用亚硝基铁氰化钠分光光度法测定药品“必理通”中的对乙酰氨基酚含量。采用亚硝基铁氰化钠试液为显色剂,蒸馏水做溶剂,在波长为700nm下有最大吸收,利用分光光度计测定不同浓度溶液的吸光度,并绘制标准曲线进行分析。实验证明,对乙酰氨基酚在0.024mg/mL~0.168mg/mL浓度范围内,吸光度与样品浓度的线性关系良好,回收率在98.0%以上。此测定方法准确、快速、简便,是测定对乙酰氨基酚含量的最佳方法之一。  相似文献

A rapid reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic method for disodium pentacyanonitrosylferrate(II) (nitroprusside) and its photodegradation products nitrite, nitrate, hexacyanoferrate(II) and hexacyanoferrate(III) is described. For chromatography, phenyl-bonded pellicular silica gel (10 μm) was used with a mobile phase consisting of water (0.005 M tetrabutylammonium phosphate, 0.0011 M n-octylamine, 0.01 M potassium dihydrogenphosphate, pH 7.0) and methanol (0.005 M tetrabutylammonium phosphate, 0.0011 M n-octylamine) (65:35); the detector was set at 220 nm. In 5% (w/v) dextrose solutions, the calibration graph for nitroprusside was linear over the concentration range 10–120 μg ml?1. A qualitative explanation for the order of retention: hexacyanoferrate(II) < hexacyanoferrate(III) < nitroprusside is given. The method is suitable for the selective determination of nitroprusside in photolyzed infusion solutions (100 μg ml?1 in aqueous 5% dextrose) and gives an impression of the decomposition products formed.  相似文献

A simple continuous-flow chemiluminometric method for the determination of 0.05-10 microg/ml of sodium nitroprusside is described. The method is based on the catalyses of luminol oxidation by hydrogen peroxide in alkaline medium. The method is sensitive and requires no sample pre-treatment and solutions can be analysed at a rate of 40 samples/hr with a relative error of about 1.18%. The method was satisfactory for the determination of sodium nitroprusside in a pharmaceutical preparation. The effect of some potential interferents is described.  相似文献

Sodium nitroprusside (NP), a commercial vasodilator, can be pre‐concentrated on vitreous carbon electrode modified by films of 97.5%: 2.5% poly‐L ‐lysine (PLL): glutaraldehyde (GA). This coating gives acceptable anion exchange properties whilst giving the required improvement of adhesion to the glassy carbon electrode surface. Linear response range and detection limit on nitroprusside in B‐R buffer pH 4.0, were 1×10?6 to 2×10?5 mol L?1 and 1×10?7 mol L?1, respectively. The repeatability of the proposed sensor, evaluated in term of relative standard deviation, was measured as 4.1% for 10 experiments. The voltammetric sensor was directly applied to determination of nitroprusside in human plasma and urine samples and the average recovery for these samples was around 95–97% without any pre treatment.  相似文献

摘要:建立了可见分光光度法测定盐酸吗啉胍的新方法。研究表明,当NaOH浓度为0.13mol/L,在丙酮存在下硝普钠与盐酸吗啉胍反应生成紫色N-亚硝基类化合物,其最大吸收波长为508nm,表观摩尔吸光系数2.5×103 L/(mol•cm)。盐酸吗啉胍浓度在0.38×10-6~3.0×10-4 g/mL范围内与吸光度呈现良好线性关系,线性回归方程A = 0.02292 + 0.01213c (10-6 g/mL),线性相关系数r=0.9998,检测限(3σ/k)为0.25×10-6 g/mL,RSD = 0.21%。本方法可用于药物样品和血清中盐酸吗啉胍含量的测定。  相似文献

This procedure is based on the formation of colored analytical species in an aqueous extract to an alkaline solution of sodium nitroprusside. Disodium pentacyanonitrosylferrat(II) (sodium nitroprusside) is determined at therapeutic (ng ml?1) levels in plasma, serum and blood with conventional and high-performance differential pulse polarography (d.p.p. and h.p.d.p.p.) at a dropping mercury electrode or a static mercury drop electrode. Serum or plasma (3 ml) is treated with perchloric acid containing 1 mg ml?1 potassium hexacyanoferrate(II), centrifuged for 10 min and subjected to polarography. For spiked serum, calibration graphs are linear over the range 30–1000 ng ml?1 sodium nitroprusside, regardless of the polarographic technique; the estimated detection limit is 15 ng ml?1 (5 × 10?8 M). Calculated therapeutic levels range from 100 to 1000 ng ml?1. Similar results were obtained for spiked plasma. A similar procedure is suitable for whole blood and was used to study the in-vitro degradation of sodium nitroprusside (200 ng ml?1) on incubation at 37°C. The in-vitro loss is rapid (t12 ≈ 6 min) but meaningful in-vivo levels can be obtained when the blood is collected in a 0.9% sodium chloride solution at 0°C. Thiocyanate, the main metabolite of nitroprusside, and thiosulphate, which is a potential antidote for cyanide, do not interfere.  相似文献

Abstract

A complex between sodium nitroprusside (NP) and acetaldehyde of 1:1 in aqueous solution of pH 10 has been prepared and used as an analytical reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of sulphite and nitrite ions. Nitrite ion can be titrated against sulphite ion and vise versa in equivalent amounts with high accuracy in the presence of the acetaldehyde complex of nitroprusside as a carrier using a potentiometric titration technique.  相似文献

