Methyl (2E,4S,5S)-5-hydroxy-6-mesyloxy-2-methyl-4-(pent-3-yloxy)hex-2-enoate was synthesized from l-tartaric acid. Attempted substitution of the mesyloxy group by the reaction with NaN3 directly led to methyl (E)-2-[(3S,4S)-4-hydroxy-3-(pent-3-yloxy)pyrrolidin-2-ylidene]propanoate. The latter on treatment with CF3COOH and then NaOH gave methyl (2E)-2-methyl-4-[(S)-oxiran-2-yl]-4-(pent-3-yloxy)but-2-enoate.  相似文献

Treatment of 3-methyl-2-phenylcycloprop-2-ene-1-carboxylic acid with potassium tert-butoxide induced its isomerization into trans-2-methylidene-3-phenylcyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid which was converted into methyl ester, and heating of the latter for 1 h in toluene gave methyl (E)-2-(2-phenylcyclopropylidene)acetate. Thermal isomerization of methyl (E)-2-(2-phenylcyclopropylidene)acetate on prolonged heating in toluene afforded 5-methoxy-3-methyl-2-phenylfuran, and the reaction with 1,3-diphenyl-2-benzofuran resulted in [4 + 2]-cycloaddition at the exocyclic double bond.  相似文献

The structure of methyl 4-[(1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-yl)methyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-carboxylate is determined by X-ray crystallography and further used to elucidate the structure of methyl 4-[(1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-yl)methyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-carboxylate, using the data of homo- and heteronuclear 2D NMR correlation spectroscopy.  相似文献

The crystal structures of nitrato-{4-bromo-2-[2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenolo}-(3,5-dibromopyridine)copper (I) and nitrato-{2,4-dibromo-6-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenolo}-(3,5-dibromopyridine)copper (II) are determined. The crystals of compound I are orthorhombic: a = 14.157(3) Å, b = 15.420(3) Å, c = 17.494(4) Å, space group Pbca, Z = 8, R = 0.067. The crystals of compound II are monoclinic: a = 10.675 Å, b = 13.973 Å, c = 14.007 Å, β = 111.92°, space group P21/n, Z = 4, R = 0.0464. In the structures of compounds I and II, the copper atom coordinates, correspondingly, singly deprotonated 4-bromo-2-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenol and 2,4-dibromo-6-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenol molecules, and 3,5-dibromopyridine, and the nitrate ion. The coordination polyhedron of the copper ion in complexes I and II is a slightly distorted tetragonal pyramid. The bases of the pyramids are formed by the imine and pyridine nitrogen atoms and the phenolic and alcoholic oxygen atoms, and the axial vertices are occupied by the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrato groups. In the complexes under study, the six-membered metallocycles have asymmetric gauche conformation. In crystal, complexes I are united, due to the slip plane a, through bifurcate hydrogen bonds into infinite chains along the direction [100]. Complexes II in crystal form two-dimensional networks by means of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The enantiomers of methyl (E)-2,4,5-tetradecatrienoate (1), a component of the male pheromone of Acanthoscelides obtectus, were synthesized from the enantiomers of 1-undecyn-3-ol (6), which were obtained via asymmetric acetylation of (±)-1-trimethylsilyl-1-undecyn-3-ol (4) with vinyl acetate as catalyzed by lipase PS (Amano). The ortho ester Claisen rearrangement of 6 with triethyl orthoacetate was the key-step to generate the chiral allenic system. A new synthesis of (±)-1 was also executed starting from (±)-6. Three different syntheses of methyl (2E,4Z)-2,4-decadienoate (2), another component of the male pheromone of A. obtectus, were achieved by means of either palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction or a Claisen and an Al2O3 catalyzed thermal rearrangements.  相似文献

(S)-2-Methoxy-2-(1-naphthyl)propionic acid (MαNP acid 1) is used for enantioseparation of many secondary alcohols and for determining the stereogenic centers. In the liquid state, based on the 1H NMR anisotropy effect and reported results, it was shown that the MαNP ester preferred a coplanar relation between the methyl and naphthyl groups and a synperiplanar relation between the Cα-OMe and CO groups. In the case of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-4-phenanthrenol, which is a secondary alcohol, the stereogenic center was determined by X-ray analysis. It was shown that MαNP ester adopted similar arrangements in the solid state. However, it was presumed that the strong repulsion between oxygen atoms may be disadvantageous in the solid state. Therefore, we carried out conformational analysis using the simplest MαNP methyl ester to clarify this unique relationship. From detailed results based on the energy surface determined using the RHF/STO-3G basis set, the synperiplanar positional relation was the most stable, and the calculated results agreed with many reported experimental results. At the same time, all conformational isomers of the MαNP methyl ester were used to clarify the internal conversion pathways.  相似文献

The large-scale synthesis with greatly improved yields of methyl 1-(3-phenylpropanoyl)-2-oxaimidazolidine-4(S)-carboxylate and the chiral dirhodium(II) carboxamidate derived from it, Rh2(4S-MPPIM)4, is described. The key step in the overall synthesis is the Hofmann rearrangement of Boc-protected l-asparagine, the procedure for which has been modified to achieve near quantitative yield.  相似文献

