In the application of the statistical energy analysis theory to the calculation of sound insulation it has been determined that there is a great discrepancy between the measured and theoretical values at low frequencies. This is one of the disadvantages of statistical energy analysis.Therefore, it was necessary to improve this method at low frequencies. The measured and theoretical values of the sound transmission loss at low frequencies are made to reach good agreement by the introduction of a correction factor.  相似文献

The alternate combinational approach of genetic algorithm and neural network (AGANN) has been presented to correct the systematic error of the density functional theory (DFT) calculation.It treats the DFT as a black box and models the error through external statistical information.As a demonstration,the AGANN method has been applied in the correction of the lattice energies from the DFT calculation for 72 metal halides and hydrides.Through the AGANN correction,the mean absolute value of the relative errors of the calculated lattice energies to the experimental values decreases from 4.93% to 1.20% in the testing set.For comparison,the neural network approach reduces the mean value to 2.56%.And for the common combinational approach of genetic algorithm and neural network,the value drops to 2.15%.The multiple linear regression method almost has no correction effect here.  相似文献

激光诱导击穿光谱作为一种新型的物质成分检测技术,具有快速、实时、微损、原位、多元素同时分析等优势,目前在环境监测,食品安全,选矿冶金,生物医疗,太空探测等多个领域都具有广泛应用。然而,由于元素谱线的自吸收效应,使得激光诱导击穿光谱谱线强度降低,严重时甚至会使特征谱线峰型产生凹陷(即"自蚀"现象),定标曲线变弯曲,导致该技术的元素检测精准度变差,从而无法实现大规模商业应用。因此,对激光诱导击穿光谱自吸收效应及其校正方法的探索,一直以来是学者们研究的热点。综述了自吸收效应校正方法的研究进展,分析了自吸收效应产生的物理机制,分别从实验参数优化、物理辅助装置、自吸收模型和校正算法等多个角度对自吸收效应的几种主要校正方法进行了归纳和总结,并对其优势和缺点进行了对比分析,其中实验参数优化具有原理简单、易操作的优势;能态选择性共振激发自吸收效应抑制效果稳定;微波辅助激发成本较低,可同时对多元素实现自吸收抑制;自吸收系数法可直接量化自吸收效应强弱,计算步骤简便且所需等离子体参数较少;基于内参考线的自吸收校正算法计算效率高,校正效果明显;光学薄法可直接获取光学薄等离子体谱线,避免理论误差。最后,对自吸收...  相似文献

The range of applicability of the mixed-boundary-value method for calculating spreading resistance for a homogeneous slab with an effective contact-radius source and backed by a substrate of arbitrary but finite resistivity is investigated. Solutions are presented in terms of the correction factor and the source current density distributions for a slab of varying thickness and with various high-resistivity substrates. The correction factors for different schemes of calculation are correctly obtained by means of introducing an additional current source of opposite sign, but with the same absolute value, located at the drain point contact. This combination of source and drain currents gives the true value for the potential distribution along the surface of the semiconductor. This, in turn, leads to new terms in the equations obtained for the correction factors, which have been omitted in previously published works. A comparison between several schemes of calculation is presented. Within the framework of “uniform” and “variable” current distributions underneath the contact probe, there are two limits for the correction factor. A model based on a combination of these approaches is discussed, and a comparison between the proposed method and the Schumann–Gardner formulation is made. AFDX引入虚拟链路(Virtual Link)实现物理带宽资源的逻辑分隔。由于数据帧的异步到达和多路复用输出造成虚拟链路的时延抖动现象,并最终导致流量端到端延迟分析的不确定性。本文提出了一种基于抖动测试值的网络演算紧缩方法。通过分布式测试,获得虚拟链路在网络中的实际传输抖动,并以此为基础,建立了流量传输精确化模型,通过流量模型的逐级修正,使端到端延迟计算结果逐级精确化。通过将抖动实际值与理论分析结果相结合,提供了网络演算悲观度及其扩散影响度量的直观对比,提高了延迟计算的紧性。  相似文献

