合成了一系列3-酰胺基氮取代的NAD(P)H模型物,测定了其与5-硝基异喹啉正离子的二级反应速度常数,并一模型物的氧化还原电势进行了比较,实验结果表明,模型闰酰基氧-方面可离域二氢吡啶环上N的电子;另一方面负一的3-位酰基氧在反应过渡态中又可引起分子内和分子间的两种静电作用;3-位酰基的电子效应对模型物动力学反应性的影响是这两种效应综合作用的结果。 相似文献

通过柠檬酸辅助固相研磨法制备铜基催化剂,采用XRD、TPR、TG-DSC、SEM、BET、TEM、XPS、CO_2-TPD等手段对催化剂性能进行表征.结果表明室温固相研磨的前驱体在惰性气体N_2中焙烧使体系中的CuO绝大部分被原位还原成Cu~0,不需外加H_2还原,直接制得了C/I-Cu/ZnO催化剂,催化剂具有中孔.利用高压固定床连续反应装置对催化剂活性进行了评价,结果表明,柠檬酸用量、前驱体焙烧温度、焙烧升温速率等条件对催化剂活性产生影响,当C_6H_8O_7/(Cu+Zn)摩尔比为1.2/1并Cu/Zn摩尔比1/1,前驱体在N_2中以3 K·min~(-1)升温速率于623 K焙烧3 h,制得的C/I-Cu/ZnO催化剂比表面积最大,Cu~0粒径最小,在CO_2加氢合成甲醇反应中表现出最佳的活性,CO_2转化率、甲醇选择性和产率分别达到了28.28%、74.29%和21.01%.与外加H_2还原的C/H-Cu/ZnO催化剂相比,原位还原C/I-Cu/ZnO催化剂比表面积较大,Cu~0的粒径较小,活性较高. 相似文献

在无溶剂条件下,室温研磨合成了11个未见报道的芳脲基酰基硫脲类化合物,经核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分析确定结构,并进行了初步的生物活性试验,结果表明,浓度采用10 mg/L时,一些目标化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性,其中N-苯脲基-N′-肉桂酰基硫脲和N-对甲苯脲基-N′-肉桂酰基硫脲具有较好的生长素活性,分别为54.13%和46.79%;N-对甲苯脲基-N′-肉桂酰基硫脲和N-对甲苯脲基-N′-苯氧乙酰基硫脲具有较好的细胞分裂素活性,分别为55.11%和51.14%。 相似文献

将溶胶-凝胶技术应用于SPME固相涂层的制备,涂制的端羟基-聚二甲基硅氧烷固相涂层热稳定性好,萃取时间和解吸时间短,对极性化合物及非极性化合物均有较强的萃取富集能力。扫描电镜图显示涂层表面为多孔结构。采用该涂层的SPME方法在对环境样品的分析中获得了令人满意的效果。 相似文献

Since the early studies of Mannich, Mannich reaction has become an important tool for the synthesis of new compounds. Mannich bases can be either directly employed or used as intermediates. In this work, the one‐carbon unit transfer reaction of tetrahydrofolate coenzyme was initiated. 1,3‐Dimethylimidazolidine as a new tetrahydrofolate coenzyme model at formaldehyde oxidation level was used to react with ketone having active hydrogen atoms and amine to give the corresponding Mannich base in good yield by a covert Mannich reaction.
