The molecular structure of the 4-amino-3-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)one monohydrate was determined by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic sp. gr. C2/c with Z = 4 in the unit cell. The title compound is not planar. The dihedral angle between the thiophene and 1,2,4-triazole rings is 73.4(5)°. In the crystal structure, the molecules are connected by intermolecular N–H···O, N–H···N, O–H···O, and C–H···N type hydrogen bonds. The N–H···N and C–H···N hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains along the c axis. 相似文献

The metal complex, bis [2-(3-(2-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)ethyl) oxazolidin-2-yl)phenol]cerium(IV) 1,4-dioxane monosolvate was synthesized and characterized by infrared, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, single-crystal, and powder X-ray diffraction. The coordination polyhedra of cerium shows a distorted square-antiprismatic geometry. No classical hydrogen bonds were observed. Abstract
New Schiff-base compound (E)-2-(2,5-dimethoxybenzylideneamino)phenol (1) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Molecular orbital calculation has been carried out for 1 by using HF method at 6-31G basis set. The title compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 19.4581(13) ?, b = 9.5805(5) Ǻ, c = 13.8431(7) Ǻ, β = 93.471(2)°, V = 2575.9(3) Ǻ3 and Z = 8. In the crystal structure two molecules are stabilized by a pair of intermolecular O1–H1···N1i hydrogen bonds. The dimeric units are further linked via C6–H6···O3ii hydrogen bond. 相似文献15.

The crystal structure of (2Z)-(3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1(2Н)-ylidene)nitrosoacetonitrile is determined (T = 150 K, R1 = 0.0435). The compound crystallizes as the E-cis and Z-cis isomers of the nitroso tautomer. Two independent molecules differ in the rotation of the nitroso group about the С–С bond between the dihydroisoquinoline group and the substituent. Analysis of bond lengths reveals their conjugation and prevailing contribution of the zwitter-ionic structures with the positive charge located on the isoquinoline fragment and the negative charge located on the substituent. Molecules having E and Z conformations are connected by the N–H···O hydrogen bond (N···O 2.922(3) Å) into dimers. The N–H group of the other molecule forms the intramolecular N–H···O hydrogen bond (N···O 2.544(3) Å) which closes a sixmembered cycle. Electronic absorption spectra are studied, and quantum-chemical modeling of the compound is performed. 相似文献

related anions associate by charge-assisted O–H···O hydrogen bonds to form 24-membered {···OC3N2C4OH}2 synthons. These are connected into a supramolecular polymer via charge-assisted N–H···O hydrogen bonds involving the 1,2-bis(4-pyridinium)ethane
dications. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P−1 with a = 8.517(4) ?, b = 9.110(5) ?, c = 10.477(5) ?, α = 96.850(13)°, β = 94.446(12)°, γ = 104.946(10)° and Z = 1 {two anions and a dication}.
