In solid-state NMR, deuteron (2H) spectroscopy can be performed in full analogy to1H spectroscopy, including2H chemical-shift resolution and2H-X dipolar correlation schemes, when the NMR experiments are conducted in a “rotor-synchronized” fashion under fast magic-angle spinning. Here, 2H-X NMR experiments of this type, including2H-15N and2H-1H chemical-shift correlations and distance measurements, are introduced and demonstrated on cytosine monohydrate, whose acidic protons can readily be replaced by deuterons by recrystallization from D2O. In this way,2H NMR spectroscopy provides information complementary to1H NMR data, which is particularly useful for studying hydrogen bonds in supra- or biomolecular systems. Condensation of 1,3-bis(trimethylsiloxy)-1-methoxybutadiene with the acid chloride 12 gave methyl olivetolate (13). Condensation of 13 with (+)-p-mentha-2,8-dien-1-ol gave methyl Δ1-tetrahydrocannabinolate (14) in 55% isolated yield. Alkaline hydrolysis of 14 gave Δ-tetrahydrocannabinol (1, Δ1-THC). The production of I(2P12) in the photolysis of CH2I2 has been studied optoacoustically at excitation wavelengths between 365.5 and 247.5 nm. Bands found at 32200 and 47000 cm?1 correlate with I(2P32) whilst those at 34700 and 40100 cm?1, which correlate with I(2P12), give final 2P32/2P12 ratios of 1.75 and 1.1, respectively, after curve crossing.  相似文献

The electric moments and static polarizabilities of BH(1σ222, X1Σ+) and CH+ (1σ222, X1Σ+) were calculated at the experimental internuclear separation in the LCAO SCF MO approximation. Most of the molecular properties reported in this paper for BH and CH+ appear for the first time and should be close to the Hartree—Fock limit. All tensors up to the fourth rank have been included in this study. The isotropy and anisotropy of the α, β and γ tensors are, in atomic units. α = 22.71, Δα = ?0.26, β = 55.1, Δβ = ?183.7, γ = 12428, Δ1γ = 37895, Δ2γ = 25120 for BH and α = 7.73, Δα = 0.39, β = ?12.4, Δβ = ?11.7, γ = 344, Δ1γ = 1515, Δ2γ = 750 for CH+.  相似文献

The production of atomic iodine in the ground (2Pfrsol|3/2) and electronically excited (2P13) states following laser-induced photodissociation of I2 the region 425–498 nm was monitored directly by resonance spectroscopy. The branching ratio for iodine atom formation. R = [I(2P12)]/[I(2P32)], is above 0.5 in the region 495–498 nm in agreement with the recent observation of laser action on the atomic transition at 1315 nm following photolysis of I2 using a dye laser. The present experiments permitted deconvolution of the I2 continuous absorption spectrum below 498 into contributions from the B3 Πo,u → X 1Σg+ and 1Πtu → X1σg? transitions.  相似文献

Phosphorus pentafluoride was reported long ago to give adducts 2 PF5 ·5 NH3 (1) and nNH3·PF5 (n= 1 ? 4) (2). None of the compounds was characterised in detail. Repeating the reaction of PF5 and NH3 we found the adduct H3N·PF5, 1, in 8% yield besides (H2N) 2PF3 (3) and NH4PF6. However, HF and (F2P=N)3 gave 1 in 41% yield. The 1H, 19F, and 31P n.m.r. spectra of 1 exhibit 14NH, 14NPF(cis), and 14NP coupling. The x-ray structure determination shows almost perfect octahedral geometry at phosphorus with a PN bond length of 1.842 ā. Compound 1 is soluble in water without decomposition. Treatment with NH3 leads to the anion H2NPF5?. Upon heating 1 forms in good yield H2NPF4 and NH4PF6. Without a solvent 1 and NH3 react to give (H2N) 2PF3. A mechanism for the ammonolysis of PF5 is proposed.  相似文献

The C1B1 states of H2O and D2O have been observed by means of three photon absorption (four photon ionisation) spectroscopy. Differences between the experimentally observed 3 + 1 multiphoton ionisation spectrum and that predicted by the appropriate asymmetric-top three-photon line-strength theory are attributed to C state predissociation. Two separate predissociation mechanisms have been identified, one (heterogeneous) relying on a-axis parent molecular rotation to couple the bound B1 state to an unbound state of A1 electronic symmetry, the other (homogeneous) involving a second, dissociative excited electronic state of B1 symmetry. Having established the detailed C state predissociation dynamics, two photon absorption spectra of H2O and D2O (CX) can be predicted accurately: studies of individual quantum-state-selected photofragmentation processes from H2O(C) are proposed.  相似文献

