N-2-Thiazolylacrylamide (NTA) was polymerized by a radical route to obtain the polymer in good yield. The polymer with a pendent heterocyclic group is soluble in common organic solvents, which allow to prepare the corresponding metal complexes with higher loads easily. FTIR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis, and energy-dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDX) were applied to characterize these materials. The magnetic behavior of Fe(Ⅱ) and Nd(Ⅲ) complexes of poly(N-2-thiazolylacrylamide) was examined by a PPMS-9T magnetometer, exhibiting the characteristics of a soft ferromagnet. It is found that the Nd(Ⅲ) complex has an extremely high relative saturation magnetization of 35 emu/g.  相似文献

Synthesis and Properties of Novel Poly(amine ether)s   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
Using aromatic bis(4-bromophenyl) ether and various aromatic diamines as the monomers, a series of novel poly(amine ether)s (PAEs) have been synthesized via palladium-catalyzed aryl amination, which is the Hartwig-Buchwald polycondensation reaction. Their structures were characterized by means of elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1^H NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results show a good agreement with the proposed structures. Their general properties were studied by DSC and TG and it's obvious that they show high glass transition temperatures (Tg〉200 ℃), good thermal stability with high decomposition temperatures (TD〉500℃) and excellent solubility. The mechanical behavior of these polymers suggested that they could be considered a new class of high-performance polymers.  相似文献

Three novel poly(ether imide)s were synthesized by one-step solution polymerization from 2-(3,4-dicarboxyl-N-phenyl)-4-(3‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘,4‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘-dicarboxly-phenoxyl-4-(2-methyl)-phenyl)-2,3-phthalazin-l-one dianhydride and three amines,and characterized.The polymers show good solubility and thermal properties.  相似文献

A new polyamide containing bithiazole moieties (PTA) was synthesized by the polycondensation of 2, 2'-diamino-4, 4'-bithiazole (DABT) and oxalyl chloride. The polymer complex was prepared from PTA and NdC13 in DMSO. They were characterized through IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary magnetic properties of the complex PTA-Nd^3+ was investigated, it was found that the material is a ferromagnet at low temperature.  相似文献

A novel aromatic diamine, 1, 2-dihydro-2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[3-methoxy-4-(4-aminophenoxy)]-2, 3-phthalazin-l-one (OO-DA) containing aza heterocyclic structure was synthesized from the bisphenol-like monomer in two steps and used for preparing new aromatic polyamides with high inherent viscosity of 0.89-1.03 dL.g^-1. The structures of diamine and polymers obtained were confirmed by MS, PT-IR, WAXD and ^1H-NMR. The synthesized polymers exhibited high glass transition temperature in the range of 281-307℃ and good solubility in polar solvents.  相似文献

The rare earth (RE=La, Y, Gd) salicylates were synthesized by the rheological phase reaction method. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra (IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and thermal gravity analysis (TG). They can be represented by general formula RE(HSal)3 (RE=La, Y, Gd; HSal=C6Ha(OH)COO). The crystals of them are monoclinic and have layered structure. The mechanism of thermal decomposition of rare earth salicylates was studied by using TG, DTA, IR and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The thermal decomposition of the rare earth salicylates in nitrogen gas proceeded in three stages: firstly, they were decomposed to form RE2(Sal)3 (Sal=C6H4OCOO) and salicylic acid; then, RE2(Sal)3 were decomposed further to form RE2O(CO3)2 and some organic compounds; finally, RE2O(CO3)2 were decomposed to form rare earth metal oxides (RE2O3) and carbon dioxide. The organic compounds obtained from the second step of the reaction are mainly dibenzofuran, xanthenone, 6H-benzo[c]chromen-6-one, 6-phenyl-6H-benzo[c]chromene, and 1,3-diphenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2-benzofuran.  相似文献

