The base catalyzed isomerization of 2-(aroyl-methylene)-3-aryl-thiazolidine-4,5-dione derivatives1 leads to salts of 1-aryl-3-aroyl-4-hydroxy-pyrroline-2-thio-5-one and aliphatic amines2. It was found that2 undergo further transformation to 4-thioanilido-5-arylo-2,3-furanodione derivatives4. This series of reaction provides a convenient synthetic route to 2,3-furanodione derivatives4.

Zusammenfassung Die basenkatalysierte Isomerisierung von 2-(Aroylmethylen)-3-aryl-thiazolidin-4,5-dionen1 führt zu Salzen von 1-Aryl-3-aroyl-4-hydroxy-pyrrolin-2-thio-5-on und aliphatischen Aminen2. Die letzteren gehen in 4-Thioanilido-5-arylo-2,3-furandion-Derivate4 über. Diese Reaktionsfolge stellte eine vorteilhafte synthetische Route zu 2,3-Furandionen dar.

The reactions of 2,3-diferrocenylcyclopropenone with ethyl- and benzylmagnesium chlorides afford 3,3-diethyl- and 3,3-dibenzyl-1,2-diferrocenylcyclopropenes along with products of nucleophilic opening of the three-membered ring: ,-unsaturated and saturated ketones (cis-1,2-diferrocenylpent-1-en-3-one and cis-1,2-diferrocenyl-4-phenylbut-1-en-3-one, 4,5-diferrocenylheptan-3-one, and 3,4-diferrocenyl-1,5-diphenylpentan-2-one). The products of insertion of intermediate diferrocenyl(vinyl)carbene at one of the -bonds of the starting 2,3-diferrocenylcyclopropenone were also isolated: 4-(2-oxo-1-ferrocenylbutyl)- and 4-(2-oxo-3-phenyl-1-ferrocenylpropyl)-2,3,4-triferrocenylcyclobutenones. 3,3-Dibenzyl-1,2-diferrocenylcyclopropene and one of the diastereomers of 4,5-diferrocenylheptan-3-one were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-iminocoumarins with aromatic aldehydes has been studied. The condensation products 7-aryl-7H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines or 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)coumarins are formed depending on the nature of the substituent in the starting 2-iminocoumarin and aldehyde. In DMF medium, 7-aryl-7H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines isomerize to the corresponding 7-aryl-14H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]benzopyrano[3,2-e]pyrimidines. The effect of the substituent on the isomerization process has been studied and the reaction mechanisms are discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of isopropyl 2-(1-aryl-4,5-dioxo-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)-2-oxoacetates with aromatic amines involve a pyrroledione-pyrroledione recyclization to form isopropyl 1-aryl-2-hydroxy-4,5-dioxo-3-[phenyl(arylamino)methylene]pyrrolidine-2-carboxylates. The crystal and molecular structure of (Z)-isopropyl 2-hydroxy-4,5-dioxo-1-phenyl-3-[phenyl(phenylamino)methylene]pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate was proved by XRD analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of arylazides with 1,2-diaminoethylenes ( 1a-b ) or α,β-diaminostyrenes ( 1c-f ) gave N-(1,2-diaminoethylideneanilines ( 2a-e ) and N-(1,2-diamino-2-phenylethylidene)anilines ( 2g-i ), respectively. These amidine derivatives are formed through the rearrangement of unstable 1-aryl-4,5-diamino-v-triazolines. Zusammenfassung Durch Kupplung von Diazoniumsalzen mit 2-Cyanmethylbenzimidazol wurden einige 2-Arylhydrazonocyanmethylbenzimidazole (1) hergestellt, durch deren Cyclisierung (Einwirkung von Chlorameisensäureäthylester in trockenem Pyridin) Nitrile der 1-Oxo-2-aryl-1,2-dihydro-(as-triazino) [4,5-a] benzimidazol-4-carbonsäuren (2) gewonnen wurden. Dieselben Verbindungen wurden auch aus 1-Carbäthoxy-2-cyanmethylbenzimidazol nach einer kürzlich1 beschriebenen Methode gewonnen.

2-Arylhydrazonocyanomethylbenzimidazoles (1), obtained from diazonium salts and 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole, cyclize by treatment with ethyl chloroformate in dry pyridine solution to give the corresponding 1-oxo-2-aryl-1,2-dihydro-(as-triazino)-[4,5-a]benzimidazole-4-carbonitriles (2). The same compounds were prepared from 1-carbethoxy-2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole according to the method recently described1 too.

We have established that when 5-chloro-6-[cyano(2,3-dihydro-1-R-benzo[d]azol-2-yl)methyl]-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles are reacted with nucleophilic reagents (aliphatic and aromatic amines, hydrogen sulfide), annelation of the five-membered ring occurs on the [b] face of the pyrazine with formation of 6-amino-7-hetaryl-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles and 6-amino-7-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile respectively. Further heating with excess of acylating reagent leads to formation of a novel heterocyclic system 1H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]pyrazino[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-e]pyrimidine. Reaction of vicinal dinitriles with hydrazine hydrate leads to the novel system 1H-pyrrolo[2',3':5,6]pyrazino[2,3-d]pyridazine.  相似文献

The pyrolysis of 1-aroylamino-4,5-diphenyl-1,2,3-triazoles 1 yields, pressumably via the 4,5-diphenyl-1,2,3-triazolyl radical ( 2a ), 2,3-diphenyl-2H-azirine ( 11a ) and 2-aryl-4,5-diphenylimidazoles 14 as the major products. Upon irradiation 1-benzoylamino-4,5-diphenyl-1,2,3-triazole ( 1a ) gives 4,5-diphenyl-1 (2)H-1,2,3-triazole ( 4a ) via the 1,2,3-triazolyl radical 2a , together with benzamide ( 5a ) and 1,2-bisbenzoylhydrazine ( 6a ). Here we report the synthesis of interesting 3-alkyl-4-hydroxy-1-aryl-4-(propa-1,2-dienyl)1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-ones and 9-alkyl-7-aryl-1-oxa-7,8-diazaspiro[4.4]nona-3,8-dien-6-ones, starting from 1,2-diaza-1,3-dienes (DDs) and propargyl alcohol. The reaction proceeds through a sequence Michael-type nucleophilic attack/cyclization/[2,3]-Wittig rearrangement. In the same way, the reaction between the aforementioned DDs and allyl alcohol furnished 4-allyl-4-hydroxy-3-alkyl-1-aryl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-ones. A DFT study was also carried out, in order to have decisive clarifications about the mechanism.  相似文献
