Carbophosphazene-based coordination ligands [{NC(NMe(2))}(2){NP(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)}] (1), [{NC(NEt)(2)}{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{NP(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)}] (2), [NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)](2)[NP(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)] (3), [{NCCl}(2){NP(NC(NMe(2))(2))(2)}] (4), and [{NC(p-OC(5)H(4)N)}(2){NP(NC(NMe(2))(2))(2)}] (5) were synthesized and structurally characterized. In these compounds, the six-membered C(2)N(3)P ring is perfectly planar. The reaction of 1 with CuCl(2) afforded [{NC(NMe(2))}(2){NHP(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}·{Cu(3,5-Me(2)PzH)(2)(Cl)}][Cl] (6). The ligand binds to Cu(II) utilizing the geminal [P(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)] coordinating unit. Similarly, the reaction of 2 with PdCl(2) afforded, after a metal-assisted P-N hydrolysis, [{NC(NEt)(2)}{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{NP(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}·{Pd(3,5-Me(2)PzH)(Cl)}] (7). In the latter, the [P(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)] unit does not coordinate; in this instance, the Pd(II) is bound by a ring nitrogen atom and a carbon-tethered pyrazolyl nitrogen atom. The reaction of 3 with PdCl(2) also results in P-N bond hydrolysis affording [{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(2)}{NP(O)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{Pd(Cl)}] (8). In contrast to 7, however, in 8, the Pd(II) elicits a nongeminal η(3) coordination from the ligand involving two carbon-tethered pyrazolyl groups and a ring nitrogen atom. Metalated products could not be isolated in the reaction of 3 with K(2)PtCl(4). Instead, a P-O-P bridged carbodiphosphazane dimer, [{NC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)NHC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)}{NP(O)}](2) (9), was isolated as the major product. Finally, the reaction of 5 with PdCl(2) resulted in [{NC(OC(5)H(4)N)}(2){NP(NC(NMe(2))(2))(2)}·{PdCl(2)}] (10). In the latter, the exocyclic P-N bonds are quite robust and are involved in binding to the metal ion. Compounds 6-10 have been characterized by a variety of techniques including X-ray crystallography. In all of the compounds, the bond parameters of the inorganic heterocyclic rings are affected by metalation.  相似文献

Interaction of the copper, {[3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz]Cu}(3), and silver, {[3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz]Ag}(3), macrocycles [3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz = 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)pyrazolate] with cyclooctatetraeneiron tricarbonyl, (cot)Fe(CO)(3), was investigated by IR and NMR spectroscopy for the first time. The formation of 1:1 complexes was observed at low temperatures in hexane. The composition of the complexes (1:1) and their thermodynamic characteristics in hexane and dichloromethane were determined. The π-electron system of (cot)Fe(CO)(3) was proven to be the sole site of coordination in solution and in the solid state. However, according to the single-crystal X-ray data, the complex has a different (2:1) composition featuring the sandwich structure. The complexes of ferrocene with copper and silver macrocycles have a columnar structure (X-ray data).  相似文献

A comparative study of the reactivity of isolobal rhenium and molybdenum carbonylmetallates containing a borole, in [Re(eta5-C4H4BPh)(CO)3]- (2), a boratanaphthalene, in [Mo(eta5-2,4-MeC9H6BMe)(CO)3]- (4a) and [Mo(eta5-2,4-MeC9H6BNi-Pr2)(CO)3]- (4b), a boratabenzene, in [Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3]- (6) or a dimethylaminocyclopentadienyl ligand, in [Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3]- (7), toward palladium(II), gold(I), mercury(II) and platinum(II) complexes has allowed an evaluation of the role of these pi-bonded ligands on the structures and unprecedented coordination modes observed in the resulting metal-metal bonded, heterometallic complexes. The new metallate 6 was reacted with [AuCl(PPh3)], and with 1 or 2 equiv. HgCl2, which afforded the new heterodinuclear complexes [Au{Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3}(PPh3)] (Mo-Au) (10) and [Hg{Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3}Cl] (Hg-Mo) (11) and the heterometallic chain complex [Hg{Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3}2] (Mo-Hg-Mo) (12), respectively. Reactions of the new metallate 7 with HgCl2, trans-[PtCl2(CNt-Bu)2] and trans-[PtCl2(NCPh)2] yielded the heterodinuclear complex [Hg{Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3}Cl] (Mo-Hg) (15), the heterotrinuclear chain complexes trans-[Pt{Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3}2(CNt-Bu)2] (Mo-Pt-Mo) (16) and trans-[Pt{Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3}2(NCPh)2] (Mo-Pt-Mo) (17), the mononuclear complex [Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3Cl] (18), the lozenge-type cluster [Mo2Pt2(eta5-C5H4NMe2)2(CO)8] (19) and the heterodinuclear complex [[upper bond 1 start]Pt{Mo(eta5-C5H4N[upper bond 1 end]Me2)(CO)3}(NCPh)Cl](Mo-Pt) (20), respectively. The complexes 11, 16, 17.2THF, 18 and 20 have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction and 20 differs from all other compounds in that the dimethylaminocyclopentadienyl ligand forms a bridge between the metals.  相似文献

