The potentially chiral 7,8-dioxa[6]helicenes 1-1c have been prepared by oxidation of their precursors the 7a,14c-dihydro-7,8-dioxa[6]helicenes 3. The crystal structure determination of 3b cis-7a,14c-dihydro-3,12-dibromo-7,8-dioxa[6]helicene unambiguously confirms the cis configuration of the 7a,-14c hydrogens in compounds 3 as previously implied from NMR measurements and also shows that 3b crystallizes in a chiral conformation in the solid state. Selective deuteration of the sterically crowded 1,14 positions of 7,8-dioxa[6]helicene 1 influenced the crystal structure. The deuterium labeled compound D2-1 exhibits a disordered structure, whereas 1 had been found to crystallize in a complex structure which can be described as an analogous partly ordered modulated superstructure. When dehydrogenation of compound 3 to obtain compound 1 was attempted, harsh synthetic conditions gave the unexpected halogenated compounds 5-chloro-7,8-dioxa[6]helicene 1c and cis-7a,14c-dibromo-7,8-dioxa[6]helicene 3c. Compounds 1d and 3b were identified by solving their crystal structure.  相似文献

In reactions of 3-(5- and 5,6-substituted 2-aminophenylamino)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-ones with carbaldehydes of pyridine, thiophene, and furan and substituted benzaldehydes, we have obtained 21 novel 7H-7-methoxycarbonyl-, 7-benzoyl-, 7-trifluoromethyl-, 7-nitro- and 7,8-dichloro-11-aryl-3,3-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,10,11-hexahydro-5H-dibenzo[b,e]-1,4-diazepin-1-one.  相似文献

The conformational and dynamic properties of the 7-membered cyclic sulfites 1 and 2 were investigated by 1H and 13CDNMR as well as by IR spectroscopy. Compound 1 showed two spectral modifications at low temperature for both 1H (100 MHz) and 13C (22.6 MHz) spectra while for compound 2 a single 1H spectral change has been observed and resolved at 300MHz. Analysis of the low temperature NMR spectra together with the IR frequencies for the stretching vibration of the SO bond indicate that 1 exists as a 1:1 mixture of C-a and TB conformations in CHF2Cl. Less polar solvents increase the proportion of the C-a form.In contrast, compound 2 is found to exist very predominantly as the TB form in CHF2Cl at ?160°, whereas in the less polar CCl4 solvent a small amount of C-a form is found to be present at room temperature from the IR data. The conformational and dynamic properties determined for 1 and 2 are discussed in light of current theories relating to n→σ* stereoelectronic lone pair donation and dipole-dipole interactions. Furthermore the results for 1 and 2 are used as the basis for a new conformational interpretation of published IR data for dimethyl sulfite. Finally, the differences in properties of 1 and 2 are discussed.  相似文献

1H,3H-Imidazo[1,5-c]thiazole-5,7-[6H,7aH]-dione and the corresponding 7-thione derivatives as well as 7,8-dihydro-5H-imidazo[1,5-c][1,3]thiazine-1,3-[2H,8aH]-dione and the corresponding 3-thione derivatives were synthesized starting from L -cysteine and DL -homocysteine thiolactone, respectively. The second group of bicyclic compounds represents a new heterocyclic ring system. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by spectroscopic studies and elemental analyses.  相似文献

We have established that 2,4-dimethylbenzo[b]furo[3,2-c]pyrylium and 2,4-dimethylbenzo[b]thieno[3,2-c]pyrylium salts can undergo recyclization to 3-dialkylamino derivatives of dibenzofuran and dibenzothiophene when treated with secondary amines. Reaction of 4-chloro-1,2-benzenediamine with 3,3-dimercapto-1-phenyl-2-propen-1-one afforded, as expected, a mixture of 7-chloro and 8-chloro-1,3-dihydro-4-phenyl-2H-1,5-benzodiazepine-2-thione. After separation of the two components and further reaction, their structure was established by chemical degradation of 7-chloro-2-(2-diethylaminoethylthio)-4-phenyl-3H-1,5-benzodiazepine to 5-chloro-1,3-dihydro-1-methyl-2H-benzimidazol-2-one. The structure was also confirmed by single X-ray analysis of 7-chloro-2-(2-diethylaminoethylthio)-4-phenyl-3H-1,5-benzodiazepine.  相似文献