Poly (L-lactide)-poly (ethylene glycol) multiblock copolymers with predetermined block lengths were synthesized by polycondensation of PLA diols and PEG diacids. These copolymers presented special properties, such as better miscibility between the two components, low crystallinity and better hydrophilicity, which can be modulated by adjusting the block lengths of the two components.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanism of lactic acid oxidation in the presence of Mn(Ⅱ) and Ce(Ⅳ) ions by chromic acid were studied spectrophotometrically. The oxidation of lactic acid by Cr(Ⅵ) was found to proceed in two measurable steps, both of which gave pyruvic acid as the primary product in the absence of Mn(Ⅱ).2Cr(Ⅵ)+2CH3CHOHCOOH→2CH3COCOOH+Cr(Ⅴ)+C(Ⅲ) Cr(V)+CH3CHOHCOOH→Cr(Ⅲ)+CH3COCOOHThe observed kinetics was explained due to the catalytic and inhibitory effects of Mn(Ⅱ) and Ce(Ⅳ) on the lactic acid oxidation by Cr(Ⅵ). The reactivity of lactic acid depends upon the experimental conditions. It acts as a two- or three- equivalent reducing agent in the absence or presence of Mn(Ⅱ). It was examined that Cr(Ⅲ) products resulting from the direct reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) by three-equivalent reducing agents. The oxidation of lactic acid follows the complex order kinetics with respect to [lactic acid]. The activation parameters Eo, △H^#, and AS^# were calculated and discussed.  相似文献

An aromatic azo-polymer, poly(thiourea-azo-sulfone)(PTAS), has been prepared using 4-(4-aminophenylsulfonyl)benzenamine and diazonium salt solution of 2,6-diaminopyridine. PTAS was easily processable using polar solvents and had high molar mass 63 × 103g mol 1according to GPC. Mechanically and thermally stable and electrically conducting polymer/CNTs nano-composites were obtained via melt processing technique. Fine distribution of CNTs in a polymer matrix performed an essential role in the preparation of polymer/CNTs nano-composites based on interfacial interaction between CNTs and polymer matrix. Scanning electron micrographs showed good dispersion of filler and adhesion of matrix on the surface of nanotubes. Accordingly, increasing the amount of CNTs from 0.1 wt% to 5 wt% increased the electrical conductivity from 2.99 S cm 1to 3.56 S cm 1. Mechanical strength of functional nanotubes-based hybrids was enhanced from 43.22 MPa to 65.02 MPa compared with that of hybrids with non-functional filler in matrix 37.21 MPa. A rapport between nanotube loading and thermal stability of the materials was also observed. 10% gravimetric loss temperature was increased from 528 °C to 578 °C, while glass transition was improved from 241 °C to 271 °C. Adding up of small quantity of functional CNTs strongly affected the tensile, electrical and thermal properties of materials. Improvement of the physical properties of CNT-reinforced polymer nano-composites was ascribed to the melt processing technique.  相似文献

以二异丙醇胺(DIPA)与六氢苯酐(HHPA)为原料合成了一种端基带有一个羧基、两个羟基的AB2型单体。用季戊四醇(PETL)作为“核分子”,按一定的摩尔配比与AB2型单体反应,分别得到两种不同的超支化聚酯-酰胺(1GHP、2G—HP)。并采用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)、粘度法等方法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明:1GHP、2G—HP的多分散性指数分别为1.47和2.17,呈现很窄的分子量分布。两种分子的粘度与浓度的关系服从Einstein粘度方程,具有紧凑的球形分子结构。  相似文献