A series of new diiron azadithiolate (ADT) complexes (1-8), which could be regarded as the active site models of [FeFe]hydrogenases, have been synthesized starting from parent complex [(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)OH]Fe(2)(CO)(6) (A). Treatment of A with ethyl malonyl chloride or malonyl dichloride in the presence of pyridine afforded the malonyl-containing complexes [(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)CCH(2)CO(2)Et]Fe(2)(CO)(6) (1) and [Fe(2)(CO)(6)(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)C](2)CH(2) (2). Further treatment of 1 and 2 with PPh(3) under different conditions produced the PPh(3)-substituted complexes [(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)CCH(2)CO(2)Et]Fe(2)(CO)(5)(PPh(3)) (3), [(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)CCH(2)CO(2)Et]Fe(2)(CO)(4)(PPh(3))(2) (4), and [Fe(2)(CO)(5)(PPh(3))(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)C](2)CH(2) (5). More interestingly, complexes 1-3 could react with C(60) in the presence of CBr(4) and 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) via Bingel-Hirsch reaction to give the C(60)-containing complexes [(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)CC(C(60))CO(2)Et]Fe(2)(CO)(6) (6), [Fe(2)(CO)(6)(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)C](2)C(C(60)) (7), and [(μ-SCH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)O(2)CC(C(60))CO(2)Et]Fe(2)(CO)(5)(PPh(3)) (8). The new ADT-type models 1-8 were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopy, whereas 2-4 were further studied by X-ray crystallography and 6-8 investigated in detail by DFT methods.  相似文献

The one-electron oxidation of the diiron complex [Fe(2)(CO)(4)(κ(2)-dppe)(μ-pdt)] (1) (dppe = Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2); pdt = S(CH(2))(3)S) has been investigated in the absence and in the presence of P(OMe)(3), by both electrochemical and theoretical methods, to shed light on the mechanism and the location of the oxidatively induced structure change. While cyclic voltammetric experiments did not allow to discriminate between a two-step (EC) and a concerted, quasi-reversible (QR) process, density functional theory (DFT) calculations favor the first option. When P(OMe)(3) is present, the one-electron oxidation produces singly and doubly substituted cations, [Fe(2)(CO)(4-n){P(OMe)(3)}(n)(κ(2)-dppe)(μ-pdt)](+) (n = 1: 2(+); n = 2: 3(+)) following mechanisms that were investigated in detail by DFT. Although the most stable isomer of 1(+) and 2(+) (and 3(+)) show a rotated Fe(dppe) center, binding of P(OMe)(3) occurs at the neighboring iron center of both 1(+) and 2(+). The neutral compound 3 was obtained by controlled-potential reduction of the corresponding cation, while 2 was quantitatively produced by reaction of 3 with CO. The CO dependent conversion of 3 into 2 as well as the 2(+) ? 3(+) interconversion were examined by DFT.  相似文献

