Résumé Le dosage colorimétrique de l'aluminium par le ferron a été précisé et les modalités de son application à l'analyse des siliciums et ferrosiliciums décrites. La précision est de l'ordre de celle de la gravimétrie de l'oxinate, et le procédé, qui permet en même temps la détermination du fer, est beaucoup plus rapide.
Summary The colorimetric determination of aluminium by ferron has been made exact and the methods of applying it to the analysis of silicon and ferrosilicons are described. The accuracy is of the order of the gravimetric oxinate procedure and the method which permits the simultaneous determination of iron, is much faster.

Zusammenfassung Die kolorimetrische Bestimmung des Aluminiums mittels Ferron wurde ausgearbeitet und ihre Anwendung auf die Analyse von Silicium und Ferrosilicium beschrieben. Die Genauigkeit des Verfahrens entspricht der Gravimetrie des Oxinats. Es ist aber rascher und gestattet gleichzeitig die Bestimmung des Eisens.

A method for the estimation of gallium in bauxites and derived products, has been described. The gallium is estimated fluorimetrically in chloroform solution as the oxmate. The interfering ions and the means of their removal have been studied.The method allows the estimation of 1.4–4.2 γ of gallium with an accuracy of about 10%.  相似文献

A criterion is proposed to predict delamination initiation in angle-ply laminates. An analytical model permits to calculate interface stresses between two layers in any laminate. The criterion is based on the maximum value of these stresses and takes into account the scale effects (number of layers). A simple solution to the difficult problem of the separation and determination of traces of rhenium contained in molybdenites is suggested. After the preliminary attack of the cres, rhenium is extracted quantitatively between, pH 8 and pH 9 by chloroform in the form of tetraphenylarsonium perrhenate. In this pH region the molybdenum remains in the aqueous phase.Calculation has allowed the determination of favourable conditions for the extraction of perrhenates by tetraphenylarsonium chloride and chloroform. Practical results are in satisfactory agreement with theory.The extracted rhenium, after conversion to the ions ReO4- in acid solution, is determined colorimetrically by reaction with thiocyanate and stannous chloride.By applying the method described it is possible to isolate and determine rhenium in molybdenites when the weight ratio rhenium/ore ecxeeds 10-7.  相似文献

This paper reports experimental studies of the radiative and the nonradiative transition probabilities of the first excited electronic state of several fluorinated benzene derivatives in solution in ethanol. The observed rates of nonradiative decay are generally much affected by the solvent although this effect varies from solute to solute. Internal conversion along with intersystem crossing are shown to play a role distinct of that of the solvent in the singlet quenching mechanism of these molecules. The different fluorinated molecules transform according to different symmetries and consequently the number of totally symmetric modes differs from molecule to molecule. This fact is used to explain the trend observed in the rates of nonradiative decay.  相似文献

The influence of nitriding pretreatments of steel substrates on the adhesion of representative ceramic coatings has been investigated. Vapor phase nitriding using the mixture NH3/H2/He has been applied before the growth by MOCVD of vanadium nitrides, carbonitrides and oxides. Similarly, microwave plasma nitriding using the mixture N2/Ar was applied prior to the deposition by PACVD of silicon carbide based films. The nitriding pretreatment enhances the adhesion of plasma SiC(H) and MOCVD V(C,N) and V2O3 coatings but is not favorable to a better adhesion of MOCVD VN-type films. The different mechanical behaviors of these coatings are discussed in terms of compatibility between the combined processes.  相似文献

Ensuite, il étudie plus longuement la synthèse des chromites et la mise en solution par l'oxylithe des oxydes métalliques; cette dernière réaction s'effectue suivant quatre mécanismes différents illustrés par des exemples concrets.
Summary The writer shows by means of varied examples how the information furnished by the thermobalance may be combined with that derived from the infra red spectrometer in following solid state reactions, which may or may not produce gaseous products. Examples are: action of strontium oxide on the pyrophosphates, spontaneous polymerization of metaborates, adsorption of permanganate by barium sulfate, alleged compound SiO2 + 12 MoO3, action of iodine on magnesia. The investigation also included a lengthy study of the synthesis of chromites and the solution of metal oxides by sodium peroxide. The latter reaction, effected by four different mechanisms, is illustrated by concrete examples.

