从理论上分析出在一定条件下啁啾光栅输出耦合器具有较好的聚焦衍射光束的作用.实验上采用光漂白方法,利用两束激光在PMMA/DR1平面波导上所形成的干涉条纹来制备啁啾光栅,研究了这种啁啾光栅耦合器衍射光的聚焦效应,观测结果与理论分析基本相符.  相似文献

几乎所有的光学材料都具有热致折射率变化的特性,当光束经过局域热源作用下折射率呈梯度分布的介质时会发生偏向,利用这种特性可做成各种热光器件.本文在玻璃基板表面上制备了条形Ti薄膜热源,通过测定出射光束的偏向角,利用解折方法,得出基极截面的折射率分布.根据能量守恒,得到该材料的折射率温度系数,与公布值比较,验证了本方法的正确性.本文对研究和分析热光材料和器件提供了一种有益的方法.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米Fe3O4磁性颗粒,将其均匀分散在载液中获得磁流体.给出了表征所制备样品的宏观和微观特性图谱,探究了样品的磁热效应、法拉第效应和克尔效应,并制作了磁流体薄膜显示器.通过对磁流体样品的分析,获得其最佳的油酸钠包裹量为0.0216g/mL,样品颗粒小,稳定性高,磁热效应明显.研究发现磁流体薄膜的透射率随磁场变化明显,测量费尔德系数时必须考虑透射率的影响.磁流体样品存在异常克尔信号.  相似文献

This paper reports that the transient laser-induced voltages have been observed in La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 thin films on MgO (001) in the absence of an applied current. A peak voltage of - 0.15 V was detected in response to 0.015J pulse of 308 nm laser. It is demonstrated that the signal polarity is reversed when the films are irradiated through the substrate rather than at the air/film interface. Off-diagonal thermoelectricity may support the inversion of the signal when the irradiation direction is reversed.  相似文献

A phenomenological thermodynamic theory is applied to investigate the effect of misfit strain and electric field on the electrocaloric effect of P(VDF-TrFE)/SrTiO 3 bilayer thin films.Theoretical results indicate that the low electric field results in the decrease of the average polarization with the increase of the relative thickness of SrTiO 3 layer,and the high electric field has an opposite effect on it.Moreover,the electrocaloric effect strongly depends on the electric field.The low electric field and the small field change can lead to a maximum of the electrocaloric effect,meanwhile the high electric field or the large field change results in the opposite trend.  相似文献

Co-doped Bi5FeTi3O15 thin films (BFCT-x, Bi5Fe1-xCoxTi3O15) were prepared using a sol—gel technique. XRD patterns confirm their single phase Aurivillius structure, and the corresponding powder Rietveld analysis indicates the change of space group around x=0.12. The magnetic hysteresis loops are obtained and ferromagnetism is therefore confirmed in BFCT-x thin films. The remanent magnetization (Mr) first increases and reaches the maximum value of 0.42 emu/cm3 at x=0.12 due to the possible Fe3+—O—Co3+ ferromagnetic coupling. When x = 0.25, the Mr increases again because of the dominant Fe3+—O—Co3+ ferromagnetic coupling. The remanent polarization (2Pr) of BFCT-0.25 was measured to be as high as 62 μC/cm2, a 75% increase when compared with the non-doped BFCT-0 films. The 2Pr remains almost unchanged after being subjected to 5.2 × 109 read/write cycles. Greatly enhanced ferroelectric properties are considered to be associated with decreased leakage current density.  相似文献

The polyetherketone (PEK-c) guest–host polymer thin films doped with disperse red 13 were prepared by spin-coating method. The corona poling condition was optimized by the poling profiles. The polymer films were poled by corona-onset poling at elevated temperature, and the corona poling setup includes a grid voltage making the surface-charge distribution uniform. The linear electro-optic coefficients of the poled polymer films have been determined at λ=632.8 nm by using a new simple interferometric technique, which is based on compensating the change of the optical length due to the electro-optic effect of the poled polymer film by the anti-piezoelectric effect of a quartz crystal.  相似文献

The nonlinear absorption and optical limiting (OL) performance of tetra- and octasubstituted zinc phthalocyanine complexes were described in solution and in the solid state using the open-aperture Z-scan technique. The measurements were performed using collimated 4 ns pulses generated from a frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser at 532 nm wavelength. The polymeric films exhibit a much larger effective nonlinear absorption coefficient in comparison with solution. However, the parameters of the ratio of the excited to ground state absorption cross section and energy-dependent saturation in solution are much better compared to properties in the polymeric film. In terms of the ratio of the excited to ground state absorption cross section, the peripherally substituted complexes show better OL performance than the non-peripherally substituted derivative.  相似文献