The method is based on a qualitative test for acetaldehyde in which the reagents sodium nitroprusside and piperidine react with acetaldehyde to form a coloured substance that can be determined photometrically. This substance is unstable, however, and after reaching a maximum value in about 25 sec the absorbance decreases. Ethylene oxide also reacts with sodium nitroprusside to form brownish substances, but this reaction is slower, the colour not developing for 100–120 sec. If, therefore, the absorbance is measured about 25 sec after adding the reagents, any disturbance from the ethylene oxide is avoided.  相似文献

A highly sensitive determination method was established for catecholamines (norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine, and dopamine) with high-performance liquid chromatography-peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence reaction detection. In this study, the method was applied to mouse plasma, and it was determined that only 10 μl of mouse plasma was necessary for the selective and reproducible determination of catecholamines. Studies were then conducted in acute cardiovascular effects of sodium nitroprusside, nicardipine, captopril (angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor), candesartan, and olmesartan (type 1 angiotensin receptor antagonists (AT1 antagonists)) by this method. Sodium nitroprusside and nicardipine elevated plasma NE concentrations significantly, whereas the ACE inhibitor and the AT1 antagonists did not change plasma NE concentrations in anesthetized mice. These results suggested that angiotensin II-induced augmentation may be mainly carried through the central baroreflex pathway.  相似文献

Nuclear inelastic scattering (NIS) measurements were performed on a guanidium nitroprusside ((CN(3)H(6))(2)[Fe(CN)(5)NO], GNP) monocrystal at 77 K after the sample was illuminated with blue light (450 nm) at 50 K to populate the two metastable states, MS(1) and MS(2), of the nitroprusside anion. A second measurement was performed at 77 K after warming up the illuminated crystal to 250 K where the metastable states decay to the groundstate. The measured spectra were compared with simulated NIS spectra that were calculated by using density functional methods. Comparison of measured and simulated spectra provides strong evidence for the isonitrosyl structure of the metastable MS(1) state proposed by Carducci et al. (Carducci, M. D.; Pressprich, M. R.; Coppens, P. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1997, 119, 2669-2678).  相似文献

Ions are known to concentrate in the salt-enriched phase of aqueous two-phase systems, with the only known exception being the pertechnetate anion, TcO(4)(-). We have discovered a second ion, nitroprusside anion (NP), which is markedly transferred from the salt phase to the polymer phase. The partitioning behavior of [Fe(CN)(5)NO](2-) anion was investigated in ATPS formed by poly(ethylene oxide) of molar mass 3350 and 35000 g mol(-1), and different sulfate salts (Na(2)SO(4), Li(2)SO(4), and MgSO(4)). On the basis of a model, the nitroprusside high affinity for the macromolecular phase was attributed to an enthalpic specific interaction between the anion and ethylene oxide unit. Partition coefficients increased exponentially with tie-line length increase, reaching values as high as 1000 and showing a relationship very dependent on the salt nature, but independent of the polymer molar mass.  相似文献

A simple screening method for methamphetamine in urine by colour reaction was developed. Methamphetamine, which is quantitatively retained in a Sep-Pak C18 cartridge, is (after a clean-up procedure) coloured by Simon's reagent (consisting of sodium nitroprusside solution, sodium carbonate solution and acetaldehyde gas). The detection limit was 0.5 microgram/ml using 5 ml of urine sample. The results of the screening method agreed with those of thin-layer chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.  相似文献

A novel method is developed for the determination of cefradine by using sodium nitroprusside as chromogenic reagent. The experiment indicates that a russety product is formed by the reaction of cefradine with sodium nitroprusside in basic solution, and the maximum absorption wavelength (λmax) of russety product is 505 rim. And the sensitization of tetradecyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride for the reaction of cefradine with sodium nitroprusside is remarkable, The apparent molar absorption coefficient (5505) is 2.81 × 103 L/mol cm. The linear equation isA = 0.0657 + 0.00804C (μg/mL) in the range of 1.50-55.0μg/mL of cefradine with a correlation coefficient r = 0.9992, and the detection limit is 1.38 p,g/mL. This method has been applied to determine cefradine in capsule and tablet samples.  相似文献

A novel and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of phenformin hydrochloride using sodium nitroprusside as chromogenic reagent is developed in this paper. The experiment indicates that the sodium nitroprusside can react with the phenformin hydrochloride in a basic solution to form a product with colored N‐nitrosamines. The stoichiometric ratio of phenformin hydrochloride and sodium nitroprusside is 1:3 in the product. The maximal absorption wavelength (λmax) of the product is 520 nm, ?520 = 2.2 × 103 Lmol?1cm?1. A Good linear relationship is obtained between the absorbance (A) and the concentration (C) of phenformin hydrochloride in a wide range of 0.20‐400 μg mL?1. The equation of the linear regression is A = 0.03461 + 0.00907C (μg mL?1) with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The detection limit is 0.13 μg mL?1, and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) is 0.19%. The method is successfully applied to the determination of phenformin hydrochloride in tablet forms, and satisfactory recoveries are obtained.  相似文献

Dehydration data for the tetra-, di- and monohydrate of strontium nitroprusside and the vibrational behaviour of the water molecules in normal and deuterated samples agree with crystal data previously reported (for the di- and tetrahydrate as single crystals) and in this paper (monohydrate as a powder). Four distinct types of water molecules are present in the three hydrates with one type (oxygen bonded to Sr2+) in common. Other types are a non hydrogen-bonded molecule (dihydrate), a molecule bonded by a single hydrogen atom to the nitrogen atom of a cyanide group and a set of two molecules similarly bonded to the oxygen atom of the previous type (tetrahydrate). The spatial orientation of the NO groups of the nitroprusside ions in the tetrahydrate is confirmed by the observed dichroism of the corresponding stretching band.  相似文献
