The amino acid L-α-alanine has been investigated for use as a radiation detector in low and high LET radiation fields[1]. The radiatioa detector is cheap and easy to handle. The radiation inducing free radicals are stable at normal laboratory conditions for doses below 10^4 Gy over a long period of time, which makes the detector useful for intercomparison and documentation purposes. The dosimetric features of alanine-based electron spin resonance (ESR) detectors in high energy electron beams used in radiotherapy were considered[2]. The 5 mm long alanine detectors were found to be the most suitable for carrying out in vivo dosimetry on patients undergoing electron beam radiotherapy. However, data concerning dosimetry of the alanine dosemeter to heavy charged particles are lacking, especially in China.  相似文献

A combined fit is performed to the BABAR and Belle measurements of the e^+e^- →φπ^+π^- and φf0(980) cross sections for center-of-mass energy between threshold and 3.0 GeV. The resonance parameters of the φ(1680) and Y(2175) are determined. The mass is (1681-12^+10) MeV/c^2 and the width is (221-24^+34) MeV/c^2 for the φ(1680), and the mass is (2117-49^+59) MeV/c^2 and the width is (164-80^+69) MeV/c^2 for the Y(2175). This information will shed light on the understanding of the nature of the excited φ and Y states observed in e+e- annihilation.  相似文献

探讨了正常皮肤对重离子辐照急性损伤反应的耐受性, 为重离子治癌临床应用提供安全性检测的实验依据。实验前10 min, 实验猪肌肉注射复方氯胺酮1.2 mg/kg进行麻醉, 然后在兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)辐照终端利用12C6+束照射, 辐照剂量分别为0, 12, 21和27 Gy, 辐照分3次完成, 剂量率约为1.2 Gy/min, Bragg峰区照射, 辐照后每隔7 d对照射野拍照并活检取样, 做HE组织病理学观察。不同剂量12C6+离子束辐照实验猪皮肤后, 皮肤外观反应随辐照剂量增大而加快, 表现为肿胀和色素沉积等; 皮肤组织结构的变化明显, 上皮细胞排列紊乱、 萎缩、 空泡变性; 基本恢复正常所需时间也越长, 且都存在明显的剂量效应关系。结果表明, 辐照剂量范围为0—27 Gy时, 重离子对正常皮肤的辐照是安全的。The tolerance of the normal skin to the acute radiation injury reaction induced by heavy ion beams has been studied experimentally. The experimental pigs were injected with 1.2 mg/kg ketamine in 10 min before irradiation and were irradiated with 0, 12 , 21 and 27 Gy 12C6+ ion at a dose rate of 1.2 Gy/min at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL). The total radiation dose was finished by 3 times at Bragg Peak Region of Heavy Ion Beams.The radiation fields of skin were taken photo and performed biopsy. The contaneous tissues of radiation fields were stained by HE and examined histopatholo gical changes every seven days after irradiation. The results indicated that the cutaneous appearance reaction became more faster with radiation dosage rising and presented with swollen, melanin forming and so on after irradiated by the carbon ions at different dosage. The Pathological examination showed noticeable changes in histological and structural of experimental pigs skin, such as atrophy, vacuolation, denaturation and arranged irregularly in epithelial cells. Furthermore, the time for return to normality became longer with the increasing of radiation dosage. All indexes demonstrated correlation between the does and effects. It is concluded that the irradiation of heavy ion beams to normal skin is security when the radiation dose range is about 0—27 Gy.  相似文献

From the ^12 C(π^+,K^+)^12 AC reaction the γ -rays of 261.6±0.24 ke V(7/2^+ →5/2^+)and 1481.7±0.7 ke V(1/2^+ →5/2^+) of ^11 A B,and 2667.3±2.8 keV(1^- 2 → 2^- 1)of ^12 A C hypernuclei have been identified using a large germanium detector array Hyperball2 at K6 beam line of KEK. The observed energies of the transitions 1481.7keV and 261.6 keV are significantly different from the values predicted by the shell model using the △ and SN parameters determined from the ^7 △ Li data.  相似文献

