These and two other ReII complexes with 5 d5 ”︁low-spin”︁”︁-configuration can be observed during the reaction EPR spectroscopically. Crystal structure analysis shows linear coordinated NO ligands (Re–N–O-angles between 171.9 and 177.3°). Three OPPh3 ligands are meridionally coordinated in the final product of the reaction, [Re(NO)Cl2(OPPh3)3][ReO4] (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 13.47(1), b = 17.56(1), c = 24.69(2) Å, β = 95.12(4)°, Z = 4). [Re(NO)Cl2(PPh3)(OPPh3)(OReO3)] (triclinic P 1, a = 10.561(6), b = 11.770(4), c = 18.483(8) Å, α = 77.29(3), β = 73.53(3), γ = 64.70(4)°, Z = 2) and [Re(NO)Cl2 (OPPh3)2(OReO3)] (monoclinic P21/c, a = 10.652(1), b = 31.638(4), c = 11.886(1) Å, β = 115.59(1)°), Z = 4) can be isolated at shorter reaction times besides the complexes [Re(NO)Cl3(Ph3P)2], [Re(NO)Cl3(Ph3P) · (Ph3PO)], and [ReCl4(Ph3P)2].  相似文献

Reaction of Me3CNH2 or Me3SiNHCMe3 with WOCl4 gives a mixture containing [W(O)(NCMe3)Cl2(NH2CMe3)]x which on further reaction with 2,2′-bipyridyl (bipy) gives [W(NCMe3)2Cl2(bipy)] and insoluble oxo complexes. Reaction of WOCl4 with p-MeC6H4N(SiMe3)2 and then bipy gives [W(NC6H4Me-p)2Cl2(bipy)] and [W(O)(NC6H4Me-p)Cl2(bipy)]; [W(NPh)Cl4]2 reacts with p-MeC6H4N(SiMe3)2 and then bipy to give [W(NPh)(NC6H4Me-p)Cl2(bipy)]. [W(NCMe3)(μ-NPh)Cl2(NH2CMe3)]2 and bipy give [W(NCMe3)(NPh)Cl2(bipy)] (6). ReOCl4 reacts with PhNCO to give [Re(NPh)Cl4]x which in tetrahydrofuran (THF) or MeCN give the adducts [Re(NPh)Cl4(THF)] and [Re(NPh)Cl4(MeCN)]. [Re(NPh)Cl4]x reacts with Me4NCl to give [Me4N][Re(NPh)Cl5], with PPh3 to give [Re(NPh)Cl3(PPh3)2] and with Me3 SiNHCMe3 gives [Re(NPh)Cl3(NH2CMe3)2] (12). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The structures of [W(NCMe3)(NPh)Cl2(bipy)] (6) and [Re(NPh)Cl3(NH2CMe3)2] (12) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crystals of (6) are orthorhombic, space group P212121, with a = 8.879(3) Å, b = 13.036(3) Å, c = 18.837(4) Å; crystals of (12) are orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 14.140(1) Å, b = 11.806(1), Å, c = 11.936(3) Å. Both structures were solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined to R values of 0.053 for the 2138 observed data for (6) and 0.035 for the 1108 observed data for (12). In complex (6) the tungsten atom is in a distorted octahedral environment comprising cis-t-butylimido and phenylimido groups, trans chlorides and bidentate bipy. The bipy nitrogens lie trans to the imid o functions. Observed distances are: WNphenylimido 1.774(8) Å, WNt-butylimido 1.754(10) Å, WCl 2.412(3) and 2.390(3) Å and WNbipy 2.312(10) Å and 2.333(9) Å. Interaction between the t-butylimido methyl groups and bipy is relieved by lengthening of one WNbipy bond. In complex (12) the rhenium atom is in a distorted octahedral environment comprising three chloride ligands, two trans-t-butylamine ligands and a phenylimido ligand. Observed distances are: ReNphenylimido 1.709(11) Å, ReNt-butylamine 2.187(7) Å, and ReCl 2.404(2) and 2.411(5) Å. The complex attains an 18-electron count without π-bonding from the chloro ligands.  相似文献

