为了研究二极管爆炸电子发射初始阶段阴极表面复杂的物理现象及规律, 建立了由场致电子发射阴极构成的一维平板真空二极管物理模型,通过自行编程数值求解泊松方程, 考虑了发射出的电子对阴极表面电场的非线性影响,自洽模拟得到了阴极表面电场随时间的变化情况. 模拟结果表明,爆炸电子发射初期,阴极表面电场随时间的增加而呈现出不断振荡的规律, 且振荡幅度越来越小,最终到达一个稳态的值,二极管两极板之间的外加电场越大, 阴极表面稳态电场的绝对值越大;电场增强系数越大,阴极表面稳态电场的绝对值越大. 在整个时间演变过程中,阴极表面的实际电场强度决定着阴极发射的电流密度大小, 反过来阴极发射的电流密度又会影响到阴极表面的电场.  相似文献

We present for the first time a Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1319 nm intracavity pumped by a 946 nm diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser. A 809 nm laser diode is used to pump the first Nd:YAG crystal emitting at 946 nm, and the second Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1319 nm intracavity pumped at 946 nm. Intracavity sumfrequency mixing at 946 and 1319 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow range. We obtained a continuous-wave output power of 158 mW at 551 nm with a pump laser diode emitting 18.7 W at 809 nm.  相似文献

We consider the one-loop effective potential at zero and finite temperature in scalar field theories with anisotropic space-time scaling. For z=2, there is a symmetry breaking term induced at one loop at zero temperature and we find symmetry restoration through a first-order phase transition at high temperature. For z=3, we considered at first the case with a positive mass term at tree level and found no symmetry breaking effects induced at one loop, and then we study the case with a negative mass term at tree level where we cannot conclude about symmetry restoration effects at high temperature because of the imaginary parts that appear in the effective potential for small values of the scalar field.  相似文献

液相纳米粒子CoFe2O4在400,470,510,800和940nm产生五个共振散射峰。它是一种非线性光散射介质。当激发波长为330nm时,CoFe2O4纳米粒子分别在于330,660和990nm产生一个共振散射峰、一个1/2频散射峰和一个1/3分频散射峰;当激发波长为800nm时,在800nm产生一个共振散射峰,而在400nm产生一个较该共振散射峰更强的2倍频散射峰。分频散射和倍频散射与共振散射有相似的散射行为。根据建立的灰白粒子体系共振散射光谱原理定性解析了CoFe2O4纳米粒子体系的共振散射光谱。  相似文献

Many receivers operating at millimetre wavelengths utilise a frequency downconverter as their first stage. A rugged, low-conversion loss and simplified cross-bar mixer operating at the atmospheric window centered at 33 GHz was designed, developed and tested as a forerunner to mixers operating at atmospheric windows centred at higher frequencies. The cross-bar mixer exhibits a conversion loss of less than 5 dB over a bandwidth of 2 GHz. Design and optimisation procedures of the mixer are outlined.  相似文献

Frequency difference limens (FDLs) were estimated for 3-, 6-, and 12-month-old infants and for adults using pure tones at 500, 1000, and 4000 Hz. Each listener provided an FDL at 40 dB and at a higher (80 dB, in most cases) sensation level (SL). An observer-based behavioral testing technique was used. The FDLs of 3-month-olds were worse than those of adults at all three frequencies, and increased with increasing frequency. The FDLs of 6- and 12-month-olds were worse than those of adults at 500 and 1000 Hz, but not at 4000 Hz. Decreasing the SL led to an increase in the FDL of about the same magnitude at all ages, and the same age differences were found at both SLs. Thus infant-adult differences in FDL are not a simple consequence of differences in absolute sensitivity. Infant FDLs at one SL were also found to be significantly correlated with the FDL at the other SL. The FDLs at one age were, in general, predictive of the FDL at a later age in a longitudinal sample of infants. Models that might account for these age-related differences are discussed.  相似文献

When a slightly defective rutile TiO?(110) surface is exposed to O?at elevated temperatures, the molecule dissociates at defects, filling O vacancies (V(O)) and creating O adatoms (O(ad)) on Ti(5c) rows. The adsorption of molecular O? at low temperatures has remained controversial. Low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy of O?, dosed on TiO?(110) at a sample temperature of ≈100 K and imaged at 17 K, shows a molecular precursor at V(O) as a faint change in contrast. The adsorbed O? easily dissociates during the STM measurements, and the formation of O(ad)'s at both sides of the original V(O) is observed.  相似文献

We report generation of the second, third, fourth, and fifth harmonics of the output of a Yb-doped fiber amplifier seeded by a passively Q-switched Nd:YAG microchip laser. We obtained high conversion efficiencies using a simple optical arrangement and critically phase-matched nonlinear crystals. Starting with 320 mW of average power at 1064 nm (86 μJ per pulse at a 3.7 kHz repetition rate), we generated 160 mW at 532 nm, 38 mW at 355 nm, 69 mW at 266 nm, and 18 mW at 213 nm. The experimental results are in excellent agreement with calculations.  相似文献

