The preparation, spectroscopic properties, and crystal structure of chlorobis(ethylenediamine)copper(II) hexafluorophosphate [Cu(en)2Cl][PF6], (en=ethylendiamine) are reported. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with cell constants a=6.1488(9) Å, b=12.696(2) Å, c=17.7424(17) Å, =97.265(12)°, and Z=4. The copper(II) ion is coordinated to two bidentate en molecules, to one chlorine ion, and to a more distant fluorine atom of the PF6 group, leaving the copper ion in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The superoxide dismutase mimetic activity of the complex was investigated using the indirect xanthine-xanthine oxidase- nitroblue tetrazolium method and compared to that of the native enzyme.  相似文献

A complex of uranyl perchlorate with imidazolidine-2-one as the molecular ligand, [UO2(Imon)4(H2O)](ClO4)2 (I), was synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The coordination number of the uranium atom is 7. The nearest environment of the uranyl ion includes four O atoms of the imidazolidine-2-one molecules and one O atom of the water molecule. The perchlorate anions are outer-sphere ligands. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/c; a = 16.294(3) Å, b = 16.135(3) Å, c = 9.987(2) Å, = 97.69 (3)°, V = 2603.0 (9) Å3, (calcd) = 2.117 g/cm3, Z = 4. In terms of the molecular fragment principle, a quaternary complex is assembled under hydrothermal conditions and characterized as [Tb(BAA)2(Phen)(NO3)]2 (BAA is benzoyl acetic acid, Phen is 1,10- phenanthroline) by elementary analysis and IR, UV, fluorescence excitation, and emission spectra. The X-ray single-crystal diffraction data indicate that the title complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group , with unit cell parameters a = 8.953(6), b = 13.332(9), c = 13.431(9) Å, α = 60.669(7)°, β = 89.649(8)°, γ = 72.068(9)°, V = 1309.3(15) Å3, ρ(calcd) = ∼ 1.703 g/cm3, Z = 1 (per dimeric unit), F(000) = 664, GOOF = 1.071, R 1 = 0.0627. The terbium complex forms a dimer with a coordination number of nine in which each pair of adjacent terbium ions is bridged by four BAA groups via two types of coordination modes. The dimer exhibits strong green luminescence of Tb3+.__________From Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 31, No. 6, 2005, pp. 472–478.Original English Text Copyright © 2005 by Bai, Yan, Chen.  相似文献

The ionic [Cu(C2N3)(C10H8N2)2](CF3SO3) compound, which contains two crystallographic independent formula units, is formed by [Cu(bpy)2(dca)]+ complex cations (bpy=2,2-bipyridine, dca=dicyanamide) and uncoordinated CF3SO 3 anions, which are in a staggered conformation. The shapes of coordination polyhedra around both copper atoms, which are fivefold coordinated by two bpy molecules and one dca ligand monodentately coordinated through a cyano N atom in the equatorial plane at a distance of 2.001(3)Å for the first and 1.988(4)Å for the second polyhedron, are distorted trigonal bipyramids. Besides the ionic forces the structure is stabilized by weak C–H...O hydrogen bonds and possible interactions between pyridine rings of bpy molecules. Along with the structural-spectral correlation we discuss the thermal decomposition of the title complex.  相似文献

A novel copper(II) complex {[Cu(BIX)2(H2O)2](PhCOO)2} n (1) (BIX = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-methyl))-benzene) is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the P-1 space group, Z = 1, a = 9.465(2) Å, b = 9.703(2) Å, c = 12.060(2) Å, α = 77.26(3)°, β = 70.37(3)°, γ = 67.14(3)°, and V = 956.1(3) Å3. The crystal structural analysis of complex 1 shows that the copper center is six-coordinated in an elongated octahedral geometry by four N atoms from four different BIX and two O atoms from two water molecules; two neighboring Cu(II) cations are bridged by two BIX extending into an infinite 1D double chain structure.  相似文献

A series of binuclear tetracarboxylate-linked Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes with 1,2-substituted pyridine, viz., 2,3-cyclododecenopyridine (L), were prepared. Study of the crystal structures of isolated compounds (CIF file CCDC nos. 1575855–1575859) revealed a distortion of the {Ni2(O2CR)4L2} binuclear moiety, manifested as a change in the NiNiN angle (151.67°), in the bridging function of two out of the four carboxylate groups (from μ2- to (κ22-)), and in the coordination environment of the metal ion (NiO5N). The results were analyzed in comparison with known data. The magnetic properties of copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes were studied. The copper(II) complex is diamagnetic as a result of strong exchange interactions between the unpaired electrons; in the nickel(II) complex antiferromagnetic exchange interactions were detected (JNi–Ni =–25 cm–1).  相似文献

