Let LSC(X)denote the set of all proper lower semicontinuous functions on X with the epi-topology.In this paper we give characerizations of the separation axioms,Baire properties and metrizability of LSC(X).We show also that the continuous function space C(X) with the epi-topology is of first category when X is first coutable.

基数函数的研究是集论拓扑当中的一个重要分支。它可以定量地刻划一些拓扑性质之间的关系,像大家熟知的具有可数基的拓扑空间有可数的稠子集这一性质,是一个很好的例子。文[1]建立了L-Fuzzy拓扑空间的系统理论,由于多了一个层次结构,这种理论有不少创新并且是富于更多的技巧的。不过在这一框架之下,利用基数函数探讨L-Fuzzy拓扑学中的拓扑性质,尚未深入展开。本文中,利用L-Fuzzy拓扑空间中的一些基数函数,结合格L的层次结构特点, 给出了良紧空间与诱导空间中若干进一步     

关于拓扑流形到某些欧氏空间的拓扑嵌入

本文研究了拓扑流形的拓扑嵌入问题,得出了边界为(k—1)-连通的n维k-连通紧带边拓扑流形能局部平坦地整齐嵌入D^2n-h,局部平坦地嵌入S^2n-h-1的一个充分性条件(0≤h≤2k),且给出了它的一些应用。

本文据互质正整数 a,b 定义两个集合:P={p|1≤p≤ab,p=ma+nb,m,n,皆正整数},Q={q|q 为整数,a+b≤q≤ab,且任正整数 m,n,都有 q(?)ma+nb}.证明了 P,Q所含元素个数皆为((a-1)(b-1))/(2),且 P 与 Q 在数轴上,对称于点 (ab+a+b)/2.在 P 中定义了链(即 P 的极大连续整数子集),给出链的个数的计算方法.指出(a,b)=1,a>1,b>1的四种等价说法,讨论了以不全是1的正整数 r,u 为系数的二元二次方程 xy+1=rx+uy 的正整数解的个数,并给出求解方法.

On sets with Baire property in topological spaces

Steinhaus [9] prove that if a set A has a positive Lebesgue measure in the line then its distance set contains an interval. He obtained even stronger forms of this result in [9], which are concerned with mutual distances between points in an infinite sequence of sets. Similar theorems in the case we replace distance by mutual ratio were established by Bose-Majumdar [1]. In the present paper, we endeavour to obtain some results related to sets with Baire property in locally compact topological spaces, particular cases of which yield the Baire category analogues of the above results of Steinhaus [9] and their corresponding form for ratios by Bose-Majumdar [1].     

Some results on projection of planar sets

In this paper we define certain types of projections of planar sets and study some properties of such projections.     

Some Properties of Two Kinds of Multifunctions

Let X and Y be metrizable topological linear spaces.In this paper,the following results are proved:(1)If X and Y are complete,F;X→Y is a point closed u.s.c.,and symmetric process with ——↑F(X)=Y,then either F(X) is meager in Y,or else F is an open multifunction with F(X)=Y.(2)If X is complete,and F:X→Y is a process with a subclosed graph,then F is l.s.c..We also discuss topological multi-homomorphisms between topological linear spaces.     

Some weak forms of the Baire category theorem

We show that the statement (K12) “separable, countably compact, regular spaces are Baire” is deducible from a strictly weaker form than AC, namely, CAC(?) (the axiom of choice for countable families of non‐empty subsets of the real line ?). We also find some characterizations of the axiom of dependent choices.

In this paper, an equivalent relation among the reflexivity, weak sequential completeness and bounded completeness in full function space is given. Some results on weakly sequential compactness of subset and the property （u） in substitution spaces are obtained.     

The product of a Baire space with a hereditarily Baire metric space is Baire

In this paper we prove that the product of a Baire space with a metrizable hereditarily Baire space is again a Baire space. This answers a recent question of J. Chaber and R. Pol.

     

Some Generic Results on Nonattaining Functionals

We prove that (a) in a reflexive space, for any linearly bounded but unbounded closed convex subset the nonsupport functionals are a dense G subset of the polar set, and (b) any nonsemicoercive proper convex lsc [weak^*-lsc] function in a [dual] Banach space has a generic [dense G ] set of L -perturbations which do not attain their infimum. We also characterize the proper convex functions that have inf-nonattaining L -perturbations. This results also in a criterion for reflexivity.

Some More Conservation Results on the Baire Category Theorem

In this paper, we generalize a result of Brown and Simpson [1] to prove that RCA₀+Π⁰_∞‐BCT is conservative over RCA₀ with respect to the set of formulae in the form ∃!Xφ(X), where φ is arithmetical. We also consider the conservation of Π⁰_0∞‐BCT over Σ^b₁‐NIA+∇^b₁‐CA.
