主要研究裂纹对梁结构动力特性的影响规律,进而为含裂纹梁结构状态监测提供理论依据。首先,对裂纹影响区域进行分析,建立含裂纹梁二维接触非线性有限元模型,阐明含裂纹梁具有拉压不同刚度的静力特性;其次,通过对机理模型的分析,指出拉压不同刚度会引起轴向与弯曲的耦合振动;然后,通过非线性动力学分析方法研究其动力特性,观察到含裂纹梁在冲击荷载下会产生轴向与弯曲的耦合振动现象,并指出这种轴向与弯曲耦合振动的一个重要特征是轴向振动频谱图中含有弯曲振动基频的两倍频成分;最后,通过引入非线性弹簧建立一种新颖的含裂纹梁简化动力学模型,通过与精细有限元分析对比,验证了模型的合理性。该简化动力学模型将接触非线性问题转换为材料非线性问题,避免了费时的接触非线性动力学求解过程。  相似文献

双梁结构被用作一种新型的减振器来控制梁式结构的振动,在土木、机械和航空航天等工程中受到广泛应用。本文研究了两个平行的轴向功能梯度梁相互连接的双梁结构固有频率的计算问题,在这种双梁结构中,梁的端部受到平移和旋转两种弹性约束,同时,双梁结构通过质量-弹簧装置相互连接。基于Euler-Bernoulli梁的基本理论,将非经典边界条件下双梁结构自由振动固有频率的计算转化为一组常微分方程特征值问题,运用插值矩阵法可一次性计算出双梁结构的所有固有频率。数值算例表明,本文双梁结构量纲为一的固有频率的计算值与已有文献计算结果吻合良好。研究了弹簧刚度、质量系数和梯度参数对双梁系统的影响。数值计算结果表明,随着梯度系数?和悬挂物块的质量系数?的增大,第1阶固有频率?1逐渐减小。  相似文献

弹性梁结构作为一种基本单元被广泛于建筑、航空、航天、船舶等工程领域. 为有效降低弹性梁结构的振动水平, 深刻理解其振动特性、动力学行为显得尤为重要. 本文建立了具有非线性支撑和弹性边界约束的轴向载荷梁结构动力学分析模型, 并采用伽辽金截断法预报梁结构的动力学响应. 在伽辽金截断法的求解过程中, 选取具有弹性边界约束的轴向载荷梁结构的模态振型函数作为伽辽金截断法的试函数与权函数. 首先, 研究截断数对伽辽金截断法稳定性的影响, 并采用谐波平衡法研究伽辽金截断法的可靠性. 在此基础上, 研究谐波激励扫频方向、非线性支撑参数对具有非线性支撑和弹性边界约束的轴向载荷梁结构动力学响应的影响规律. 研究结果表明, 具有非线性支撑和弹性边界约束的轴向载荷梁结构的动力学响应具有初值敏感性且非线性支撑参数对梁结构动力学响应的影响显著. 相关非线性支撑参数使得梁结构出现复杂动力学行为. 合适的非线性支撑参数能够抑制具有非线性支撑和弹性边界约束的轴向载荷梁结构的复杂动力学行为并对梁结构边界处的减振具有有益效果.   相似文献

The axial fluid-induced vibration of pipes is very widespread in engineering applications. The nonlinear forced vibration of a viscoelastic fluid-conveying pipe with nonlinear supports at both ends is investigated. The multi-scale method combined with the modal revision method is formulated for the fluid-conveying pipe system with nonlinear boundary conditions. The governing equations and the nonlinear boundary conditions are rescaled simultaneously as linear inhomogeneous equations and linear inhomogeneous boundary conditions on different time-scales. The modal revision method is used to transform the linear inhomogeneous boundary problem into a linear homogeneous boundary problem. The differential quadrature element method (DQEM) is used to verify the approximate analytical results. The results show good agreement between these two methods. A detailed analysis of the boundary nonlinearity is also presented. The obtained results demonstrate that the boundary nonlinearities have a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of the fluid-conveying pipe, and can lead to significant differences in the dynamic responses of the pipe system.

