A series of novel aromatic poly (amide imide)s containing phthalazinone moietics were prepared from 2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[3-methyl-4-(4-aminophenoxy)-2,3-phthalazinone-1], a novel diamine 1 with our diimide-dicarboxylic acids by Yamazaki phosphorylation method with the inherent viscosity of 0.36-0.65 dL/g. These polymers had high glass transition temperatures above 300℃ and they lost 10% weight between 426-475℃ in N2. The structure of diamine 1 and the polymers was confirmed by IR,^1H NMR and MS. The obtained polymers were readily soluble in polar solvents such as NMP,m-cresol etc. and easily cast into tough,flexible films. The X-ray indicated that they are all amorphous.  相似文献

A new monomer, 1,4-bis(4-fluorobenzoyl) naphthalene (compound 2) was synthesized via a two-step reaction. 1,4-Naphthalenedicarboxylic acid chloride (compound 1) was prepared by using the acyl chlorization reaction of 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid with thionyl chloride. The Friedel-Crafts acylation of compound 1 with fluorobenzene afforded compound 2 in a 80% yield. The polycondensation of compound 2 with various bisphenols in tetramethylene sulfone(TMS) in the presence of excess potassium carbonate as a condensation reagent was carried out at 210℃ to quantitatively afford the corresponding poly(aryl ether ketone)s (compounds 3-8) containing 1,4-naphthalene moieties. Thermal analyses showed that the polymers have Tg values ranging from 496 to 500 K and are thermally stable in air with initial mass loss above 500℃. These novel polymers exhibited an excellent solubility in organic solvents including NMP, DMAc, and chloroform, etc. In addition, the glass transition temperatures of these polymers increased and the polymers became insoluble in chloroform after treated at 260℃, indicating the occurrence of a thermal crosslinking reaction.  相似文献

N,N'-Bis(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1,8,4,5-naphthalenetetracarboxylic bisimide was prepared from the reaction of 1,8,4,5-naphthalenetetrcarboxylic acid dianhydride and 2-aminophenol in N, N-dimethylformamide. Polymerization of this bisimide with 4,4'-difluorodiphenylsulfone and disodium 3,3'-disulfonate4,4'-difluorodiphenylsulfone gave ion-exchange sulfonated poly(ether sulfone). The structure of the title compound was characterized with 1H-NMR and its polymer was characterized with FT-IR.  相似文献

A novel aromatic diamine, 1, 2-dihydro-2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[3-methoxy-4-(4-aminophenoxy)]-2, 3-phthalazin-l-one (OO-DA) containing aza heterocyclic structure was synthesized from the bisphenol-like monomer in two steps and used for preparing new aromatic polyamides with high inherent viscosity of 0.89-1.03 dL.g^-1. The structures of diamine and polymers obtained were confirmed by MS, PT-IR, WAXD and ^1H-NMR. The synthesized polymers exhibited high glass transition temperature in the range of 281-307℃ and good solubility in polar solvents.  相似文献

A novel aromatic diacid, 4, 4′-bis[2-(4-carboxyphenyl)phthalazin- 1-one-4-yl]-bisphenyl ether III, containing bisphthalazinone and ether linkages was prepared from nucleophilic substitution of p-chlorobenzonitrile with the bisphenol-like monomer I, followed by alkaline hydrolysis of the intermediate dinitrile II. A series of poly(ether amide)s containing bisphthalazinone and ether linkages derived from diacid III and aromatic diamines were synthesized by one-step solution condensation polymerization using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. Moreover, the properties of poly(ether amide)s including thermal stability,solubility and crystallinity were also studied.  相似文献

Using aromatic bis(4-bromophenyl) ether and various aromatic diamines as the monomers, a series of novel poly(amine ether)s (PAEs) have been synthesized via palladium-catalyzed aryl amination, which is the Hartwig-Buchwald polycondensation reaction. Their structures were characterized by means of elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1^H NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results show a good agreement with the proposed structures. Their general properties were studied by DSC and TG and it's obvious that they show high glass transition temperatures (Tg〉200 ℃), good thermal stability with high decomposition temperatures (TD〉500℃) and excellent solubility. The mechanical behavior of these polymers suggested that they could be considered a new class of high-performance polymers.  相似文献

The ferrocenyl compound,N-phenylbis(ferrocenecarboxyl)imide (C28H23NO2Fe2,Mr=517.17),was synthesized and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single-crystal dif-fraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=21.374(14),b=10.430(7),c= 10.741(7) ,β=114.184(8)°,V=2184(2) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.573 g/cm3,F(000)=1064,μ(MoKα)= 1.355 mm–1,T=291(2) K,the final R=0.0548 and wR=0.1437 for 1524 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A new kind of π-conjugated heterocyclic poly(Schiff base) was firstly prepared by the condensation reaction between tetrathiatetrahydropentalene-type diketone and bithiazole-diamine in good yields. The polymers were characterized by VPO, FTIR and ^1H NMR spectroscopy. A large bathochromic shift was observed in UV-Vis spectra for these polymers due to the π-π* transition in the conjugated main chain. Brief examination indicated that the nitrogen-and sulfur-containing polymers exhibited an excellent chelating tendency to metal ions and the corresponding polymeric complexes would be expected to have potential in applications.  相似文献

A new polyamide containing bithiazole moieties (PTA) was synthesized by the polycondensation of 2, 2'-diamino-4, 4'-bithiazole (DABT) and oxalyl chloride. The polymer complex was prepared from PTA and NdC13 in DMSO. They were characterized through IR and elemental analysis. N-2-Thiazolylacrylamide (NTA) was polymerized by a radical route to obtain the polymer in good yield. The polymer with a pendent heterocyclic group is soluble in common organic solvents, which allow to prepare the corresponding metal complexes with higher loads easily. FTIR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis, and energy-dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDX) were applied to characterize these materials. The magnetic behavior of Fe(Ⅱ) and Nd(Ⅲ) complexes of poly(N-2-thiazolylacrylamide) was examined by a PPMS-9T magnetometer, exhibiting the characteristics of a soft ferromagnet. Poly (N-vinylacetamide) (PNVA) was synthesized by the free radical polymerization and its samarium (Ⅲ) binary complex was prepared and characterized by means of IR, UV-vis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and fluorescence spectra. Amphiphilic copolymer of 5-benzyloxytrimethylene carbonate (BTMC) with poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) was successfully synthesized using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase (IPPL) or SnOct2 as catalyst. Hydroxyl terminated PVP, synthesized with 2-mercaptoethanol as a chain transfer reagent, was employed as a rnacroinitiator. The resulting copolymers were characterized by GPC, ^1H NMR and IR. Increasing the BTMC/PVP-OH feed ratio ([B]/[P]) resulted in the increase of Mn of corresponding copolymers and the decrease of Mw/Mn. Immobilized enzyme has comparable catalytic activity to SnOct2 for the copolymerization.  相似文献