12C6+离子辐照小鼠Lewis肿瘤的研究   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1  
研究了HIRFL提供的12C6+离子辐照C57BL/6J小鼠右后腿移植的Lewis肿瘤的生长延迟和碳离子辐照对Lewis肿瘤小鼠寿命的延长.结果表明,碳离子照射的小鼠肿瘤生长体积明显地小于对照的体积.在剂量相同、分次数辐照越多时,肿瘤生长就越缓慢,肿瘤抑制就越高.在辐照分次数相同时,不同剂量对受照肿瘤生长体积未产生差异.在4Gy×3,8Gy×3和12Gy×2组3种辐照剂量下,小鼠寿命的P值小于0.05;可知小鼠的寿命延长具有统计学意义. Growth delay of the transplantable Lewis tumors growing in right hind legs of C(57) BL/6J mice and life prolongation of the mice with Lewis tumors were investigated after()~(12)C~(6+) ion radiation at HIRFL. The decays of J/ψ → μ^+μ^- and J/ψ → e^+e^- are studied by Monte-Carlo simulation, based on the Beijing Spectrometer (BES)Ⅲ offtine software system. The methods of determination of the J/ψ event number via J/ψ → μ^+μ^- and J/ψ → e^+e^- are presented, respectively. These methods can be used to determine the J/ψ event number for the coming BESⅢ J/ψ data sample.  相似文献

In an experiment with the Spherical Neutral Detector at VEPP-2M collider the cross section of the process e^+e^- →π^+π^-π^0π^0 was measured. At energies √s 〈 920 MeV this cross section was measured for the first time. The energy dependence of the cross section is well discribed by the vector dominance model with contributions from p, p', p" mesons. The decay probability ρ→π^+π^-π^0π^0 was found to be Bρ = (1.60±0.74±0.18) × 10^-5. The upper limit for the decay ω→π^+π^-π^0π^0 was improved by two orders of magnitude compared to the previous measurements and is Bω 〈 2 × 10^-4 at 90% confidence level.  相似文献

The orientation-dependent single ionization rate of the diatomic molecular ion H_2^+ with different active orbitals in an intense field is studied by using S-matrix theory. Our results show that the orientation-dependent single ionization probability of H_2^+ is greatly dependent on the symmetry and the electron density distribution of its initial states, and it can be used to identify the excited state of the molecular ion in the dissociation process.  相似文献

Properties of the ground state of ^178Hf and the isomeric state ^178Hf^m2 are studied within the adiabatic and diabatie constrained relativistic mean field (RMF) approaches. The RMF calculations reproduce well the binding energy and the deformation for the ground state of ^178Hf. Using the ground state single-particle eigenvalues obtained in the present eaiculation, the lowest excitation configuration with K^π = 16^+ is found to be v(7/2^-[514])^-1(9/2^+ [624])^1 π(7/2^+ [404])^-1 (9/2^-[514])^1. Its excitation energy caiculated by the RMF theory with time-odd fields taken into account is equal to 2.801 MeV, i.e., close to the ^178Hf^m2 experimentai excitation energy 2.446 MeV. The self-consistent procedure accounting for the time-odd component of the meson fields is the most important aspect of the present calculation.  相似文献

