众多研究表明,含有三肽基序即精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(RGD)的材料有助于细胞在其上的粘附和生长.尽管作为天然蛋白质的柞蚕丝蛋白同样具有RGD序列,但其从柞蚕丝纤维中的再生过程复杂且不易加工成型,因此对此类蛋白质材料的研究较少.我们以水溶液共混的方式,在再生柞蚕丝蛋白中引入了更为常用的桑蚕丝蛋白,通过对桑蚕丝蛋白水溶液特殊有效的醇诱导和冻融方法,成功制备了非水溶性的柞蚕丝蛋白/桑蚕丝蛋白复合支架材料.研究结果显示,随着柞蚕丝蛋白含量增加,共混支架的孔径和强度均有所下降,但其热稳定性上升;FTIR测试表明,尽管柞蚕丝蛋白和桑蚕丝蛋白的一级结构完全不同,但其二级结构在以此方法制备的支架材料中均以β-折叠构象为主.体外细胞培养实验证实,小鼠成纤维细胞和成骨细胞都能在支架上增殖生长,并且共混支架较纯桑蚕丝蛋白支架具有更高的细胞增殖速率,表明其不仅具有良好的生物相容性,而且可能更适用于组织工程领域.  相似文献

采用光还原方法制备了核-壳结构的Ag/TiO2纳米复合粒子, 通过TEM、UV-Vis光谱和XRD表征了不同TiO2浓度下Ag/TiO2纳米复合粒子的结构和光学性质. UV-Vis光谱证明了银颗粒的存在, 且复合粒子中的银粒径随着TiO2含量的增加而增加, 同时随着TiO2浓度的增加, 银的吸收峰出现明显的增强和展宽;从TEM照片 发现, Ag/TiO2纳米复合粒子是一种以Ag为核, 外面包覆一层TiO2的核-壳结构, TiO2浓度和Ag+浓度的增加, 使得复合粒子的银颗粒粒径增大. 用Z-扫描技术, 以锁模Ti:sapphire飞秒激光器发出的脉宽为130 fs激光做光源, 在790 nm波长的光作用下, 研究了0.5%(w)Ag+含量, 不同TiO2浓度的Ag/TiO2纳米复合粒子的非线性光学特性. 结果发现, 在790 nm激光作用下, 0.25%(w)TiO2样品膜有双光子吸收和自聚焦非线性折射现象; 而当TiO2浓度为0.70%(w)时, 样品膜的非线性吸收由反饱和吸收转变为饱和吸收.  相似文献

A cold plasma feed with either oxygen or nitrogen was used to modify thin Low Density Polyethylene films. The treatment improved both the surface wettability and the curing kinetic of a polyurethane based adhesive spread on the surface. The chemical functionalities responsible of the observed behaviours were investigated and monitored over time by high resolution x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Atomic force microscopy were used to compare the effects of the two feeding gases on the surface morphology of films exposed (to the plasma) for equal times. The effect on the treated films of the atmosphere exposure and of the aging time were also considered.  相似文献

利用基因工程方法把含有短肽RGD的氨基酸序列连接到桑蚕丝素蛋白的结晶序列GAGAGS上, 通过调节DNA的聚合度, 合成了具有[TGRGDSPA(GVPGV)2GG(GAGAGS)3AS]n一级结构、不同分子量大小的桑蚕丝素-RGD融合蛋白, 并且通过在M9培养基中添加[3-13C]Ala的方法进行融合蛋白的稳定同位素标记. 13C CP/MAS NMR结果显示, 融合蛋白中的GAGAGS部分具有与天然桑蚕丝素结晶部分相同的分子结构, 即Silk I处理后为均一的分子结构, 而Silk II处理后为不均一的分子结构, 它包含了三种不同的结构成分. 另一方面, 通过对小鼠成纤维细胞BALB/3T3在不同蛋白材料载体上的粘附和增殖性能的测定结果显示, 融合蛋白对细胞的增殖性能与天然胶原蛋白相近, 但表现出了比胶原蛋白更好的细胞粘附性能. 该研究结果显示, 如果对该桑蚕丝素-RGD融合蛋白进行适当加工, 可能适合于组织工程支架材料的应用.  相似文献

以不同结构的SiO_2为载体,采用传统浸渍法,合成3种负载型的Cu/SiO_2.使用X射线衍射(XRD)、 N_2的等温吸-脱附、紫外漫反射光谱(DR UV-vis)、 X射线电子能谱(XPS)、等离子原子发射光谱(ICP)和H_2的程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)方法对样品进行表征.考察了以H_2O_2为氧化剂,样品对苯酚直接羟基化合成苯二酚的催化性能.结果表明:具有介孔和MFI结构的二氧化硅(MS-1),稳定性强,有利于引入Cu物种在其孔内扩散及分布,形成更多的高分散CuO.一定反应条件下, Cu/MS-1催化活性最高,苯二酚的收率和选择性分别高达38.91%和81.5%. Cu/MS-1催化剂重复使用10次后,苯二酚的收率为37.64%,而Cu含量仅从2.5%变为2.1%,具有较强稳定性;高分散CuO是目标反应的主要活性物种.  相似文献

Surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the conventional treatment modalities of cancer though successful are limited by presence of residual tumor cells, toxic side-effects and treatment resistance, thus raising the need for investigating other novel approaches. Here, we have used a cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) jet and assessed the in vitro efficacy in gingivobuccal squamous cell carcinoma (GB-SCC) – ITOC-03, breast adenocarcinoma—MCF7 and HEK293 cells. Cells lines were subjected to varying doses of ionizing radiation (0, 2, 4, 6, 8 Gy) and CAP jet treatment (0, 60, 180, 240, 300 s). CAP jet treatment showed time dependent increase in H2O2 and NO2? concentration. Cell viability assay showed potent effect of CAP jet on all three cell lines in comparison to radiation treatment, while helium gas treatment showed minimal inhibitory effect. Irradiated, CAP jet and helium gas treated cells showed loss of nucleic acid features, 788 cm?1 and 1340 cm?1 in Raman spectra, indicating DNA damage. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed distinct classification of CAP-treated and control cells, while Principal Component – Linear Discriminant Analysis (PC-LDA) based classification of Raman spectra showed ITOC-03 and HEK293 cells to be sensitive to CAP jet and radiation treatment in comparison to MCF7 cells. Collectively, cell viability assay and Raman spectroscopy have shown potent effect of CAP jet in GB-SCC and breast adenocarcinoma cells.

The dehydrogenation reaction of ethane over Cr/CeO2 catalysts in presence of CO2 was studied with fixed-bed micro-reactor. The Cr/CeO2 catalysts of different Cr loading have been synthesized using impregnation techniques. The Cr/CeO2 system has already been found to be active and selective in the reaction at around 740 ℃. The function of carbon dioxide is to remove coke and hydrogen to accelerate dehydrogenation of ethane. The results of catalysts characterizations indicated that Cr3+ and Cr6+ occurred on the surface of the catalysts. The 1.2 mmol Cr/100m2 CeO2 catalyst sample with a monolayer dispersion of Cr on CeO2 support showed a stronger surface acidity and a maximum yield of ethylene of about 35.5% at 36.6% conversion of ethane.  相似文献

Decomposition of trichloromethane (chloroform, CHCl3) has been studied in inductively coupled RF thermal plasma and in cold plasma, i.e. in silent electric discharge, in neutral and oxidative conditions, as well. GC--MS analysis of the gaseous products and the extracts of the soots were performed and resulted in the formation of solid soot, aliphatic dienes, cyclo-dienes and some aromatic compounds in neutral conditions of RF thermal plasma. In oxidative conditions, however, much less soot and dienes, and much more oxygen-containing products were formed as compared to neutral ones. In the cold plasma reactor, wide range of chlorinated ethane, ethene and propene derivatives were formed in neutral conditions. In oxidative conditions, formation of carbonyl compounds and carbon monoxide as intermediates took place, while the final product consisted of CO2, H2O and Cl2 in the low temperature plasma reactor.  相似文献

In this paper, pre-reduced ilmenite concentrate of Indian region was processed successfully by thermal plasma routes to produce high titania slag. Effects of various parameters like time, yield and energy consumption, on TiO2 and FeO content in the slag were studied. One of the main drawbacks of thermal plasma process is higher specific electrical power consumption, especially where power is costlier. So, the main focus is to reduce the energy consumption with better yield in various thermal plasma reactors. It is found that energy consumption decreases in respect to in-flight static bed plasma reactor. If the melting time kept within 2 min, the TiO2 content and iron recovery increased, whereas melting time exceeds 2 min, low yield has been observed. At optimum conditions, TiO2 content in the slag and the iron recovery are 84.5 and 80%, respectively. The phases before and after reduction, the sample were analyzed using X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Cold atmospheric pressure plasma is widely used in research for biomedical applications and is a promising therapy to selectively eradicate cancer cells. However, fundamental information related to the plasma modification of biomolecules in aqueous solution remains elusive. In this work, we studied the chemical basis of tryptophan (Trp) oxidation using an Ar plasma jet and investigated the effects of plasma-treated tryptophan (PTT) on cell viability. The results show that the main product of the Trp of plasma induced oxidation is a mixture of hydroxyl derivatives and hydroperoxides in aqueous form. The products result primarily from the hydroxyl radical (·OH) attacking the Trp, which can be explained by the interaction with both the aromatic and the pyrrole rings. We observed that the PTT has a different proliferation effect between the growth of the B16 melanoma cells and the L929 fibroblast cells. The experimental results indicated that the effect of the PTT is dose-dependent in the B16 cells, ranging from cell proliferation to cytotoxic damage with apoptosis. Furthermore, we examined the intracellular changes in hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and superoxide radicals (\({\text{O}}_{2}^{{\bar{ \cdot }}}\)) following the Trp-derived treatment using the fluorescence probe method. Rigorous identification of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by PTT in cells as \({\text{O}}_{2}^{{\bar{ \cdot }}}\) and H2O2 helped establish the cellular source of ROS. It is shown that the intracellular H2O2 might originate from the activation of NADPH. These results suggested that the amino acid and protein hydroperoxides may play a crucial role in the action of plasma on the biologic target.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法对不同温度(25-120 ℃)及碱浓度(1:100-1:5, 摩尔比)下NaOH和KOH溶液中的氧气进行了模拟. 本文考察了NaOH及KOH溶液中溶剂-溶剂、氧气-溶剂及氧气-溶质的径向分布函数, 并采用爱因斯坦方程从均方位移曲线中计算得到了氧气及溶质离子的扩散系数. 结果显示随着碱浓度的升高, 氧气扩散系数逐渐减少; 在相同条件下, 氧气在NaOH溶液中扩散系数小于在KOH溶液中的扩散系数; 溶质离子扩散系数的变化规律与氧气一致. 通过与现有实验结果对比, 发现了分子动力学方法的可靠性及用于研究实验受限领域的优越性.  相似文献

