An electrodeposition oxygen‐incorporated gold‐modified screen‐printed carbon electrode (AuOSPE) was fabricated to determine the sulfite content in hair waving products. The AuOSPE showed an electrocatalytic current for sulfite at +0.4 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). Compared with a gold screen‐printed electrode (AuSPE), the AuOSPE showed a higher electrocatalytic current. The increase in the electrocatalytic current was ascribed to the increase of the oxygen incorporated with gold atom on AuOSPE. The AuOSPE coupled with a flow injection analysis (FIA) system showed excellent oxidation current for sulfite in a 0.1 mol L?1 phosphate buffer solution (PBS), pH 6.0. The linear working range for determining the sulfite content was 0.05 to 1200 mg L?1 (0.625 µmol L?1 to 15.00 mmol L?1) with a calculated detection limit of 0.03 mg L?1 (0.375 µmol L?1) (DL, S/N=3). Relative standard deviations (RSD) of 3.03 %, 2.30 % and 4.26 % were calculated for consecutive injections (n=12) of 20, 300 and 900 mg L?1 sulfite, respectively. The amount of sulfite in two hair waving products was determined by the proposed method and a standard iodometric method. The recoveries ranged from 96.18 % to 105.61 %. The AuOSPE showed high sensitivity, selectivity, stability and reproducibility for sulfite.  相似文献

Development and use of highly ordered, vertically aligned TiO2 nanotube arrays modified with gold nanoparticles for the selective detection of ascorbic acid (AA) in the presence of uric acid and glucose are reported here. Gold nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the Nanotube arrays by CV. The sensor was characterized using SEM, EDS, CV, and EIS. It showed very good performance with a sensitivity of 46.8 μA mM?1 cm?2, response time below 2 seconds and linearity in the range of 1 μM to 5 mM with a detection limit of 0.1 μM and was tested for the AA concentration in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

This paper presents a microsensor chip integrated with a gold nanoparticles‐modified ultramicroelectrode array (UMEA) as the working electrode for the detection of copper ions in water. The microsensor chip was fabricated with Micro‐Electromechanical System technique. Gold nanoparticles were electrodeposited onto the surface of UMEA at a constant potential of ?0.3 V. The ratio d/Rb of interelectrode spacing (d) over the individual electrode’s radius (Rb) was investigated to improve the electrochemical performance. The UMEA with a d/Rb of 20 showed the best hemispherical diffusion mode, resulted in fast response time and high current response. The gold nanoparticles increased the active surface area of UMEA by not changing the geometries of UMEA, and the current response was increased further. Incorporating the optimized characteristic of UMEA and gold nanoparticles, the microsensor showed a good linear range from 0.5 to 200 µg L?1 of copper ions in the acetate buffer solutions with the method of square wave stripping voltammetry. Compared with the gold nanoparticles‐modified disk electrode, the gold nanoparticles‐modified UMEA showed higher sensitivity (0.024 µA mm?2 µg?1 L) and lower limit of detection (0.2 µg L?1). Water samples from river water and tap water were analyzed by the microsensor chip with recovery ranging from 100.7 % to 107.8 %.  相似文献

Gold nanocrystal‐modified glassy carbon electrodes (nAu‐GCE) were prepared and used for the determination of histamine by flow injection and high performance liquid chromatography using pulsed amperometric detection (PAD) as the detection mode. Experimental variables involved in the electrodeposition process of gold from a HAuCl4 solution were optimized. A catalytic enhancement of the histamine voltammetric response was observed at the nAu‐GCE when compared with that obtained at a conventional Au disk electrode, as a consequence of the microdispersion of gold nanocrystals on the GC substrate. The morphological and electrochemical characteristics of the nAu‐GCE were evaluated by SEM and cyclic voltammetry. PAD using a very simple potential waveform consisting of an anodic potential (+700 mV for 500 ms) and a cathodic potential (?300 mV for 30 ms), was used to avoid the electrode surface fouling when histamine was detected under flowing conditions. Flow injection amperometric responses showed much higher Ip values and signal‐to‐noise ratios at the nAu‐GCE than at a conventional gold disk electrode. A limit of detection of 6×10?7 mol L?1 histamine was obtained. HPLC‐PAD at the nAu‐GCE was used for the determination of histamine in the presence of other biogenic amines and indole. Histamine was determined in sardine samples spiked at a 50 μg g?1 concentration level, with good results. Furthermore, the chromatographic PAD method was also used for monitoring the formation of histamine during the decomposition process of sardine samples.  相似文献

