The interaction of Chinese herbal medicine component flavonoids(morin and rutin)with trivalent aluminiumion and the complex of aluminium ion and Bovine Serum Albumin in Hank's artificial simulate body fluid wasstudied using UV-Vis absorption spectra.The result showed that morin and rutin could conjugate with Al~(3 ) inHank's artificial simulate body fluid.It was found that morin and rutin could competed with the complex of alu-minium ion and Bovine Serum Albumin for aluminium ion.The mechanism of flavonoids and Bovine Serum Al-bumin compete aluminium ion was discussed,and the constant of rutin complex with aluminium ion was calculated.  相似文献

The novel applications of molybdenum disulfide in recent research were reviewed, such as in lubricant, catalyst and photoelectrochemical solar cells. Recently, we found that LiMoS2 is a good candidate for new anode materials for lithium ion batteries with high lithium storage capacity. High quality micro-Raman spectra of the LiClO4droplet with mass of nanogram scale were obtained at various concentrations from dilute to supersaturated state.From component band analysis of the v1-ClO4band,four peaks at 933.3,936.8,942.1 and950.7 cm 1were identified and assigned to free solvated perchlorate anion,solvent-shared ion pair,contact ion pair and complex ion aggregates,respectively.As expected,the signature of free solvated ClO4ion was observed to decrease in intensity with the increase in concentration.The intensity of the signature from solvent-shared ion pair was observed to rise with increase in concentration from 1.8 mol/kg to 5.0 mol/kg before decreasing as the concentration was further increased to 5.6mol/kg.Signatures of contact ion pair and of complex ion aggregates were shown to increase as the concentration was enhanced.Based upon the Eigen mechanism,we show that three association equilibria can be used to describe the transformations between free solvated perchlorate anion,solvent-shared ion pair,contact ion pair and complex ion aggregates.The overall association constant,K,and the stepwise association constants Ki(i=1 to 3)in the Eigen mechanism were determined separately with values of 0.025±0.003,0.023±0.002,0.068±0.033 and 0.686±0.174.Based on these constants,the electronic performance can be reasonably predicted by the optimum choice of electrolyte concentrations.  相似文献

The negative secondary ion mass spectrometry,in combination with the stereoselectivederivatizations with substituted boronic acid RB(OH)_2,was used in the analysis of fourteen oligosac-charides.The mass spectra of the derivatives provide information on their linkage Positions and iso-merism of the individual monoscaccharide units.The results indicated that among the derivativesof the oligosaccharides analyzed,those with 1—4 and 1—6 linkages all presented the ion peaks at m/z287,sometimes one more peak at m/z 449.Furthermore,a relationship was found between the linkagepositions and the intensity orders of the derivative ions.Finally,the derivatives of the disaccharideswith a galactose presented an intense ion peak at m/z 347,and those of oligosaccharides with 1—6linkage to a galactose at terminal presented the ion at m/z 317.In the case of oligosaccharides witha fructose residue,characteristic ion of m/z 155 was produced.The conditions of stereoselectivederivatizations and mass spectrometry were studied,in order to obtain a better reproducibility of themass spectra.  相似文献

<正> The electronic structures of complex ion [S2MoS2FeCl2]2- (1) and its fragments MoS42- (2) and FcCl2(3) have been calculated base on the LCAO-HFS method with restricted open shell or closed shell. The interaction between the fragments 3 and 2 and the formation of complex ion 1 have been discussed. It was found that the Fe(Ⅱ) donated electrons to the Mo(Ⅵ)and accepted electrons from the sulphur ligand and that the stability of complex ion 1 is contributed from both direct and indirect interactions through the bridging sulphur atoms. In addtion, the electron transition energies of complex ion 1 were calculated and its electronic absorptions were assigned. It was shown that the calculated wavelengths of the absorption bands are in agreement with the observed ones.  相似文献

The interaction of silver(Ⅰ) ion with lysine has been investigated by UV-Vis, fluorescent spectra and electrophoresis method. The effect of pH medium and multicomponent concentration on interaction of lysine-silver has also been studied. Lysine-silver system showed maximum absorbance at 239 nm and 448 nm. Lysine showed fluorescence. The fluorescence excitation wavelength was about 356.6 nm (fluorescence emission wavelength was about 438.6 nm). When the reaction of silver(Ⅰ) ion with lysine happened, fluorescence was quenching. Lysine-silver system carried negative charge, and the electrokinetic potential of double electrode layer was -2.35×10-4 V.  相似文献