The oxidation of the Fe(100) surface at room temperature and the reconstruction of the surface oxide at elevated temperatures has been studied with ellipsometry. AES, low energy ion scattering and LEED. The oxide layer grows to a limiting thickness at room temperature and rearanges at crystal temperatures above 523 K. This reconstructed surface consists of oxide crystallites, with a depth of approximately 50 Å. On top of th surface a monolayer of oxygen is present, exhibiting a p(1 × 1) LEED patern. Re-exposing this oxide layer to oxygen at room temperature and subsequent annealing at 603 K causes the reconstructed oxide to grow in lateral direction mainly.  相似文献

Sensitizer-free holmium-doped silica and fluoride mid-infrared fiber lasers are pumped using a high-power diode laser operating at 1148 nm. A maximum output power of 162 mW at 2.86 microm was produced at a slope efficiency of 24% using Ho(3+), Pr(3+)-doped fluoride fiber. Using Ho(3+)-doped silica fiber, a maximum output power of 55 mW at 2.1 microm was generated at a slope efficiency of 27%, a value limited by the presence of pump excited state absorption.  相似文献

Groups of human subjects were exposed in a diffuse sound field for 16--24 h to an octave-band noise centered at 4, 2, 1, or 0.5 kHz. Sound-pressure levels were varied on different exposure occasions. At specified times during an exposure, the subject was removed from the noise, auditory sensitivity was measured, and the subject was returned to the noise. Temporary threshold shifts (TTS) increased for about 8 h and then reached a plateau or asymptote. The relation between TTS and exposure duration can be described by a simple exponential function with a time constant of 2.1 h. In the frequency region of greatest loss, threshold shifts at asymptote increased about 1.7 dB for every 1 dB increase in the level of the noise above a critical level. Critical levels were empirically estimated to be 74.0 dB SPL at 4 kHz. 78 dB at 2 kHz, and 82 dB at 1 and 0.5 kHz. Except for the noise centered at 4.0 kHz, threshold shifts were maximal about 1/2 octave above the center frequency of the noise. A smaller second maximum was observed also at 7.0 kHz for the noise centered at 2.0 kHz, at 6.0 kHz for the noise centered at 1.0 kHz, and at 5.5 kHz for the noise centered at 0.5 kHz. After termination of the exposure, recovery to within 5 dB of pre-exposure thresholds was achieved within 24 h or less. Recovery can be described by a simple exponential function with a time constant of 7.1 h. The frequency contour defined by critical levels matches almost exactly the frequency contour defined by the E-weighting network.  相似文献

During a recent long-range acoustic communication experiment carried out in deep water, multi-carrier Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) communication signals were transmitted with a 50 Hz bandwidth (225-275 Hz) at various source-receiver ranges from 100 to 700 km. The experiment consisted of two mobile components: (1) a source towed slowly at a speed of 2-3 knots at ~75 m depth and (2) a horizontal line array towed at 3.5 knots at a depth of ~200 m. In addition to beamforming, an interleaver gain is exploited to compensate for low signal-to-noise ratio at the expense of data rate while providing diversity in the frequency domain. Error-free performance is shown at effective data rates of 15 and 7.5 bits/s at ranges of 550 km and 700 km, respectively, by combining interleaved repetitions with low-density parity-check coding after beamforming, demonstrating the feasibility of multi-carrier OFDM communications in deep water using a towed horizontal array.  相似文献

研究了人正常膀胱和浅表性膀胱癌的粘膜/粘膜下层组织在300~900nm光谱范围的漫反射光谱特性及其差异,实验采用带积分球附件的分光光度计获取组织的漫反射光谱.结果表明,在300~900 nm,正常膀胱的粘膜/粘膜下层对任一个波长的漫反射率都明显地较癌变的粘膜/粘膜下层对相应波长的要大.正常膀胱的粘膜/粘膜下层的漫反射光谱的峰分别在370 nm、520 nm、550 nm和660nm,其峰值分别为52.4%、60.7%、56.1%和75.5%.而癌变的粘膜/粘膜下层的漫反射光谱的峰分别在320 nm、520 nm、550 nm和660 nm,其峰值分别为43.7%、33.4%、30.6%和70.2%.正常膀胱的粘膜/粘膜下层的漫反射光谱在370 nm处有一个峰,而癌变的粘膜/粘膜下层的漫反射光谱在370 nm处没有峰,320 nm处有一个峰.而正常膀胱的粘膜/粘膜下层的漫反射光谱在320 nm处没有峰.膀胱的粘膜/粘膜下层病变导致组织的漫反射光谱在520 nm、550 nm和660 nm处的峰的峰值分别减小了45.0%、45.5%和7.02%.说明膀胱的粘膜/粘膜下层病变导致组织的组分和结构尤其足组织中的氧合血红蛋白和去氧血红蛋白的含量发生了明显的改变.  相似文献

