Syntheses of Some 3—[1′（1′H）—Substituent—pyrazol—5′—yl] benzo [5,6] coumarins

3-[1′(1′H)-Substituent-pyrazol-5′-yl]benzo[5,6]coumarins and 3-(1′,2′-oxazol-5′-yl)benzo[5,6]coumarin were prepared via condensation of 3-(2′-formyl-1′-chlorovinyl)benzo[5,6] coumarin with hydrazine derivatives or hydroxylamine.Reaction of 3-[1′(1′H)-pyrazol-5′-yl]benzo[5,6]coumarin with alkyl halides,olefinic compunds or acid chlorides are described.     

A Practical Synthesis of 1—Oxo—1,2,3,4—tetrahydroisoquinoline—3—carboxylic Acid Esters

A practical synthetic method for methyl 1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahy-droisoquinoline3-3carboxylate was developed by menas of triphosgene,Several analogues were prepared by this new method.     

Syntheses of Benzoxepinoquinolinone and Benzothiepinoquinolinone

l-Benzoxepino(3, 4-b)quinolin-l3(6H)-one and its halogen,alkyl, alkoxy derivatives Va'-d' and 1-benzothiepino(3,4-b}-quinolin- 13 ( 6H)-one Vf, and its alkyl derivatives Vg, weresynthesized through cyclization of 2-(substituted phenoxymethyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acids Va-d and 2-[ (un)substituted phen-ylthiomethyll-3-quinolinecarboxylic acids IVf-g in the presence ofpolyphosphoric acid.The acids IV were obtained from the corresponding ethyl-esters @ whcih were prepared through refluxing ethyl 2-bromo-methyl-3-quinolinecarboxylate(1) with substituted phenol or (un)substituted thiophenol in the presence of NaOEt.The compound Vg, was allowed to react with NBS, KaBH4, NH2OH-HCl to give compounds VII , VIII, and IX, respectively.The structures of 24 new compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.     

Synthesis of Calix[4]resorcinarene Amide Derivatives

Three different synthetic routes were developed to introduce carbamoyloxy functional groups at the upper periphery of two calix[4]resorcinarenes. By treating activated esters 2a-b with excess corresponding amine such as 3-(dimethylamino)propylamine 3, ct-phenethylamine 4 and triethylenetetramine 5, six amide derivatives 6a-8b were obtained in high yield (Route 1). The pyridine-linked amide derivatives 9a-b were prepared by using acid chloride intermediate (Route 2).The amide derivatives 10a-b were obtained in moderate yields by direct alkylation of phenolic hydroxyl groups of la-b with N,N-dipropylchloroacetoamide in the presence of K2CO3/KI in acetone (Route 3).     

Synthesis of N-Aryl-2- （1＇, 6＇-dihydro-6＇-pyridazinone-3＇-carbonyl） Thiosemicarbazides and Their Related Heterocyclic Compounds

1,6-Dihydro-3-hydrozinocarbonyl-6-pyridazinone (compound 2) were prepared from α-ketoglutaric acid and hydrazine hydrate. A series of N-aryl-2-(1‘,6‘-dihydro-6‘-pyridazinone-3‘-carbonyl) thiosemicarbazides 3a-3f were synthesized from the reaction of aryl isothiocyanates with compound 2. The terminal compounds 1,3, 4-thiadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2, 4-triazol-5-thione derivatives were cyclized from compounds 3a-3f. Their structures were confirmed by IR,^1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses.     

Synthesis of 4－Amino－5－furyl－2－yl－4H－1, 2, 4－triazole－3－thiol Derivatives as a Novel Class of Endothelin（ET） Receptor Antagonists

A series of novel 3-alkylthio-4-arylideneamino-5-(2-furyl)-l, 2, 4-triazole derivatives were synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed with elemental analysis and spectral data. Endothelin(ET) receptor competitive binding assay showed that some compounds exhibited high selective as potent ET-1 receptor antagonist.     

Synthesis of the optically pure 5,5"-dihydroxy-7,7"-dimethoxy-8,8"-biflavone and its derivatives

(±)-5,5"-Dihydroxy-7,7"-dimethoxy-8,8"-biflavone ((±)-l) was resolved into its opti-cally pure forms via the formation and recrystallization of its (2R)- and (2S)-l-(4-toluenesulfonyl)proly-late, and the methylated derivatives of (+)- and (-)-l were also prepared. The absolute configurations of all these 8,8"-biflavones have been confirmed by their CD spectra.     

Synthesis and Vasodilatory Activities of New Pyrazolo[3,4—d] pyrimidin—4—one Derivatives

A series of pyrazole[3,4-d] pyrimidin-4-one derivatives were synthesized and tested for vasodilatory activities. All of them were new compounds and their structures were confirmed by IR,^1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.     

Synthesis and characterization of a methacrylate polymer with side chain ketone and its derivatives

A new type of methacrylate monomer,2-(4-benzoylphenoxy)-2-oxoethyl methylacrylate(BOEMA) was synthesized.The radical homopolymerization of BOEMA was performed at 65℃in a 1,4-dioxane solution with benzoyl peroxide as an initiator.The oxime and thiosemicarbazone derivatives of poly[2-(4-benzoylphenoxy)-2-oxoethyl methylacrylate]poly(BOEMA) were prepared with hydroxylamine hydrochloride,and thiosemicarbazone hydrochloride, respectively.The monomer and its homopolymer were characterized with Fourier transform infrared and NMR techniques. The thermal stabilities of poly(BOEMA) and its derivatives were investigated with thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry.The ultraviolet stability of the polymers was compared.The antibacterial and antifungal effects of the monomer and the polymer and its derivatives were also investigated on various bacteria and fungi.The activation energies of the thermal degradation of the polymers were calculated with the Ozawa and Kissinger methods.     

