Abstract Interferences resulting from the presence of humic acid (HA) and other surface-active substances in a sample matrix decrease the reliability of Pb and Cd determinations obtained by square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV). The implementation of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) prior to SWASV minimizes the effect of these interferents by physically separating Pb and Cd from the sample matrix prior to analysis. The determination of both Pb and Cd was shown to be feasible after TLC separation from laboratory standards spiked with 100 ppm humic acid and from a lake water sample spiked with 1 ppm of Pb and Cd. 相似文献

Abstract The application of overpressured thin-layer chromatography introduced into the field of ion exchange chromatography. The basic differences between overpressured thin-layer chromatography and classical thin-layer chromatography are discussed including the distinction between the separations performed on thin-layer plates containing silica gel and a mixture of ion exchanger material and silica gel. The basic increase of flow velocity of solvent front with the aid of a pressurized ultra-micro chamber and the effect of flow velocity on the height equivalent of the theoretical plates are also presented. For basic amino acids, the flow velocity vs plate height curves show optima at a moderately high rate of development. 相似文献

本文通过壳聚糖(CTS)对水样中草酸根的预富集,利用离子色谱作为检测手段,建立了测定痕量草酸根的新方法。研究了CTS对C2O42-的吸附行为,考察了吸附时间、CTS用量、共存离子等对吸附率的影响。结果表明:在pH=3.0时,CTS对C2O42-的吸附率最大,可达100%;吸附后的C2O42-用0.1 mol/L的NaOH即可定量解吸,解吸率为96%;C2O42-的检出限为4.3μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7%(n=6)。CTS对C2O42-的等温吸附特性符合Langmuir方程,其饱和吸附量为194.0 mg/g。本方法用于水样中C2O42-的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

Abstract Residues of the fungicide biphenyl in citrus fruits have been determined by direct scanning of spots on phosphor-impregnated high performance silica gel TLC plates under UV light. Biphenyl was separated from fruit tissue by steam liquid-liquid extraction. Recoveries from spiked samples ranged from 92–99% at 100, 50, and 10 ppm levels. The precision of the TLC determination and overall procedure are shown to be adequate for residue analysis. 相似文献

苯氧乙酸及其衍生物对植物有很强的生物活性,是一类药性高、选择性好、使用安全的化学除草剂,因此,被农田广泛应用.其中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(简称2,4-D)是最为常用的一种.虽然这类化合物的毒性较小,但在土壤、粮食、环境水中的残留,也会对动植物构成不同程度的危害.因此,对苯氧乙酸类除草剂的分离和测定方法的研究,对于保护人类的健康和生态平衡具有重要的意义.目前,国内尚未见到有关这方面的研究报道.我们采用薄层色谱法,同时分离和测定了苯氧乙酸和2,4-D,灵敏度高,操作简便、快速. 相似文献