The structure of [RhH2(Ph-DAB)(PPh3)2]PF6 (Ph-DAB = 1,4-phenyl-diaza-1,3-butadiene) has been determined. The complex crystallizes in space group P21/n of the monoclinic system, with 4 formula units in a cell of dimensions: a 15.136(1), b 17.842(1), c 17.363(1) Å, β 106.7(1)°. The structural data were refined by full matrix least squares methods to a conventional R index of 0.073 based on those 3309 reflections having I0 > 3σ(I0).The coordination polyhedron around the rhodium may be regarded as a distorted octahedron with two hydride hydrogen atoms in cis position and two phosphine ligands bent towards the hydrides, making an angle P1RhP2 of 159.4(1)°. The Ph-DAB acts as a σ,σ′,N,N′-chelating ligand with a planar NCCN skeleton in the same plane as the rhodium. The structure is consistent with the 1H, 13C and 31P NMR data. The reactions of the title compound with CO, IMe and MeOOCCCCOOMe has been investigated. In all cases evolution of H2 was observed.  相似文献

Syntheses and Structures of (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] and (Et4N)[Re(CO)2Br4] Rhenium(I) and rhenium(III) carbonyl complexes can easily be prepared by ligand exchange reactions starting from (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3Br3]. Using nonoxidizing reagents the facial ReI(CO)3 unit remains and only the bromo ligands are exchanged. Following this procedure, (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] can be obtained in high yield and purity using trimethylsilylisothiocyanate. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 18.442(5), b = 17.724(3), c = 18.668(5) Å, β = 92.54(1)°, Z = 8. The NCS? ligands are coordinated via nitrogen. The reaction of [Re(CO)3Br3]2? with Br2 yields the rhenium(III) anion [Re(CO)2Br4]?. The tetraethylammonium salt of this complex crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric, orthorhombic space group Cmc21, a = 8.311(1), b = 25.480(6), c = 8.624(1) Å, Z = 4. The carbonyl ligands are positioned in a cis arrangement. Their strong trans influence causes a lengthening of the Re? Br bond distances by at least 0.05 Å.  相似文献

The 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenoxo ligand (ArO?) is ambidentate, giving rise to the O-bonded 15-electron d1 [Ti(η-C5H5)2OAr] and the η5 -[C(2)-C(6)]-bonded 18-electron d8 complex [Rh(ArO-η5)(PPh3)2], obtained from [{Ti(η-C5H5)2Cl}2]-LiO Ar and [Rh{N(SiMe3)2}(PPh3)2]-ArOH, respectively; the average TiC(η) distance is 2.362(10) Å, TiO 1.892(2) Å, and O:C(of Ar) 1.352(3) Å, and TiOC 142.3(2)°; in the RhI complex, C(2)C(6) are coplanar (with CC(av.) 1.38(2) Å). C(1)O 1.28 Å, and Rh to C(2) C(6) bond lengthsare in the range 2.19–2.65 Å.  相似文献

The metallation of Ni2(μ-CNMe)(CNMe)2(dppm)2 (1) (dppm = PPh2Ch2PPh2) with (PPh3)Au(Cl) affords the transmetallation product, [NiAu(CNMe)2(dppm)2]Cl (2) in 49% yield. The 31P NMR spectrum of 1 is an AA′BB′ spin system centered at δ- 39.2 ppm. An X-ray structural study of the title compound was undertaken. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Pn with a 12.992(1) Å, b 11.760(1) Å, c 17.579(5) Å, β 109.36(2)°, V 2534(1) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure was refined to convergence leading to R and Rw of 0.020 and 0.025, respectively, for 3062 observations in the range 4° < 2θ<45° with I > 3.0 σ(I) and Mo-Kα radiation. The NiAu separation is 3.0146(9) Å suggesting there is not a significant NiAu interaction. The complex exhibits a cis-trans arrangement of the bridging dppm diphosphine ligands with essentially tetrahedral NiP2L2 (L = CNMe) and linear AuP2 centers.  相似文献

