This paper investigates impulsive chaotic synchronization of discrete-time switched systems with state-dependent switching strategy. The parameter-dependent Lyapunov function (PDLF) technique is used to establish stability criteria for a class of switched systems consisting of both stable and unstable subsystems. With these criteria, sufficient conditions are given to achieve observer-based impulsive chaotic synchronization. Examples are presented to illustrate the criteria.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodology to study the local stability of periodic orbits (orbital stability) in switched discontinuous piecewise affine (DPWA) periodically driven multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The switched system of interest has a bilinear state space representation where the controller inputs are binary signals taking values in the set {0,1}. These systems are characterized by a set of affine differential equations together with switching rules to commute between them. These switching rules are described by switching functions that are periodic in time and linear in state. The methodology is based on obtaining a discrete time model (Poincaré map), its steady state operation points, and its Jacobian matrix. This provides a powerful tool for studying their stability and to predict some kind of instability phenomena that the system can undergo like subharmonic oscillations. The proposed approach is applied to a power electronic circuit which toggles among six different system equations with five switching boundaries within a switching cycle. This paper presents the finite-time synchronization between switched stochastic R?ssler systems accompanied by a time-driven switching law. Based on the Ito formula and Lyapunov stability theory, the finite-time synchronization of switched stochastic master-slave R?ssler systems and the finite-time stability for the mean of error states are developed with the proposed feedback controller. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper investigates the robust sliding-mode control (SMC) problem for a class of uncertain switched systems with a time delay. The design process of sliding-mode control is divided into two steps. First, a sliding surface is constructed such that the reduced-order equivalent sliding mode restricted to the sliding surface is completely invariant to all admissible uncertainties under switching laws with an average dwell-time property. Second, variable structure controllers are developed to drive the states of the switched delay system to reach the sliding surface in finite time and remain on it thereafter. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Stability conditions for a nonstationary automatic-control system of variable structure in sliding mode are established. The controller of the system has feedback-switched filters functioning together with the shaper and actuator. The nonstationary parameters of the system vary within given ranges, at a finite rate, under appropriate control laws, with adjustment for the error signal, its derivatives of finite order, and all variable parameters of the filter. The parameters of the switching hyperplane remain constant. This approach to stability analysis is based on the existence conditions for the sliding mode at the switching boundary in the phase space. In this paper, by introducing the definition of the solution, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution for nonlinear on–off switched systems with switching at variable times (NVTSS). Based on this result, the continuous dependence and differentiability of the solution of NVTSS (4) with respect to the initial state are presented. Besides, the switching phenomenon (the integral curve of NVTSS (4) may hit some surface finite or infinite times causing a rhythmical beating) and periodic solution of NVTSS (4) are also discussed.

In this paper, we study the robust finite \(L_2 \) -gain control for a class of cascade switched nonlinear systems with parameter uncertainty. Each subsystem of the switched system under consideration is composed of a zero-input asymptotically stable nonlinear part which is a lower dimension switched system, and of a linearizable part. The uncertainty appears in the control channel of each subsystem. We give sufficient conditions under which the nonlinear feedback controllers are derived to guarantee that the \(L_2 \) -gain of the closed-loop switched system is less than a prespecified value for all admissible uncertainty under arbitrary switching. Moreover, we also develop the \(L_2\) -gain controllers for the switched systems with nonminimum phase case.  相似文献

It is assumed that the nonstationary parameters of the system vary within given ranges, at a finite rate, with appropriate control laws, with adjustment against mismatch signal, its derivatives of finite order, and all variable parameters of the filter. The Wada basin boundaries of a switched Hénon map have been verified for period-2 switching signals [Zhang in Nonlinear Dyn. 73:2221–2229, 2013]. Based upon the auxiliary dynamical system method, the results are extended to the generally switched systems with time-dependent switching. Under some generic assumptions, some sufficient conditions guaranteeing Wada basin boundaries are presented for the periodic switching signals. The results show that switching signals can give rise to this type of basin structure. It suggests that the unpredictability associated to the Wada property can also occur in the switched system.  相似文献

It has become commonly accepted by scientists and engineers that brake squeal is generated by friction-induced self-excited vibrations of the brake system. The noise-free configuration of the brake system loses stability through a flutter-type instability and the system starts oscillating in a limit cycle. Usually, the stability analysis of disk brake models, both analytical as well as finite element based, investigates the linearized models, i.e. the eigenvalues of the linearized equations of motion. However, there are experimentally observed effects not covered by these analyses, even though the full nonlinear models include these effects in principle. The present paper describes the nonlinear stability analysis of a realistic disk brake model with 12 degrees of freedom. Using center manifold theory and artificially increasing the degree of degeneracy of the occurring bifurcation, an analytical expression for the turning points in the bifurcation diagram of the subcritical Hopf bifurcations is calculated. The parameter combination corresponding to the turning points is considered as the practical stability boundary of the system. Basic phenomena known from the operating experience of brake systems tending to squeal problems can be explained on the basis of the practical stability boundary.  相似文献