A multi-pyrazolyl cyclotriphosphazene containing polymerizable group N(3)P(3)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(5)(O-C(6)H(4)-p-C(6)H(4)-p-CH=CH(2)) (2) has been prepared from the corresponding chloro derivative N(3)P(3)Cl(5)(O-C(6)H(4)-p-C(6)H(4)-p-CH=CH(2)) (1). The X-ray structures of 1 and 2 have been determined. Compound 2 undergoes ready metalation with CuCl(2) to afford N(3)P(3)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(5)(O-C(6)H(4)-p-C(6)H(4)-p-CH=CH(2)).CuCl(2) (3). Model compound N(3)P(3)(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(5)(O-C(6)H(4)-p-CHO).CuCl(2) (6) has been prepared and characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. In this compound, the coordination around copper is distorted trigonal bipyramidal, and the cyclotriphosphazene coordinates in a non-gem N(3) mode. Compound 2 has been copolymerized with divinylbenzene to afford cross-linked multisite coordinating polymer CPPL which is readily metalated with CuCl(2) to afford copper-containing polymer CPPL-Cu. The coordination environment around copper in CPPL-Cu has been evaluated by obtaining its EPR, optical, and IR spectra and comparing them with those of model compounds 3 and 6. The utility of CPPL-Cu as a heterogeneous catalyst has been demonstrated in the phosphate ester hydrolysis involving three model phosphate esters: p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP), bis(p-nitrophenyl) phosphate (bNPP), and 2-(hydroxypropyl)-p-nitrophenyl phosphate (hNPP). In all of these reactions, a significant rate enhancement of ester hydrolysis is observed. Detailed kinetic analyses to evaluate Michaelis-Menten parameters have also been carried out along with experiments to elucidate the effect of pH, solvent, and temperature on the rate of hydrolysis. Recycling experiments on the hydrolysis of pNPP with CPPL-Cu shows that it can be recycled several times over without affecting the rates.  相似文献

Free nitriles NCCH2R (1a R = CO2Me, 1b R = SO2Ph, and 1c R = COPh) with an acidic alpha-methylene react with acyclic nitrones -O+N(Me)=C(H)R' (2a R' = 4-MeC6H4 and 2b R' = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2), in refluxing CH2Cl2, to afford stereoselectively the E-olefins (NC)(R)C=C(H)R' (3a-3c and 3a'-3c'), whereas, when coordinated at the platinum(II) trans-[PtCl2(NCCH2R)2] complexes (4a R = CO2Me and 4b R = Cl), they undergo cycloaddition to give the (oxadiazoline)-PtII complexes trans-[PtCl2{N=C(CH2R)ON(Me)C(H)R'}2] (R = CO2Me, Cl and R' = 4-MeC6H4, 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) (5a-5d). Upon heating in CH2Cl2, 5a affords the corresponding alkene 3a. The reactions are greatly accelerated when carried out under focused microwave irradiation, particularly in the solid phase (SiO2), without solvent, a substantial increase of the yields being also observed. The compounds were characterized by IR and 1H, 13C, and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies, FAB+-MS, elemental analyses and, in the cases of the alkene (NC)(CO2Me)C=C(H)(4-MeC6H4) 3a and of the oxadiazoline complex trans-[PtCl2{N=C(CH2Cl)ON(Me)C(H)(4-C6H4Me)}2] 5c, also by X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

Two molecules of C(2)(CO(2)Me)(2) or isocyanides could be added to the title hydride complex under mild conditions to give dienyl-[W(2)Cp(2){μ-η(1),κ:η(2)-C(CO(2)Me)=C(CO(2)Me)C(CO(2)Me)=CH(CO(2)Me)}(μ-PCy(2))(CO)(2)] (Cp = η(5)-C(5)H(5)), diazadienyl-[W(2)Cp(2){μ-κ,η:κ,η-C{CHN(4-MeO-C(6)H(4))}N(4-MeO-C(6)H(4))}(μ-PCy(2))(CO)(2)] or aminocarbyne-bridged derivatives [W(2)Cp(2){μ-CNH(2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))}(μ-PCy(2)){CN(2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))}(CO)]. In contrast, its reaction with excess (4-Me-C(6)H(4))C(O)H gave the C-O bond cleavage products [W(2)Cp(2){CH(2)(4-Me-C(6)H(4))}(O)(μ-PCy(2))(CO)(2)] and [W(2)Cp(2){μ-η:η,κ-C(O)CH(2)(4-Me-C(6)H(4))}(O)(μ-PCy(2))(CO)].  相似文献