Zusammenfassung An Hand verschiedener Beispiele wird gezeigt, wie man mit Hilfe der Thermowaage und des IR-Spektrophotometers Festkörperreaktionen mit oder ohne Gasentwicklung verfolgen kann. Als solche Beispiele werden angeführt: die Einwirkung von Strontiumoxyd auf Pyrophosphat, die Spontanpolymerisation von Metaboraten, die Absorption von Permanganat durch Bariunisulfat, die Bildung des Gemisches SiO2 + 12 MoO3 durch Erhitzen von Oxin-Silicomolybdat, Einwirkung von Jod auf Magnesiumoxydhydrat. Weiters wird die Synthese von Chromiten und die Auflösung von Metalloxyden mit Natriumperoxyd ausfuhrlich erörtert. Der letztgenannte Vorgang verläuft nach vier verschiedenen Reaktionsmechanismen, die an konkreten Beispielen erklärt werden.

The different macroscopic modelling routes and chemical databases are reviewed for the growth of silicon carbide from the vapour phase in the Si-C-H-Ar system. Theses databases have been built up by experts over many years through the critical assessment of primary experimental data and ab-initio calculations. The thermodynamic modelling route addresses several important issues with respect to vapour deposition techniques. This approach is a useful tool in understanding the complex chemistry involved during the growth, but should be used with careful attention to the assumptions underlying the application. The transport modelling approach extends the previous analysis to dynamical systems. It is based on the conservation equations for momentum and heat transfer combined with mass transfer including thermodiffusion and chemical reactions based on thermodynamic and kinetic data. In addition to empirical, lumped chemical kinetic models, we propose a new modelling route linking transfers models with local thermochemical equilibrium (LTCE) computations. The modelling results have been validated with the help of the SiC sublimation technique for the transfer-LTCE concept, and of the chemical vapour deposition technique for lumped chemistry models. The simulated results allow the quantification of the different modelling proposals.  相似文献

The normal coordinate analysis of nonstoichiometric β-alumina containing cations such as Na+, K+, Tl+, or Ag+ with different nonstoichiometric models (Frenkel defect associated with various cation distribution in the conducting plane) is reported. Mean square amplitudes and infrared intensities have been estimated on the basis of normal mode calculations for sodium β-alumina (stoichiometric and nonstoichiometric). The results obtained are in good agreement with experimental data. The spectral modifications that have been observed can be explained by splitting of degenerate levels and modification of selection rules due to the loss of local symmetry induced by the Frenkel defect. The good agreement between the in-plane (a, b) vibrational calculated frequencies of interstitial oxygen (Oi) and Raman or neutron scattering data shows that the compensating oxygen is tightly bounded to the spinel blocks. The difference between the calculated and crystallographic mean square amplitudes can be explained in terms of the static deviation of the bridging oxygen (O(5)) of 0.1 Å (at 300 K) from its ideal site.  相似文献

L'exemple proposé applique un réactif de Cu á l'isolement de l'éphédrine; la limite de sensibilité de cet isolement á froid passe ainsi de 5000g á 20g/ml sans que les pertes dépassent 2%.Seconde originalité de ce travail: l'emploi, pour le contrôle de cet isolement, d'une réaction d'addition á intensité compensée: dans le milieu oú apparaît le composé d'additionA (B) n, n augmente systématiquement par diminution de [A].
Summary The reagents employed in modern inorganic analysis have been now introduced into the chemistry of organic nitrogen compounds by substitution of organic cations for the inorganic cations. For example a reagent for copper is applied for the isolation of ephedrine. The sensitivity limit of this isolation in the cold exceeds 5000g at a concentration of 20g/ml and the loss does not exceed 2%.

Zusammenfassung Reagenzien der modernen anorganischen Analyse lassen sich für organische Stickstoffbasen heranziehen, die als Kationen an die Stelle anorganischer Kationen treten. So eignet sich zum Beispiel ein Reagens für Kupfer zur Abscheidung von Ephedrin; die Nachweisempfindlichkeit wird so in der Kälte von 5000 auf 20g/ml verbessert, ohne daß der Verlust 2% übersteigt. Eine weitere Eigentümlichkeit dieses Nachweisverfahrens ist darin zu sehen, daß mit zunehmender Bildung des AdditionsproduktesA(B) n der Wertn durch Minderung der Konzentration vonA erhöht wird.