The large-amplitude free vibration analysis of double-walled carbon nanotubes embedded in an elastic medium is investigated by means of a finite element formulation. A double-beam model is utilized in which the governing equations of layers are coupled with each other via the van der Waals interlayer forces. Von-Karman type nonlinear strain-displacement relationships are employed where the ends of the nanotube are constrained to move axially. The amplitude-frequency response curves for large-amplitude free vibrations of single-walled and double-walled carbon nanotubes with arbitrary boundary conditions are graphically illustrated. The effects of material constant of the surrounding elastic medium and the geometric parameters on the vibration characteristics are investigated. For a double-walled carbon nanotube with different boundary conditions between inner and outer tubes, the nonlinear frequencies are obtained apparently for the first time. Comparison of the results with those from the open literature is made for the amplitude-frequency curves where possible. This comparison illustrates that the present scheme yields very accurate results in predicting the nonlinear frequencies.  相似文献

针对一类基于夹片弹簧的压电振动能量收集器,利用材料力学莫尔积分理论建立了振荡俘能结构中夹片弹簧的等效刚度模型,通过万能拉伸试验机验证了模型精度。在此基础上,讨论了夹片弹簧刚度线性简化的两种途径:拉伸曲线线性拟合和固有频率修正。研究结果表明,从夹片弹簧拉伸曲线上看,将其等效成线性弹簧具有一定的合理性;而在实际振动能量收集器结构中,若振动加速度相对较小,通过固有频率修正法对夹片弹簧刚度进行线性简化,其幅频响应特性与非线性模型的特性相近。该研究成果为压电振动能量收集器的动力学和机电耦合模型简化提供了理论支撑。  相似文献

针对法兰对接和径向套接两种典型舱段螺栓连接形式,基于有限元静刚度计算、动力学简化建模、冲击响应特性分析及结构冲击试验,系统研究了两种连接形式的轴向刚度特性及其对动力学冲击响应的影响.有限元静刚度分析揭示了法兰对接与径向套接的轴向拉压刚度分别是非对称的和对称的,而法兰对接的平均刚度更大.之后,为两种连接形式建立了统一的动力学模型,证明非对称的轴向拉压刚度导致结构在受到横向载荷作用时会产生附加的耦合轴向振动,并且利用高精度幂函数拟合刚度跳变,得到耦合轴向振动频率是弯曲振动频率的二倍的结论.最后,通过冲击动力学试验证明了法兰对接存在二倍频的耦合轴向振动,而径向套接则不存在该耦合振动.径向套接虽然一阶频率较低,但阻尼效果更好.  相似文献

Considering the axial and radial loads, a math- ematical model of angular contact ball bearing is deduced with Hertz contact theory. With the coupling effects of lateral, torsional and axial vibrations taken into account, a lumped-parameter nonlinear dynamic model of helical gearrotor-bearing system (HGRBS) is established to obtain the transmission system dynamic response to the changes of dif- ferent parameters. The vibration differential equations of the drive system are derived through the Lagrange equation, which considers the kinetic and potential energies, the dis- sipative function and the internal/external excitation. Based on the Runge-Kutta numerical method, the dynamics of the HGRBS is investigated, which describes vibration properties of HGRBS more comprehensively. The results show that the vibration amplitudes have obvious fluctuation, and the frequency multiplication and random frequency components become increasingly obvious with changing rotational speed and eccentricity at gear and bearing positions. Axial vibration of the HGRBS also has some fluctuations. The bearing has self-variable stiffness frequency, which should be avoided in engineering design. In addition, the bearing clearance needs little attention due to its slightly discernible effect on vibration response. It is suggested that a careful examination should be made in modelling the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a helical gear-rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