Reaction of Fe(CO)2(NO)2 and [(ON)Fe(S,S-C6H3R)2]- (R = H (1), CH3 (1-Me))/[(ON)Fe(SO2,S-C6H4)(S,S-C6H4)]- (4) in THF afforded the diiron thiolate/sulfinate nitrosyl complexes [(ON)Fe(S,S-C6H3R)2 Fe(NO)2]- (R = H (2), CH3 (2-Me)) and [(ON)Fe(S,SO2-C6H4)(S,S-C6H4)Fe(NO)2]- (3), respectively. The average N-O bond lengths ([Fe(NO)2] unit) of 1.167(3) and 1.162(4) A in complexes 2 and 3 are consistent with the average N-O bond length of 1.165 A observed in the other structurally characterized dinitrosyl iron complexes with an {Fe(NO)2}9 core. The lower nu(15NO) value (1682 cm(-1) (KBr)) of the [(15NO)FeS4] fragment of [(15NO)Fe(S,S-C6H3CH3)2 Fe(NO)2]- (2-Me-15N), compared to that of [(15NO)Fe(S,S-C6H3CH3)2]- (1-Me-15N) (1727 cm(-1) (KBr)), implicates the electron transfer from {Fe(NO)2}10 Fe(CO)2(NO)2 to complex 1-Me/1 may occur in the process of formation of complex 2-Me/2. Then, the electronic structures of the [(NO)FeS4] and [S2Fe(NO)2] cores of complexes 2, 2-Me, and 3 were best assigned according to the Feltham-Enemark notation as the {Fe(NO)}7-{Fe(NO)2}9 coupling (antiferromagnetic interaction with a J value of -182 cm(-1) for complex 2) to account for the absence of paramagnetism (SQUID) and the EPR signal. On the basis of Fe-N(O) and N-O bond distances, the dinitrosyliron {L2Fe(NO)2} derivatives having an Fe-N(O) distance of approximately 1.670 A and a N-O distance of approximately 1.165 A are best assigned as {Fe(NO)2}9 electronic structures, whereas the Fe-N(O) distance of approximately 1.650 A and N-O distance of approximately 1.190 A probably imply an {Fe(NO)2}10 electronic structure.  相似文献

The tetrahedral cluster [RuCo(3)(CO)(12)](-) reacts with various alkynes, including the new PhCtbd1;CC(O)NHCH(2)Ctbd1;CH (L(1)()), to afford the butterfly clusters [RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-RC(2)R')](-) (1, R = R' = C(O)OMe; 2, R = H, R' = Ph; 3, R = H, R' = MeC=CH(2); 4, R = H, R' = CH(2)OCH(2)Ctbd1;CH; 5, R = H, R' = CH(2)NHC(O)Ctbd1;CPh), in which the ruthenium atom occupies a hinge position and the alkyne is coordinated in a micro(4)-eta(2) fashion. Reaction of the anions 1-3 with [Cu(NCMe)(4)]BF(4) led to selective loss of the 12e fragment Co(CO)(-) to form [RuCo(2)(CO)(9)(micro(3)-eta(2)-RC(2)R')] (6, R = R' = C(O)OMe; 7, R = H, R' = Ph; 8, R = H, R' = MeC=CH(2)). To prepare functionalized RuCo(3) or FeCo(3) clusters that could be subsequently condensed with a silica matrix via the sol-gel method, we reacted [MCo(3)(CO)(12)](-) (M = Ru, Fe) with the alkyne PhCtbd1;CC(O)NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OMe)(3)(L(2)()) and obtained the butterfly clusters [MCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-PhC(2)C(O)NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OMe)(3))](-) 9 and 10, respectively. Air-stable [RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))](-) (11) was obtained from 1,4-bis(trimethylsilyl)butadiyne and reacted with [Cu(NCMe)(4)]BF(4) to give [RuCo(2)(CO)(9)(micro(3)-eta(2)-HC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))] (12), owing to partial ligand proto-desilylation, and not the expected [RuCo(2)(CO)(9)(micro(3)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))]. Reaction of 11 with [NO]BF(4) afforded, in addition to 12, [RuCo(3)(CO)(9)(NO)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))] (13) owing to selective CO substitution on a wing-tip cobalt atom with NO. The thermal reaction of 11 with [AuCl(PPh(3))] led to replacement of a CO on Ru by the PPh(3) originating from [AuCl(PPh(3))] and afforded [RuCo(3)(CO)(9)(PPh(3))(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CSiMe(3))](-) (14), also obtained directly by reaction of 11 with one equivalent of PPh(3). Proto-desilylation of 11 using TBAF/THF-H(2)O afforded [RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;CH)](-) (15) which, by Sonogashira coupling with 1,4-diiodobenzene, yielded the dicluster complex [[RuCo(3)(CO)(10)(micro(4)-eta(2)-Me(3)SiC(2)Ctbd1;C)]](2)C(6)H(4)](2)(-) (16). The crystal structures of NEt(4).3a, NEt(4).4a, 6, NEt(4).11b, NEt(4).14, and [N(n-Bu)(4)].15a have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Preliminary results indicate the potential of silica-tethered alkyne mixed-metal clusters, obtained by the sol-gel method, as precursors to bimetallic particles.  相似文献

