Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=0.82510(11)nm, b=0.68870(9)nm, c=2.3007(3)nm, β=100.847(2)°, V=1.2840(3)nm3, Z=2,Dc=1.742Mg·m-3, μ(Mo Kα)=1.723mm-1F(000)=684. The structure was refined to final R1=0.0267, wR2=0.0735. The complex molecule structure has dinuclear centrosymmetric dimeric structure in which a planar Cu2O2 core features. The ligand N-(2,4-dihydroxybenzalidene)-o-aminobenzoic acid dianion is μ2-tridentate, chelating one copper(Ⅱ) ion via one nitro-gen, one hydroxy oxygen atom and one carboxylate oxygen atom, and the hydroxy oxygen atom simultaneously co-ordinates to the other copper(Ⅱ) ion of the dimer. In the structure the copper(Ⅱ) ion rendered four-coordination in a distorted square-planar geometry structure. CCDC: 212695.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterization of the ligand, [2-tetradecyl-3,6,9-tris(carboxymethyl)-3,6,9-triazaundecan-1,11-dioic acid, H5L] and its Gd(Ⅲ) chelate are described. Protonation constants for H5L (lgKiH = 10.80, 8.40, 4.30, 2.80, 2.15) and the stability constant for GdL2- (lgKGdL2-= 22.75) were determined by potentiometric titration and are similar with the related values of DTPA and Gd-DTPA respectively. The results obtained show that the basicity of the ligand and the stability constant of its Gd(Ⅲ) chelate are not obviously altered after introduction of a linear chain tetradecyl group at the terminal acetic acid residue of DTPA.  相似文献

The final R1 = 0.030 6, wR2= 0.084 2 for 2 992 observed reflections [I≥2σ(I)] out of 3357 unique reflections. In this complex, copper(Ⅱ) ion is square-pyramidally coordinated by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of tridentate C10H8N2O32- ligand, one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand, and one oxygen atom of water molecule with the oxygen atom of water molecule locating at the apical position. Study on the extraction and separation of rare earth with new extractants is important in the rare earth chemistry and nuclear reprocessing. In this work, the extraction of Ce(Ⅲ) with N,N,N′,N′-tetrabutylmalonamide (TBMA) in toluene from nitrate media has been investigated. The effect of the concentration of nitric acid, TBMA and salt-ing-out agent (LiNO3) and also the temperature on the distribution ratios was examined. The stoichiometries of the extracted complexes were determined to be Ce(NO3)3·3TBMA and Ce(NO3)3·4TBMA, respectively. The ap-parent extraction constants and the enthalpy of the extraction were calculated based on the extraction data, which are logKex1=3.97, logKex2=4.75 and ΔrHm?=-31.25kJ·mol-1, respectively. The IR spectra of the loaded organic phase supported the suggested extraction mechanism.  相似文献

α-十四烷基-DOTA及其钆(Ⅲ)螯合物的合成与表征(英)   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Synthesis and characterization of the ligand, [10-(α-tetradecylcarboxymethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7-triacetic acid, H4L] and its Gd(Ⅲ) chelate are described. Protonation constants for H4L(lgKiH = 10.62, 9.50, 4.74, 4.12) and the stability constant for GdL-(lgKGdL-= 24.60) were determined by potentiometric titrations. The results obtained show that the basicity of the ligand is not significantly altered and the ligand still maintains the strong chelating properties of the parent DOTA after introduction of a linear chain tetradecyl group at the acetic side chain of DOTA.  相似文献

The crystal of binuclear zinc complex Zn2(dhaash)2(py)4 was obtained in DMF and pyridine, where H2dhaash is 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone-N-salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.108 98(11) nm, b=1.640 84(16) nm, c=1.445 14(14) nm, β=108.617(2)°, Z=2, V=2.492 1(4) nm3, Dc=1.466 g·cm-3, Mr=1 099.74, μ=1.031 mm-1, F(000)=1 136 and the final R=0.044 8 and wR=0.105 8 for 4 143 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that, in the centrosymmetric binuclear complex molecule, two zinc(Ⅱ) centers are linked by two oxygen atoms (O(3) and O(3A)), respectively. Zn(1)…Zn(1A) distance is 0.314 81(6) nm, O(3)…O(3A) distance is 0.270 4(2) nm. Every zinc(Ⅱ) ion has an elongated octahedral coordination. For example, the two pyridine nitrogen atoms, one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from salicylhydrazone, one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in one dhaash2- ligand and one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in another dhaash2- ligand coordinated to zinc(Ⅱ) ion, respectively. Two zinc(Ⅱ) ions and all the 72 non-hydrogen atoms in the two dhaash2- ligands are in the same plane. CCDC: 261929.  相似文献

Using the ligand 4-sulfonyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate (SNDC), a coordination compound [Co(H2O)6]2[Co(SNDC)2(H2O)4]·4H2O(1) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, thermal analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group. The crystallographic data are: a=0.722 4(3) nm, b=1.181 2(4) nm, c=1.353 4(5) nm, V=1.039 47(7) nm3, Z=1, Dc=1.795 g·cm-3, R1=0.055 8, wR2=0.148 7. In the complex, the cobalt(Ⅱ) mononuclear anion ([Co(SNDC)2(H2O)4]4-) adopts the six-coordinated octahedral geometry furnished by two carboxylate oxygen atoms from the SNDC ligands and four water oxygen atoms. The cobalt(Ⅱ) mononuclear anions are self-assembled into two-dimensional sheets through hydrogen bonding between coordinated water molecules and carboxylate oxygens and π-π stacking of the aromatic naphthalene moieties. The [Co(H2O)6]2+ cations are intercalated between the layers through additional hydrogen bonds involving coordinated water molecules and sulfonate/carboxylate oxygen atoms. CCDC: 694556.  相似文献

The adjacent zigzag chains may also be paired under direction of supramolecular recognition and attraction through both π-π stacking and hydrogen bonding interactions into molecular zippers, which further interlinked into a three-dimensional supramolecular network by these noncovalent interactions.