使用付立叶变换红外光谱和固体高分辨核磁技术,考察了在不同处理条件下,甲烷无氧芳构化催化剂Mo/HZSM5分子筛骨架结构的变化情况.结果显示,较高的焙烧温度和较高的预处理温度,都会造成催化剂中担载的钼物种对分子筛骨架铝的严重抽提,特别是在钼物种含量较高时,这种情况更明显.以不同担体及不同钼物种构成的前驱态催化剂的催化反应评价结果表明,以微晶状态存在的MoO3和与担体间以相对较弱作用力存在的高分散钼物种,在反应过程中被活化成具有催化活性钼物种的几率更大;而晶相状态的Al2(MoO4)3以及与载体间存在较强相互作用力的钼物种,在甲烷无氧芳构化过程中不起主要催化活性作用.计算得出,甲烷无氧脱氢芳构化反应的表观活化能为89.8kJ/mol.  相似文献

The aggregation stability of SiO2 (aerosil OX-50), FeOOH, ZrO2 CeO2, and natural diamond sols was studied by photometry over a wide range of KCl and BaCl2 concentrations at pH 6 and 3. It was shown that the stability of aerosil OX-50 and FeOOH sols is determined by the ion-electrostatic component of the particle interaction energy, and the stability of ZrO2, CeO2, and natural diamond sols, by the structural component of the interaction energy due to the overlapping of water boundary layers formed near the particle surfaces.  相似文献

In the present work we investigate the structure sensitivity of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) combining electrochemistry, in situ spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations. The intrinsic difficulty of such studies is the fact that at electrode potentials where the OER is observed, the electrode material is highly oxidized. As a consequence, the surface structure during the reaction is in general ill-defined and only scarce knowledge exists concerning the structure-activity relationship of this important reaction. To alleviate these challenging conditions, we chose as starting point well-defined Pt single-crystal electrodes, which we exposed to well-defined conditioning before studying their OER rate. Using this approach, a potential region is identified where the OER on Pt is indeed structure-sensitive with Pt(100) being significantly more active than Pt(111). This experimental finding is in contrast to a DFT analysis of the adsorption strength of the reaction intermediates O*, OH*, and OOH* often used to plot the activity in a volcano curve. It is proposed that as a consequence of the highly oxidizing conditions, the structure-sensitive charge-transfer resistance through the interface determines the observed reaction rate.  相似文献

本文对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混物的组成、结构、性能和相互作用进行了研究。实验结果表明:少量的NBR能大幅度提高HDPE的冲击韧性和耐环境应力开裂性能。WAXD显示NBR在共混物中呈现一定程度的取向;TEM显示NBR能以平均粒径为0.2 μm的尺寸分散于HDPE中,且形成较牢固的结合;DMA分析发现HDPE与NBR间相互作用而引起α、γ、T_(?)转变温度发生变化。本文对HDPE与NBR相互作用的机理进行了讨论。  相似文献

The association constants of fourteen steroid hormones with - and -cyclodextrin were measured in methanol-water (20 : 80 v/v) at 35 °C using the chromatographic Hummel-Dreyer method. It was found that the greatest influence on the association constants is the structural features of ring A of these compounds but the substituents of ring D also alter the complex stability to an appreciable degree. The measured association constants were considerably greater than the corresponding values measured previously in the medium containing more methanol (45 instead of 20%).  相似文献