Two new Rydberg series in H2S and D2S habe been characterized as three-photon resonances in four-photon ionisation spectrometry. Members of the two series exhibit sufficient rotational structure to permit characterisation of their electronic symmetries as, respectively. A2 and B1. The first Rydberg series is identified with the (one-photon forbidden) excitations npb2 ← 2b1 (1A2X1A1) on the basis of the observed quantum defects. Geometry considerations indicate that second series, of 1B1 states, also arises as a result of electronic promotion from the highest occupied 2b1 orbital. The acceptor (a1) Rydberg orbitals possess substanial s character, but the polarisation dependence of the various 1B1-X1A1 three-photon transition probabilities their hybrid I character, d (and quite possibly p) functions contribute also. The results provide further clear demonstration of the way in which multiphoton excitations, and MPI techniques in particular, can complement conventional one-photon absorption techniques. Members of both series are predissociated. Vibronic predissociation rates are found generally to decline with increasing n and to be slower in D2S than in H2S. The lowest (n = 4) member of the 1A2 series in both isotopic species appears immune from rovibronic predissociation but higher members show evidence of a (Ja2)-dependent rotationally-induced predissociation, the severity of which increases dramatically with n. This observation is explained in terms of electronic-rotational Coriolis coupling to a dissociated 1B2 state is presumed to be responsible for the observed (Jb2)-dependent heterogeneous predissociation of the 1B1 (n = 6) member in H2S. However, the dominant rotationally-induced predissociation mechanism that affects the counterpart in D2S scales with (Ja2). Wherever possible comparisons are drawn with the known spectroscopy and photophysics of the isovalent molecules H2O and D2O.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium salt of the 1:1 adduct of [FeH(CO)4]? and dimethyl acetylenecarboxylate has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data collected by the counter method. Single crystals belong to the triclinic space space group P1, with two units of [C36H30NP2]+[C10H7FeO8]? in a cell of dimensions: a = 13.918(2), b = 15.669(5), c = 9.909(2) Å, α = 91.22(3), β = 94.83(2), and γ = 77.62(2)°. The structure was refined to a conventional R of 0.068 for 5373 observed
reflections. The resulting structure indicates that the complex anion is η3-[trans-2,3-bis(methoxycarbonyl)acryloyl]tricarbonylferrate, the coordination around the iron atom being described as a considerably distorted trigonal bipyramid. A comparison of the present structure with the structures of related complexes suggests that the η3-acryloyl portion is best represented as an intermediate of (η3-allyl) with the oxygen atom and (η2-olefin + η1-acyl). The short Fe-C(acyl) length of 1.897(5) Å implies an enhanced back-donation of electrons from the iron atom to the acyl group.  相似文献

The Δ1-carbapenem derivative(6) was prepared by the aldol condensation of the dialdehydic compound(5) with piperidinium acetate. Careful hydride reduction followed by benzoylation gave 7b, which was successfully decarbalkoxylated to 8. Selectivity in the 1H-13C correlation for assignments of 13C spectra is enhanced by recording single frequency off-resonance 13C NMR spectra with low decoupling field strength (? 2Jo), distortion of signal patterns is avoided by submitting the spin system to a previous noise broad band decoupling. Correlation is obtained by comparison of observed and simulated 2-D spectra (π 13C vs decoupler frequency) joined to fitting of the curve JR = f (decoupler frequency) with the equation of Freeman and Anderson.1  相似文献

Optical absorption and emission spectra are reported for single crystals of the cubic elpasolite Cs2NaSmCl6. The variable temperature spectra obtained at high resolution are assigned using energies and relative intensities. Transitions from the ground level, 6H52 to cystal fi levels of 6H72-152, 6F12-112, 4G52-92, 4F32,52, 4I92, and 6P32, 52 are located and characterized. Intensity calculations are reported for magnetic dipole allowed transitions. The dominance of vibronic intensity in 6H526F 12-92 and 6P32, 52 transitions is accounted for qualitatively through the ligand polarization model involving quadrupole metal (Sm3+)-ligand (Cl?) interaction mechanisms. The Eu″(6H52)→E′(6H12) Eu′(6F12) no-phonon transition is postulated to be pure electric quadrupole allowed. The ground state magnetic moment is determined to be very small from magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectra.This study has led to the assignment of nearly all of the crystal field levels in the visible and IR region for Cs2NaSmCl6. A total of 27 such levels were identified, 17 from no-phonon transitions and the rest from vibronic transitions. The magnetic dipole intensity calculated using intermediate coupling Oh wavefunctions along with a crystal field analysis of the splitting pattern was used in the assignment of the levels. Vibronic bands were observed for all transitions and their vibrational symmetries were tentatively assigned. MCD data were used to determine the magnet moment of the ground state.  相似文献

Condensation of 1,3-bis(trimethylsiloxy)-1-methoxybutadiene (1) and 2-phenyl-2,2-dimethoxyethanal (2) under TiCl4 condition gave the γ-hydroxycyclopentenone product 3. The reaction was followed by INEPT29Si NMR. Implication to the mechanism of the reaction was discussed.  相似文献

A new heliangolide has been isolated from aerial parts of Artemisia canariensis, and identified as (6E,10Z)(3S,3aR,4S,llaR)-3a,5,8,11a--tetrahydro-4-acetoxy-3,6, 1O-trimethyl-2,9 (3H, 4H) -cyclodeca[b] furandione. The structural elucidation of the new compound, named heliangolidin, was carried out by spectral means (MS, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and two dimensional 1H-13C chemical shift correlations) and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Microwave—optical double resonance experiments have been carried out on the 4o1 band of the A1A2X1A1 system of thioformaldehyde (H2CS). More than 100 microwave and radiofrequency transitions have been observed in the A1A2 excited state. Many of these transitions are magnetically sensitive. Some of the excited state levels are perturbed by triplet levels and others by high vibrational levels of the ground state.  相似文献