The ligand precursors P(CH2NH-3,5-(CF3)2C6H3)3 (1a), P(CH2NHPh)3 (1b), and P(CH2NH-3,5-Me2C6H3)3 (1c), react with the reagents Ti(NMe2)4 and tBuN=Ta(NEt2)3 to generate metal complexes of the type P(CH2NAr(R))3TiNMe2 (2a-c) and P(CH2NAr(R))3Ta=NtBu (3a-c) (where Ar(R) = 3,5-(CF3)2C6H3, Ph, and 3,5-Me2C6H3). Due to ring strain, the phosphine lone pair cannot chelate and is available to bind a second metal, and this feature can be utilized to synthesize heterometallic polynuclear complexes. The 31P chemical shifts observed upon complexation of the early transition metals to the amido donors are large and in the opposite direction expected for the increased C-P-C bond angles in these complexes; these unusual shifts are due to P-Ti and P-Ta distances that are significantly shorter than the sum of van der Waals radii. The reaction of 2c with Ni(CO)4 produces at first the bimetallic complex (CO)3Ni[P(CH2N-3,5-Me2C6H3)3TiNMe2] (4c), which gradually converts to the trimetallic complex (CO)2Ni[P(CH2N-3,5-Me2C6H3)3TiNMe2]2 (5c). The effect of the complexation of Ti and Ta fragments on the donor ability of the phosphine ligand was determined by the preparation of the bis-phosphine complexes trans-L(2)Rh(CO)Cl, (where L = 1a-c, 2a-c, and 3a-c) prepared by the reaction of the appropriate phosphine with [Rh(CO)2(mu-Cl)]2, and a measurement of the resultant CO stretching frequencies. Surprisingly, the complexes with the larger C-P-C angles are significantly poorer donors. Density functional theory calculations were performed to determine what factors affect the donor ability of the phosphine and if through-space interactions might play an important role in the observed electronic properties.  相似文献

Highly fluorinated, dihydridobis(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)pyrazolyl)borate ligand, [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](-) has been synthesized and characterized as its potassium salt. The copper(II) and zinc(II) complexes, [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Cu and [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Zn, have been prepared by metathesis of [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)]K with Cu(OTf)(2) and Zn(OTf)(2), respectively. All the new metal adducts have been characterized by X-ray diffraction. The potassium salt is polymeric and shows several K.F interactions. The Cu center of [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Cu adopts a square planar geometry, whereas the Zn atom in [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Zn displays a tetrahedral coordination. Bis(pyrazolyl)borate ligands in the Zn adduct show a significantly distorted boat conformation. The nature and extent of this distortion is similar to that observed for the methylated analog, [H(2)B(3,5-(CH(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Zn. This ligand allows a comparison of electronic effects of bis(pyrazolyl)borate ligands with similar steric properties. The new copper(I) nitro complex [(Ph(3)P)(2)N][Cu(HB(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3))(NO(2))] (2), containing the anionic hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate ligand, was synthesized, and its structural features were probed using X-ray crystallography. Complex 2 was found to cocrystallize with a water molecule, and X-ray crystallographic analysis showed that the resulting molecule had the structure [(Ph(3)P)(2)N][Cu(HB(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3))(NO(2))]·H(2)O (3), containing a water hydrogen bonded to an oxygen of the nitrite moiety. This complex represents the first example in the solid state of an analogue of the nitrous acid intermediate (CuNO(2)H). A comparison of the nitrite reduction reactivity of the electron-rich ligand containing the CuNO(2) complex 2 with that of the known neutral ligand containing the CuNO(2) complex [Cu(HC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3))(NO(2))] (1) shows that reactivity is significantly influenced by the electron density around the copper and nitrite centers. The detailed mechanisms of nitrite reduction reactions of 1 and 2 with acetic acid were explored by using density functional theory calculations. Overall, the results of this effort show that synthetic models, based on neutral HC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3) and anionic [HB(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3)](-) ligands, mimic the electronic influence of (His)(3) ligands in the environment of the type II copper center of copper nitrite reductases (Cu-NIRs).  相似文献