When a signal is higher in frequency than a narrow-band masker, thresholds are lower when the masker envelope fluctuates than when it is constant. This article investigates the cues used to achieve the lower thresholds, and the factors that influence the amount of threshold reduction. In experiment I the masker was either a sinusoid (constant envelope) or a pair of equal-amplitude sinusoids (fluctuating envelope) centered at the same frequency as the single sinusoid (250, 1000, 3000, or 5275 Hz). The signal frequency was 1.8 times the masker frequency. At all center frequencies, thresholds were lower for the two-tone masker than for the sinusoidal masker, but the effect was smaller at the highest and lowest frequencies. The reduced effect at high frequencies is attributed to the loss of a cue related to phase locking in the auditory nerve. The reduced effect at low frequencies can be partly explained by reduced slopes of the growth-of-masking functions. In experiment II the masker was a sinusoid amplitude modulated at an 8-Hz rate. Masker and signal frequencies were the same as for the first experiment. Randomizing the modulation depth between the two halves of a forced-choice trial had no effect on thresholds, indicating that changes in modulation depth are not used as a cue for signal detection. Thresholds in the modulated masker were higher than would be predicted if they were determined only by the masker level at minima in the envelope, and the threshold reduction produced by modulating the master envelope was less at 250 Hz than at higher frequencies. Experiments III and IV reveal two factors that contribute to the reduced release from masking at low frequencies: The rate of increase of masked threshold with decreasing duration is greater at 250 Hz than at 1000 Hz; the amount of forward masking, relative to simultaneous masking, is greater at 250 Hz than at 1000 Hz. The results are discussed in terms of the relative importance of across-channel cues and within-channel cues.  相似文献

Clean Ag overlayers with a thickness of about three atomic layers are prepared at polycrystalline AgTi2 surfaces. Adsorption of oxygen and CO at these overlayers is studied with AES, UPS, and TDS methods. UP spectra reveal that oxygen adsorbs dissociatively on the surface of the Ag overlayers at 120 K, similar as at the surfaces of bulk Ag crystals. At higher temperatures, O atoms diffuse into the overlayer and get trapped at Ti at the interface underneath the Ag layer. Unlike at bulk Ag, oxygen adsorption proceeds with high sticking probability, which is attributed to a reduced activation barrier. CO adsorbs at the Ag overlayers in a weakly chemisorbed state with an adsorption energy of ca. 9 kcal/mol, whereas at bulk Ag true physisorption has been observed. Accordingly, UP spectra of CO adsorbed at 120 K exhibit well separated 4σ, 1π and 5σ emission peaks at energetic positions which are essentially different from the CO/Ag physisorption system. This observation is interpreted as a demonstration of the ligand effect, i.e., the activation of weak CO bonding at Ag by strong bonding Ti.  相似文献

We present a combined experimental and computational study of high temperature magnetic properties of Fe-Cr alloys with chromium content up to about 20?at.%. The magnetic cluster expansion method is applied to model the magnetic properties of random Fe-Cr alloys, and in particular the Curie transition temperature, as a function of alloy composition. We find that at low (3-6?at.%) Cr content the Curie temperature increases with the increase of Cr concentration. It is maximum at approximately 6?at.% Cr and then decreases for higher Cr content. The same feature is found in thermo-magnetic measurements performed on model Fe-Cr alloys, where a 5?at.% Cr alloy has a higher Curie temperature than pure Fe. The Curie temperatures of 10 and 15?at.% Cr alloys are found to be lower than the Curie temperature of pure Fe.  相似文献

We present for the first time a Nd:YVO(4) laser emitting at 1064 nm intracavity pumped at 912 nm by a Nd:GdVO(4) laser. We carried out a model to design the system properly, and laser performance was experimentally investigated. Intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 912 and 1064 nm was then realized in a BiBO crystal to reach the blue range. We obtained a cw output power of 155 mW at 491 nm with a pump laser diode emitting 20 W at 808 nm.  相似文献

用低温陈化法制备了SO42 -/Fe2 O3 ZrO2 (简称SFZ)固体超强酸催化剂 ,用红外光谱 (IR)和X光衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征 ,并考察了它对合成癸二酸二正丁酯的催化性能 .IR谱显示 ,低温陈化的SFZ样品在10 70cm-1处吸收峰远强于常温陈化样品 .XRD分析则显示 ,在焙烧温度为 6 5 0℃、Fe/Zr为 2∶1时 ,低温陈化的样品出现了亚稳态的ZrO2 四方晶相 .该样品在催化酯化反应中使产率达 90 %以上 ,高于常温陈化样品的 30 % .研究结果表明 :在其他条件不变时 ,低温陈化所出现的亚稳态的ZrO2 四方晶相是表面酸性和催化活性增加的微观原因  相似文献

The feasibility of oscillation at a difference frequency in the middle and far infrareds is considered under the condition of phase matching between a nonlinear polarization wave and a difference mode produced by two fundamental modes with a wavelength near 1 μm excited in a GaP dielectric waveguide. With 10-W short-wave modes propagating in a 100-μm-wide planar waveguide, the power of the difference mode can be as high as 300 μW at 1–8 THz at room temperature. When the GaP waveguide leans upon a silicon substrate, the power of the difference mode may reach 5 mW at 10–14 THz at the same temperatures.  相似文献