通过电化学聚合法制备了聚N,N-双水杨醛乙二胺合钴[polyCo(Salen)]修饰超微电极,研究了该修饰电极的电催化性质及其在一氧化氮(NO)测定中的应用.实验结果表明,polyCo(Salen)修饰超微电极对NO的测定有高的灵敏度,NO的浓度在2.0×10-8~2.8×10-6mol/L范围内,电流与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9998,检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L;该电极进一步修饰Nafion后,生物体中常见的物质如抗坏血酸、儿茶酚胺类神经递质的代谢物、NO的氧化产物NO-2等不干扰测定.本传感器可以满足NO在体分析的需要.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic oxidation of sulfite has been studied at a stable electroactive thin film of copper‐cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CuCoHCF) hybrid electrodeposited on a carbon paste electrode (ECMCPE). A linear range of 5 μM to 5 mM of sulfite, with an experimental detection limit of 1 μM, was obtained using the cyclic voltammetric method. The oxidation of sulfite showed no significant fouling effect on the modified electrode surface at sulfite concentrations below 5 mM. The proposed modified electrode exhibited several attractive features, including simple preparation, fast response, good stability and repeatability, and could be applied to sulfite determination in real samples.  相似文献

An L ‐cysteine modified gold electrode for the determination of copper in the presence of various amounts of arsenic with anodic stripping voltammetry has been studied. The electrode was fabricated by immersing a gold electrode in an ethanol solution of 5mM L ‐cysteine for 60 min. Various parameters, such as the effect of different supporting electrolytes, the pH of the electrolyte and the deposition potential were investigated. Under optimum conditions, copper was accumulated at ?0.3 V (vs. SEC) for 60 s in 0.1 M phosphate buffer pH 5.0 in the presence of different amounts of arsenic. Essentially the same sensitivities (0.33±0.001 μA/μM) and limits of detection (0.13±0.002 μM) of copper were obtained with various amount of arsenic in the range 2 μM to 20 μM.  相似文献

通过共价自组装的方法制备了巯基乙酸单分子层修饰金电极.在含有铜离子的磷酸缓冲液中搅拌吸附,铜离子与修饰电极表面的巯基乙酸形成的活性配合物吸附在电极表面.用该电极对不同浓度的铜离子进行检测,发现峰电流随铜离子浓度的增大而增大,在0.05~1μmol/L之间出现良好的线性关系,其最低检测限可达10 nmol/L.  相似文献

The first example of using a copper microelectrode array for use in electroanalysis is explored and exemplified with the electroanalytical quantification of nitrate. The analytical approach is based upon the in situ deposition of copper at a boron‐doped diamond (BDD) microelectrode array. The immobilized copper layer is electrocatalytic for nitrate reduction and exhibits an analytically useful range from 1.2 to 124 μM with a marked selectivity for nitrate ion over nitrate, with a limit of detection of 0.76 μM. The analytical applicability was examined through standard addition determinations of nitrate in drinking and river water samples.  相似文献

A pencil graphite electrode (PeGE) exhibits a promising tool for the electrochemical analysis of xanthine (Xan) and its N‐methyl derivatives (1‐, 3‐, 7‐ and 9‐mXan). The changes in their level in blood, serum, urine, as products of purine catabolism, can indicate the development of some diseases. Sensitivity‐enhanced voltammetric detection of mXans was achieved by forming of complex with Cu(I) and application of elimination procedure. The Cu(I)‐mXan complex was identified by means of titration of electrochemically produced cuprous ions by mXan. Our approach enables separation of overlapped mXan oxidation signals. Based on the obtained results, we found that the effect of methyl group position on the xanthine skeleton was significant and it was also discussed.  相似文献

Gold and nanogold electrodes modified with self‐assembled layers composed of gold nanoparticles and organic sulfur compounds were applied for quantitative determination of dopamine and its biogenic interferents like: ascorbic and uric acids. For the novel sensor a linear relationship between the current response of dopamine at the potential of peak maximum and the concentration was found over a wide analyte concentration range in solution with a very good detection sensitivity and detection limit. It was proved that current peaks of dopamine and both ascorbic and uric acids were clearly separated from each other enabling selective detection of these compounds coexisting in a mixture in solution of pH 7.  相似文献