Three series of new Ni/Fe/S cluster complexes have been prepared and structurally characterized. One series of such complexes includes the linear type of (diphosphine)Ni-bridged double-butterfly Fe/S complexes [(μ-RS)(μ-S═CS)Fe(2)(CO)(6)](2)[Ni(diphosphine)] (1-6; R = Et, t-Bu, n-Bu, Ph; diphosphine = dppv, dppe, dppb), which were prepared by reactions of monoanions [(μ-RS)(μ-CO)Fe(2)(CO)(6)](-) (generated in situ from Fe(3)(CO)(12), Et(3)N, and RSH) with excess CS(2), followed by treatment of the resulting monoanions [(μ-RS)(μ-S═CS)Fe(2)(CO)(6)](-)with (diphosphine)NiCl(2). The second series consists of the macrocyclic type of (diphosphine)Ni-bridged double-butterfly Fe/S complexes [μ-S(CH(2))(4)S-μ][(μ-S═CS)Fe(2)(CO)(6)](2)[Ni(diphosphine)] (7-9; diphosphine = dppv, dppe, dppb), which were produced by the reaction of dianion [{μ-S(CH(2))(4)S-μ}{(μ-CO)Fe(2)(CO)(6)}(2)](2-) (formed in situ from Fe(3)(CO)(12), Et(3)N, and dithiol HS(CH(2))(4)SH with excess CS(2), followed by treatment of the resulting dianion [{μ-S(CH(2))(4)S-μ}{(μ-S═CS)Fe(2)(CO)(6)}(2)](2-) with (diphosphine)NiCl(2). However, more interestingly, when dithiol HS(CH(2))(4)SH (used for the production of 7-9) was replaced by HS(CH(2))(3)SH (a dithiol with a shorter carbon chain), the sequential reactions afforded another type of macrocyclic Ni/Fe/S complex, namely, the (diphosphine)Ni-bridged quadruple-butterfly Fe/S complexes [{μ-S(CH(2))(3)S-μ}{(μ-S═CS)Fe(2)(CO)(6)}(2)](2)[Ni(diphosphine)](2) (10-12; diphosphine = dppv, dppe, dppb). While a possible pathway for the production of the two types of novel metallomacrocycles 7-12 is suggested, all of the new complexes 1-12 were characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopy and some of them by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A potential model complex for the hydrogenase active site, [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(6)] (1) (R = quinoxaline), was synthesized by condensation of [(μ-LiS)(2)Fe(2)(CO)(6)] with 2,3-bis(bromomethyl)quinoxaline. Reactions of 1 with bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) under a range of conditions yielded substituted complexes [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(5)(dppm)] (2), [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(4)(k(2)-dppm)] (3) and [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(4)(μ-dppm)] (4). X-ray crystallography confirms that in 2, the dppm is terminally bonded to an iron atom via one phosphorus atom, whereas in 3, it acts as a chelating ligand to coordinate to an iron center in a dibasal-substituted manner. In 4, the dppm bridges the two iron atoms in a cis basal/basal fashion with one phosphorus bonded to each iron atom. Treatment of 1 with various tertiary phosphines at room temperature in acetonitrile (MeCN) generates a range of mono-substituted products [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(5)L] (5, L = PEt(3); 6, PMe(3); 7, PPh(3); 8, Me(2)PPh). With Bu(t)NC, mono- and di-substituted [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(5)(Bu(t)NC)] (9) and [Fe(2){(μ-CH(2)S)(2)R}(CO)(4)(Bu(t)NC)(2)] (10) complexes are generated. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS and NMR spectroscopy. IR and NMR spectroscopic studies suggest that addition of excess HBF(4)·OEt(2) acid to 1-4 led to the protonation of quinoxaline nitrogen atoms. In contrast, 5-10 were not stable in acidic media. Electrochemistry of 1-4 was investigated in the acetonitrile medium (0.1 M Bu(4)NPF(6)). The electrochemical instability of the reduced ligand, quinoxaline, and the reduced forms of these complexes revealed from the electrochemical studies suggests that they do not provide ideal models of the hydrogenase active site.  相似文献

