Grignard reactions with alkoxysilanes or carbonyl compounds produce alkoxymagnesium halides as by-products. Kinetic measurements for reactions of silanes and of a ketone were performed with Grignard reagents, enriched in alkoxymagnesium halides and taken in a great excess.The alkoxide-type reaction products complex tightly with Grignard reagents and enhance in this way their nucleophilicity, thus accelerating the reaction. However, alkoxides branched at α-C atom exert an unfavorable steric hindrance to reaction resulting in a decrease in the reaction rate.  相似文献

The definition and location of an intrinsic reaction coordinate path is of crucial importance in many areas of theoretical chemistry. Differential equations used to define the path hitherto are complemented in this study with a variational principle of Fermat type, as Fukui [Int. J. Quantum Chem., Quantum Chem. Symp. 15, 633 (1981)] reported in a more general form some time ago. This definition is more suitable for problems where initial and final points are given. The variational definition can naturally be recast into a Hamilton-Jacobi equation. The character of the variational solution is studied via the Weierstrass necessary and sufficient conditions. The characterization of the local minima character of the intrinsic reaction coordinate is proved. Such result leads to a numerical algorithm to find intrinsic reaction coordinate paths based on the successive minimizations of the Weierstrass E-function evaluated on a guess curve connecting the initial and final points of the desired path.  相似文献

以流速为扰动参数,对连续搅拌釜式反应器(CSTR)中的Belousov-Zhabotinsky(BZ)反应体系进行周期扰动,改变扰动周期或扰动强度,在某些条件下,本征振荡可以扰动控制为另一类周期振荡形式,以BZ反应的四变量Montanator模型为基础,对相应流速区域的分叉图进行了周期扰动,计算结果与实验基本定性一致,表明对本体系而言,在分叉点附近质量作用定律依然具有一定的适用性。  相似文献

Reaction of triacetonamine with ethyl cyanoacetate and ammonium acetate gives, in addition to the normal Knoevenagel reaction product (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-ethoxycarbonylcyanomethylenepiperidine), its conversion product 3-cyano-4-(,-dimethylvinyl)-6,6-dimethyl-3-dehydro-2-piperidone. Acid hydrolysis of the latter gives a dihydro--pyrone derivative. 以丝光沸石(MOR)分子筛为催化剂,甲苯与三甲苯烷基转移反应为探针反应,系统考察了晶种数量变化对分子筛物化性能和催化性能的影响。研究表明,合成过程中晶种添加量的不同会显著影响催化剂的酸性、比表面积和孔体积,进而影响其催化剂活性和稳定性。当晶种添加量为8%时,MOR分子筛具有最多的B酸含量、最大的比表面积和孔体积,同时对应的催化剂活性和稳定性也最好。本研究还对甲苯和三甲苯烷基转移反应机理进行了深入研究,结果表明,发生在MOR分子筛上的烷基转移反应通过双分子中间体机理进行,并应用实验手段捕捉到了中间体的存在,证实了双分子中间体机理的合理性,同时推导出可能的反应机理路线图。  相似文献

The superacid-catalyzed reactions of N-acyliminium ion salts have been studied. The new conversions are remarkably similar to the Nazarov reaction and dicationic superelectrophilic species are thought to be involved. Experimental studies show that the cyclizations may be used to prepare varied heterocyclic products, while theoretical studies show that formation of the superelectrophiles can lead to very favorable reaction energetics.  相似文献

Global properties of the Born-Oppenheimer energy expectation value functional, defined over the nuclear configuration space R, are analyzed. Quantum chemical reaction graphs and reaction networks are defined in terms of intersection graphs of connected sets of nuclear geometries, representing various chemical structures. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and subsequent MS/MS analyses were used to directly detect palladium-containing cationic reaction intermediates in a ligand controlled palladium(II)-catalyzed oxidative Heck arylation. All potential intermediates were observed as dmphen-ligated palladium(II) species, suggesting that the dmphen bidentate ligand is attached to the metal center during the entire catalytic cycle. The study supports previous mechanistic propositions and provides new information regarding the composition of aryl-containing Pd(II) complexes in an ongoing oxidative Heck reaction. In addition, sodium acetate was found to be a useful base alternative to previously used tertiary amines.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die Stereochemie einer zweistufigen Gleichgewichts-Michael-Reaktion zwischen Dialkylamiden der Phenylessigsäure und Methylestern oder Dialkylamiden der Zimtsäure wird von den neutralen Carbonylverbindungen stark beeinflußt. Dieser Effekt kann mit der Zerstörung einer intramolekularen Chelatstruktur des Addukts und der darauffolgenden Bildung einer offenen Metallform mit einem dem neutralen Addukt ähnlichenerythro-threo-Verhältnis erklärt werden. Die Zunahme der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit des Reaktionsgemisches stützt diese Vorstellung.Es wird ein über das Chelat verlaufender Mechanismus im nichtpolaren Medium postuliert. Dieser Mechanismus ist in guter Übereinstimmung sowohl mit der geringen Stereoselektivität (bei kinetischer Kontrolle) als auch mit dem Einfluß der Lösungsmittel auf die Stereochemie.
Michael reaction, VI. Effect of carbonyl compounds on the stereochemistry and mechanism of the reaction
The equilibrium stereochemical result of the two-stepMichael reaction between phenylacetic acid dialkylamides and methyl cinnamate or cinnamic acid dialkylamides is affected by the neutral carbonyl compounds taking part in the synthesis. This effect is explained by breakdown of the intramolecular chelate structure of the reaction adduct and appearance of an open metal form with isomeric partitioning close to that of the neutral adduct. This is further supported by the increased electroconductivity of the reaction mixtures. A chelate mechanism for the reaction in nonpolar medium is postulated which is in good agreement with the low stereoselectivity under kinetic conditions as well as with the effect of the polarity of the solvent on the kinetic stereochemical result.