In this paper, uncertain switched Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with interval time-varying delay and distributed time-varying delay are proposed. Novel multiple Lyapunov functions are employed to investigate the stability of the switched neural networks under the switching rule with the average dwell time property. Sufficient conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which guarantee the exponential stability for the switched Cohen–Grossberg neural networks. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the \(H_\infty \) synchronization control problem for a class of chaotic systems with multiple delays in the presence of controller temporary failure. Based on the idea of switching, the synchronization error systems with controller temporary failure are modeled as a class of switched synchronization error systems. Then, a switching condition that incorporates the controller failure time is constructed by using piecewise Lyapunov functional and average dwell-time methods, such that the switched synchronization error systems are exponentially stable and satisfy a weighted \(H_\infty \) performance level. In the meantime, a switching state feedback \(H_\infty \) controller is derived by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. More incisively, the obtained results can also be applied to the issue of aperiodically intermittent control. Finally, three simulation examples are employed to illustrate the effectiveness and potential of the proposed method.  相似文献

The existing models of switch-toughening seldom consider the effect of non-uniform ferro-elastic domain switching in the vicinity of a crack. To explore this issue, an evolution law for the volume fraction of the switched portion under applied electromechanical loading is established from the minimum energy principle. Based on this law, a switching model capable of dealing with the non-uniform distribution of switching strain is developed. The domain switching zone is divided into a saturated inner core and an active surrounding annulus. Mono-domain solution of ferro-elastic toughening is obtained under the model of small scale domain switching. Toughening for ferroelectrics with different poling states is estimated via Reuss type approximation. Two sets of solutions are obtained according to spherical and cylindrical inclusions. The interval of toughening defined by these two models covers the range of experimental data. The same conclusion is reached for the size of the switching zone.  相似文献

Critical conditions of period-doubling bifurcation and saddle-node bifurcation are derived for a class of switched linear systems. They can be applied to other similar hybrid, Filippov, or piecewise-smooth systems. Such switched linear systems are common in DC-DC converters. Those previously known critical conditions in the past research become special cases in the generalized framework. Given an arbitrary control scheme, a systematic procedure is proposed to derive the critical condition, which shows the stable range of a system parameter and the minimum stabilizing ramp slope. Two different systems with similar loop gains at high frequency have similar forms of critical conditions. The effect of switching delay is also analyzed.  相似文献

The asymptotic stability of a discrete logistic model with random growth coefficient is studied in this paper. Firstly, the discrete logistic model with random growth coefficient is built and reduced into its deterministic equivalent system by orthogonal polynomial approximation. Then, the linear stability theory and the Jury criterion of nonlinear deterministic discrete systems are applied to the equivalent one. At last, by mathematical analysis, we find that the parameter interval for asymptotic stability of nontrivial equilibrium in stochastic logistic system gets smaller as the random intensity or statistical parameters of random variable is increased and the random parameter's influence on asymptotic stability in stochastic logistic system becomes prominent.  相似文献

This paper presents a new periodic switching chaotic system, which is topologically non-equivalent to the original sole chaotic systems. Of particular interest is that the periodic switching chaotic system can generate stable solution in a very wide parameter domain and has rich dynamic phenomena. The existence of a stable limit cycle with a suitable choice of the parameters is investigated. The complex dynamical evolutions of the switching system composed of the Rössler system and the Chua’s circuit are discussed, which is switched by equal period. Then the possible bifurcation behaviors of the system at the switching boundary are obtained. The mechanism of the different behaviors of the system is investigated. It is pointed out that the trajectories of the system have obvious switching points, which are decided by the periodic signal. Meanwhile, the system may be led to chaos via a period-doubling bifurcation, resulting in the switching collisions between the trajectories and the non-smooth boundary points. The complicated dynamics are studied by virtue of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Furthermore, the control methods of this periodic switching system are discussed. The results we have obtained clearly show that the nonlinear switching system includes different waveforms and frequencies and it deserves more detailed research.  相似文献

随着计算机技术的飞速发展,更高效、更稳定和长时间模拟能力更强的数值算法需求迫切.哈密顿系统辛算法与传统算法相比在稳定性和长期模拟方面具有显著优越性.但动力系统中不可避免地存在大量不同程度的不确定性,动力学分析中需要考虑这些不确定性的影响以确保合理有效性.然而,目前考虑参数不确定性的哈密顿系统响应分析的研究基础还比较薄弱.为此,本文考虑随机和区间参数不确定性,对两种不确定性非齐次线性哈密顿系统分析计算结果进行了比较研究,从而突破了传统哈密顿系统的局限性,并应用于结构动力响应评估中.首先,针对确定性非齐次线性哈密顿系统,提出了考虑确定性扰动的参数摄动法;在此基础上,分别提出了随机、区间非齐次线性哈密顿系统的参数摄动法,得到了它们响应界限的数学表达;随后,用数学理论推导得到了区间响应范围包含随机响应范围的相容性结论;最后,两个数值算例在较小时间步长下验证了所提方法在结构动力响应中的可行性和有效性,体现了随机、区间哈密顿系统响应结果之间的包络关系,并在较大时间步长下与传统方法相比较凸显了哈密顿系统辛算法的数值计算优势、与蒙特卡洛模拟方法相比较验证了所提方法的精度.  相似文献