Treatment of the complex [U(Tren(TMS))(Cl)(THF)] [1, Tren(TMS) = N(CH(2)CH(2)NSiMe(3))(3)] with Me(3)SiI at room temperature afforded known crystalline [U(Tren(TMS))(I)(THF)] (2), which is reported as a new polymorph. Sublimation of 2 at 160 °C and 10(-6) mmHg afforded the solvent-free dimer complex [{U(Tren(TMS))(μ-I)}(2)] (3), which crystallizes in two polymorphic forms. During routine preparations of 1, an additional complex identified as [U(Cl)(5)(THF)][Li(THF)(4)] (4) was isolated in very low yield due to the presence of a slight excess of [U(Cl)(4)(THF)(3)] in one batch. Reaction of 1 with one equivalent of lithium dicyclohexylamide or bis(trimethylsilyl)amide gave the corresponding amide complexes [U(Tren(TMS))(NR(2))] (5, R = cyclohexyl; 6, R = trimethylsilyl), which both afforded the cationic, separated ion pair complex [U(Tren(TMS))(THF)(2)][BPh(4)] (7) following treatment of the respective amides with Et(3)NH·BPh(4). The analogous reaction of 5 with Et(3)NH·BAr(f)(4) [Ar(f) = C(6)H(3)-3,5-(CF(3))(2)] afforded, following addition of 1 to give a crystallizable compound, the cationic, separated ion pair complex [{U(Tren(TMS))(THF)}(2)(μ-Cl)][BAr(f)(4)] (8). Reaction of 7 with K[Mn(CO)(5)] or 5 or 6 with [HMn(CO)(5)] in THF afforded [U(Tren(TMS))(THF)(μ-OC)Mn(CO)(4)] (9); when these reactions were repeated in the presence of 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME), the separated ion pair [U(Tren(TMS))(DME)][Mn(CO)(5)] (10) was isolated instead. Reaction of 5 with [HMn(CO)(5)] in toluene afforded [{U(Tren(TMS))(μ-OC)(2)Mn(CO)(3)}(2)] (11). Similarly, reaction of the cyclometalated complex [U{N(CH(2)CH(2)NSiMe(2)Bu(t))(2)(CH(2)CH(2)NSiMeBu(t)CH(2))}] with [HMn(CO)(5)] gave [{U(Tren(DMSB))(μ-OC)(2)Mn(CO)(3)}(2)] [12, Tren(DMSB) = N(CH(2)CH(2)NSiMe(2)Bu(t))(3)]. Attempts to prepare the manganocene derivative [U(Tren(TMS))MnCp(2)] from 7 and K[MnCp(2)] were unsuccessful and resulted in formation of [{U(Tren(TMS))}(2)(μ-O)] (13) and [MnCp(2)]. Complexes 3-13 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography, (1)H NMR spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, Evans method magnetic moment, and CHN microanalyses.  相似文献

Reduction of [Fe(III)(Por)Cl] (Por = porphyrinato dianion) with Na2S2O4 followed by reaction with excess PH2Ph, PH2Ad, or PHPh2 afforded [Fe(II)(F20-TPP)(PH2Ph)2] (1a), [Fe(II)(F20-TPP)(PH2Ad)2] (1b), [Fe(II)(F20-TPP)(PHPh2)2] (2a), and [Fe(II)(2,6-Cl2TPP)(PHPh2)2] (2b). Reaction of [Ru(II)(Pc)(DMSO)2] (Pc = phthalocyaninato dianion) with PH2Ph or PHPh2 gave [Ru(II)(Pc)(PH2Ph)2] (3a) and [Ru(II)(Pc)(PHPh2)2] (4). [Ru(II)(Pc)(PH2Ad)2] (3b) and [Ru(II)(Pc)(PH2Bu(t))2] (3c) were isolated by treating a mixture of [Ru(II)(Pc)(DMSO)2] and O=PCl2Ad or PCl2Bu(t) with LiAlH4. Hydrophosphination of CH2=CHR (R = CO2Et, CN) with [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(PH2Ph)2] or [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(PHPh2)2] in the presence of (t)BuOK led to the isolation of [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(P(CH2CH2R)2Ph)2] (R = CO2Et, 5a; CN, 5b) and [Ru(II)(F20-TPP)(P(CH2CH2R)Ph2)2] (R = CO2Et, 6a; CN, 6b). Similar reaction of 3a with CH2=CHCN or MeI gave [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH2CH2CN)2Ph)2] (7) or [Ru(II)(Pc)(PMe2Ph)2] (8). The reactions of 4 with CH2=CHR (R = CO2Et, CN, C(O)Me, P(O)(OEt)2, S(O)2Ph), CH2=C(Me)CO2Me, CH(CO2Me)=CHCO2Me, MeI, BnCl, and RBr (R = (n)Bu, CH2=CHCH2, MeC[triple bond]CCH2, HC[triple bond]CCH2) in the presence of (t)BuOK afforded [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH2CH2R)Ph2)2] (R = CO2Et, 9a; CN, 9b; C(O)Me, 9c; P(O)(OEt)2, 9d; S(O)2Ph, 9e), [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH2CH(Me)CO2Me)Ph2)2] (9f), [Ru(II)(Pc)(P(CH(CO2Me)CH2CO2Me)Ph2)2] (9g), and [Ru(II)(Pc)(PRPh2)2] (R = Me, 10a; Bu(n), 10b; Bn, 10c; CH2CH=CH2, 10d; CH2C[triple bond]CMe, 10e; CH=C=CH2, 10f). X-ray crystal structure determinations revealed Fe-P distances of 2.2597(9) (1a) and 2.309(2) A (2bx 2 CH2Cl2) and Ru-P distances of 2.3707(13) (3b), 2.373(2) (3c), 2.3478(11) (4), and 2.3754(10) A (5b x 2 CH2Cl2). Both the crystal structures of 3b and 4 feature intermolecular C-H...pi interactions, which link the molecules into 3D and 2D networks, respectively.  相似文献