We examine the sources of error in the histogram reweighting method for Monte Carlo data analysis. We demonstrate that, in addition to the standard statistical error which has been studied elsewhere, there are two other sources of error, one arising through correlations in the reweighted samples, and one arising from the finite range of energies sampled by a simulation of finite length. We demonstrate that while the former correction is usually negligible by comparison with statistical fluctuations, the latter may not be, and give criteria for judging the range of validity of histogram extrapolations based on the size of this latter correction.  相似文献

<正>By using the entanglement entropy method,this paper calculates the statistical entropy of the Bose and Fermi fields in thin films,and derives the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and its correction term on the background of a rotating and charged black string.Here,the quantum field is entangled with quantum states in the black string and thin film to the event horizon from outside the rotating and charged black string.Taking into account the effect of the generalized uncertainty principle on quantum state density,it removes the difficulty of the divergence of state density near the event horizon in the brick-wall model.These calculations and discussions imply that high density quantum states near the event horizon of a black string are strongly correlated with the quantum states in a black string and that black string entropy is a quantum effect.The ultraviolet cut-off in the brick-wall model is not reasonable.The generalized uncertainty principle should be considered in the high energy quantum field near the event horizon.From the viewpoint of quantum statistical mechanics,the correction value of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy is obtained.This allows the fundamental recognition of the correction value of black string entropy at nonspherical coordinates.  相似文献

The accuracy and error propagation for determining the low specific contact resistance of Ohmic contacts on III-V wide band-gap semiconductors based on the circular transmission line model have been analyzed and the validity of this method is discussed in detail. The accuracy is more susceptible to the factors including data fitting method, electrical measurement technique and contact area correction. By using the equations of the original circular transmission line model to extract the fitting parameters, the calculation accuracy is much improved and the inapplicability of the linear least-square fitting is prevented. To further improve the accuracy, a four-probe current-voltage measurement technique was adopted to reduce the parasitic series resistances and the uncertainty bound, especially for the Ohmic contact with low sheet resistance of the semiconductor. Moreover, we have studied the size effect of contact pads of patterns and demonstrated that contact area correction is necessary for the semiconductor with high sheet resistance. A comprehensive error analysis is also performed to fully understand all the impact factors on this advanced method of specific contact resistance measurement, which is benefit for device performance evaluation and failure analysis.  相似文献

基于SGS探测系统中放射性核废物桶、准直器及HPGe探测器的空间几何分布建立数学模型。对低、中放射性核废物桶中点源137Cs的探测效率响应函数进行了数值公式推导,然后利用蒙特卡罗工具包MCNP模拟计算了相应的效率函数。将这两种方法模拟的结果进行了对比分析发现:数值计算方法的数据普遍高于MCNP模拟的数据,最大相对误差达143.26%,误差平均值为37.15%。对数值计算方法进行修正后,最大值相对误差为17.22%,平均值为4.54%。在误差范围内,可以认为该修正方法有效。  相似文献

Utilizing the quantum statistical method and applying the new state density equation motivated by generalized uncertainty principle in quantum gravitaty, we avoid the difficulty in solving wave equation and directly calculate the partition function ofbosonic and fermionic field on the background of rotating and charged black string. Then near the cosmological horizon, entropies of bosonic and fermionic field are calculated on the background of black string. When constant λ introduced ingeneralized uncertainty principle takes a proper value, we derive Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and the correction value corresponding cosmological horizon on the background of rotating and charged black string. Because we use the new state density equation, in our calculation there are not divergent term and small massapproximation in the original brick-wall method. From the view of quantum statistic mechanics, the correction value to Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of the black string is derived. It makes people deeply understand the correction value to the entropyof the black string cosmological horizon in non-spherical coordinate spacetime.  相似文献

Using the new equation of state density from the generalized uncertainty principle in quantum gravity, we study statistical entropy of a dielectric black hole. When λ introduced in the generalized uncertainty principle takes a specific value, we find that the leading term of the statistical entropy of the dielectric black hole takes the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy form. In addition a finite correction term is also obtained. Comparing with the original brick-wall model, in our calculation there is no divergence and the small mass approximation is also not needed.  相似文献