A series of (E)-2-((1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)-2-((benzyloxy)methyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-one O-benzyl oximes ( 6a-j ) were prepared and evaluated for their in vitro antileishmanial potency against Leishmania donovani (in promastigote and amastigote models). At a concentration of 05-μg/mL, compounds 3a-d , 4a-d , 5a , 5b , 6a-d, and 7a-d exhibited 97% to 100% and 87% to 100% inhibition against promastigotes and amastigotes, respectively. Compounds 6a , 6d-6j and 6a , 6i , 6j exhibited equal antileishmanial potency to that of SSG and Pentamidin at lower values of IC50.  相似文献

New ligand (E)-4-((dimethylamino)methyl)-2-((4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)diazenyl)phenol (HDmazo) was prepared by the coupling reaction between 4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-amine and 4-((dimethylamino)methyl)phenol. Moreover, the [MCl2(HDmazo)] and [M(HDmazo)2] [MII = Pd and Pt] were prepared using the direct reaction of equivalent molar of HDmazo and Na2PdCl4 or K2PtCl4. The HDmazo and its complexes were investigated by different spectroscopic techniques. In complexes (12) HDmazo ligand behaves as bidentate style through the nitrogen of azo group and nitrogen of thiazole ring towards Pd(II) and Pt(II). Or in a bidentate fashion via the oxygen atom of the hydroxylate group and nitrogen atom of azo group as mono-anion in complexes (34). Further, the study of biological activity against four pathogenic bacteria showed that compound (3) exhibited good activity compared to other compounds. Additional the anti-tumor action against A2870 cell lines was screened, and the complexes (1) and (2) displayed good activity with 7.45 ± 0.98 µM and 13.23 ± 1.43 µM, respectively. The binding mechanism of the prepared compounds with EGFR tyrosine kinase, was investigated using molecular docking experiments.  相似文献

Wittig reactions of 2-furaldehyde (20) [and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde (21)] with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (19) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon give (E)-1-(2-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (22E) and (E)-1-(2-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (23E) in 53 and 36% yields. Similarly, Wittig reactions of 3-furaldehyde (29) [and thiophene-3-carbaldehyde (30)] with 19 under the same reaction conditions as for 20 and 21 afford (E)-1-(3-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (31E) and (E)-1-(3-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (32E) in 32 and 46% yields. Molecular structures and characteristic properties as well as preparation of the title E (i.e., one of the geometrical isomers) forms, with a view to comparative study, are reported. Moreover, reactions of those conjugated π-electron systems with TCNE (=tetracyanoethylene) in benzene [and in DMF (=N,N-dimethylformamide)] at 25 °C for 24 h under argon yield unique products, possessing interesting molecular structures, respectively, whose characteristic properties and crystal structures are documented, also.  相似文献

A series of novel dihydro-alkylthio-benzyloxopyrimidine (S-DABO) and 1-[(2-hydroxyethoxy) methyl]-6-(phenylthio)thymine (HEPT) analogs bearing a (benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)methyl moiety at the C6 position of the pyrimidine core have been synthesized. 5-Allyl-6-{(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)methyl}-2-thiouracil and 5-allyl-6-{(benzo-[d]thiazol-2-yl)methyl}uracil were alkylated to give, respectively, S2- and N1- ethoxymethyl and -methylthiomethyl uracil derivatives. 5-Allyl-6-[(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)methyl]-2-thiouracil was also alkylated by S2 with methyl bromoacetate and hydrolyzed to the corresponding acid.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (μ-4,4-bipyridine)-di(nitrato-1-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]naphthalen-2-olocopper (I) and catena-di(μ-4,4’-bipyridine)di(μ-4,4’-bipyridine)-di(nitrato-2-[2-(hydroxyethylimino) methyl]phenolocopper)diaquacopper(II) nitrate (II) were determined. In the crystal of I, each of the two copper atoms coordinates a singly deprotonated tridentate azomethine molecule, a nitrate ion, and bipyridine, which functions as a bridge between the central atoms. The copper coordination polyhedron is a slightly distorted tetragonal pyramid with the base formed by the imine and bipyridine nitrogen atoms and the phenol and alcohol oxygen atoms. The axial site in the pyramid is occupied by the oxygen atom of the monodentate nitrate groups. In the trinuclear structure II with C2 crystal chemical symmetry, the terminal coordination unit is composed through copper coordination of monodeprotonated 2-[2-(hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenol, bipyridine, and the nitrate anion. In the crystal, the trinuclear molecules form infinite ribbons along the z axis in which the pyridine molecules perform the bridging function. The central copper atom has an octahedral configuration formed by the nitrogen atoms of four 4,4’-bipyridine molecules and oxygen of two water molecules.  相似文献

Double asymmetric induction in Michael reactions has been studied. Enantioselective alkylation of a cyclic ketone (1-indanone) with α-phenyl-nor-gramine was carried out. The relative configuration of (2S)-2-[(R)-1H-indol-3-yl(phenyl)methyl]-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-one was established by X-ray diffraction. The relative configuration of (R,R,S)- and (S,R,S)-2-1H-indol-3-yl(phenyl)methyl]-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ols was established by 1H NMR studies.  相似文献

Optically pure L-armentomycin [(S)-2-amino-4,4-dichlorobutanoic acid] and its D-isomer [(R)-2-amino-4,4-dichlorobutanoic acid] were prepared by using methyl (E)- and (Z)-2,4,4-trichloro-2-butenoate as key intermediate, which were reduced with baker's yeast to (R)- and (S)-2,4,4-trichlorobutanoate in 84~92 and 97~98% ee, respectively, in 60~65% yields.  相似文献