A series of novel aliphatic aromatic poly(ester-amide)s (PEA) have been synthesized by condensation reaction of aromatic bisoxazolines with aliphatic dicarboxylic compounds. These polymers have a number average molecular weight of 20,000-25,000. Depending of the aromatic structure of the bisoxazoline precursor, they are either amorphous or semi-crystalline. New cyclopentylidene ring-containing diamino-diesters, 1,1-bis(3-aminobenzoyloxy phenyl) cyclopentane, was prepared through reaction of cyclopentanone with two moles of phenol to yield 1,1-bis (4-hydroxy phenyl) cyclopentane (BHPP) (I), the resulting diol (I) on reaction with 3-nitrobenzoyl chloride in N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) and triethyl amine yield 1,1-bis(3-nitrobenzoyloxy phenyl) cyclopentane (II) which on finally reduced by catalytic hydrogenation in presence of 10% Pd/C in DMAc and stirred at room temperature under a 4 kg/cm2 hydrogen pressure yields 1,1-bis(3-aminobenzoyloxy phenyl) cyclopentane (III) (m-BABPP). The structure of novel m-diester-diamine was confirmed by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. A series of new m-poly (ester-amide)s and co-poly(ester-amide)s were synthesized by using the solution polycondensation method of novel diamine (III) with IPC and TPC in various mole proportion. These novel polymers were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, solubility, inherent viscosity and thermal analysis and XRD studies. Inherent viscosities of these polymers were in the range 0.30 to 0.46 dL/g indicating moderate molecular weight built-up. These polymers exhibited excellent solubility in various polar aprotic solvents such as NMP, Pyridine. These polymers were partially soluble in DMSO, DMAc, DMF etc.

X-Ray diffraction pattern of polymers showed that introduction of cardo moiety containing ester linkage would disturb the chain regularity and packing, leading to amorphous nature. Thermal analysis by TGA showed excellent thermal stability of polymers. The structure -property correlation among these poly(ester-amide)s were studied, in view of these polymer's potential applications as processable high temperature resistance materials.  相似文献

本文以间苯二酚为原料,合成了缩聚单体4,6-二胺基1,3-间苯二酚盐酸盐。在多聚磷酸介质中与对苯二甲酸经分段升温缩聚得聚苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBZO).用元素分析法,X-光衍射法、X-光平板照相、FTIR和C~(13)-NMR研究了PBZO的结构.测定了PBZO/MSA体系的特性粘数。测定了PBZO的力学性能和热稳定性。结果表明PBZO是继PBZT后又一种新型的高性能液晶高分子材料。  相似文献

以顺丁烯二酸酐、二乙醇胺、邻苯二甲酸酐等为原料,利用官能团活性的差异,通过逐步展开的方法合成了含有双键和端羟基的聚(酯-酰胺)型分子结构的超支化大单体(3)。IR分析表明:3的分子末端为大量伯羟基,具有较高的反应活性;3含有可供聚合的乙烯基,将3与其它乙烯基单体共聚可以获得含超支化结构的共合物。  相似文献

利用Sonogashira偶联反应,首次合成了溶解性好且为乙烯基封端的聚苯撑乙炔化合物(PPE),通过。HNMR谱、IR光谱对其结构进行了表征.将其热固化后,通过紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱分析,证明了PPE的交联能够在一定程度上消除分子链间的相互作用和π-π堆积效应.  相似文献

Biodegradable and bioabsorbable poly(lactic acid)s are one of the most important biomedical materials. However, it is difficult to introduce the functional groups into poly(lactic acid)s in order to improve their hydrophilicity and degradation rate. Here the authors describe the synthesis of functionalized cyclic lactide monomer 3,6‐bis(benzyloxymethyl)‐1,4‐dioxane‐2,5‐dione (BnLA) using an advanced synthetic route. Water‐soluble hydroxyl‐functionalized homopoly(lactic acid) (P(OH)LA) is synthesized via ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of BnLA, followed by a hydrogenolytic deprotection reaction. Amphiphilic diblock poly(lactic acid) (P(OH)LA‐PLA) is synthesized via ROP of DL‐lactide using PBnLA as an initiator, followed by a hydrogenolytic deprotection reaction. P(OH)LA‐PLA is able to form polymeric micelles with the diameter of sub‐100 nm.