流致振动现象广泛存在于机械、航空、土木和石油等重要工程领域, 为防止工程结构因流致振动行为而造成疲劳破坏, 有必要对稳定性、动力学响应及其振动控制做深入研究. 本文提出了一种由弹簧和质量块构成的非线性吸能器(nonlinear targeted energy transfer, NTET), 研究了该非线性吸能器对弹性支承圆柱体涡激振动的被动控制影响机制. 基于能量法推导了圆柱体涡激振动非线性被动控制的耦合动力学方程, 通过设计非线性弹簧?质量块构型的NTET, 进一步开展了涡激振动控制的实验研究, 并与理论预测结果进行了较好的对比, 获得提升涡激振动控制效果的最佳参数值. 研究发现, NTET的质量、弹簧刚度以及弹簧预应力等参数会对涡激振动控制效果产生显著的影响. 本文研究结果表明, 该耦合系统中圆柱体和NTET均表现出周期性的稳态振动响应, NTET质量的改变会显著影响系统的耦合频率. 在无预应力状态下, NTET质量越大、刚度越小时, 有更好的减振效果. 当弹簧预应力逐渐增大时, NTET的非线性刚度逐渐变弱, 会降低涡激振动控制性能. 参数分析表明: 随着涡激振动控制性能的提升, 圆柱体的振幅逐渐较小, NTET的振幅逐渐增大, 能量传递效率逐渐提高. 研究结果可为工程中涡激振动控制策略的高效设计提供有用的理论支撑和实验数据.   相似文献

The nonlinear energy sink (NES), which is proven to perform rapid and passive targeted energy transfer (TET), has been employed for vibration mitigation in many primary small- and large-scale structures. Recently, the feature of bistability, in which two nontrivial stable equilibria and one trivial unstable equilibrium exist, is utilized for passive TET in what is known as bistable NES (BNES). The BNES generates a nonlinear force that incorporates negative linear and multiple positive or negative nonlinear stiffness components. In this paper, the BNES is coupled to a linear oscillator (LO) where the dynamic behavior of the resulting LO-BNES system is studied through frequency–energy plots (FEPs), which are generated by analytical approximation using the complexification-averaging method and by numerical continuation techniques. The effect of the length and stiffness of the transverse coupling springs is found to affect the stability and topology of the branches and indicates the importance of the exact physical realization of the system. The rich nonlinear dynamical behavior of the LO-BNES system is also highlighted through the appearance of multiple symmetrical and unsymmetrical in- and out-of-phase backbone branches, especially at low energy levels. The superimposed wavelet frequency spectrums of the LO-BNES response on the FEP have verified the robustness of the TET mechanism where the role of the unsymmetrical NNM backbones in TET is clearly observed.

Viscoelastic phenomena widely exist in MEMS materials, which may have certain effects on quasi-static behaviors and transition mechanism of nonlinear jumping phenomena. The static and dynamic behaviors of a doubly clamped viscoelastic microbeam actuated by one sided electrode are investigated in detail, based on a modified couple stress theory. The governing equation of motion is introduced here, which is essentially nonlinear due to its midplane stretching effect and electrostatic force. Through quasi-static analysis, the equilibrium position, pull-in voltage and pull-in location of the system are obtained with differential quadrature method and finite element method. The equivalent geometric nonlinear parameter is presented to explain the influence of the scale effect on the pull-in location. Different from elastic material, there are two kinds of pull-in voltages called as instantaneous pull-in voltage and the durable pull-in voltage in viscoelastic system. Then, Galerkin discretization and the method of multiple scales are applied to determine the response and stability of the system for small vibration amplitude. A new perturbation method to deal with viscoelastic term is presented. Theoretical expressions about the parameter spaces of linear-like vibration, hardening-type vibration and softening-type vibration are then deduced. The influence of viscoelasticity and scale effect on nonlinear dynamic behavior is studied. Results show that the viscoelasticity can reduce the effective elastic modulus and make the system tend to softening-type vibration; the scale effect can increase effective elastic modulus and make the system tend to hardening-type vibration. And most of all, simulation results of case studies are used to realize parameter optimization. Then parameter conditions of linear-like vibration, which is desired for many applications, are obtained. In this paper, the results of multi-physical field coupling simulation are used to verify the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

