In this paper, the Darboux transformation of the Kundu–nonlinear Schrödinger equation is derived and generalized to the matrix of n‐fold Darboux transformation. From known solution Q, the determinant representation of n‐th new solutions of Q[n] are obtained by the n‐fold Darboux transformation. Then soliton solutions and positon solutions are generated from trivial seed solutions, breather solutions and rogue wave solutions that are obtained from periodic seed solutions. After that, the higher order rogue wave solutions of the Kundu–nonlinear Schrödinger equation are given. We show that free parameters in eigenfunctions can adjust the patterns of the higher order rogue waves. Meanwhile, the third‐order rogue waves are given explicitly. Dedicated to Professor Yuzan He on the Occasion of his 80th Birthday In this paper, we employ the complex method to obtain all meromorphic solutions of an auxiliary ordinary differential equation at first and then find out all meromorphic exact solutions of the combined KdV–mKdV equation and variant Boussinesq equations. Our result shows that all rational and simply periodic exact solutions of the combined KdV–mKdV equation and variant Boussinesq equations are solitary wave solutions, the method is more simple than other methods, and there exist some rational solutions wr,2(z) and simply periodic solutions ws,2(z) that are not only new but also not degenerated successively by the elliptic function solutions. In this article, we employ the complex method to obtain all meromorphic exact solutions of complex Klein–Gordon (KG) equation, modified Korteweg‐de Vries (mKdV) equation, and the generalized Boussinesq (gB) equation at first, then find all exact solutions of the Equations KG, mKdV, and gB. The idea introduced in this paper can be applied to other nonlinear evolution equations. Our results show that all rational and simply periodic solutions are solitary wave solutions, the complex method is simpler than other methods, and there exist some rational solutions w2r,2(z) and simply periodic solutions w1s,2(z),w2s,1(z) in these equations such that they are not only new but also not degenerated successively by the elliptic function solutions. In this paper, we prove the results on existence and uniqueness of the maximal solutions for measure differential equations, considering more general conditions on functions f and g by using the correspondence between the solutions of these equations and the solutions of generalized ODEs. Moreover, we prove these results for the dynamic equations on time scales, using the correspondence between the solutions of these last equations and the solutions of the measure differential equations.  相似文献

Our goal is to establish existence with suitable initial data of solutions to general parabolic equation in one dimension, ut = L(ux)x, where L is merely a monotone function. We also expose the basic properties of solutions, concentrating on maximal possible regularity. Analysis of solutions with convex initial data explains why we may call them almost classical. We consider the fully parity‐time (PT) symmetric nonlocal (2 + 1)‐dimensional nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation with respect to x and y. By using Hirota's bilinear method, we derive the N‐soliton solutions of the nonlocal NLS equation. By using the resulting N‐soliton solutions and employing long wave limit method, we derive its nonsingular rational solutions and semi‐rational solutions. The rational solutions act as the line rogue waves. The semi‐rational solutions mean different types of combinations in rogue waves, breathers, and periodic line waves. Furthermore, in order to easily understand the dynamic behaviors of the nonlocal NLS equation, we display some graphics to analyze the characteristics of these solutions.  相似文献

Using the method of planar dynamical systems to the mK(nn) equation, the existence of uncountably infinite many smooth and non-smooth periodic wave solutions, solitary wave solutions and kink and anti-kink wave solutions is proved. Under different parametric conditions, various sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of the above solutions are given. All possible exact explicit parametric representations of smooth and non-smooth travelling wave solutions are obtain.  相似文献

In this paper,upper bounds of the L2-decay rate for the Boussinesq equations are considered.Using the L2 decay rate of solutions for the heat equation,and assuming that the solutions of the Boussinesq equations are smooth,we obtain the upper bounds of L2 decay rate for the smooth solutions and difference between the solutions of the Boussinesq equations and those of the heat system with the same initial data.The decay results may then be obtained by passing to the limit of approximating sequences of solutions.The main tool is the Fourier splitting method.  相似文献

We study the Dirichlet problem for the stationary Oseen equations around a rotating body in an exterior domain. Our main results are the existence and uniqueness of weak and very weak solutions satisfying appropriate Lq‐estimates. The uniqueness of very weak solutions is shown by the method of cut‐off functions with an anisotropic decay. Then our existence result for very weak solutions is deduced by a duality argument from the existence and estimates of strong solutions. From this and interior regularity of very weak solutions, we finally establish the complete D1,r‐result for weak solutions of the Oseen equations around a rotating body in an exterior domain, where 4/3<r <4. Here, D1,r is the homogeneous Sobolev space.  相似文献

Summary Inn-dimensions the problem of Apollonius is to determine the (n–1)-spheres tangent ton+1 given (n–1)-spheres. In case no two of the given (n–1)-spheres intersect and no three have the property that one separates the other two, the expected number of solutions is 2 n+1. Whenn=2 this special problem does indeed always have 8 solutions, but for higher dimensions it turns out that the number of solutions becomes dependent on the relative size and location of the given (n–1)-spheres. We describe in detail the dependence of the number of solutions in the case of the 3-dimensional problem of Apollonius on the 6 inversively invariant parameters that describe configurations of 4 given spheres. We find that the number of solutions, if finite, can be any integer from 0 to 16 and, if infinite, can be a one-, two- or three-fold infinity where the stated multiplicity refers to the number of one-parameter families of solutions that are present.  相似文献

We investigate a general mechanism, utilizing nonclassical shock waves, for nonuniqueness of solutions of Riemann initial-value problems for systems of two conservation laws. This nonuniqueness occurs whenever there exists a pair of viscous shock waves forming a 2-cycle, i.e., two statesU 1 andU 2 such that a traveling wave leads fromU 1 toU 2 and another leads fromU 2 toU 1. We prove that a 2-cycle gives rise to an open region of Riemann data for which there exist multiple solutions of the Riemann problem, and we determine all solutions within a certain class. We also present results from numerical experiments that illustrate how these solutions arise in the time-asymptotic limit of solutions of the conservation laws, as augmented by viscosity terms.  相似文献

This article studies the Cauchy problem for the coupled nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations with damping terms. By introducing a family of potential wells, we derive the invariant sets and the vacuum isolating of solutions. Furthermore, we show the global existence, finite time blow-up, as well as the asymptotic behavior of solutions. In particular, we establish a sharp criterion for global existence and blow-up of solutions when E(0)<d. Finally, a blow-up result of solutions with E(0)=d is also proved.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the behavior of bounded solutions of parabolic equations on the whole real line under perturbation of the underlying domain. We give the convergence of bounded solutions of linear parabolic equations in the L 2 and the L p -settings. For the L p -theory, we also prove the H?lder regularity of bounded solutions with respect to time. In addition, we study the persistence of a class of bounded solutions which decay to zero at t → ±∞ of semilinear parabolic equations under domain perturbation.  相似文献

In this paper we prove that certain matrix elements of vertex operators of the deformed W A n -algebra satisfy Macdonald's difference equations and form a natural (n + 1)!-dimensional space of solutions. These solutions are the analogues of the Harish-Chandra solutions of the radial parts of the Laplace-Casimir operators on noncompact Riemannian symmetric spaces G/K with prescribed asymptotic behavior. We obtain formulas for analytic continuation of our Harish-Chandra type solutions as a consequence of braiding properties (obtained earlier by Y. Asai, M. Jimbo, T. Miwa, and Y.
