A new Co(ll) polymer [Co(tdc)(l,4-bimb)]n 1 (H2tdc = thiophene-2,3-dicarboxy- lic acid, 1,4-bimb -- 1,4-bis(imidazol-1 '-yl)butane) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 15.643(9), b = 8.839(5), c=12.952(7) A, β = 105.964(6)°, V= 1721.8(16) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 419.32, Dc= 1.618 Mg/m3,μ = 1.149 mm-1, F(000) = 860, the final R = 0.0243 and wR =0.0613 for 1460 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The compound presents a three-dimensional (3D) network extended by both tdc2- anions and 1,4-bimb ligands in which the tdc2- anions employ a chelating coordination mode. From the topology point of view, the structure could be described as a 3D 4-connected 65.8 CdSO4-type net. Infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction properties of 1 are also investigated.  相似文献

A metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn2(cbba)4(bix)2]n·nH2O (Hcbba = 2-(4′- chlorine-benzoyl)-benzoic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Pale yellow crystals crystallize in the triclinic system, space group Pī, a = 10.2796(13), b = 17.636(2), c = 23.237(3), α = 105.046(2), β = 102.534(2), γ = 100.758(2)o, V = 3837.0(9)3, C84H59Cl4N8O13Zn2, Mr = 1660.93, Dc = 1.438 g/cm3, F(000) = 1702, Z = 2, μ(MoKα) = 0.835 mm-1, the final R = 0.0525 and wR = 0.1211 for 9129 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The structure of 1 exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure and shows yellow luminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

A new metal-organic complex [Mn2(PDC)2(bipy)2(H2O)2] (H2PDC = 2,4-pyridine-dicarboxylic acid, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in triclinic, space group P ^-1 with a = 7.376(3), b = 9.990(4), c = 11.950(5) A^°, α= 75.217(5), β = 78.052(5), γ = 70.655(5)°, V = 796.0(5)A^°3, C34HE6Mn2N6O10, Mr = 788.49, De = 1.645 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.866 mm^-1, F(000) = 235, Z = 1, the final R = 0.0425 and wR = 0.0700 for 1971 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two carboxylate oxygen atoms from two different PDC ligands, one aqua ligand, and three nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipy and PDC ligands, giving a distorted octahedral geometry. Three Cd(II) coordination complexes,{[Cd(bime)3](NO3)2·(H2O)3}n(1),[Cd(bime)Br2]n(2) and [(H2bime)(CdBr4)(H2O)]n(3)(bime = 1,2-bis(imidazol-1-yl)ethane),have been prepared and characterized.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1~3 crystallize in the trigonal space group P-3,monoclinic space group C2/c and triclinic space group P1,respectively.In 1,bime bridges six-coordinated Cd(II) to generate a two-fold interpenetrating 3D coordination polymer,in which NO3- is not involved in coordination,but serves as a void filler to balance the charge of the 3D framework.The six NO3- and six uncoordinated water molecules form an unprecedented 24-membered macrocycle through hydrogen bonding interaction.In 2,bime in an anti-conformation links the CdBr2 units into a zigzag chain.In 3,bime does not take part in coordination,but is protonated to act as a counter cation of [CdBr4 ]2-.The hydrogen bonds between H2bime and [CdBr4]2- result in the formation of a supramolecular chain.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer [Ni(L)(m-bix)(H2O)]n (1, H2L = 5-iodo-isophthalic acid, m-bix=1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, powder XRD and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pī with a = 9.1638(3), b = 10.2319(3), c = 13.2463(4) ?, α = 80.1710(10), β = 83.671(2), γ = 70.3790(10)o,C22H19NiIN4O5, Mr = 605.02, V = 1150.85(6) ?3, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, F(000) = 600, μ = 2.225 mm-1, S = 1.045 and Z = 2. The final R = 0.0388 and wR = 0.1257 for 5089 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the title complex, the M and P layers are arranged alternately to give a double-layer structure by the symmetry related hydrogen bonds, and these double-layers are further joined together to achieve a 2D supramolecular architecture through I···π interaction involving iodine atoms and imidazole rings. The thermal stability of the title complex was studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA).  相似文献

The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.960(2), b = 9.4841(18), c = 20.599(4), β = 104.452(3)o, V = 2073.4(7)3, C48H36N4O10Zn2, Mr = 959.55, Dc = 1.537 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.225 mm-1, F(000) = 984, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0364 and wR = 0.0843 for 2788 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different dpas, one coordinated water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from bipy ligands, showing a slightly distorted triangular bipyramidal geometry. Furthermore, it exhibits a zero-dimensional network structure with a sixteen-membered ring and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

In the crystal structure, the Zinc atom is six-coordinated with four carboxylate oxygen atoms from two different carboxylate groups and two nitrogen atoms from Medpq ligand, showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.
