以4-溴-1,8-萘酐和取代醛为起始原料,合成了一系列新颖的含两个西佛碱单元的1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物--双芳香醛缩N-氨基4-肼基-1,8-萘酰亚胺(5a~51),其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析确证.研究了5在乙腈中的紫外-可见和荧光发射光谱.结果表明5在520 nm~570nm内发光.  相似文献

以2-羟基-1,8-萘啶衍生物为原料,POBr3为溴化剂,通过简单高效的一步反应合成得到5个2-溴代1,8-萘啶衍生物,分别为2-溴-7-甲基-1,8-萘啶(L1)、2-溴-7-溴甲基-1,8-萘啶(L2)、2-溴-5,7-二甲基-1,8-萘啶(L3)、2-溴-5-甲基-7-溴甲基-1,8-萘啶(L4)和2-溴-5,7-二溴甲基-1,8-萘啶(L5).反应在高温或延长反应时间下易发生自由基取代反应,通过对影响2-溴代1,8-萘啶产物产率的反应条件(反应温度、反应时间、有无自由基猝灭剂)进行优化,得出各2-溴代1,8-萘啶衍生物的最优合成条件.L1和L3的最佳合成条件为60℃反应10min,若高温或延长时间反应,可加入FeCl3或四甲基哌啶氮氧化物(TEMPO)抑制自由基以保证产率;L2的最佳合成条件为80℃反应30min,L4的最佳条件为100℃反应20min,L5的最佳条件为100℃反应30min.优化条件下,各产物产率分别可达62.3%,67.5%,64.2%,56.9%和47.3%.  相似文献

以2-氨基/乙酰氨基-7-羟基-1,8-萘啶为原料和POBr3反应,简单高效合成得到六个7-溴代1,8-萘啶衍生物L1-L6。反应在较高温度或延长反应时间下易产生自由基取代反应,通过对影响2-溴代1,8-萘啶产物产率的反应条件(反应温度、反应时间、有无自由基猝灭剂)进行优化,得到各7-溴代1,8-萘啶衍生物的最佳合成条件。化合物L1、L2、L3、L5的最佳合成条件为60℃(10min),若高温或延长时间反应,可加FeCl_3抑制自由基以保证产率;化合物L4、L6的最佳条件为100℃(30min)。优化的条件下,各7-溴代1,8-萘啶衍生物产率分别为57.2%、61.5%、56.8%、46.8%、62.7%和53.8%。  相似文献

本文合成了三种新的萘酰亚胺衍生物,并对其体外抗肿瘤活性进行了评价.初步实验结果表明,以芳基修饰氨萘菲特芳环上氨基所得化合物体外活性不如阳性对照氨萘菲特.而利用1,4-丁二醇修饰4-溴-1,8-萘酐芳环上溴原子得到的化合物3与阳性对照及其它两种衍生物相比对肝癌细胞HepG2具有较低的IC_(50)值.  相似文献

本文给出了一条较好的制备5-丁基-9-苯基-4,5,6,9-四氢苯并[d.e]吣唑[5,4-g]-异喹啉-4,6-二酮的反应路线,即:先由4-溴-1,8-萘酐经亚胺化、硝化、水解和还原等反应制得N-丁基-3-硝基-4羟基-1,8萘酰亚胺,再在硼酸的存在下,将亚胺与苯甲酰氯反应可得到目标化合物。文中给出了该化合物的质谱、核磁共振、红外、紫外和荧光等光谱数据。  相似文献

N-丁基-4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺与二乙醇胺反应, 合成了N-丁基-4-二(2-羟乙基)氨-1,8-萘酰亚胺, 进一步与对甲基苯磺酸二缩三乙二醇双酯反应合成了N-丁基-4-(氮杂-15-冠-5)-1,8-萘酰亚胺. 用NMR, IR, MS等表征了产物结构. 该化合物在二氯甲烷溶液中识别Li和Na, 识别后吸收光谱和荧光光谱蓝移.  相似文献

报道了2-甲基-1,8-萘啶衍生物的甲基溴化反应,以N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)为溴化剂、红外光为引发剂,得到单溴代产物2-溴甲基-1,8-萘啶衍生物及其二溴代副产物2-二溴甲基-1,8-萘啶衍生物,对比了两种不同的反应条件,通过对影响甲基溴化产物产率的反应条件进行优化改进,得到单溴代产物的较优合成条件为:NBS的用量为原料的1.2倍,500 W红外灯为光源,反应时间为2 h。 该反应条件下,单溴代产物的产率可达到54.6%。  相似文献

以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,经亚胺化、取代和还原反应合成了中间体N-对氨基苯基-4-哌啶-1,8-萘酰亚胺(4),4与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5缩合得到一种含萘酰亚胺光功能基元的的新型吡唑啉酮席夫碱——1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5缩N-对氨基苯基-4-哌啶-1,8-萘酰亚胺(6)。4和6的结构经1H NMR和IR确证。研究了6在不同溶剂中的光谱性质,发现其吸收光谱和荧光光谱随溶剂的极性不同而表现出不同的光谱特性。进一步研究表明6在不同溶剂中可能以不同的互变异构体存在。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
