从南蛇藤(Celastrus gemmatus)的根皮中分得两个新的倍半萜化合物(1和2), 经高场核磁和高分辨质谱分析, 推定1为1β, 6α, 8β-三乙酰氧基-2β, 12-二异丁酰氧基-9α-(β-呋喃甲酰氧基)-4α-羟基-β-二氢沉各呋喃, 2为1β, 8α-二乙酰氧基-2β,12-二异丁酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-4α, 6α-二羟基β-二氢沉香呋喃。  相似文献

从苦皮藤Celastrus angulatus Max.根皮中分离出5个对粘虫Mythimna separata (walker)具有毒杀活性的新化合物。经高分辨质谱和核磁共振谱鉴定其 结构为1α,2α,6β-三乙酰氧基-4β-羟基-8α-异丁酰氧基9β-呋喃甲酰氧 基-13-异戊酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(1),1α,2α,6β-二乙酰氧基-4 β-羟基8α,13-二异丁酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(2), 1α,2α,6β-三乙酰氧基-4β-羟基-8α-β异丁酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基 -13-异戊酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(3),1α,6β,8α,13-四乙酰氧基- 2α-羟基-9α-苯甲酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(4),1α,2α-二乙酰氧基 -4β,6β-二羟基-8β-异丁酰氧基9α-苯甲酰氧基-13-异戊酰氧基-β- 二氢沉香呋喃(5)。它们对5龄粘虫的致死中量LD50分别为91.4,271.5,168.8, 388.0和135.5μg/g。  相似文献

从藏药双花千里光中分离得到2个倍半萜类化合物,经过HR-ESIMS,1D和2D NMR等光谱技术,将上述化合物鉴定为6-oxo-9α-angloyloxy-10βH-furanoeremophilane(1)和spiroeuryolide(2).化合物1为新的呋喃骈雅槛蓝烷倍半萜.同时,对文献报告中化合物2的13C NMR数据进行了纠正.  相似文献

首次对桃金娘Rhodomyrtus tomentosa根部(岗稔根)的化学成分展开研究,从其甲醇提取物中分离得到8个五环三萜类化合物.上述化合物的结构经一维、二维核磁共振谱和质谱等波谱技术分别鉴定为:23-O-顺式-对-香豆酰基-2α,3β-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(1),23-O-反式-对-香豆酰基-2α,3β-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(2),3β-O-反式-阿魏酰基-2α,23-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(3),3β-O-反式-对-香豆酰基-2α,23-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(4),3β-O-顺式-对-香豆酰基-2α,23-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(5),山楂酸(6),阿江揽仁酸(7)和2α,3β-dihydroxytaraxer-20-en-28-oic acid(8).其中化合物1和3为新的齐墩果烷型三萜,化合物2,4~6和8为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

本文首次报道对小花金挖耳地上部分化学成分的研究工作,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压柱色谱和薄层制备色谱方法进行分离纯化,从中分离得到8个化合物:(1R,2S,4S,5R)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(1),(1S,2S,4R,5S)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(2),(3R,4R,6S)-3,6-二羟基-p-1-薄荷烯(3),5αH-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(4),5α-羟基-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(5),2α-羟基-5αH-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(6),4β-羟基-1α,10βH-伪愈创木烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(7),4-羰基-1α,10βH-伪愈创木烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(8),利用波谱数据和理化性质鉴定了它们的结构.化合物1-3首次从天名精属植物中分离得到.  相似文献

从中间锦鸡儿(Caragana intermedia)地上部分分离得到二个新的倍半萜类化合物,即桉烷-4(15)-烯-1β,8α-二醇(1)和反式-八氢茚-7β-异丙基-4-亚甲基-9β-甲基-1β-醇(2),其中化合物2为桉烷类化合物中一种新的碳架;四个已知化合物,即异香木兰烷-3β,9β-二醇(3),( )-3α,9β-香木兰烷二醇(4),( )-spathulenol(5)和( )-lariciresinol(6).制备了以及化合物5的衍生物( )-10α-溴-spathulenol(7).其中化合物1,2,3,4,5,7分别在38,10,25,18,9,35 μg/mL浓度时对稻瘟霉P-2b有完全抑制作用.以上分得的化合物及衍生物通过1D,2D核磁共振、高分辨质谱、红外等光谱方法确定结构,其中化合物4通过X单晶衍射对其结构进行了进一步确证.  相似文献

