构.利用波数积分方法计算实验环境下的水下声场理论值,并对获得的声场传播特性进行了较好的物理解释。 相似文献

为实现水下宽带隔声,提出了一种由弹性元件支撑两块刚性端板构成的双层弹性支撑板结构。采用弹簧振子振动分析法和声传播理论,建立了平面波入射的水下隔声理论模型,分析了结构参数对隔声量的影响规律,结果表明足够小的弹性元件单位面积弹性系数或足够大的端板单位面积质量都可以连续一致地提高隔声量.仿真分析了双层弹性支撑板的振动位移和声输入阻抗,比较了双层弹性支撑板与连续介质层的隔声特性,结果表明,降低弹性元件质量,有助于在低频段消除半波全透射现象.在同厚度、同质量、同静态压缩率条件下,双层弹性支撑板能更好的降低两侧流体的振动及声耦合,隔声频带更宽,带内一致性更好,隔声量更大. 相似文献

Crocker and Price employed the method of statistical energy analysis to calculate the sound insulation of single and double partitions. As ribbed panels are used in many structures, for example, in the superficial structure of ships, the application of statistical energy analysis to calculate the sound insulation of such panels is discussed. Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) methods have been used in conjunction with energy accountancy ideas to develop a technique for the prediction of sound power radiation from machinery and other built-up structures. The methods enable calculation and optimization of the changes in noise radiation associated with modifications to individual parts of a coupled structure. As an initial exercise the techniques have been applied to predict the noise radiation from a coupled system composed of two plates welded at right angles. The predicted noise radiation is compared with values obtained from direct measurements by the surface velocity technique and agreement generally within 2 or 3 dB on overall level is obtained. 相似文献

In this paper, a modification of the diffusion model for room acoustics is proposed to account for sound transmission between two rooms, a source room and an adjacent room, which are coupled through a partition wall. A system of two diffusion equations, one for each room, together with a set of two boundary conditions, one for the partition wall and one for the other walls of a room, is obtained and numerically solved. The modified diffusion model is validated by numerical comparisons with the statistical theory for several coupled-room configurations by varying the coupling area surface, the absorption coefficient of each room, and the volume of the adjacent room. An experimental comparison is also carried out for two coupled classrooms. The modified diffusion model results agree very well with both the statistical theory and the experimental data. The diffusion model can then be used as an alternative to the statistical theory, especially when the statistical theory is not applicable, that is, when the reverberant sound field is not diffuse. Moreover, the diffusion model allows the prediction of the spatial distribution of sound energy within each coupled room, while the statistical theory gives only one sound level for each room. 相似文献