Preparation, Structures, and EPR Spectra of the Rhenium(II) Thionitrosyl Complexes trans -[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] and trans -[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] The paramagnetic rhenium(II) thionitrosyl compounds trans-[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] and trans-[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] are characterized by crystal structure diffraction and EPR spectroscopy. Trans-[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] is formed during the reduction of (a) [ReNCl2(MePh2P)3] with disulphur dichloride or (b) of mer-[ReCl3(MePh2P)3] with trithiazyl chloride. Trans-[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] is the final product of the ligand exchange reaction of mer-[Re(NS)Cl2(Me2PhP)3] with bromine whereby the metal occurred to be simultaneusly oxidized. The crystal structure analyses show for trans-[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] (monoclinic, C2/c, a = 13.831(3) Å, b = 13.970(1) Å, c = 14.682(2) Å, β = 95.33(1), Z = 4) and trans-[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] (monoclinic, C2/c, a = 33.292(5) Å, b = 8.697(1) Å, c = 17.495(3) Å, β = 115.65(1), Z = 8) linear co-ordinated NS ligands (Re–N–S-angles 180° and 174.8°). The metal atom is octahedrally co-ordinated with the phosphine ligands in trans position to each other. X-band and Q-band EPR spectra of the rhenium(II) thionitrosyl complexes (5 d5 “low-spin” configuration, S = 1/2) are detected in the temperature range 295 ≥ T ≥ 130 K. They are characterized by well resolved 185,187Re hyperfine patterns. The hyperfine parameters are used to get information about the spin-density distribution of the unpaired electron in the complexes under study.  相似文献

The exploration of the CsReSBr system, in order to identify new phases based on octahedral cluster anions, has produced single crystals of Cs4Re6S8Br6 (1) (trigonal, space group P-6c2, a=9.7825 (3) Å, c=18.7843 (5) Å, V=1556.77 (1) Å3, Z=2, density=5.09 g cm−3, μ=36.07 mm−1) and Cs2Re6S8Br4 (2) (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=6.3664 (1) Å, b=18.4483 (4) Å, c=9.3094 (2) Å, β=104.2618 (8)°, V=1059.69 (4) Å3, Z=2, density=6.14 g cm−3, μ=45.83 mm−1). These two compounds have been obtained by high-temperature solid state route. Their structures have been solved and refined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The structure of Cs4Re6S8Br6 presents isolated anionic cluster units inscribed in a (Cs+)12 cuboctahedron and the one of Cs2Re6S8Br4 exhibits ReSi-a,a-iRe inter-unit bridges. The framework of the latter presents then a strongly 1-D character.  相似文献

The cluster HRu33-C12H15)(CO)9 is rapidly deprotonated by K[HBBu3sec] in tetrahydrofuran, generating the anion [Ru33-C12H15)(CO)9]? in high yield. Reaction between this anion and [O{Au(PPh3)}3][BF4] gives Ru3Au33-C12H15)(CO)8(PPh3)3 (2) as the main product, shown by an X-ray study to contain a capped trigonal-bipyramidal Ru3Au3 core in which the C12H15 ligand is bonded in the μ3-2η13 fashion to the Ru3 face. An alternative formulation involving the cyclo-Au3(PPh3)3 moiety acting as a three-electron donor to the Ru3 cluster is discussed. Crystals of 2 are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a 13.574(1), b 40.634(4), c 14.617(2) Å, β 92.58(1)°, Z = 4; 3233 data with I > 3σ(I) were refined to R = 0.078, Rw = 0.084.  相似文献

Two new cobalt(III) complexes of the Schiff base N,N′-disalicylidene-1,2-phenylendiimine dianion (salophen), trans- [CoIII(salophen)(ta)2]ClO4, (ta = thioacetamide) (1) and trans-[CoIII(salophen)(tb)2]ClO4, (tb = thiobenzamide) (2) were synthesized and characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic techniques. Both complexes show solvatochromism in a variety of solvents. Complex (1) crystallized from CHCl3 as a solvate of orthorhombic symmetry, space group Pca21 with a = 17.3480(10) Å, b = 18.7522(10) Å, c = 18.8128(11) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 8. The cobalt(III) center lies in a distorted octahedral environment. The crystal structure of (1) consists of two independent [CoIII(salophen)(ta)2]+ cations and ClO4 - anions held together essentially via hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Complex (2), forming also a CHCl3 solvate, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 14.710(3) Å, b = 13.506(3) Å, c = 18.595(4) Å, β = 100.295(4)°, and Z = 4. The geometry around cobalt(III) center is a distorted octahedron. The crystal structure of (2) contains a [CoIII(salophen)(tb)2]+ complex with a remarkably twisted salophen ligand. Both complexes, (1) and (2), contain approximately one disordered CHCl3 molecule per Co in the solid state.  相似文献