Hemoglobin(Hb) was de-prosthetized, which was then reconstructed with the prosthetic groups with different central metal ions including Fe ( Ⅱ ), Co ( Ⅰ ) and Mn( Ⅰ ). The spectral properties along with the catalase and peroxidase activities of the reconstructed hemoglobin were compared with those of Hb and prosthetic groups with different ions. When the central ion is iron, the reconstituted Hb(rHb) has the highest catalase and peroxidase activities. Maybe it is the reason that iron is chosen as the central ion in the prosthetic groups of natural hemoproteins. Different from peroxidase activity, the catalase activity of hemin cannot be enhanced by the microenvironment of apoHb. This result shows that the structure of apoHb is more similar to that of aooHRP than that of apocatalase.  相似文献

A novel fibroin modified electrode with ion recognition was reported. The membrane with isoelectric point of pH 4.5, was modified on graphite and carbon fiber electrodes. The pH-responsive ion recognition of the modified electrode was investigated by use of some neurocompounds. The fibroin carbon fiber electrode has been used for in-vivo determination.  相似文献

Experiments for determining cerium isotope ion exchange rates with macrop-orous resins Amberlyst 15, D001 and XN1010 are discribed. The kinetics of the isotope ion exchange reaction has been examined by a simple theoretical equation of intraparticle effective diffusivity De in a porous ion exchanger. The ion exchange proceeds by diffusion within the macropores and the solid phase of the resin. De of cerium was affected by the concentration of the bulk solution C and was separated into a macropore diffusivity Dp and a solid phase diffusivity Dg by the equation. The diffusion coefficients of the exchanging ion are shown to have the values in the macropores comparable with those in the bulk solution and to have the values in the solid phase comparable with those in gel resin with the same crosslinkage as the resins used for the experiments.  相似文献

Poly (oligoether methacrylate-co-acrylonitrile) s, P (MEOn- AN), with oligoether pendants of different lengths were synthesized and the ion conduction property of their Li-salt complexes was studied as the function of polymer structure. At proper copolymer composition, lithium concentration and pendant length, the ion conductivity reaches 7.0×10~(-5)S/cm at ambient temperature, together with improved mechanical strength. The ion transport in the polymer media is assisted by segmental relaxation, which is confirmed both by the consistency between ion conductivity and T_g and by the study of TSC.  相似文献

Six kinds of new ceric ion redox initiation systems for vinyl radical polymerization and two kinds of macromolecule graft copolymerization by ceric ion have been briefly reviewed in this paper. The initiators include ceric ion/acetanilide, ceric ion/alkyl phenylcarbamate, ceric ion/4-methoxysuccinyltoluidine, ceric ion/aliphatic aldehyde, ceric ion/aromatic aldehyde, ceric ion/diketone systems. Various geometric configurations for the excitation of coherent ion motion in Fourier transform-ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR/MS) are analyzed (in some cases for the first time) with unified notation. The instantaneous power absorption, F v, in which v is ion velocity and F the force produced by the applied excitation electric field (harmonic, single frequency, on-resonance, in-phase), is time averaged and then set equal to the time rate of change of ion total (cyclotron + magnetron + trapping) energy, to yield a differential equation that is readily solved for the (time-dependent) amplitude of each of the various ion motions. The standard FT-ICR excitation (namely, radial dipolar) is reviewed. The effects of quadrature and radial quadrupolar excitation on ion radial (cyclotron and magnetron) motions are also reviewed. Frictional damping is shown to decrease the ion cyclotron orbital radius and trapping amplitude but increase the magnetron radius. Feedback excitation (i.e., excitation at the simultaneously detected ion cyclotron orbital frequency of the same ion packet) is introduced and analyzed as a means for exciting ions whose cyclotron frequency changes during excitation (as for relativistically shifted low-mass ions). In contrast to conventional radial dipolar excitation, axial dipolar excitation of the trapping motion leads to a mass-dependent ion motional amplitude. Parametric (i.e., axial quadrupolar) excitation is shown to produce an exponential increase in the ion motional amplitudes (hyperbolic sine and hyperbolic cosine amplitude for cyclotron and magnetron radii, respectively). More detailed consideration of parametric excitation leads to an optimal ion initial radial position in parametric-mode FT-ICRjMS.  相似文献

Ion funnel is a new-style ion guider which can reduce spatial divergence and energy dispersity of the transmission ions by using radio frequency (RF) electric field to confine the ions radially and the direct current (DC) axial electric field to move the ions toward the exit, and thus it can greatly increase the ion transmission efficiency and improve the sensitivity of the mass spectrometry. Since ion funnel was invented in 1997, it has attracted a close attention of mass spectrometry scientists all over the world. Ion funnel has been used in various kinds of mass spectrometry, and built a bridge with high efficiency ion transmission between low vacuum ionization source and high vacuum mass analyzer.