PANI/PMMA composite was synthesized by emulsion polymerization pathway and the composite thin film was obtained by vacuum evaporation. The effect of vapour chopping and varying PMMA concentration was also studied. The FTIR spectra showed that the PANI/PMMA composite thin film deposited as a short chain oligomers. Increase in transmittance and decrease in refractive index was obtained with increasing concentration of PMMA, which further increased the adhesion and decreased intrinsic stress. The vapour chopping improved its optical as well as mechanical properties and produced smoother surface morphology. Increase of PMMA made the film more amorphous and does not change its band gap.  相似文献

We have investigated the transport and ultraviolet photovoltaic properties of Fe$_{3}$O$_{4}$ thin films grown on glass substrates by facing-target sputtering technique. The nonlinear dependence of current-density on voltage suggests that the transport process is most likely the tunnelling process and grain boundaries act as barriers. Furthermore, nonequilibrium electron-hole pairs are excited in the grains and grain boundary regions for Fe$_{3}$O$_{4}$ film under ultraviolet laser, since the energy gap of Fe$_{3}$O$_{4}$ is smaller than the ultraviolet photon energy. And then the built-in electric field near the grain boundaries will separate carriers, leading to the appearance of an instant photovoltage.  相似文献

针对航天器用MEMS热控百叶窗存在的柔性薄膜应力问题, 开展界面合金化控制薄膜应力技术研究. 通过给柔性Al/PI薄膜体系添加中间层Sn, 使其合金化, 使晶格产生膨胀畸变, 来引入相反的应力与已经存在的本征压应力相抗衡, 可获得低表观应力的薄膜. 用SEM和EDS剖面分析验证了Sn原子发生了明显的扩散现象, 形成了Al-Sn合金层. 这种方法可作为控制薄膜应力的一种新的技术手段.  相似文献

At the cascade SRS in the region of negative chromatic dispersion of a single mode fiber, 70-to 100-fs light pulses have been obtained. It is shown that a 70-fs multisoliton pulse in a single mode fiber breaks up into “color” solitons. Pulses of 18 fs have been formed by multisoliton compression. The pulse duration corresponds to about three optical cycles at the wavelength of 1.6 μm. From the results of the experiment, the relaxation time of the silica-glass electron nonlinearity is estimated to be 2 to 4 fs.  相似文献

Miniemulsion polymerization was used as the synthetic method to produce clay/poly(methyl methacrylate) nanocomposites. Two kinds of interfacial interactions clay–polymer particle were observed by electron microscopy, one where the polymer particles are adhered on the surface of the larger fragments of clay, and another where nanometric fragments of clay are encapsulated by polymer particles. Variations in the glass transition temperature (Tg) and thermomechanical properties of the matrix, as function of clay content, were observed. In particular, at the highest clay loading (1.0 wt%) depression of Tg and thermomechanical properties were observed. The increased clay–polymer matrix interfacial area appears to be the conditioning factor that determines such behavior.  相似文献

射频磁控溅射法制备了La2/3Ca1/3MnO3纳米薄膜(LCMO).该薄膜发生FM-PM相变的转变点温度为Tc≈308K(近似为电阻峰值温度Tp);在不同温度下的光电导性质实验表明所制备的LCMO薄膜在连续激光作用时低温段(Tc)表现为光致电阻率增大效应,即ΔR/R>0,并在R-T曲线拐点附近取得极大值,(ΔR/R)max=43.5%;当T>T关键词: 钙钛矿薄膜 光响应 电子自旋 小极化子  相似文献

The electrical and optical properties of the indium tin oxide(ITO)/epoxy composite exhibit dramatic variations as functions of the ITO composition and ITO particle size. Sharp increases in the conductivity in the vicinity of a critical volume fraction have been found within the framework of percolation theory. A conductive and insulating transition model is extracted by the ITO particle network in the SEM image, and verified by the resistivity dependence on the temperature.The dependence of the optical transmittance on the particle size was studied. Further decreasing the ITO particle size could further improve the percolation threshold and light transparency of the composite film.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶旋涂法在Si(111)衬底上生长了ZnO薄膜,并用荧光光谱、原子力显微镜和XRD对ZnO薄膜样品进行了分析.结果表明,溶胶-凝胶旋涂法制备的ZnO薄膜为纤锌矿结构,其c轴取向程度与热处理温度有很大的关系.当热处理温度小于550℃时,氧化锌薄膜在室温下均有较强的紫外带边发射峰,而可见波段的发射很弱;当热处理温度高于550℃时,可见波段发射明显增强.对经过不同时间热处理的ZnO薄膜样品分析表明,氧化锌薄膜的荧光特性及表面形貌与热处理时间也有很大关系,时间过短可见波段的发射较强,但时间过长会导致晶 关键词: ZnO薄膜 光致发光  相似文献