The phase diagram of the system CdI2-Bi2O3 is studied by means of X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and measurements of the density of the material. As a result of the synthetic and peritectic interactions, two incongruently melting intermediate phases i.e. phase A — CdI2·2Bi2O3 and phase B — CdI2·4Bi2O3 (stable in the temperature interval 370–850°C) are formed. The phase A exists in two polymorphic forms with a temperature of the phase transition T =320–370°C. The unit cell parameters at low temperature modification of -CdI2°2Bi2O3 were determined. (a=1.032 nm, b=1.046 nm, c=1.046 nm, =115.02°, =109.11° and =82.04°). The phases A and B have fields of homogeneity. The authors acknowledge thankfully the financial support for this work from the Ministry of Education and Science (Fond Scientific investigations — contract TN-1102).  相似文献

The polymetallic [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(BPE)Ru(bpy)2Cl](PF6)2 complex (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, BPE = trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridil)ethylene and py = pyridine) was assembled by the combination of an electroactive [Ru3O] moiety with a [Ru(bpy)2(BPE)Cl] photoactive centre, and its structure was determined using positive ion electrospray (ESI-MS) and tandem mass (ESI-MS/MS) spectrometry. The [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(BPE)Ru(bpy)2Cl]2+ doubly charged ion of m/z 732 was mass-selected and subject to 15 eV collision-induced dissociation, leading to a specific dissociation pattern, diagnostic of the complex structure. The electronic spectra display broad bands at 409, 491 and 692 nm ascribed to the [Ru(bpy)2(BPE)] charge-transfer bands and to the [Ru3O] internal cluster transitions. The cyclic voltammetry shows five reversible waves at −1.07 V, 0.13 V, 1.17 V, 2.91 V and −1.29 V (vs SHE) assigned to the [Ru3O]−1/0/+1/+2/+3 and to the bpy0/−1 redox processes; also a wave is observed at 0.96 V, assigned to the Ru+2/+3 pair. Despite the conjugated BPE bridge, the electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical results indicate only a weak coupling through the π-system, and preliminary photophysical essays showed the compound decomposes under visible light irradiation.  相似文献

A new Cu(II) complex [Cu(HPht)2(1-CH3Im)2] (I), where HPht is the monoanion of o-phthalic acid and 1-CH3Im is 1-methylimidazole, is synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound I contains molecular complexes in which the o-phthalic acid residue is monodeprotonated and linked to a metal through the carboxyl group in a 1,3-chelate mode. The cis-octahedral coordination of copper is formed by two HPht residues and two 1-CH3Im molecules. The distances are Cu-N1.945(6) Å, Cu-O2.018(5) Å and 2.374(6) Å. Polymeric chains are formed in complex I due to intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The chains are unified into layers by the interactions between the 1-CH3Im molecules of the adjacent complexes.__________Translated from Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 31, No. 8, 2005, pp. 630–635.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2005 by Gherco.  相似文献

The coordination polymers [AgPF6(Me4Pyz)2] (I) and [AgPF6(2,3-Et2Pyz)2] (II) were synthesized, and their structures were determined. Crystals of I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 10.213(2) Å, b = 16.267(3) Å, c = 12.663(3) Å, β = 92.90(3)°, V = 2102.1(7) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.660 g/cm3, Z = 4. The structure of I is built of polymeric zigzag [Ag(C8H12N2)] + chains and octahedral [PF6] anions. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is a flat triangle. Crystals of II are tetragonal, space group P \(\bar 4\)2(1)/c,a = b = 10.641(1) Å, c = 18.942(1) Å, V = 2144.6(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.627 g/cm3, Z = 4. In the structure of II, 2D cationic layers of fused square rings exist; the rings consist of four Ag+ cations linked by four bridging ligands of diethylpyrazine Et2Pyz. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is an irregular four-vertex polyhedron.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å). In the structure, the complex cations and the NO 3 anions are linked into a framework by N-H...O type hydrogen bonds. Original Russian Text Copyright ? 2007 by G. V. Romanenko, Z. A. Summary.  Single crystals of MgAl2F8(H2O)2 have been obtained under hydrothermal conditions (250°C, 14 d) from a starting mixture of AlF3 and MgAlF5(H2O)2 in a 5% (w/w) HF solution. The crystal structure has been determined and refined from single crystal data (Fmmm (#69), Z = 4, a = 7.2691(7), b = 7.0954(16), c = 12.452(2) ?, 281 structure factors, 27 parameters, R(F 2 > 2σ (F 2)) = 0.0282, wR(F 2 all) = 0.0885). The obtained crystals were systematically twinned according to (010/100/001) as twinning matrix, reflecting the pseudo-tetragonal metric. The crystal structure is composed of perowskite-type layers built of corner sharing AlF6 octahedra with an overall composition of AlF4 which are connected via common fluorine atoms of [MgF4/2(H2O)2/1] octahedra. Group-subgroup relations of MgAl2F8(H2O)2 to WO3(H2O)0.33 and to other M(II)M(III)2 F8(H2O)2 structures are briefly discussed. Above 570°C, MgAl2F8(H2O)2 decomposes under elimination of water into α-AlF3, β-AlF3, and MgF2. Received October 29, 2001. Accepted (revised) December 6, 2001  相似文献