选用12C6+ 离子束对阿维链霉菌诱变选育高产菌株与原始菌株进行辐照诱变, 研究其累进辐照效应。实验结果表明,在辐照剂量为10 Gy时, 原始菌株比诱变高产菌株存活率高, 抗辐射能力强;辐照剂量高于30 Gy时,诱变高产菌株比原始菌株存活率高, 抗辐射能力强。原始菌株正突变率最高的辐照剂量为50 Gy, 致死率99.43%,正突变率最高, 达34.2%;对诱变高产菌株辐照剂量为30 Gy,致死率94.97%,正突变率最高, 达23.5% 。累进辐照效应降低了最佳辐照剂量。 Mutagenic effect on the mutant high producing strain ZJAV Y1 203 and the original strain ZJAV A1 irradiated by ion beam of 12C6+ have been investigated. The experimental results indicated that the original strain has higher survival rate and stronger resistance to radiation than mutant high producing Strain at dose of 10 Gy. The mutant high producing strain has higher survival rate and stronger resistance to radiation than the original strain at the dose higher than 30 Gy. The lethality was 97% and the highest rate of orthomutation was 34.2%, when ZJAV A1 was irradiated by 50 Gy 12C6+ beam. The lethality was 94.97% and the highest rate of orthomutation was 23.5% when ZJAV Y1 203 was irradiated by 30 Gy 12C6+ beam. The best radiation dose is decreased by progressivity irradiation.  相似文献

EPR spectra for ions Ni 2+ (3d 5 ) and Mn 2+ (3d 5 ) substituting Zn 2+ in crystals Zn(BF 4 ) 2 ·6H 2 O are studied within a wide range under hydrostatic pressure in X and Q bands. It is shown that the pressure changes to a considerable extent the spectrum parameters of ion Mn 2+ , reducing axial parameter b_{2}^{0} and increasing cubic one b_{4}^{0} at 9 kbar pressure, there is no temperature dependency of parameter b_{2}^{0} . Hydrostatic pressure changes linearly the initial splitting of ion Ni 2+ and results to a change in D(b_{2}^{0}) sign, which means the spin levels inversion at 3.5 kbar.  相似文献

Equilibrium between synthetic ion exchangers and solutions of cations has been the subject of this investigation. Competitive ion exchange reactions were studied for two cation exchange membranes (CMX and CRP) involving K+, Na+, and Ca2+ ions. The ionic strength of the equilibrating solutions was maintained constant, but the molar fraction varied; all experiments were conduced with nitrate as nonexchanging anions at 25 °C. Adsorption isotherm for the three binaries systems: K+/Na+, K+/Ca2+, and Na+/Ca2+ were studied. The obtained results show that potassium was the most strongly sorbed and the selectivity order for CMX and CRP membranes is K+>Ca2+>Na+ at 0.1 M, under the experimental conditions. Selectivity coefficients , , and for the three binaries and for the two membranes were determined at an ionic strength of 0.1 M and at a constant temperature of 25 °C. We remark that all the selectivity coefficient values are quite different from the unit. Ternary equilibrium was taken for the Ca2+/K+/Na+ system. It was found that binary selectivity data could be successfully used to predict the ternary ion exchange equilibrium.  相似文献

A passive neutron dosemeter with thermoluminescence and etched-track detectors was used in the space station MIR in 1995 and 1997 and during some shuttle flights to MIR. High neutron doses of about 200 microSv d-1 were measured with track detectors, while the contribution of protons to the track density was estimated to be small. An active personal dosemeter based on silicon diodes providing a direct readout, improved sensitivity and spectrometric properties is proposed for additional monitoring. Firstly, measurements with a prototype were performed in the stray radiation fields of the CERN-EU Reference Radiation Facility. When mounted on a phantom at different positions, both the passive and the active dosemeter provide the directional distribution of neutrons via an unfolding procedure. This can be helpful for a better understanding of the complex radiation field in space and for comparisons with calculations.  相似文献

探讨姜黄素(Curcumin,简称Cur)对重离子辐射损伤小鼠睾丸组织的防护作用。小鼠灌胃不同剂量的Cur后给予4 Gy剂量~(12)C~(6+)离子束全身单次照射。24 h后对小鼠睾丸组织形态学变化进行观察,并测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果显示:中、高浓度Cur预处理组对小鼠睾丸组织的形态具有较好的保护作用;低、中浓度Cur预处理组MDA含量显著降低(P0.05);与单纯照射组相比,低浓度Cur预处理组SOD活性水平和中浓度Cur预处理组CA了活性水平显著提高(P0.05)。结果表明:Cur对重离子全身辐射小鼠的抗氧化系统有一定的激活效应,对辐射损伤有一定的防护作用,其机制可能与Cur清除自由基,保护脂质和蛋白质有关。  相似文献