动力吸振器作为一种振动控制单元被广泛运用于各种工程场合,但传统的线性吸振器只能实现窄带振动控制.文章在线性吸振器的基础上引入对称水平弹簧构建线性刚度与非线性刚度相结合的组合刚度非线性吸振器,以提升吸振器的吸振性能.考虑实际工程中可能的安装方式,分别建立水平弹簧接地安装和不接地安装的组合刚度非线性吸振器模型,利用谐波平衡法结合弧长延拓法解析求解动力学响应,并与数值结果相互验证,证明了求解结果的准确性.随后分析比较两种组合刚度非线性吸振器与线性吸振器以及非线性能量阱之间的吸振性能,发现水平弹簧接地安装类型的组合刚度非线性吸振器在保留线性吸振器优势的同时又改善其吸振频带窄的缺点,且与非线性能量阱相比在主共振频率附近的较宽频内吸振性能更优.在此基础上,讨论了水平弹簧参数以及吸振器阻尼对主结构振动幅频响应和稳定性的影响,最后观察分析主结构幅频响应曲线不稳定区内的复杂动力学行为.研究结果表明合适的设计参数能够使得主结构振动峰值较低的同时,频响曲线不稳定运动区域的范围也较小.  相似文献

面向航空发动机整机振动, 建立了航空发动机转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型. 该模型具有如下特点: (1)考虑转子、滚动轴承及机匣之间的耦合作用; (2)考虑了实际航空发动机的弹性支承及挤压油膜阻尼效应; (3)将转子考虑为等截面自由欧拉梁模型, 运用模态截断法进行分析; (4)考虑了滚动轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触力以及变柔性VC(Varyingcompliance)振动; (5)考虑了转子与机匣之间的碰摩故障. 运用数值积分方法研究了航空发动机的整机振动规律, 包括: 滚动轴承VC振动分析、弹性支承刚度对耦合系统临界转速的影响、转轴模态截断阶数NM对系统响应的影响分析、挤压油膜阻尼器参数对系统响应的影响分析、突加不平衡的瞬态响应分析以及转静碰摩故障特性分析等.   相似文献

Nonlinearity can take an important and critical role in engineering systems, and thus cannot be simply ignored in structural design, dynamic response analysis, and parameter selection. A key issue is how to analyze and design potential nonlinearities introduced to or inherent in a system under study. This is a must-do task in many practical applications involving vibration control, energy harvesting, sensor systems, robotic technology, etc. This paper presents an up-to-date review on a cutting-edge method for nonlinearity manipulation and employment developed in recent several years, named as the X-structure/mechanism approach. The method is inspired from animal leg/limb skeletons, and can provide passive low-cost high-efficiency adjustable and beneficial nonlinear stiffness (high static & ultra-low dynamic), nonlinear damping (dependent on resonant frequency and/or relative vibration displacement), and nonlinear inertia (low static & high dynamic) individually or simultaneously. The X-structure/mechanism is a generic and basic structure/mechanism, representing a class of structures/mechanisms which can achieve beneficial geometric nonlinearity during structural deflection or mechanism motion, can be flexibly realized through commonly-used mechanical components, and have many different forms (with a basic unit taking a shape like X/K/Z/S/V, quadrilateral, diamond, polygon, etc.). Importantly, all variant structures/mechanisms may share similar geometric nonlinearities and thus exhibit similar nonlinear stiffness/damping properties in vibration. Moreover, they are generally flexible in design and easy to implement. This paper systematically reviews the research background, motivation, essential bio-inspired ideas, advantages of this novel method, the beneficial nonlinear properties in stiffness, damping, and inertia, and the potential applications, and ends with some remarks and conclusions.

基于动力吸振器原理,在单自由度准零刚度隔振器基础上耦合可调频动力吸振器构成两自由度隔振系统。首先,对动力吸振器工作原理进行理论分析并提出其力学模型;其次,通过静力学分析,推导出系统满足零刚度条件时,各参数间的关系并分析其对系统刚度特性的影响;然后,建立两自由度隔振系统非线性动力学方程,利用谐波平衡法进行幅频响应解析分析,得到力传递率表达式;最后,数值分析动力吸振器阻尼、刚度、质量、激励力幅值和弹簧片有效长度对力传递率的影响规律,并与单自由度准零刚度隔振系统及两自由度线性隔振系统对比分析。结果表明:通过选择适当的动力吸振器参数不仅可以减小系统的起始隔振频率,增宽隔振频带,且还能加快系统力传递率在特定频段内的衰减速率,改善系统的低频隔振性能,实现激励频率的可适应性。  相似文献
