Bestimmung von Methylchlorsilanen in Chlorsilanen mit Hilfe eines Systems Gas-Chromatograph und Massenspektrometer

Zusammenfassung Die Verbindungen (CH₃)₂SiHCl, CH₃SiHCl₂ und (CH₃)₃SiCl wurden in SiHCl₃/SiCl₄-Gemischen gas-chromatographisch analysiert, wobei ein Massenspektrometer mit fester Masseneinstellung als Detektor eingesetzt wurde. Die Nachweisgrenze liegt bei ca. 1 Gew.-ppm für diese Verbindungen.

Determination of methylchlorosilanes in chlorsilanes with a gas-chromatograph/ mass spectrometer system

Summary The compounds (CH₃)₂SiHCl, CH₃SiHCl₂ and (CH₃)₃SiCl were analyzed in SiHCl₃/SiCl₄ mixtures by gas chromatography using a mass spectrometer being focused on definite peaks as detector. The detection limit was found to be about 1 ppm (wt) of these compounds.

Hexabromo-melamine was prepared by reaction of melamine with dibromoisocyanuric acid in conc. H₂SO₄. Its properties and structure are discussed.

     

Phasenverhältnisse der Selenate im Dreistoffsystem Tl2O3-SeO3-H2O bei 100°C

Summary The solubility of the system Tl₂O₃-SeO₃-H₂O was studied at 100°C. The compounds obtained were subjected to X-ray and thermal analysis. The symmetry and the crystallographic constants of some of the compounds were determined.

     

Gas chromatography of halogens

Summary The semi-empirical theory on the retention volume in gas chromatography recently developed by some experiments, was found to require partial correction. It was newly refined and summarized. Overall experimental checking was performed by the use of Cl₂, Br₂, and I₂.

Zusammenfassung Die halbempirische Theorie über das Retentionsvolumen in der Gas-Chromatographie, die kürzlich an Hand einiger Versuche entwickelt wurde, erforderte eine teilweise Korrektur. Sie wurde verbessert und zusammenfassend dargestellt. Kontrollversuche wurden mit Hilfe von Chlor, Brom und Jod durchgeführt.
