The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.  相似文献

It has been shown that the reaction of 2-iminocoumarin-3-carboxamides with substituted 2-aminobenzophenones occurs in accordance with recyclization mechanism to form substituted 3-(4-phenylquinazolin-2-yl)coumarins. Abstract

3-(2-Bromoacetyl)coumarins (I), when treated with 2-mercatobenzimidazole (II) in acetone containing K2CO3 (mild base) and tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a phase transfer catalyst, at room temperature yielded the title compound 3-[2-(1H-benzimidazole-2-yl-sufanyl)-acetyl]-chromen-2-one (III) in a one-pot synthesis. Alternatively, III could also be prepared by treating dithiocarbonic acid O-ethyl ester, S-[2-oxo-2-(2-oxo-2H-chromen3-yl)-ethyl] ester (V), with o-phenylenediamine (VI). The methylation of the title compound III was performed with dimethyl sulfate (DMS), in acetonitrile containing TBAB and K2CO3 at room temperature, resulting in 3-[2-(N-methyl-benzimidazol-2-yl-sulfanyl)]-acetyl-chromen-2-ones (VII). Alternatively, methylation of III could also be performed with DMS in acetonitrile containing K2CO3 as base and clay as surface catalyst. All the compounds were synthesized in good yields and their structures were confirmed by spectral and analytical data.

3-Chloro-2-polyfluoroalkyl- and 3-chloro-6-nitro-2-polyfluoroalkylchromones were synthesized. These compounds react with N2H4·2HCl on boiling in ethanol to form 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles.  相似文献

Transition Metal Complexes of P-rich Phosphanes and Silylphosphanes. VII Carbonyl Complexes of the Heptaphosphane(3) iPr2(Me3Si)P7 From the reaction of iPr2(Me3Si)P7 1 with one equivalent of Cr(CO)5THF the yellow products iPr2(H)P7[Cr(CO)5] 2 and iPr2(Me3Si)P7[Cr(CO)5] 3 were isolated by column chromatography on silicagel. The P? H group in 2 results from a cleavage of the P? SiMe3 bond during chromatography. The Cr(CO)5 group in 2 is linked to an iPr? Pe atom, in 3 to the Me3Si? Pe atom of the P7 skeleton. The substituents do not force the formation of a single isomer; nevertheless 3 ist considerably favoured as compared to 2 . From the reaction of 1 with 2 equivalents of Cr(CO)5THF the yellow iPr2(H)P7[Cr(CO)5]2 4 was isolated bearing one Cr(CO)5 group at an iPr? Pe atom, the other one at a Pb atom of the P7 skeleton. Compound 3 yields with Cr(CO)4NBD the red iPr2(Me3Si)P7[Cr(CO)5][Cr(CO)4] 5 . Three isomers of 5 appear. Two Pe atoms of 5 are bridged by the Cr(CO)4 group, the third Pe atom is linked to the Cr(CO)5 ligand. iPr2(H)P7[Fe(CO)4] was isolated from the reaction of 1 with Fe2(CO)9. 31P NMR and MS data are reported.  相似文献

Summary The Claisen rearrangement of 7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (2 a) gave 7-hydroxy-8-(1-phenyl-2-propenyl)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (3 a) and 2,3-dihydro-2,6-diphenyl-3-methyl-(7H)furo[2,3-h]-1-benzopyran-7-one (7 a). 2-Methyl-7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (2 b) afforded4 b and7 b. 8-Methyl-7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (12) gave only the alkali soluble product 7-hydroxy-8-methyl-6-(1-phenyl-2-propenyl)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (13).3 a,4 b, and13 were further cyclized in acidic medium to9 a,10 b, and14 followed by dehydrogenation.This paper is dedicated to Dr. F. Abstract

Herein, we describe a one-pot synthesis of some novel 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles (6) involving the reaction of 3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-thiocarboxamides (3) with 3-bromoacetylcoumarins (5) in the presence of sodium carbonate in ethanol. Reaction of 3 with 5 in the absence of sodium carbonate, however, resulted in the formation of 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles, which were subsequently dehydrated to 6 by refluxing in ethanol in the presence of sodium carbonate. The structure of the synthesized compounds (6) was confirmed by infrared (IR), mass, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis data. Newly synthesized compounds (6) showed moderate to good activity against Gram-positive bacteria.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(2-azahetaryl)-3-oxo-4-chlorobutyronitriles with substituted benzaldehyde hydrazones gives 4-arylideneamino-2-(1-R-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles, the structures of which were proved using spectroscopic data, the results of elemental analysis, and through their chemical reactions. It was found that the reaction course depends on the basicity of the heterocyclic fragment in the starting nitrile. A likely mechanism for the process is proposed.  相似文献