The N-heterocyclic stannylenes (NHSns), [(Dipp) N(CH(2))(n)N(Dipp)S n] (Dipp = 2,6- (i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3); n = 2, 1; n = 3, 5) and [((t)Bu) N(CHMe)(2)N((t)Bu)S n] (10) are competent ligands toward a variety of transition metal centers, as seen in the complexes [W(CO)(5)·1] (2), [(OC)(4)Fe(μ-1)(2)Fe(CO)(4)] (3), [(OC)(4)Fe(μ-1)Fe(CO)(4)] (4), [Fe(CO)(4)·5](n) (6, n = 1 or 2), [(OC)(4)Fe(μ-5)Fe(CO)(4)] (7), [Ph(3)PPt(μ-1)(2)PtPPh(3)] (8), [Fe(CO)(4)·10] (11), and [(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(OC)(2)Mn·10] (12). X-ray crystallographic studies show that the NHSns are structurally largely unperturbed binding to the metal, but in contrast to the parent NHCs, NHSns often adopt a bridging position across dinuclear metal units. The balance between terminal and bridging positions for the stannylene is evidently closely balanced as shown by the observation of both monomers and dimers for 6 in the solid state and in solution. (119)Sn and (57)Fe Mo?ssbauer spectroscopy of the complexes shows the tin atoms in such complexes to be consistent with electron deficient Sn(II) centers.  相似文献

The molybdenum oxo-imido complex, [Mo(O)(NtBu)Cl2(dme)] (1), was obtained from the reaction between [MoO2Cl2(dme)] and [Mo(NtBu)2Cl2(dme)]. Reactions between [Mo(O)(NR)Cl2(dme)] (where R = tBu or 2,6-iPr2C6H3) and the disodium Schiff base compounds Na(2)(3,5-tBu2)2salen, Na(2)(3,5-tBu2)2salpen, and Na(2)(7-Me)2salen afforded the first oxo-imido transition metal Schiff base complexes: [Mo(O)(NtBu)[(3,5-tBu2)2salen]] (2), [Mo(O)(NtBu)[(3,5-tBu2)2salpen]] (3), and [Mo(O)(N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)[(7-Me)2salen]] (4), respectively. The compounds [Mo(NtBu)2[(3,5-tBu2)2salpen]] (5) from [Mo(NtBu)2(NHtBu)2] and [Mo(N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)(2)[(7-Me)2salen]](6) from [Mo(N-2,6-iPr2C6H3)(2)(NHtBu)2] (7) are also reported. Compounds 1-7 were characterized by NMR, IR, and FAB mass spectroscopy while compounds 3, 4, and 5 were additionally characterized by X-ray crystallography. In conjunction with tBuOOH as oxidant, compound 3 is a catalyst for the oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde and cis-cyclooctene and 1-octene to the corresponding epoxides.  相似文献
