A new type of voltammetric sensor, Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) film of 5,11,17,23‐tetra‐tert‐butyl‐25,27‐di(3‐thiadiazole‐propanoxy)‐26,28‐dihydroxycalix[4]arene modified glassy carbon electrode (LBTZCA–GCE), was prepared. The electrochemical properties of LBTZCA–GCE were researched in detail and its recognizing mechanism for silver ion in aqueous solution was discussed. Using this voltammetric sensor, a new stripping voltammetric method for determining of Ag+ was erected with good sensitivity, selectivity, reproducibility and recovery. The detection limit was 8×10?9 M at accumulation time of 180 s. By this method, real samples (lake water, tap water and synthesis sample) were analyzed and the results obtained were well satisfactory. 相似文献

A new voltammetric sensor, Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film of a p‐tert‐butylcalix[4]arene derivative modified glassy carbon electrode, was designed and successfully used in simultaneous determination of Tl+ and Pb2+ by square‐wave anodic stripping voltammetry. Under the optimum experimental conditions, this newly developed sensor reveal good linear response for Tl+ and Pb2+ in the concentration range of 3×10?8–4×10?6 mol L?1 and 2×10?7–2×10?5 mol L?1 respectively. The detect limits are 2×10?8 mol L?1 for Tl+ and 8×10?8 mol L?1 for Pb2+. Using proposed method, Tl+ and Pb2+ in environment samples were determined with satisfactory results. 相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of p‐tert‐butyl‐sulfonylcalix[4]arene (SCA) has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that there is an irreversible electrochemical oxidative wave when the potential ranges from 0.9 to 1.9 V versus saturated calomel electrode (SCE) in CH2Cl2 at a glassy carbon electrode. The kinetic parameters of the andic wave, such as α,n, ks, D and the diffusion activation energy (Ed), were discussed. In addition, the interaction of SCA with metal ions at the water‐air interface was also discussed by Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) techniques. The results confirm that the selectivity of SCA as ligand for Pb2+ in monomolecular film is very high by complexation action, which provide the foundation that LB film of SCA modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as voltammetric sensor to detect trace amounts of Pb2+. 相似文献

将硫桥杯[4]芳烃衍生物25,27-二(2-噻二唑基硫代乙氧基)-26,28-二甲氧基-5,11,17,23-四叔丁基硫桥杯[4]芳烃(TTCA)溶于二氯甲烷中,滴涂在玻碳电极表面,制得硫桥杯[4]芳烃修饰的玻碳电极。循环伏安当研究结果表明:将此修饰电极浸泡在1.0×10-6mol.L-1铅(Ⅱ)溶液中一段时间后转移至0.1 mol.L-1硝酸溶液中,以扫速100 mV.s-1在电位-0.8~-0.2 V范围内扫描所得的CV图上出现一对氧化还原峰。当此修饰电极在上述浓度的铅(Ⅱ)溶液中于-1.1 V富集300 s后用差分脉冲溶出伏安法检测时,铅(Ⅱ)在-0.516 V处出现一良好的氧化峰。铅(Ⅱ)浓度在2.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内与峰电流呈线性关系。其检出限(3S/N)为8.0×10-9mol.L-1。此法应用于水样中痕量铅的测定,测得回收率在95.0%~104.0%之间。 相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine (DA) was developed using a calix[4]arene crown‐4 ether (CACE) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE).The modified electrode exhibited good electrocatalytic activity for electrochemical oxidation of DA in the pH 6.00 Britton–Robinson buffer solution, and ascorbic acid (AA) did not interfere with it. The diffusion coefficient (D=2.7×10?5 cm2 s?1), and the kinetic parameter such as the electron transfer coefficient (α=0.54) of DA at the surface of CACE were determined using electrochemical approaches. The catalytic oxidation peak currents showed a linear dependence on the DA concentration and a linear analytical curve was obtained in the range of 2.0×10?5–1.0×10?3 M of DA with a correlation coefficient of 0.9990. The detection limit (S/N=3) was estimated to be 3.4×10?6 M. This method was also examined for the determination of DA in an injection sample. In addition, effects of possible interferences were investigated. The present work shows the potential of the proposed method for the fabrication of a modified electrode, as it can be effectively used for voltammetric detection of DA. 相似文献

A highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor for the detection of trace amounts of 8‐azaguanine has been designed. Double stranded (ds)DNA molecules are immobilized onto a glassy carbon electrode surface with Langmuir–Blodgett technique. The adsorptive voltammetric behaviors of 8‐azaguanine at DNA‐modified electrode were explored by means of cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry. Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE), the Langmuir–Blodgett film modified electrode can greatly improve the measuring sensitivity of 8‐azaguanine. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the Langmuir–Blodgett film modified electrode in pH 3.0 Britton–Robinson buffer solutions shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 5.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?5 mol L?1 with detection limit 9.0×10?9 mol L?1. The method proposed was applied successfully for the determination of 8‐azaguanine in diluted human urine with wonderful satisfactory. 相似文献

The X-ray crystallographic structure was reported for a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with a tetraanionic ligand of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene [Cu2L(CH3OH)6]·4CH3OH (H4L=p-tert-butylsuffonylcalix[4]arene). The complex belongs to triclinic system, P1^-- space group, with a = 1.2303(3) nm, b = 1.2377(3) nm, c = 1.3110(3) nm, a =66.862(4)°, β= 67.206(4)°, γ=61.711(3)°, Z= 1, V= 1.5659(7) nm^3, Dc= 1.371 g/cm^3, F(000) = 682,μ(Mo Kα) = 0.883 mm^-1, R1 =0.0325, wR2=0.0870. A calix[4]arene modified carbon paste electrode was used for trace determination of copper. The study of the preconcentration of copper as well as the other heavy metal ions at the modified electrode, with subsequent measurement by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV), indicates the efficient open‐circuit accumulation of the analytes onto the electrode. Many parameters such as the composition of the paste, pH, preconcentration time and stirring rate influence the response of the measurement. The procedure was optimized for copper determination. For a 10‐minute preconcentration time at pH 6.5–7.5, the detection limit (LOD) was 1.1 μg L?1. The optimized method was successfully applied to the determination of copper in tap water sample by means of standard addition procedure. The copper content of the sample was comparable with the result obtained with AAS method. 相似文献

A new glassy carbon electrode modified with novel calix[4]‐arene derivative was prepared and then applied to the selective recognition of lead ion in aqueous media by cyclic and square wave voltammetry. A new anodic stripping peak at ? 0.92 V (vs. Ag/Ag+) in square wave voltammogram can be obtained by scanning the potential from ? 1.5 to ? 0.6 V, of which the peak current is proportional to the concentration of Pb2+. The modified electrode in 0.1 mol/L HNO3 solution showed a linear voltammetric response in the range of 2.0 × 10–8–1.0 × 10–6 mol/L and a detection limit of 6.1 × 10–9 mol/L. In the modified glassy carbon electrode no significant interference occurred from alkali, alkaline and transition metal ions except Hg2+, Ag+ and Cu2+ ions, which can be eliminated by the addition of KSCN. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine lead in aqueous samples. 相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode coated the film of 4‐tert‐butyl‐1‐(ethoxycarbonylmethoxy)thiacalix[4]arene is designed for the determination of trace amounts of Hg2+. Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode, the modified electrode can improve the measuring sensitivity of Hg2+. Under the optimum experimental condition, the modified electrode in 0.1 mol L?1 H2SO4 + 0.01 mol L?1 KCl solution shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 8.0 × 10?9 ~ 3.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 with detection limit 5.0 × 10?9 mol L?1 for Hg2+. As a new member of the water‐soluble calixarene family, p‐sulfonatothiacalix[4]arene possesses unique properties resulting from its inherent structural characteristics. In our recent research, we have investigated the self‐assembly of bowl‐like p‐sulfonatothiacalix[4]arenes with or without transition‐metal ions in the presence of suitable guests. We have obtained a series of compounds with different structural motifs, such as capsules, tetranuclear clusters, and molecular clefts. In addition, p‐sulfonatothiacalix[4]arenes show good inclusion abilities and can capture different guests by utilizing their hydrophobic cavities through supramolecular interactions. Even when a cone‐like conformation is fixed, the p‐sulfonatothiacalix[4]arene can also splay its opposite aromatic rings apart to adjust its cone‐like conformations from C4v to C2v and even lower symmetries. A new chromium(III) PVC membrane sensor incorporating p‐tertiary‐butyl calix[4]arene as ionophore, potassium tetrakis as additive and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) as plasticizer was constructed. The electrode exhibited an excellent potentiometric response over a wide concentration range of 1.0×10?7–1.0×10?1 M with a Nernstian slope of 20±0.5 mV per decade. The detection limit was 5.0×10?8 M. The electrode showed a better performance over a pH range of 3.0–8.0, and had a short response time of about <15 s.The electrode was successfully applied to potentiometric titration of Cr (III) with EDTA and for direct determination of chromium(III) in waste water. 相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of 5,11,17,23‐Tetrakis‐dimethylaminomethylcalix[4]arene (DCA) has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The results show that there is an irreversible electrochemical oxidative wave with peak potential of 1.35 V in chloroform at a glassy carbon electrode. The kinetic parameters of the andic wave, such as α, n and ks, were discussed. In addition, a new pair of quasi‐reversible redox peaks with peak potentials of 0.72 V and 0.94 V was found. It can result in DCA electrodeposition at the electrode surface. This film modified electrode was characterized by CV and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). A new organic–inorganic hybrid zeotype compound with amphiphilic one‐dimensional nanopore and aluminosilicate composition was developed. The framework structure is composed of double aluminosilicate layers and 12‐ring nanopores; a hydrophilic layer pillared by Q2 silicon atom species and a lipophilic layer pillared by phenylene groups are alternately stacked, and 12‐ring nanopores perpendicularly penetrate the layers. The framework topology looks similar to that of an AFI‐type zeolite but possesses a quasi‐multidimensional pore structure consisting of a 12‐ring channel and intersecting small pores equivalent to 8‐rings. The hybrid material with alternately laminated lipophilic and hydrophilic nanospaces can be assumed as a crystallized Langmuir–Blodgett film. It demonstrates microporous adsorption for both hydrophilic and lipophilic adsorptives, and its outer surface tightly adsorbs lysozyme whose molecular size is much larger than its micropore opening. Our results suggest the possibility of designing porous adsorbent with high amphipathicity. 相似文献