3-Hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-6-phenyl-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones were obtained by the reaction of methyl 3-oxo-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-ylideneacetate or 2-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethylidene]-5-phenylfuran-3(2H)-one with benzoic or p-nitrobenzoic isopropylidenehydrazides. A method has been developed for the synthesis of substituted 4-hydroxy- and 4-amino-2-methyl-3-(2-methylindol-3-yl)methylquinolines by treating the corresponding 4-hydroxy(chloro)-2-methyl-3-(3-oxobutyl)quinolines with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride. It was found that nucleophilic substitution occurred in the case of the 4-chloroquinolines together with subsequent rearrangement to give the 4-amino derivatives. Formation, Reactions, and Structures of Chromium Carbonyl Complexes from Reactions of Li(THF)22-(tBu2P)2P] with Cr(CO)5 · THF and Cr(CO)4 · NBD Reactions of Li(THF)22-(tBu2P)2P] 1 with Cr(CO)5 · THF yield Li(THF)2Et2O[Cr(CO)42-(tBu2P)2P}η1-Cr(CO)5] 2 and the compounds [Cr(CO)42-(tBu2P)2PH}] 3 , [Cr(CO)51-(tBu2P)2PH}] 4 , (tBu2P)2PH 5 and tBu2PH · Cr(CO)5 6 . The formation of 3, 4, 5 and 6 is due to byproducts coming from the synthesis of 1. 2 reacts with CH3COOH under formation of 3 . After addition of 12-crown-4 1 with NBD · Cr(CO)4 in THF forms Li(12-crown-4)2[Cr(CO)4-{η2-(tBu2P)2P}] 7 (yellow crystals). 7 reacts with CH3COOH to 3 – which regenerates 7 with LiBu – with Cr(CO)5THF to compound 2 , with NBD · Cr(CO)4 in THF to 2 and 3 (ratio 1 : 1). With EtBr, 7 forms [Cr(CO)42-(tBu2P)2PEt}] 8 , and [Cr(CO)42-(tBu2P)2PBr}] 9 with BrCH2? CH2Br. The compounds were characterized by means of 1H, 13C, 31P, 7Li NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, elementary analysis, mass spectra, and 2, 3 and 4 additionally by means of X-ray diffraction analysis. 2 crystallizes in the space group P1 with 2 formula units in the elementary cell; a = 10.137(9), b = 15.295(12), c = 15.897(14) Å; α = 101.82(7), β = 91.65(7), γ = 98.99(7)°; 3 crystallizes in the space group P2t/n with 4 molecules in the elementary unit; a = 11.914(6), b = 15.217(10), c = 14.534(10) Å; α = 90, β = 103.56(5), γ = 90°. 4 : space group P1 with 2 molecules in the elementary unit; a = 8.844(4), b = 12.291(6), c = 14.411(7) Å, α = 66.55(2), β = 89.27(2), γ = 71.44(2)°.  相似文献

The hydroxylation of 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium halides by an alkaline solution of K3[Fe(CN)6] in aqueous 1,4-dioxane leads to a mixture of 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)-1,2-dihydro-2-quinolones and 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-quinolones with predominance of the former. The use of the system of K3[Fe(CN)6]/Mg(OH)2 in aqueous 1,4-dioxane leads to the regiospecific formation of 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-quinolones.  相似文献

The reaction of o-iodobenzaldehyde, cyanothioacetamide, and N-acetoacetyl-o-toluidine in the presence of piperidine gave piperidinium 4,5-trans-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-4-(2-iodophenyl)-6-methyl-5-(2-methylphenyl)carbamoyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolate used in the synthesis of substituted 4,5-trans-2-alkylthiotetrahydropyridines and 2-(2-thiazolyl)acrylonitriles.