This note deals with a process allowing electromagnetic mixing of a conductor fluid in Stokes flow. The flow, which is generated by two inductor wires (arranged around a cylindrical vat), undergoes a rotation. In order to solve analytically this electromagnetic flow, we use a magnetostatic pattern and we replace the dynamics in the electromagnetic layer by a tangential velocity. We superimpose then a periodic rotation on the flow (triangular signal). The investigated parameters are an a dimensional number (τ), which compares the velocities of the rotation and the flow, the inversion's periodicity of the rotation (k) and the distance of the wires from the vat (d). In studying the stretching and scattering of a drop of the fluid, an optimal choice of these parameters is subsequently suggested. Finally, prospects are considered of the possibilities of stationary three-dimensional and mixing.  相似文献

An analysis of the chemical and magnetovolume effects due to nitrogen insertion is carried out in order to establish trends for the Fe–N system. Computations are based on the density functional theory and use is made of the augmented spherical wave method. Taking the Fe4N nitride as a representative member, the chemical bonding study shows that nitrogen selectively contracts covalent bond with one of the two iron sublattices, with the consequence of lowering the magnetic moment. The magnetovolume effects are examined for a comparative study of the volume-dependent magnetic moments within Fe4N as with respect to γ-Fe, in its two magnetic states ‘high-moment–large volume’ and ‘low moment–low volume’. The insertion of nitrogen ‘prepares’ the volume in such a manner in the nitride that the two states are simultaneously present at the two Fe crystal sites. The trends for an increase of the Fe atomic volume within the series Fe8N, Fe4N, Fe3N, Fe2N should favour the enhancement of the magnetisation; this is, however, hindered by the Fe–N chemical bond, involving an increasing number of Fe sites leading to a lowering of the moments.  相似文献

Cet organisme s'est assigné comme but de promouvoir la pratique et la recherche de la microchimie en Belgique aussi bien que l'enseignement.Toutes les techniques microchimiques peuvent être pratiquées à l'Université et des stages à l'usage des chimistes d'Industrie sont organisés au Centre de Microchimie d'une façon indépendante.L'activité de recherche du département de microchimie comporte celle antérieure à 1940 et une autre postérieure à 1945. La première intéresse des recherches en microanalyse, la seconde est relative à des séparations d'anions et de cations, principalement par chromatographie sur papier, à la faveur de solvants organiques.
Summary A report is given of the development of the microchemical instruction and the scientific research work in the field of microchemistry at theUniversity of Brussels. In addition to the university course, a Centre de Microchimie was created, which — supported by 20 of the most important Belgian industrial concerns — has the task of advancing microchemistry in Belgium. The methods and procedures taught in regular courses in this institution are mentioned. Before the war, its scientific activity comprised especially the methods of organic microanalysis, whereas after 1945 the chief activities dealt with the chromatographic qualitative and quantitative separation of inorganic cations.

Zusammenfassung Es wird ein Bericht gegeben über die Entwicklung des mikrochemischen Unterrichtes und der wissenschaftlichen Forschungsarbeit auf dem Gebiet der Mikrochemie an der Universität Brüssel. Neben dem regulären Universitätsunterricht wurde ein Centre de Microchimie geschaffen, welches — von zwanzig der bedeutendsten belgischen Industriefirmen unterstützt — die Aufgabe hat, mikrochemische Belange in Belgien zu fördern. Es werden die Methoden und Verfahren angeführt, die an dieser Anstalt in regelmäßigen Kursen gelehrt werden. Deren wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit betraf vor dem Kriege vor allem die Methoden der organischen Mikroanalyse, während nach dem Jahre 1945 vor allem die chromatographische qualitative und quantitative Trennung anorganischer Kationen bearbeitet wurde.

In order to prove a block structure, copolyamides synthetized by a two-stage low-temperature solution polycondensation process were extracted by suitable solvents. The fractions obtained were characterized by various physicochemical techniques.