A theory for determining the heterogeneous stability constant of a metal complex system at the surface of a chemically modified carbon paste electrode was developed. The proposed theory has been applied to the studies of a copper(II)-humic acids (Has) complex system. In an open circuit, copper(II) was accumulated from a stirred preconcentration medium onto the HAs-CMCPE. The subsequent electrochemical measurement was performed in a small volume of Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer (pH 3.78). By means of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV), the determined average heterogeneous stability constant of copper(II)-HAs complex was 4.99×109.  相似文献

This paper reports on the modification of gold electrodes with self‐assembled layers (SAMs) composed of meso‐2,3‐dimercaptosuccinic acid, cysteamine and gold nanoparticles, respectively and their application to quantitative determination of norepinephrine alone and in the presence of ascorbic and uric acids in solution at pH 7. The modification was carried out on two kinds of templates: a bare gold electrode (2D electrode) and a gold electrode coated in the first step with gold nanoparticles (3D electrode). Cyclic voltammograms reveal an enhancement of the norepinephrine electrooxidation in comparison to a bare, (non‐modified) gold electrode. The oxidation peaks for norepinephrine, ascorbic acid and uric acid have a peak‐to‐peak separation that enables their selective determination even in a complex mixture.  相似文献

报道了采用甲壳素修饰碳糊电极测定痕量铜的方法。通过开路富集,Cu62+和甲壳素形成络合物富集于电极表面,然后经介质交换,电位还原再进行阳熔出伏安测定。在浓度为3.0×10^-9-9.0×120^-7mol/L范围内,峰电流与痕量铜浓度呈线性关系,检测限为1.0×10^-9mol/L。同时,对电极反应的机理进行了讨论。  相似文献

Bismuth films deposited in situ at glassy carbon and carbon film electrodes were tested for the determination of traces of Tl(I) separately and together with Zn(II) and Pb (II), in acetate buffer solution pH 3.7, using square wave anodic stripping voltammetry. Electrochemical impedance spectra in the presence of Tl(I) showed differences between the electrode substrates. The sensitivity to Tl does not depend on the presence of other ions, and was better at carbon film electrodes, although the 2 nmol L?1 detection limit was independent of electrode substrate. Application to the measurement of Tl(I) in commercial berry juice is demonstrated.  相似文献

本文研究了18-冠-6修饰碳糊电极测定金的条件,金在0.5mol/LHC1-0.005mol/LKC1底液中富集,介质交换到0.01mol/LHC1中进行测定。金(Ⅲ)浓度在0.1~1.0μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相对标准偏差为9.7%,检出限为20ng/mL。可不经预先分离直接测定矿样中的金,结果良好。并研究了Au(Ⅲ)在18-冠-6碳糊修饰电极上的还原机理。  相似文献

本文采用电化学方法在玻碳(GC)基体上制备出性能稳定的铁氰化镍(NiHCF)修饰膜电极,表征了NiHCF膜的电化学行为,研究了其对SO_3~(2-)离子的电催化氧化作用。结果表明,SO_3~(2-)离子在NiHCF/GC上氧化是受NiHCF媒介作用的,属EC平行催化反应。催化峰电流与SO_3~(2-)离子浓度在1.0×10~(-6)~2.0×10~(-2)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限可达5.0×10~(-7)mol/L。用于测定空气中SO_2含量,结果良好。  相似文献

Pyridoxine is analyzed using square wave voltammetry (SWV) at copper nanoparticles (nano‐Cu) modified poly‐crystalline gold electrode (nano‐Cu/Au). Nano‐Cu/Au is fabricated by a potential scan electrodeosition technique. Nano‐Cu/Au electrode has been characterized morphologically and electrochemically. The analysis of pyridoxine at nano‐Cu/Au electrode is achieved utilizing the quenching of copper voltammetric response due to the complexation with pyridoxine forming an electroinactive complex. Pyridoxine selectively forms complex with copper ions (modifier), but not with Au (underlying substrate) as supported by UV/Vis spectrophotometry. Using SWV the calibration curve for pyridoxine analysis was obtained in the concentration range of 0.3–2.7 µM with high correlation coefficient. The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of pyridoxine in two dosage forms.  相似文献