A salicylate‐selective electrode based on calix[4]arene derivative was developed and its response characteristics were investigated. The optimum membrane composition was 1 % ionophore, 30 % PVC, 69 % DOS. The electrode exhibited a Nernstian slope of 58.8±0.5 mV/pSal in the range of 1.0×10?5–1.0×10?1 M with a detection limit of 4.3×10?6 M at pH 4.0, 20±1 °C. The potentiometric response of the electrode in the presence of different anions was investigated by the separate solution method. The lifetime was found at least 4 months, and its response time was 5–10 s. It was successfully used for the potentiometric determination of salicylate in pharmaceutical preparations. 相似文献

In this study, interaction of tetracycline (TC) and DNA in the Britton? Robinson buffer solution (BR) was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results reveal that TC can bind strongly to DNA and the association constant and binding number between TC and DNA was obtained. Then DNA was immobilized on a glassy carbon electrode by UV‐irradiation. Through this process, water‐soluble DNA was converted into insoluble materials, and a stable DNA film was formed on the electrode. The electrochemical oxidation behavior of TC was studied at UV‐irradiated DNA film modified glassy carbon electrode (UV‐DNA‐GCE). The response of modified electrode was optimized with respect to pH, accumulation time, ionic strength, drug concentration and other variables. TC at the surface of modified electrode showed a linear dynamic range of 0.30–90.00 µM and a detection limit of 0.27 µM. To demonstrate the applicability of the modified electrode, it was used for the analysis of real samples such as pharmaceutical formulations and milk. 相似文献

A novel nucleating agent (TBC8‐t), self‐assembled with p‐tert‐butylcalix[8]arene (TBC8) and toluene, was used to manipulate the crystallization behavior of poly(L ‐lactic acid) (PLLA). Toluene molecules were used to adjust the crystallization structure of TBC8. Differential scanning calorimetry results show that the crystallization peak temperature (Tc) and crystallization rate (ΔHc/time) of PLLA nucleated with TBC8‐t are 132.3 °C and 0.24 J/gs, respectively, which are much higher than that with conventional nucleating agent‐talc (Tc = 119.3 °C, ΔHc/time = 0.13 J/gs). The results of polarized optical microscopy demonstrate that TBC8‐t could greatly enhance the crystallization rate of PLLA by increasing the nucleation rate rather than crystal growth rate. Along with an improvement of the crystallization rate, the crystalline morphology of PLLA is also affected by TBC8‐t.
