Thalictrum is an important plant genus that is widely used in traditional medicine. In this review considerable attention has been given to triterpenoid saponins in connection with their specific distribution in the Thalictrum genus and with their biological activity. All other non-alkaloid compounds isolated from the Thalictrum genus are also reviewed; these metabolites are discussed in relation to their structural features and to their role in the plants.  相似文献

(Ranunculaceae) — has the structure of oleanolic acid 3-O-[O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranoside 28-O-[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside]. Squarrofuric acid has been isolated fromThalictrum squarrosum by the acid hydryolysis of a methanolic extract. It is suggested that is is an artefact formed on hydrolysis and has the structure of 3, 30-dihydroxy-22,25-epoxylanost-9(11)-en-21-oic acid.1H and13C NMR spectra are given for squarrofuric acid and nine of its derivatives. The new bisbenzylisoquinolines (+)-tha1igrisine 1 and (+)-tha1iphylline (6) have been isolated from Thalictrum minus var. microphyllum. Four rules are described which correlate the structures of Thalictrum bisbenzylisoquinolines with their stereochemistry at C-1 and C-1'. As a result, (+)-tha1rugosamine is shown to be identical with (+)-homoaromo1ine (14). (+)-Thalisamine and (+)-N'-norhernandezine are also identical and are represented by expression 18. The sole exception to the rules is (-)-isothalidezine (15).  相似文献

Summary A rapid non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis method has been developed for the separation and determination, within 14 min, of eight isoquinoline alkaloids (berberine, palmatine, jatrorrhizine, (+)-tetrandrine, berbamine, thalifaricine, northalfine, and thalistine) in seventeen samples of the herbal drug thalictrum. A methanolic solution of sodium acetate (75mm) and acetic acid (1m) was found to be the optimum running buffer for the separation. Thalictrum Atriplex Finet et Gagep (T.AFG) was selected for further study, including investigation of recovery and precision, because this preparation contained all the isoquinoline alkaloids tested. Calibration curves were highly linear over a 20-fold concentration range and detection limits for all eight alkaloids were in the range 0.42–3.04 μg mL−1.  相似文献

From Thalictrum faberi ten new aporphine-benzylisoquinoline dimers were isolated and the complete structures assigned by spectral methods. Of them, thalifaberine (1), thalifabine (2), thalifarapine (3), thalifabatine (4), thalifasine (5) and dehydrothalifaberine (6) ' constitute a new type of aporphine-benzylisoquinoline dimers. Huangshanine (7), faberonine (8), faberidine (9) and dehydrohuangshanine (10) are fetidine-type alkaloids.  相似文献

Two new oxoaporphine alkaloids, 1,2,3,10-tetramethoxy-9-(2-hydroxy-4,5-dimethoxybenzyloxy)oxoaporphine (1) and 1,2,3,10-tetramethoxy-9-(4,5-dimethoxy-2-formylphenoxy)oxoaporphine (2), were isolated from Thalictrum elegans.