The reaction of trans-MeOIr(CO)(PPh3)2 with TCNE (tetracyanoethylene) gives rise to the stable adduct MeOIr(CO)(PPh3)2(TCNE), the structure of which has been determined via a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. This complex crystallizes in the centrosymmetric orthorhombic space group Pbca (D152h; No. 61) with a 17.806(4), b 20.769(4), c 20.589(6) Å, V 7614(3) Å3 and Z = 8. Diffraction data (Mo-Kα, 2θ = 5–45°) were collected on a Syntex P21 automated four-circle diffractometer and the structure was solved and refined to RF 6.2% for 3502 data with |F0| > 3σ(|F0|) (RF 4.3% for those 2775 data with |F0| > 6 σ(|F0|)). The central iridium atom has a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry in which the methoxy group (Ir-OMe 2.057(8) Å) and carbonyl ligand (Ir-CO 1.897(14) Å) occupy axial sites with ∠MeOIrCO 174.7(4)°. The two triphenylphosphine ligands occupy equatorial sites (IrP(1) 2.399(3), IrP(2) 2.390(3) Å, ∠P(1)IrP(2) 110.32(11)° and the TCNE ligand is linked in an η2 “face-on” fashion with the olefinic bond parallel to the equatorial coordination plane (IrC(4) 2.176(10), IrC(7) 2.160(12) Å) and lengthened substantially from its value in the free olefin (C(4)C(7) 1.539(17) Å).  相似文献

Nitrosyl Bromo Complexes of Rhenium: Re(NO)2Br3 and [Re(NO)2Br4]?; Crystal Structure of PPh4[Re(NO)2Br4] · 2 CCl4 PPh4[Re(NO)2Br4] is prepared in the form of dark red-brown powder by the reaction of PPh4[Re(NO)2Cl4] with excess boron tribromide. From a solution of CH2Br2 and CCl4 it crystallizes with two moles CCl4, one of which splits off easily in vacuo. The reaction of aluminum tribromide in CH2Br2 solution leads to a slightly soluble red-brown Re(NO)2Br3 powder. The i.r. spectra indicate cis positions of the covalently bound NO ligands in both complexes. Re(NO)2Br3 is dimeric via bromo bridges. The crystal structure determination of PPh4[Re(NO)2Br4] · 2 CCl4 was solved by X-ray diffraction methods at ? 115°C. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with four formula units per unit cell (4434 independent reflexions, R = 0.085). The unit cell dimensions are a = 1 092.3 pm, b = 2088.0 pm, c = 1 657.6 pm, β = 96.10°. The structure consists of P(C6H5)4? cations, [Re(NO)2Br4]? anions and intercalated CCl4 molecules. In the anion the NO groups are covalently bound to the Re atom like \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \mathop {{\rm RE}}\limits^ \ominus = \mathop {\rm N}\limits^ \oplus = {\rm O} $\end{document} and they are arranged in cis position to one another.  相似文献

In the solid state structure of 2 the dinuclear hexabromo‐diselenate(II) anion is centrosymmetric and consists of two distorted almost square‐planar SeBr4 units sharing a common edge through two bridging Br atoms. The terminal SeII–Br bond distances are found to be 2.419(1) and 2.445(1) Å, the bridging μBr–SeII bond distances 2.901(1) and 2.802(1) Å.  相似文献