Summary 3-Bromo-6-chloro- and 6-bromo-3-chloro-8-nitro, -8-amino-, and -8-hydroxyquinolines along with 3-bromo- and 3-chloroquinolin-6,8-diols were prepared and tested for antifungal activity against six fungi (Aspergillus niger, A. oryzae, Myrothecium verrucaria, Trichoderma viride, Mucor cirinelloides, Trichophyton mentagrophytes) inSabouraud dextrose broth. Compounds with chlorine in the 3 position were generally more fungitoxic than the corresponding analogues with bromine. 6-Bromo-3-chloro-8-quinolinol inhibited four fungi at levels below 1 µg/ml andA. niger andM. cirinelloides at 2 µg/ml each.

Zusammenfassung 3-Brom-6-chlor- und 6-Brom-3-chlor-8-nitro-, -8-amino- und -8-hydroxychinoline sowie 3-Brom- und 3-Chlorchinolin-6,8-diole wurden hergestellt und gegen sechs Pilzstämme (Aspergillus niger, A. oryzae, Myrothecium verrucaria, Trichoderma viride, Mucor cirinelloides, Trichophyton mentagrophytes) inSabouraud-Dextrosenährmedium auf lhre fungizide Aktivität untersucht. Verbindungen mit Chlor in Position 3 sind durchwegs fungitoxischer als die entsprechenden Bromanalogen. 6-Brom-3-chlor-8-chinolinol hemmt das Wachstum von vier Pilzen bei Konzentrationen unter 1 µg/ml und das vonA. niger undM. cirinelloides bei einer Konzentration von jeweils 2 µg/ml.

[reaction: see text] The oxidation of 7,8-dithiabicyclo[4.2.1]nona-2,4-diene 7-exo-oxide with dimethyldioxirane (DMD) provided the 7-exo-8-exo-dioxide, the structure of which was determined by X-ray crystallography [S-S 2.341(2) A and 90 degree angle O-S-S-O 4.1(3) degrees ]. The exo attack of DMD to give the exo,exo-dioxide was kinetically more favorable than the endo attack to give the endo,exo-dioxide. DFT calculations showed that the exo,exo-dioxide is thermodynamically more stable than the other stereoisomers.  相似文献

Aminomethylation has been accomplished of the anionic Yanovskii adduct of 2,4-dinitronaphthol and 3,4-dimethylenedioxyacetophenone. A new preparative sequence from 2,3-polymethylene-2-cyclopentenone 5 to 2,6-polymethylenebromobenzenes 3 (n = 6, 7, 10) and 2,6-polymethylenephenyllithiums 6 has been found. The reaction of 6 with various electrophiles produces a number of new compounds to disclose the unique reactivity of the aryl C-Li moiety surrounded by the polymethylene chain. Photolysis of 3a and 3b provides transannular products 8, 10 and 11, all arising from the proximity between the aromatic bromine and the aliphatic hydrogen intraannularly opposed to be removed as HBr. Spectrometric study gives quantitative data of the dependence of the molecular geometry upon the chain length and the aromatic substituents. The energy barriers ΔGc of the conformational flipping are 17·4 kcal/mol (Tc 76·5°) for [6]metacyclophane (7a), 11·5 kcal/mol (Tc ?28°) for [7]metacyclophane (7b), ·8 kcal/mol for [10]metacyclophane (7c). The lower-energy process of the aliphatic chain in [6]metacyclophane derivatives is the pseudorotation with substituent-dependent barrier ΔGc 11·1 kcal/mol (Tc ?31·5°) for 7a, 12·4 kcal/mol (Tc ?4·5°) for 3a and 12·7 kcal/mol (Tc 1·0°) for 12a. The rather large rotational barrier is attributed to the compressed structure of each system. The benzene ring distortion of the cyclophanes is deduced from the bathochromic shift of the B-band and the diamagnetic shift of the benzene proton signals in the PMR.  相似文献