Iodine catalyzed synthesis of the chromene derivatives in one-pot

Iodine catalyzed one-pot reactions of salicylaldehyde and dimolecular 1 H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione,barbituric acids,4-hydroxycoumarin, or 4-hydroxy-6-methylpyran-2-one were performed and provided a rapid,convenient and general approach to synthesize the chromene derivatives.2-(11-Oxo-10,11-dihydroindeno[l,2-b]chromen-10-yl)-1H-indene-1,3(2H)-diones P1-P4 and 10-(4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-yl)-3-methylpyrano[4,3-6]chromen-1(10H)-ones P8-P9 were unprecedentedly prepared and structurally identified by NMR and Mass.The confirmation of structure by single crystal X-ray crystallography is reported for P3.     

Stereoselective Synthesis of(Z)-α-Alkylidene-γ-Butyrolactones via Pd-Catalyzed CO Insertion and Cyclization

Four new (Z)-2-phenoxymethylene-α-pentanolide derivatives and four (Z)-2-phenoxymethyl-2-penten-γ-lactone derivatives were prepared via Pd-catalyzed carbon monoxide insertion and intramolecular cyclization. All compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The plausible mechanism of the reaction was discussed.     

Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3—（2—Furyl）—4—aryl—1,2,4—triazole—5—thiones

A series of novel compounds 3-(2-furyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones have been synthesized.All the compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some of them exhibited excellent plant-growth regulative activities.     

Studies on Agarofurans Ⅷ.Synthesis of the Metabolites of 4—Butyl—α—agarofuran

The structures of five metabolites (2-6) of agarofuran 1 were confirmed by synthesis. The configuration of the secondary hydroxyl in 7 was determined by Horeau′s method. The configuration of C-2 in compound 4 and 5 was determined by their stereochemistry and NMR.     

Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of 3-Pyridinyl-6-aryl-1, 2, 4-triazolo [3, 4-b][1, 3, 4]thiadiazoles

A series of 3-pyridinyl-6-aryl-1, 2, 4-triazolo[3, 4-b][1, 3, 4]thiadiazoles(PATT) were prepared, the structures were confirmed by 1R and ^1H NMR spectra. The results of cyclic voltammetry measurements imply that all these compounds have a higher electron affinity (EA) than 2-(4-biphenyl)-5-(4-tert-butyl phenyl)-1, 3. 4-oxadiazole (PBD) which implies that PATT could be acting as better electron acceptors than widely used electron transporting material PBD.     

Synthesis of Quinolone Analogues： 7-[（2S, 4R）-2-Aminomethyl-4- hydroxypyrrolidin-l-yl] Quinolones

New quinolone derivatives of 7-[(2S, 4R)-2-aminomethyl-4-hydroxypyrrolidin-l-yl] quinolone-3-carboxylic acids were synthesized by condensation of 7-halo substituted quinolone-3-carboxylic acids with (2S, 4R)-2-aminomethyl-4-hydroxypyrrolidine. These compounds were characterized by FAB-MS and IH NMR.     

纳米 Ce1MgxZr1-xO2 固体多相催化剂的制备、表征及催化合成四氢苯并[b]吡喃衍生物的性能

 A series of Ce1MgxZr1-xO2 mixed metal oxides with different molar ratios were prepared by simple co-precipitation and were characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, temperature-pro- grammed desorption of CO2, and N2 adsorption techniques. The prepared materials were tested for catalytic activity by the synthesis of tet-rahydrobenzo[b]pyran derivatives using a three component reaction (aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and dimedone) in an ethanol me-dium. The best catalytic activity was obtained with Ce1Mg0.6Zr0.4O2. The particle size or crystallite size was estimated using the De-bye-Scherrer equation. The addition of magnesium oxide into the ceria-zirconia lattice resulted in the formation of nanosized particles rang-ing from 5.41 to 9.78 nm. This work describes the catalytic behavior of magnesium oxide in mixed metal oxide systems.     

Optical evodiamine derivatives:Asymmetric synthesis and antitumor activity

Evodiamine and its derivatives have an asymmetric center at the C13 b position.Herein,isomers of evodiamine derivatives 2 and 3 were obtained by straightforward asymmetric total synthesis.Their inhibitory activities toward topoisomerases I and II and their cytotoxicities in cancer cell lines were evaluated.All the four isomers exhibited good to excellent antitumor potency and the(S)-isomers were generally more active than the(R)-isomers.The binding modes of(S)-2 with topoisomerases I and II were also clarified by molecular docking.     

Synthesis and Properties of Polyetherketones Containing Sulfide and Phthalazinone

High molecular weight copoly(ether ketone)s (PEK) based on 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-phthalazinone (DHPZ)/4,4′-thiobisphenol (TBP)/4,4′-diflourodiphenylketone (DFK) were prepared by nucleophilic substitution polycondensation. The copolymers were characterized by FT- and ^1H-NMR. Thermal properties and solubility of copolymers were studied.     

Synthesis of a new Class of Chiral β—Mercaptoalcohols from Amino Acids

The syntheses of three new optically active β-mercaptoalcohols,(R)-1,1-diphenyl-2-mercapto-3-methyl-1-butanol,(R)-1,1-diphenyl-2-mercapto-4-methyl-1-pentanol,and (R)-1,1-diphenyl-2-mercapto-1-benzenepropanol from the corresponding amino acids are described.The enantiomeric excesses of these β-mercaptoalcohols were determined by ^1H NMR as their (S)-mandeloyl derivatives.