Quantum chemical calculations were used to study the mechanism of Diels-Alder reactions involving chiral anthracenes as dienes and a series of dienophiles. The reaction force analysis was employed to obtain a detailed scrutiny of the reaction mechanisms, it has been found that thermodynamics and kinetics of the reactions are quite consistent: the lower the activation energy, the lower the reaction energy, thus following the Bell-Evans-Polanyi principle. It has been found that activation energies are mostly due to structural rearrangements that in most cases represented more than 70% of the activation energy. Electronic activity mostly due to changes in σ and π bonding were revealed by the reaction electronic flux (REF), this property helps identify whether changes on σ or π bonding drive the reaction. Additionally, new global indexes describing the behavior of the electronic activity were introduced and then used to classify the reactions in terms of the spontaneity of their electronic activity. Local natural bond order electronic population analysis was used to check consistency with global REF through the characterization of specific changes in the electronic density that might be responsible for the activity already detected by the REF. Results show that reactions involving acetoxy lactones are driven by spontaneous electronic activity coming from bond forming/strengthening processes; in the case of maleic anhydrides and maleimides it appears that both spontaneous and non-spontaneous electronic activity are quite active in driving the reactions.  相似文献

The reaction calorimeter CAP202 (chemical process analyzer) determines thermal effects by measuring the true heat flow (THF) based on unique design principles. In particular, measurements can be performed without requiring any calibration procedures and the obtained results are most reliable and exhibit extremely stable baselines. The benefits in respect of experimental speed, data quality and long term performance are obvious. Due its broad dynamic range the instrument can be employed for measurements ranging from small physical heat to energetic chemical reactions. The CPA allows running experiments seamlessly with reaction volumes between 10 and 180 mL. This volume flexibility simplifies the investigation of multi-step operations and is the basis for various applications employing precious or highly energetic compounds. Due to the fact that calibrations are not required, altering conditions during a single experiment like changes in viscosities, liquid levels or stirring speeds do not affect the results of the measurements.  相似文献

The reaction of perfluoro- (3, 4-dimethyl-3-ethylhexene-(2)) (1) with allyl alcohol under different conditions gave different products. Compound 1 reacted with sodium allyl alcoholate yielding 2-(1'-allyloxy-tetrafluoroethyl)-perfluoro(3-methyl-3-ethylpentene- (1))(2). In the presence of triethylamine, 1 reacted with allyl alcohol to give 2-allyloxy-perfluoro (3, 4-dimethy1-4-ethylhexene- (2))(3), and in the presence of acetone and K2CO3 to give compound 4. These reactions all gave allyl-3-trifluoromethyl-3- pentafluoroethyl-2,2-dihydro-pentafluorovalerate (5a) as byproduct. Compound 1 reacted with allyl alcohol in the presence of triethylamine at 20-22`C to give 2, at 30-35`C to give a mixture of 2 and 3 and at 35-40`C to give a mixture of 3 and 5a respectively. Compound 2 was transformed to compound 4 in acetone and in the psesence of K2CO3, \o\ compound 5a or 5b in the corresponding alcohol and to compound 6 on reacting with dimethylamine. Compound 2 as well as 3 was converted to perfluoro-(3-ethyl-2,3,4,5- tetramethyl-2,3-dihydrofuran) (7) by KF in sulpholane.  相似文献

Silyl-substituted 1,3-butadienes are useful building blocks and are readily applied in several types of reactions such as Diels-Alder reaction, ene reaction and allylation. They can also participate in different tandem reactions such as Diels-Alder/allylation, ene/allylation, ene/allylation/Diels-Alder reaction, ene/allylation/ene reaction and ene/allylation/Diels-Alder/allylation reaction. This feature article reviews the synthesis of silyl-substituted 1,3-butadienes, and their applications in the reaction types mentioned above, involving a tandem Diels-Alder/ene/allylation process. This article also introduces some reactions of alkenylsilanes and allylsilanes for comparison and discussion about the tandem reaction. The tandem reactions described in this article are a powerful tool to construct complicated multicyclic compounds with high selectivity and high efficiency.  相似文献