采用各种柱色谱法从厚皮树(Lannea coromandelica)树皮的78%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物。通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定为:槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(1),豆甾-4-烯-6β-醇-3-酮(2),蒲公英赛酮(3),蒲公英赛醇(4),乙酰蒲公英赛醇(5),5α-豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(6),β-谷甾醇(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),香草醛(9)。除了化合物(7),其他化合物都是从该植物中首次分离得到。  相似文献

对中国南海的软珊瑚Scleronephthya sp.的化学成分进行研究,从有免疫调节活性的乙醚可溶物中分离鉴定了13个化合物,经1H NMR,13C NMR,HMQC,HMBC,1H-1H COSY和MS等光谱分析并结合文献数据,确证其结构分别为:3β-羟基-20-烯孕甾烷乙酸酯(1),3β-羟基-5,20-二烯孕甾烷乙酸酯(2),3-酮-20-烯孕甾烷(3),1,2-环氧-3-酮-20-烯孕甾烷(4),1,20-二烯-3-酮孕甾烷(5),1-烯-3-酮-20S-甲基-21-羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯(6),1-烯-3-酮-20β-羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯(7),1-烯-3,22-二酮胆甾烷(8),1,24-二烯-3-酮-22,23-二羟基胆甾烷(9),O-methylisogrifolin(10),(1R,3S,4S,7E,11E)-3α,4α-环氧-7,11,15-三烯西松烷(11),玉米黄素12和6-溴-3-羧酸吲哚(13),其中化合物4,6和10是首次从自然界分离得到.首次对化合物6,7和10的波谱数据进行了报道,而且利用2D NMR对其进行了全归属.对化合物1~7可能的生源关系也进行了探讨.化合物6和7对人宫颈癌细胞(HELA)有抑制活性,IC50分别为3.3和6.3 mol/L;化合物7对肝癌细胞(BE7402)和人白血病细胞(HL-60)也显示抑制活性,IC50分别为3.1和0.26mol/L;化合物11对COX-2显示强烈的抑制活性,IC50为0.455 mol/L.  相似文献

综合运用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱技术对药用植物巴戟天内生真菌Trichoderma spirale A725的次生代谢产物进行分离纯化,得到6个聚酮类化合物,采用多种现代波谱技术确定其结构,分别为:6-羟基-4-异丙基-1,8-二甲基螺环[4.5]癸-1,8-二烯-7-酮(1),2-羟基-2,5-二甲基-7-氧代-5,7-二氢-2H-呋喃[3,4-b]吡喃-4-羧酸(2), 3-乙基-4-羟基-6-甲基-二氢-吡喃-2-酮(3),苯乙内酯A (4), 3-羟基-5-(4-羟基苄基)二氢呋喃-2(3H)-酮(5), 4-乙酰-3-羟基-6-甲基吡喃-2-酮(6).其中化合物1和2为新化合物,化合物3为新天然产物.此外,利用四株肿瘤细胞株(Hep G-2、MCF-7、SF-268及A549)对化合物1~6细胞毒活性进行评估,结果表明化合物1~6对上述肿瘤细胞均无明显的细胞毒活性.  相似文献

