FromFumaria vaillantii, collected in the Tashkent province, 18 alkaloids have been isolated of which N-methyladlumine with mp 198–199°C, [α]D-45° (c 0.5; methanol) has proved to be new. The change in the class and fatty acid compositions of the phospholipids during ripening of the seeds of the Japanese Pagoda tree (buds, flowers, unripe and ripe seeds) have been studied. Summary The phospholipid complexes of the seeds ofErysimum diffusum andE. sylvestris have been investigated. It has been found that the amount of phospholipids in the seeds ofE. diffusum is lower than in those ofE. sylvestris, but their qualitative compositions are similar. The fatty-acid compositions of the triglycerides and of the total phospholipids of the two plants investigated have been studied. The total alkaloids of the plantFumaria parviflora Lam., collected in Ashkhabad Province (Turkmen SSR), in the flowering and incipient fruit-bearing period have been studied. The methanolic extraction of 10.5 kg of the plant yielded 0.39% of total alkaloids, from which cheilanthifoline, scoulerine, parfumine, norjusiphine, isoboldine, coclaurine, dihydrosanguinarine, stylopine, sanguinarine, oxysanguinarine, adlumine, adlumidine, hydrastine, bicuculline, protopine, cryptopine, adlumidiceine, N-methyladlumine, a base with mp 281–282°C, and a new alkaloid — d-fumaricine — have been isolated from the plant for the first time.  相似文献

A comparative study has been made of the phospholipid complexes of the seeds of a healthy cotton plant of the variety Tashkent-1 and one attacked by verticillium wilt.