Summary. The gadolinium–rhodium–indide Gd3Rh1.940(7)In4 was prepared by arc-melting of the elements and subsequent annealing in a corundum crucible in a sealed silica tube. Gd3Rh1.940(7)In4 adopts the hexagonal Lu3Co1.87In4 type, space group , a = 781.4(5), c = 383.8(3) pm, wR2 = 0.0285, BASF = 0.375(1) (merohedric twinning via a twofold axis (xx0)), 648 F2 values, 22 variables. The structure is derived from the well known ZrNiAl type through an ordering of rhodium and indium atoms on the Ni2 sites. The Rh/In ordering forces a reduction of the space group symmetry from to , leading to merohedric twinning for the investigated crystal. The Rh1 site has an occupancy of only 94.0(7)%. The investigated crystal had a composition Gd3Rh1.940(7)In4. The main geometrical motif are three types of centered, tricapped trigonal prisms, i.e., [Rh1In26Gd3], [Rh2Gd6In23], and [In1Gd6In23]. The shortest interatomic distances occur for Rh–In (276–296 pm) followed by In–In (297 pm). Together, the rhodium and indium atoms build up a three-dimensional [Rh1.940(7)In4] network, in which the gadolinium atoms fill slightly distorted pentagonal channels. The crystal chemistry of Gd3Rh1.940(7)In4 is discussed on the basis of a group-subgroup scheme.  相似文献

Summary. The reaction of [RuCp(CH3CN)3]PF6 with 1 equiv of N-Me-imidazole results in the quantitative formation of [RuCp(1N-N-Me-imidazole)(CH3CN)2]PF6 (1) featuring a 1N rather than a 1C bound N-Me-imidazole ligand. According to DFT/B3LYP calculations, 1N coordination of N-Me-imidazole is preferred over 1C coordination by 25.5kJ/mol. Upon exposure to air 1 reacts with oxygen and water to afford the novel hydroxo-bridged dinuclear complex of [Ru2Cp2(1N-N-Me-imidazole)2(-OH)2](PF6)2 (2) featuring a metal-metal single bond. The dimeric nature of 2 was confirmed by a single-crystal X-ray structure analysis.  相似文献

Crystal structures of (NH4)3ZrF7 (I) and (NH4)3NbOF6 (II) are refined by X-ray diffraction at room temperature. The compounds are isostructural and belong to the structural type of elpasolite: space group F23; a(I) = 9.4185(3) Å, a(II) = 9.3371(5) Å; V(I) = 835.50(5) Å3, V(II) = 814.02(8) Å3; Z = 4; R(I) = 0.0145, and R(II) = 0.0138. The refinement of the structures in the space group Fm3m yields abnormally short X-X distances in the pentagonal bipyramid MX7 (X = F, O). The oxygen atom in II is identified by Nb-X distances and occupies one of the axial vertices of the bipyramid. The Nb atom in II is statistically distributed over the position 24f, while Zr in I resides in the symmetry center. The pentagonal bipyramid MX7 has six independent orientations in I and twelve in II. One of three crystallographically independent ammonium groups of the structures is disordered over six or twelve equivalent orientations.  相似文献

In this work we used electrochemical polarization for oxidizing and reducing, in a controlled way, the Ruddlesden-Popper phase La4Ni3O10. With a careful choice of electrochemical parameters, we were able to obtain samples of La4Ni3O10± never obtained before. The oxygen stoichiometry can range between 9.78 (=–0.22) and 10.12 (=0.12). The oxidized phase, La4Ni3O10.12, was obtained using a galvanostatic mode (I=20 A) and the reduced phase, La4Ni3O9.78, using potentiostatic conditions (E=0.46 V). The evolution of the electrical conductivity has been studied as a function of .  相似文献