Two new 3-oxo-α-ionol glucoside isomers, (6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1?→?2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and (6S,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1?→?2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) were isolated from the aerial parts of Urtica laetevirens Maxim. Their structures, including stereochemistry, were established by spectral analyses (HR-ESI-MS, NMR and CD). 我们曾从甘肃省漳县采集的长梗千里光全草中分离并鉴定出两个呋喃雅槛兰型倍半萜. 在此基础上, 本文对其脂溶性化学成分进行深入研究, 除了发现倍半萜外, 又分离并鉴定出2个呋喃雅槛兰型倍半萜. 通过IR, UV, MS, CD和NMR等数据分析, 确定了4个化合物的结构, 其中, 化合物3首次在长梗千里光中分离得到, 化合物4是一种新化合物, 通过圆二光谱及核磁共振和NOE差谱研究其立体化学结构, 并按Dreiding models构筑该化合物分子的立体化学结构, 确定该化合物为Non-steroid型构象.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes named liguducin-A ( 1 ) and -B ( 4 ) were isolated from a Chinese medicinal plant, the dried roots of Ligularia duciformis, together with four known sesquiterpenes, 4α, 10β-dihydroxy-1β,5α-H-guai-6-ene ( 2 ), 4α-hydroxy-1β,5α,11α-H-guai-9-en-12,8α-olide ( 3 ), 1β-hydroxyeudesm-4,11-dien-3-one ( 5 ) and 1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene ( 6 ). Two new diterpenoids, 6β-(2-methylbut-2(Z)-enoyl)-3α,4α,15,16-bis-epoxy-8β,10βH-ent-cleroda-13(16),14-dien-20,12-olide and 10β-hydroxy-6-oxo-3α,4α,15,16-bis-epoxy-8βH-cleroda-13(16),14-dien-20,12-olide, together with the known β-amyrin, spinasterol, 5,7-dihydroxy-3,8,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone and 5,7-dihydroxy-3,8,3′,4′,5′-pentamethoxyflavone have been isolated from the aerial parts of Microglossa angolensis Oliv. et Hiern (Compositae). This paper reports the two-dimensional nmr spectral assignment and the X-ray structural determination of 2,14-dimethyl-8β-hydroxy-7,10-dioxo-5β,6β-(propano)-6α,8α-(ethanoimino)-trans-perhydroisoquinoline V which was obtained from 7,10-dimethyl-2β-hydroxy-14-oxo-2,3-(methanoiminoethano)-3β,4β-(propano)-3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyridine IV by isomerization with hydrochloric acid. Both the compounds IV and V afforded the same dimethiodide IV -2MeI, while the configurational isomer 2,14-dimethyl-8aβ-hydroxy-7,10-dioxo-5α,6β-(propano)-6α,8α-(ethanoimino)-trans-perhydroisoquinoline III gave monomethiodide III -Mel. The structures of these methiodides were also confirmed by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Two new alkaloids, Septonine (C35H44N2O9) and Septontrionine (C25H39NO6) were isolated from the roots of Aconitum septentrionale K. According to the 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra, Septonin and Septontrionin were assigned the structures of 20-ethyl-7-hydroxy-1α,14α,16β-trimethoxy-6-oxo-17(7→8)abeoaconitan-4-ylmethyl 2-(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-l-yl)benzoate and 20-ethyl-7-hydroxy-1α,14α,16β-trimethoxy-4-methoxymethyl-17(7→8)abeoaconitan-6-one, respectively.  相似文献

From the stems of Dipterocarpus obtusifolius, five new triterpenes, 3-oxo-20-hydroxy-30α-methyl,17(29)α-epoxy-28-norlupane (1), 3-oxo-20-hydroxy-30β-methyl-17(29)α-epoxy-28-norlupane (2), 3,20-dioxo-28,29-norlupan-17α-ol (3), 27-demethyl-20(S)-dammar-23-ene-20-ol-3,25-dione (4), and 3-epi-cecropic acid (5) together with 13 known compounds including diterpene, sesquiterpenes and triterpenes were isolated and characterized. All isolates were tested for their cytotoxicities against a small panel of human cancer cell lines. Of the tested compounds, compounds 4-11 were found to be cytotoxic against one or more human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The configurations and conformations of torreyol (6; “δ-cadinol”,10α-hydroxy-4-muurolene), α-cadinol (7; 10α-hydroxy-4-cadinene), T-muurolol (8; 10β-hydroxy-4-muurolene), and T-cadinol (9; 10β-hydroxy-4-cadinene) have been determined by an extensive PMR study using lanthanide-induced shifts. Five new diterpenes were isolated from Euphorbia sieboldiana and identified as atis-16-en-13(S)-hydroxy-3, 14-dione(Ⅰ), atis-16-en-14-oxo-13(S), 3 β-diol(Ⅱ), atisane-3-oxo-16α, 17-diol(Ⅳ), atisane-3β, 16α, 17-triol(Ⅴ)and atisane-3β-acetyl-16α, 17-diol(Ⅵ)based on the chemical, spectral evidences and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