In this paper, an analogue correction method of errors (ACE) based on a complicated atmospheric model is further developed and applied to numerical weather prediction (NWP). The analysis shows that the ACE can effectively reduce model errors by combining the statistical analogue method with the dynamical model together in order that the information of plenty of historical data is utilized in the current complicated NWP model. Furthermore, in the ACE, the differences of the similarities between different historical analogues and the current initial state are considered as the weights for estimating model errors. The results of daily, decad and monthly prediction experiments on a complicated T63 atmospheric model show that the performance of the ACE by correcting model errors based on the estimation of the errors of 4 historical analogue predictions is not only better than that of the scheme of only introducing the correction of the errors of every single analogue prediction, but is also better than that of the T63 model.  相似文献

We present a method to compensate statistical errors in the calculation of correlations on asynchronous time series. The method is based on the assumption of an underlying time series. We set up a model and apply it to financial data to examine the decrease of calculated correlations towards smaller return intervals (Epps effect). We show that the discovered statistical effect is a major cause of the Epps effect. Hence, we are able to quantify and to compensate it using only trading prices and trading times.  相似文献

Recently, there has been much attention devoted to resolving the quantum corrections to the Bekenstein-Hawking black hole entropy. In particular, many researchers have expressed a vested interest in the coefficient of the logarithmic term of the black hole entropy correction term. In this paper, we calculate the correction value of the black hole entropy by utilizing the generalized uncertainty principle and obtain the correction term caused by the generalized uncertainty principle. Because in our calculation we think that the Bekenstein-Hawking area theorem is still valid after considering the generalized uncertainty principle, we derive that the coefficient of the logarithmic term of the black hole entropy correction term is positive. This result is different from the known result at present. Our method is valid not only for single horizon spacetime but also for spin axial symmetric spacetimes with double horizons. In the whole process, the physics idea is clear and calculation is simple. It offers a new way for studying the entropy correction of the complicated spacetime.  相似文献

As is well-known, there are two contrasting and fundamental models for simulating actual random processes with time series: a multiplication model and an addition model. In this letter, two explicit expressions of the probability density function for a non-stationary non-negative random process (a statistical Laguerre expansion type and a statistical Hermite expansion type) are derived from the above two fundamental viewpoints of modeling a time series, in relation to the statistical method described in a previous paper by the authors, in which the analysis was based on the use of a Hankel transform type characteristic function. The unified theory introduced in this previous paper can be obtained by a very simplified calculation as compared with that of the previous study, by the natural introduction of a random time series multiplication model.  相似文献

We report the calculation of atomic diamagnetic susceptibilities from the statistical Thomas-Fermi-Amaldi theory. The importance of the Fermi-Amaldi correction for the Thomas-Fermi theory is examined. The calculated values are compared with those obtained from self-consistent-field wave functions as well as with respect to available experimental data. A method is proposed to deduce the shell correction energy corresponding to the fission transition state shape of nuclei in the mass region around 200, from an analysis of the first chance fission values of the ratio of fission to neutron widths, (Γ f n )1. The method is applied to the typical case of the fissioning nucleus212Po, formed by alpha bombardment of208Pb. For the calculation of the neutron width, the level densities of the daughter nucleus after neutron emission were obtained from a numerical calculation starting from shell model single particle energy level scheme. It is shown that with the use of standard Fermi gas expression for the level densities of the fission transition state nucleus in the calculation of the fission width, an apparent energy dependence of the fission barrier height is required to fit the experimental data. This energy dependence, which arises from the excitation energy dependence of shell effects on level densities, can be used to deduce the shell correction energy at the fission transition state point. It is found that in the case of212Po, the energy of the actual transition state point is higher than the energy of the liquid drop model (LDM) saddle point by (3 ± 1) MeV, implying significant positive shell correction energy at the fission transition state. Further, the liquid drop model value of level density parametera is found to be a few per cent smaller for the saddle point shape as compared to its spherical shape.  相似文献