利用兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL) 提供的高能12C6+离子束(能量为300 MeV/u,剂量率为0.5 Gy/min) 辐照大鼠离体胸主动脉环,考察了12C6+离子束辐照对主动脉环内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响,并采用NBT 还原法测定血管环生成超氧阴离子(O2􀀀) 水平,加入外源性超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 干预探讨了O2􀀀在内皮功能损伤中的作用。研究结果表明,2.0,4.0 和6.0 Gy 的12C6+离子束辐照大鼠胸主动脉环后,可致血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的剂量依赖性明显受损(P <0.01 vs control group),并可致血管环NBT 还原能力剂量依赖性增加(4.0 Gy 时,P <0.05;6.0 Gy 时,P <0.01 vs control group)。辐照前加入外源性SOD 对6.0 Gy 12C6+离子束辐照所致血管环NBT 还原能力升高有明显抑制作用(P <0.01),对血管环内皮依赖性舒张功能也有明显的保护作用(P<0.01),但辐照后10 min 加入外源性SOD,其保护作用明显不及前者。结论显示,12C6+ 离子束辐照大鼠胸主动脉环可致血管内皮功能受损,O2 清除剂SOD 对内皮功能受损有保护作用,说明O2􀀀介导了辐照所致内皮功能损伤。Heavy ion beam has many characteristics,and it is expected to be the most suitable radiation therapy technique for malignant tumor. It is lack of depth-understanding on the potential adverse reactions caused by using this technique, because heavy ion radiotherapy is applied to clinical for a short time. Studies have shown that the vascular injury plays a pivotal role in normal tissue damage induced in the conventional radiation therapy, but there was no research report on heavy ion beam irradiation-induced vascular injury. In the present study, the isolated aortic rings of rats were irradiated by 12C6+ ion beam (300 MeV/u, 0.5 Gy/min) delivered by HIRFL(Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou), the effects of 12C6+ ion beam irradiation on aortic rings with endothelium dependent diastolic function have been investigated.NBT reduction method was used for assaying the vascular ring formation of superoxide anion (O2􀀀) level, and the involvement of superoxide anion in endothelial function injury in rats was investigated through the intervention test of exogenous superoxide dismutase (SOD) on O2. The results showed that, the vascular endothelial dependent vasodilation was impaired significantly (P < 0:01 vs control group) by irradiation with 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 Gy 12C6+ ion beam in a dosedependent manner, and the NBT reduction of vascular rings increased dose-dependently (P <0.05 at 4.0 Gy, P <0.01 at 6.0 Gy vs control group). Adding exogenous SOD before irradiation could significantly inhibit the increasing of NBT reduction (P<0.01), and also had protective effect on vascular endothelium dependent diastolic function (P<0.01), but 10 min after irradiation with exogenous SOD, its protective function was significantly less than before. Conclusion indicated that 12C6+ ion beam irradiation could cause endothelial function impaired, O2􀀀 scavenger SOD has a protective effect on endothelial dysfunction, suggesting that O2􀀀 mediates endothelial injury induced by heavy ion irradiation.  相似文献

The Pauli exclusion principle (PEP) has been tested for nucleons (n,p) in and nuclei, using the results of background measurements with the prototype of the Borexino detector, the Counting Test Facility (CTF). The approach consisted of a search for , n, p and/or s emitted in a non-Paulian transition of 1P- shell nucleons to the filled 1S 1/2 shell in nuclei. Similarly, the Pauli-forbidden decay processes were searched for.
