Two new polyoxygenated steroids, reticulatic acid (1) and reticulatin (2), together with a known compound 3,22,25-trihydroxy-16-24,20-24-bisepoxy-3β,16β,20S,22R,24S-cholest-5-ene (3), were isolated from the CH2Cl2/ EtOH extract of the South China Sea gorgonian coral Subergorgia reticulata. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. The absolute stereochemistry of compounds 2 and 3 was determined by the X-ray crystallographic analysis and the Mosher ester determination.  相似文献

Four new highly oxygenated guaiane lactones, 1‐epimenverin B ( 1 ), menverin F ( 2 ), 1‐deoxymenverin F ( 3 ), and menverin G ( 4 ), together with the two known related analogues menverins B ( 5 ) and C ( 6 ), were isolated from the South China Sea gorgonian Menella sp. Their structures and relative configuration were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data and by comparison with those of known related compounds.  相似文献

Two new polyhydroxylated sterols, named verumbsteroids A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), along with seven known analog, 3 – 9 , were isolated from the gorgonian Verrucella umbraculum collected from the South China Sea. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic investigations. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by using modified Mosher method with the acetonide derivative of 1 . Compounds 1 and 3 – 5 were found to show cytotoxicities against five human tumor cell lines (HL‐60, K562, HeLa, A‐549, and HCT‐116) with the IC50 values ranging from 2.76 to 9.62 μM .  相似文献

A systematic re-study on gorgonian Muricella sibogae from South China Sea yielded 10 eunicellin-based diterpenoids including two new ones, sibogins C and D (1 and 2). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses (1D and 2D NMR, IR and MS) and by comparison with data reported in literatures. All the isolates were tested for cytotoxic and antifouling activities. Compounds 3 and 5 showed significant antifouling activity against the green mussel Perna viridis, and especially 3 was suggested as a potent low-toxic antifouling agent with a large LC50/EC50 value of 18.6. This was the first report on the antifouling activity of the eunicellin-type diterpenoids against the green mussel.  相似文献

Bioactivity‐guided isolation of the rare gorgonian Muricella sibogae (Nutting ) yielded the two new eunicellin diterpenes sibogin A and B ( 1 and 2 ), the three new 9,10‐secosteroids sibogol A–C ( 6 – 8 ), together with the three known eunicellin diterpenes 3 – 5 and the five known 9,10‐secosteroids 9 – 13 . Their structures were established by extensive spectral analysis (1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, IR, and MS). The cytotoxicity of the isolates 1 – 13 was evaluated in vitro against the selected tumor cell lines P388 and BEL‐7402. All the compounds showed only weak activity against P388 cell lines, with an inhibition rate ranging from 10 to 60% at a concentration of 50 μg/ml, whereas the were inactive against BEL‐7402 cell lines.  相似文献

Two new polyoxygenated steroids, (1α,3β,7α,11α,12β)‐gorgost‐5‐ene‐1,3,7,11,12‐pentol 12‐acetate ( 1 ) and 11‐O‐acetyl‐22‐epihippuristanol ( 2 ), and a new alkaloid, 2,3,5,6,11,11b‐hexahydro‐2‐hydroxy‐1H‐indolizino[8,7‐b]indole‐2‐carboxylic acid ( 3 ), together with three known compounds, 22‐epihippuristanol ( 4 ), hippuristanol ( 5 ), and tryptamine ( 6 ), were isolated from the EtOH/CH2Cl2 extracts of the South China Sea gorgonian Isis minorbrachyblasta. The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods. Compound 1 showed weak cytotoxicity against A549, HONE1, and HeLa cancer cell lines and strong antilarval activity towards Bugula neritina larvae with an EC50 value of 5.8 μg/ml. Compound 5 showed moderate cytotoxicity against A549, HONE1, and HeLa cell lines, and the epimer mixture 4 / 5 (weight ratio 3 : 2) exhibited potent cytotoxicity against A549 and HONE1 cell lines with IC50 values of 4.2 and 4.8 μg/ml, which indicated that epimers 4 and 5 might have a synergistic effect on their cytotoxicity against A549 and HONE1 cell lines.  相似文献

Two new sulfated triterpene glycosides, philinopsides A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), were isolated from the sea cucumber Pentacta quadrangularis. Their structures were established by extensive spectral analysis (2D‐NMR and MS) and chemical evidence. Philinopside A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ) showed significant cytotoxicity (ED50 0.75–3.50 μg/ml) against ten tumor cell lines. Compound 1 also significantly inhibited the proliferation, migration, and tube formation of human microvascular endothelial cells.  相似文献

Three new isoflavonoids, namely (±)‐ammopiptanine A ( 1 ), ammopiptanine B ( 2 ), ammopiptanoside A ( 3 ), together with 13 known compounds, were isolated from the aerial parts of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses and by comparison with those of related model compounds. Two new spirostanol saponins, kingianoside I ( 1 ) and kingianoside K ( 2 ), corresponding to (3β,23S,25R)‐23‐hydroxy‐12‐oxospirost‐5‐en‐3‐yl 4‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐β‐D ‐galactopyranoside ( 1 ) and (3β,25R)‐7‐oxospirost‐5‐en‐3‐yl α‐L ‐arabinofuranosyl‐(1→4)‐[6‐deoxy‐α‐L ‐mannopyranosyl‐(1→2)]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), along with 13 known compounds, daucosterol, (25R)‐kingianoside G, (25RS)‐kingianoside A, pratioside D1, (25RS)‐pratioside D1, (25S)‐kingianoside C, kingianoside C, ginsenoside Rb1, saponins Tb and Pb, dioscin, gracillin, and saponin Pa, were isolated from the processed rhizomes of Polygonatum kingianum. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques, and chemical methods. Compound 2 contains a novel unusual spirostanol saponin aglycone. Ginsenoside Rb1 and saponin Tb were isolated for the first time from the genus Polygonatum. The 13 known compounds were detected for the first time in the processed Polygonatum kingianum.  相似文献

A new monocyclofarnesane‐type sesquiterpene, 3,7,10‐trihydroxy‐6,11‐cyclofarnes‐1‐ene ( 1 ), and a new acorane‐type sesquiterpene, 8‐(hydroxymethyl)‐1‐(2‐hydroxy‐1‐methylethyl)‐4‐methylspiro[4.5]dec‐8‐en‐7‐ol ( 2 ), were isolated from the culture of Eutypella scoparia FS26 from the South China Sea, along with three known terpenes, 3 – 5 . The structures of these compounds were determined by extensive analysis of their spectroscopic data as well as by comparison with literature reports. The isolated compounds 1 – 5 were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against the SF‐268, MCF‐7, and NCI‐H460 tumor cell lines.  相似文献
