两区间上三阶边值问题的特征值的依赖性

本文考虑两区间上三阶微分方程的特征值关于各个参数的依赖性问题.将边界条件分为四点全部分离以及两点分别耦合两种情况,给出问题的特征值关于系数函数以及这两类边界条件的各个参数的连续性以及微分表达式.

is considered under some conditions concerning the first eigenvaiues corresponding to the relevant linear operators, where h（x） is allowed to be singular at both x = 0 and x = 1. The existence results of positive solutions are obtained by means of the cone theory and the fixed point index.

本文考虑了区间[a,b]两端四个边界条件都含有特征函数的四阶微分算子特征值的依赖性问题,证明了特征值不仅连续依赖而且可微依赖于问题的各个参数(系数函数,权函数,区间端点,边界条件系数矩阵),并且给出了相应的微分表达式.特别地,给出特征值关于特征参数依赖的边界条件系数矩阵的Frechet导数.

运用合成展开法和微分不等式理论研究了一类四阶方程的奇摄动边值问题.先运用合成展开法,构造了问题的形式渐近解,再运用微分不等式理论证明了原问题解的存在性及所得形式渐近解的一致有效性.最后用一个例子来说明所得结果的意义.

本文研究一类在内部不连续点具有转移条件且特征参数不仅出现在微分方程中而且出现在四个边界条件中的四阶正则微分算子.通过构造与问题相关的新线性算子A,证明在适当的希尔伯特空间H中算子A是自共轭的当且仅当条件CTQ1C=ρQ1,θzATQ2A=θ1BTQ2B=θ1θ2Q1,θ2AQ1AT=θ1BQ1BT=θ1θ2Q2成立.利用微分方程的基本解证明λ是问题的特征值当且仅当det(Aλ+BλΦ(1,λ))=0.最后得到算子A仅有点谱.

Boundary Value Problems with Compatible Boundary Conditions

If Y is a subset of the space ℝⁿ × ℝⁿ, we call a pair of continuous functions U, V Y-compatible, if they map the space ℝⁿ into itself and satisfy Ux · Vy ≥ 0, for all (x, y) ∈ Y with x · y ≥ 0. (Dot denotes inner product.) In this paper a nonlinear two point boundary value problem for a second order ordinary differential n-dimensional system is investigated, provided the boundary conditions are given via a pair of compatible mappings. By using a truncation of the initial equation and restrictions of its domain, Brouwer's fixed point theorem is applied to the composition of the consequent mapping with some projections and a one-parameter family of fixed points P _δ is obtained. Then passing to the limits as δ tends to zero the so-obtained accumulation points are solutions of the problem.

Eigenvalues of regular fourth‐order Sturm–Liouville problems with transmission conditions

In this paper, a class of fourth‐order Sturm‐Liouville problems with transmission conditions is considered. The eigenvalues depend not only continuously but also smoothly on the problem. An expression for the derivative of the eigenvalues with respect to a given parameter: an endpoint, a boundary condition, a transmission condition, a coefficient, or the weight function, is found.