(X = Br, Cl), n = 1?3, have been prepared for the first time by reaction of the tetrabutylammoniumsalts (TBA)2[ReX6] (X = Br, Cl) in pyridine with (TBA)BH4 and separation by chromatography on Al2O3. Apart from the monopyridine complexes only the trans and mer isomers are formed from the bis-and tris-pyridine compounds. The X-ray structure determinations of the isotypic neutral complexes mer- [ReX3(Py)3] (monoclinic, space group P 21/n, Z = 4; for X = Cl: a = 9,1120(8), b = 12,5156(14), c = 15,6100(13) Å, β = 91,385(7)°; for X = Br: a = 9,152(5), b = 12,852(13), c = 15,669(2) Å, β = 90,43(2)°) reveal, due to the stronger trans influence of pyridine compared with Cl and Br, that the Re? X distances in asymmetric Py? Re? X3 axes with ReCl3 = 2,397 Å and ReBr3 = 2,534 Å are elongated by 1,3 and 1% in comparison with symmetric X1? Re? X2 axes with ReCl1 = ReCl2 = 2,367 Å and ReBr1 = 2,513 and ReBr2 = 2,506 Å, respectively. The Re? N bond lengths are roughly equal with 2,12 Å. Trans-(TBA)[ReBr4(Py)2] crystallizes triclinic, space group P1 , a = 9,2048(12), b = 12,0792(11), c = 15,525(2) Å, α = 95,239(10), β = 94,193(11), γ = 106,153(9)°, Z = 2. The unit cell contains two independent but very similar complex anions with approximate D2h(mmm) point symmetry.  相似文献

The cluster compounds, [MoAu2S4(PPh2Py)2] ( 1 ) and [WAu2S4(PPh2Py)2] ( 2 ), were synthesized by the reaction of (NH4)2MS4 (M = Mo, W), H[AuCl4]·4H2O and diphenyl‐2‐pyridyl‐phosphine (PPh2Py) in CH2Cl2 solution. [MoAu2S4(PPh2Py)2] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 18.385(2), b =12.304(1), c = 16.904(2) Å, β =110.722(2)°, and Z = 4. [WAu2S4(PPh2Py)2] crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1 with a = 9.333 (3), b = 10.628(3), c = 19.566(6) Å, α = 89.26(1), β = 80.87(1), γ = 68.85(1)°, and Z = 2. Single crystal X‐ray analysis showed that these two compounds are isostructural, but belong to different space groups. The Mo (W) atom has a slightly distorted tetrahedral coordination, and the two Au atoms are distorted from trigonal planar, the P—Au—M—Au—P chain is nearly linear. Measurement of the nonlinear optical (NLO) properties using the Z‐scan technique with an 8‐ns pulsed laser at 532 nm showed that 1 and 2 possess NLO absorption and effective self‐focusing effect. The effective α2 and n2 values of cluster 1 are 5.89 × 10—12 m · W—1 and 6.45 × 10—18 m2 · W—1; the effective α2 and n2 values of compound 2 are 4.35 × 10—11 m · W—1 and 3.73 × 10—17 m2 · W—1.  相似文献

Mono- and Binuclear Dinitrosyl Complexes of Molybdenum and Tungsten. Crystal Structures of (PPh3Me)2[WCl4(NO)2], (PPh3Me)2[MoCl3(NO)2]2, and (PPh3Me)2[WCl3(NO)2]2 The complexes (PPh3Me)2[MCl4(NO)2] (M = Mo, W), and (PPh3Me)2[MCl3(NO)2]2, respectively, are prepared by reactions of the polymeric compounds MCl2(NO)2 with triphenylmethylphosphonium chloride in CH2Cl2, forming green crystals. According to the IR spectra the nitrosyl groups are in cis-position in all cases. The tungsten compounds as well as (PPh3Me)2[MoCl3(NO)2]2 were characterized by structure determinations with X-ray methods. (PPh3Me)2[WCl4(NO)2]: space group C2/c, Z = 4. a = 1874, b = 1046, c = 2263 pm, β = 119.99°. Structure determination with 3492 independent reflexions, R = 0.057. The compound consists of PPh3Me ions, and anions [WCl4(NO)2]2? with the nitrosyl groups in cis-position (symmetry C2v). (PPh3Me)2[WCl3(NO)2]2: Space group C2/c, Z = 4. Structure determination with 2947 independent reflexions, R = 0.059. (PPH3Me)2[MoCl3(NO)2]2: Space group P1 , Z = 1. a = 989, b = 1134, c = 1186 pm; α = 63.25°, β = 80.69°, γ = 69.94°. Structure determination with 3326 independent reflexions, R = 0.046. The compounds consist of PPh3Me ions, and centrosymmetric anions [MCl3(NO)2]22?, in which the metal atoms are associated via MCl2M bridges of slightly different lengths. One of the NO groups is in an axial position, the other one in equatorial position (symmetry C2h).  相似文献
